The room itself has everything your would want for a great price. fridge, microwave, blow dryer. Some of the fixtures were outdated, and a couple outlets didn't work. But the water pressure in the shower was great, and the ac unit got cold really fast which I appreciated. Definitely needed a deeper clean in the bathrooms, the walls had some suspicious residue on them, but it was well stocked with tp. Ice machine, worked, and the pool was nice. I got a double bed with 2 beds, and one was hard as rocks and the other was slightly softer. There was some sketchy guests around, but overall it was a good stay.

Nothing special, it was a place to sleep for the night.

Having never spent any time in Fresno, I had no idea how rundown downtown is. Although nothing happened in particular that made me feel unsafe it was clear to me this is not the part of the city Fresno is proud of. The room was just ok. Only one lamp worked in the main room, there was a cigarette burn on the bedspread and the light switch next to the door (which didn’t work) was loose. I honestly, thought about looking for another hotel in a different part of town but was tired and just needed some rest. “You get what you pay for.” Yes, 100% but I’ve stayed in hotels that cost less and were much nicer. That all said, it was quiet and the a/c worked great. The man at the front desk was nice and was helpful. Was it my ideal place to stay? Not even close, but I did get some sleep and that’s the important part.

There was an ironing board but no iron… the tv didn’t work so my husband had to walk down to the office because there was no phone in the room, the coffee brand offered in the room was awful.. it had no flavor and looked like tainted water after it was brewed…

The pool was really clean. My room had new flooring and shower tiles. I liked the direct tv. It was a solid choice in downtown Fresno.

I liked that the property was well maintained and my room was very clean. They need to hire a security just to patrol the facility or be available. Late at night there where other tenants making noise outside and it was difficult to sleep.

I give it another chance to this hotel, and by my surprise, it was very comforting and clean didn’t have no incident. There was free parking and the front desk guy was very nice.

It gets better every time i stay they have built a picnic areathe rooms are getting painted the staff is super friendly and get on any problem right away. I stay there every time i go to Fresno i highly recommend it as a place to stay.

To be honest to you, this is the second time I stay in this hotel and this time I was very disappointed the rooms were clean. There was easy parking and very convenient. The problem was at the middle of the night when a bedbug climb on my back up on waking up, I saw a few I call Expedia and they reimburse me back, but when I went to the front desk at the middle of the night, they did change my room and when I checked out, they did apologize, but they didn’t try to make an effort of any kind.

The lobby was super clean. The front desk was very nice. They have free parking and the rooms are absolutely spotless. Definitely the beds are comfortable and clean.

The price other than that Run Do not stay in the rooms very dirty!!!! Check your beds and pillows I found bed bugs and left immediately! Also filled with roches RUN! Still waiting on my refund from them! Will definitely be calling Fresno health department!

I stay there every time i have to go there. They have fixing up the rooms with new pant and fixing the few things tha needed attention in the rooms i have stayed in. The staff is super friendly. And right on it if there is a problem. They keep it clean its quite. Great place to stay if you have business down town

Amtrak stair is 2 1/2 blocks from this hotel. Early check in is ok upon request. There is a pool but it wasn’t open due to maintenance.

Would not recommend. The tub was falling apart. The remote had no back to it, the coffee pot didn’t have a lid over the water part. There was literally roaches in our room. Outside our room was cigarette butts and dog or human poop all over. It was terrible! Don’t do it! This place should not be on Hotels.com!

Considering the peice point of this hotel and the area being a but sketchy, the room was clean, functional, and felt safe. The self parking was convenient as well. My only complaints are there was mold and mildew on the shower curtain and the room was not very sound proof as you could here everyone. Otherwise, not too shabby.

Over night staff gave a friend of mine a room key. She wasnt registered as a guest dude just gave her a room key.

Staff was ok Well, the room I got, smells like CBD, and I saw mold in restroom, roaches crawling and the safe on top of lock was broken.so, I have to block it overnite with a chair. I turned the heater on and smelled very bad that I had to turned off. The drawers open by itself, TV did not work(I careless). Luckly I had some medical covers(gurney covers that I use on my medical business), wich I put on the bed. I was not able to sleep as suppossed the whole nite. I LEFT 4:20a.m. I couldn't take it anymore.

