All the essential for cooking . Very pleased .

The beach hut was really nice, facilities are good and everything seemed new/modern. The view of the sea is great and we loved the little touches of entertainment included (board games, DVDs etc). You get a lot space for what you're paying for! It wasn't clean, the floors need a good scrub. Our socks were black underneath after walking around the apartment for a few minutes. Cleaners should also try cleaning the windows from the outside, all were covered in muck, cobwebs etc, looking out our windows always felt...grimy. There was a hanging basket chair on the balcony which was hanging on by a thread as it was so rusted, seems dangerous and needs to be removed from the property - we had to put other furniture around it to prevent our child from playing with it. The main shower was broken spraying water everywhere. Front desk help was sparse, every time we wanted to speak to someone face to face, there was no one at the desk.

Location was excellent. Friendly staff. Good parking access to the beach. Overall it was an excellent stay. Maybe consider growing out the hedges so passers by cannot see into the living rooms. Also more toilet roll would be appreciated.

Very well set out We used it mostly as a base to travel around, and went to some beautiful places The position of the hot tub So never used it! Had to open the oven door to be able to open the cutlery drawer

Bed was rock hard and stained, sofas were extremely uncomfortable and not as advertised. They needed replacing, garden needed weeding, was a bit grubby and needed a really good clean, parking was really tight

For a family of four with two small children it was perfect. The swimming pool was great, the location, the soft play and the accomodation. Excellent value. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Accommodation was very toasty. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Isle of Wight. Cosy beds, well equipped kitchen and soft towels. Walking distance to the beach. We had a great stay in the depths of winter. Too cold showers in the swimming pool changing rooms, swimming pool not open until 9:30am on Sundays...checkout 10am... too cold for a shower afterwards in the changing room and no time in your own accommodation for one. No wifi in accomodation or television signal.

I think the accommodation was fantastic, and very clean and tidy. The hot tub was a real treat and was all clean and ready to use as soon as we got there. The location was great only a 5 minute drive from the ferry port (Yarmouth) Only thing I can say is a blind on the side door would have created a touch more privacy.

Was abit dark around the site at night.
