Welcoming staff, safe environment, fruit yoghurt available as had to leave for work before breakfast was available at 6. Also appreciated hot chocolate available in foyer as I don’t like tea and coffee. Had to check out and stay elsewhere as prices rose too high for later in the week.

I booked a room for my anniversary/valentines day but the hotel did not meet the requests. Disappointing considering we paid almost $200 for one night.

Room was very clean. AC didn’t work effectively couldn’t get it to stay on. The breakfast for a Marriott related co was terrible. Poor variety no muffins no real choices. Worse than a Hampton Inn

Nice room, spacious bathroom. Pillows were mediocre. Bathroom should have better drainage, perhaps muffle of the room. Using ADA bathroom ended up with a slight flood when showering.

Room was clean. But we were near the elevator and could hear it running… The smoke alarm went off in the morning due to the steam from the shower. So, we packed up and left early…. We were asked if the bathroom door was open or closed during the shower. This shouldn’t matter, as the smoke alarm should not be going off just from a shower. Plus not everyone wants the door open when showering!! Very inconvenient!!

The room and facilities were clean. The hotel is noisy. We could hear the people staying above us walking around in their room.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Power went out when I visited, no back up generator.

Property was very nice and well maintained. Room was clean and had everything you needed. There was some noise heard from guests in the hallway and from the room above us but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a hotel.

Car was broken in to. All my Christmas presents were stolen. Was under a security camera. No security cameras working. No security. Nothing at all to make sure patrons feel safe. I was also Parked two cars down from front door. I feel this may be an inside job. Very disappointed for my entire stay. Wont stay there again and will warn friends there is no security. A tape of that night was requested by the police. They couldn’t believe you had no security. It was bad enough I lost $2000 in Christmas presents, but no security was the icing on the cake. Shante on you for not providing a safe place to stay.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a plus as it saved us time from having to find dining options on a holiday.

Perfect location but I little too high for a Monday night in Fresno. I’d rate it just above average.

Like I said the hotel was fine. Had stayed there before with no problem. But this room with the location and GAPS in the frame of the door made for some very sleepless nights…

Staff was awesome and accommodating and the property is well maintained. The only thing I did not like was the smells within the halls. They were pretty bad. There needs to be better circulation. There was no specific time of day or night, just throughout my stay.

The room was very nice and clean. I would have given it a higher score but I had to check out a 2 am because of all of the noise. People on my floor playing very loud music, talking very loud, running up and down the hall and slamming doors. When I checked out I told the clerk and she really didn't seem to care. She was polite but it seems like there would have been some sort of concern.

We arrived about 3 in the afternoon, and asked for as upper floor. We were informed the only room clean was 103 bottom floor. When got inside it was a handicap room and with that in mind the shower got water everywhere. In the sleeping area next to the fridge and towards the window there was a wet spot about 5x3 on the carpet. Also during the night there started to be a musty like smell in the room.

Super Thin Walls, could hear child crying upstairs 1/2 the night. Also the AC unit was louder than expected. Woke up with major congestion probably due to the dust that thing put off. Clearly the filter or unit isn’t being cleaned regularly. Overall the property is okay, but it’s way overpriced for what it is. A glorified Holiday Inn Express. They think just because they put a 70” Smart TV in the room that automatically makes it worth $200 a night stay…. NOT

The area is too dark at night. There are homeless people close by.

I have stayed here before and it was good but this time got a suit ( cost more) and too many things in room were broke. Shower doors would not stay closed while showering. Heater broken. Coffee maker broken. Charged for balcony but not a balcony anywhere on the building. When I let the clerk at front desk know she just smiled and said she would let maintenance know.

La Quinta is the one we always consider to stay our trip with 2 dogs. They have been a dog friendly hotel for a long time. But we were informed that starting 10/01/2023, policy will be changed and no longer accept 4-leg guests.

The room was clean and the few people I dealt with were very nice. BUT the TV didn't work, not much pressure from the shower which only got luke warm at best. "Breakfast" was saran wrapped bread slices and bagels, do it yourself waffles and corn flakes. Again, it was clean and quiet but definitely underwhelming.

They were very welcoming it was clean and very relaxing. Breakfast was hot and fresh. We’ll be back again.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. There were crumbs and blonde hair (I am a brunette) in the bed. The soap in the bathroom was used and not one additional new soap was provided. It was beyond disgusting and I will never stay at La Quinta again.

I called due to them having reconstruction in the hotel and they told me they have the same amentied but when arrived they were not complete and they did not have a pool was so disappointed they tell me one thing and it was the opposite not ok.with that. They should clearly state it on there profile.

The Hotel was nice, clean and friendly staff. The rooms are newly renovated, so they are very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning was good, they have a gym, and a pool, but it is very small. It was closed due to maintenance of the jacuzzi. We got a good price, no complaints, we would stay there again, no problem.

Everything was fine . A little construction going on but it didn’t bother us. The only downside was the air conditioner leaked on the carpet all the way to the bed. When I woke up I stepped in water which was a shock. I told the desk and she sent maintenance. It was nice. Free parking.

The loby was under remodle construction when we checked in. The service was limited. Also, charged the incorrect amount on the credit card.

Result: no pool, breakfast in the dust and construction materials. We had booked this hotel to chill at the pool on a day at 102 °F after a long drive and to relax.et The room is fine, the bathroom is quite nice. There are plenty of other hotels just as good just right over the road. This hotel might be nice, but in the meantime, go across the street.

We did not know before booking that they are undergoing renovations and received an email after paying. When checking in was shocked that the lobby is down to bare walls and construction dust everywhere. Not even a discount!

I was notified that the pool and laundry facilities were being remodeled. The truth was that many other areas were being remodeled. The construction noise started at 8 am, was extremely noisy, and continued all day!! I should not have been charge full price for this room under these conditions!! I deserve a partial refund, at least!!!

The place is under construction. Parking is sketchy and dirty. Satellite TV, not so good, only half of the local channels are available. The pool is closed because the place is under construction. That is just the first few hours.

I had surgery in letting schedule another night in case I needed and allowing to cancel if I didn’t need it.

Arriving the Front desk was very nice , friendly, and helpful. I was looking for certain areas and services and they were very assisting . Breakfast served was great. Besides the renovating everything was clean . I had a coffee machine in my room that wasn’t working properly. Went down to the front desk and was quickly replaced with one that did work . The staff was very on their game . I would definitely recommend this place 👍