There were homeless people and sketchy people around the property but they did not give me any issues. I choose to stay here because it very close to Fresno Greyhound, Local and regional bus stops . Amtrak train station is here. You can sit inside the station. There are usually Amtrak police to keep Partons and staff safe.

Cool pool area, not much to do around here, no telephone service, also the tv remote battery case is missing, the microwave was dirty and had no heating plate, one lamp is missing a cover, the coffee maker didn’t have a lid on, and then during the morning of our trip the bathroom shower and sink stopped working properly and we couldn’t flush the toilet.

The area isn’t in the best, but for a place to sleep and take a shower it was fine. It was quiet. The room we got was fine although there was some mold in the bathroom due to no vents. Staff was great and nice.

I was concerned for my safety. That part of town is dangerous and really rough. I was there less than an hour and saw 2 drug deals in parking lot along with hookers in doorways. Multiple cars in the parking lot were just full of stuff and people living out of them. My heart goes out to all the people who are suffering in this part of town. So sad. But I could not stay there. I will say that the room was very clean and comfortable and in good condition.

I’ve stayed here once before. Because it is close to the Amtrak Train Station. I enjoy that most of the area feels safe. Patrolled by local police. The Bus transit system was at first confusing, However , the bus drivers were helpful. Local daily commuters have been helpful too.

The door knob in the bathroom is broken. Theres a spider and roaches or maybe other type of insects because when i woke up the next morning i have an insect bite next to my elbow.

Property needs a little work, our toilet had some problems as soon as we arrived, hair dryer didn’t work, floors weren’t very clean. We had a decent night sleep, and toilet problem got solved! So it was a good stay!

The staff was very accommodating however, there were roaches in the room. We switched to a different room because the first was drenched in cleaning fumes yet was visibly dirty. We already prepaid so we had to stay our whole 2 nights and 3 days there, regrettably.

Wonderful staff. Updates and improvements are being made. Have stayed here annually for years. The Wifi does need updating (unstable).

Shortly after midnight a bunch of bikers came in with music blaring and lots of yelling. Many other occupants asked them to quiet down only to be yelled at and threatened. The “party” continued well over an hour with loud music and loud motorcycle engine revs.

There was a lotta danage to the property like someone previously had a dog that bit all the furniture corners, the bathroom had a broken toiletrie and there were roaches in the room

Horrible experience. Drugs present, including by an employee. Pool was cloudy and extremely dirty. People living in the hotel. People drinking in the parking lot until early morning. Cockroaches in the rooms. Do not stay here.

I have already reviewed the Dream Inn. The suites are spacious and I love this motel. There is also a Subway Restaurant right there on the premises! And it is very walkable.. convenient to everything!

There is no ventilation system. the air conditioner does not cope with this task. I don’t recommend renting a room on the second floor, it’s very stuffy there.

The had ROACHES!!! Every time I got up I was killing roaches. I could not sleep and I left the property a day early because it was unbearable. Old furniture with stains. The only thing that was ok, was the Subway built in and I was able to check in early. I left and went to the TravelLodge on Inyo. Which is wonderful.

Staff on duty was very nice and easy check in! Only issues were the room smelled like smoke even though it was no smoking and there were small cockroaches in the bathroom. Can’t complain too much because at a cheap price, you get what you get.

I like the location. It's close to McDonald's and the bus lines. It's quiet too.

the staff was very nice and accommodating. didn’t really have any trouble for the night we stayed except the washroom didn’t have a fan which was the only thing that i didn’t like but otherwise it’s a nice property and prices r good as well.

Location is great close to where my workshop was located. Bummer than microwave did not work and fridge make loud consistent whistle sound. Other than that, it was quiet & clean.

The stay overall was good, and quiet up till about 10:30pm-11pm when someone decides to start blasting music like we were at a concert.....normally i wouldn't care but being we had to be up at 6am for an event yea that was frustrating,.......

Noisy guest all night long , even had loud music playing all throughout the night.

It was my first time there and it was really nice and clean but needed more soap & towels . But overall I enjoyed the room and the stay.

This is the last time Ive ever used expedia to book a motel!

Horrible hotel had roaches running around didn’t stay there packed up and left and the person at the front desk didn’t care that I saw roaches and didn’t want to issue a refund.
