Clean room/kitchen. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly!
- 2/5
Rooms were old and tired. Sofa cushions were worn out. This was the worst Marriott property I have stayed in.
- 1/5
Don’t rent the penthouse. With a name like Marriott you expect quality. That’s exactly what this place is not. DO NOT RENT THR PENTHOUSE THE PLACE IS A DUMP. CARPET COMING APART EVERYWHERE. FAKE LEATHER CHAIRS PEELING THE COVER OFF EVERYWHERE GETTING ON YOUR CLOTHES WHEN YOU SIT IN THEM. PAINT CHIPPING OFF THE WALLS NEEDS TO BE PAINTINED. SPIDERS IN THE ROOM. HAD A $400 deposit and extra $150 non refundable dog deposit. The bathrooms looked like they were from the 50’s. The charged me for parking $15.00 a day plus tax and I didn’t even have a car. Unbelievable disappointment the charge over $200 a night for the quote “PENTHOUSE and the buffet breakfast consisted off Oatmeal frozen Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits and waffles. This place is a joke do not STAY HERE you will only be disappointed under every aspect.

Location, staff, breakfast, business center, layout, response to any issues Aging equipment, $15 parking fee (though it doesn't apply to my bike)

Charging $15/day for parking was way too much! The staff was awesome, the room was super comfortable, though the kitchen could use better cooking equipment.

There was a roach in the bathroom! There was hardly any sleep after that. I won't be staying here again.
- 3/5
Nice room, nice and big, I was just really surprised, that there’s a $15 parking fee. On this giant parking lot that is empty. It’s not the money, it’s the fact that no one said anything in the beginning. Typical frustration of these hidden fees that pop up on your way out. I didn’t see them until two days later when they sent me my invoice. Just think that’s petty to charge $15 for this massive empty lot, two days after the fact.

Very nice stay 3 time there this year!
- 3/5
The rooms were run down there were little bugs in the bathroom. Faucet leaked all stay. Door were heavy to open, shower wasn’t easy to turn on. Disappointed for Marriot hotel

Anyone at the checkin desk was amazing. They were all so pleasant and attentive to our needs. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

Although labeled residence inn, this hotel resembles sonesta in every way. Looks like it used to be a Sonesta hotel. Homeless people around the parking lot. Lots of trash, unkept looking area immediately surrounding hotel. Room is decent except for fighting with gnats every day. They seem to love the shower drain. Had to purchase Raid products to combat the issue.
- 3/5
The building is a little old and so the facilities. The door cannot be opened without great effort.
- 5/5
Request for maid service not always fulfilled.
- 4/5
The place is very nice and quiet.
- 3/5
FYI, they charged parking$16.00 per night and deposit is very high for one night $250.
- 5/5
I also appreciated all the parking and the complimentary breakfast, which included hot foods (mostly egg dishes), a waffle maker, and the best oatmeal bar I've ever seen. The area was very quiet. The only odd thing was the lights over the bed--it took me forever to find the switches to turn them off (they were on when I checked in). I finally found the toggles on the side of the rectangular fixture.

It was very comfortable it was clean and everyone seem to be pretty friendly.and they were pet friendly . I didn't like the fact that a lot of things didn't work properly and that their prices changed not by a lot but still it's a good thing I was prepared.

This property looks run down, old and broken furniture, upstairs toilet broken, patches on the ceiling, dents on the fridge
- 5/5
Staff at reception was awesome as always
- 2/5
The room smelled really bad. I was unable to open window or sliding door. Kitchen wall was dirty. There were no utensils (spoons/forks/knives). There was no bottled water. I have stayed at many Residence Inn and they have all been wonderful. I was really disappointed at this location. The staff was really helpful and nice.
- 3/5
Staff was awesome all around. Property itself is run down and needs serious maintenance.
- 5/5
We love the layout of the apartment studio room. Great spacious kitchen , fully equipped. Will stay again gladly.

Room is spacious but water came out of bathtub was just warm. $15 per day was charged for parking. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, bagel, yogurt, etc.

- 5/5
Residents inn has been my go to since the 90s training in Southern Cal. Always a good stay.
- 1/5
1st room smelled like cat urine and the furniture was clawed up. Requested change of rooms. 2nd room smelled like cigarette smoke and had ants in the bathroom coming out of the drain and around the tub. Requested change. 3rd room seemed to be ok. No smells, however after accepting the room and unpacking found a large fake eyelash on the floor by the bed. I checked the bed, sheets, bathroom, called it a day. 2 uneasy nights. Location is surrounded by homeless, homeless RVs line the short street leading to the property. Won’t stay again.
- 5/5
Slightly dated property.
- 3/5
The bathroom was dirty no shampooo any conditioner a soap in the dispenser need to put more effort cleaning the shower and sink area very dusty in the edges
- 3/5
The room was okay. The whole building was a bit rundown … including the room. It was nice to have a kitchen. Parking was a bit far as well especially since I was staying the night before a procedure at the hospital down the street (which the hotel knew).
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful. The area was full of abandoned looking trailers. The room had some issues like the molding was falling apart, there was a sports drink left in the fridge, and we got stuck in the room due to the door not opening and had to call the front desk to let us out.
- 5/5
Breakfast is on point. Rooms and services are well delivered and executed.
- 3/5
This property is old. The staff are helpful. The carpet had a bald spot, and the cleaning staff are in a hurry for you to leave.
- 4/5
Loved the location of the hotel and the whole room set up. Comes with all the necessities and full kitchen. Our refrigerator was on the fritz, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Great property and unique set up for two bedrooms. Unfortunately our AC was not working and it was 78 degrees the whole time during our stay. Other than that, it was enjoyable and I would stay again.
- 2/5
Old spacious room that needs remodeling
- 4/5
.
- 2/5
Pretty run down but got us through in a pinch when we were dealing with some home renovations. It is not in a good area and the promised pool was incredibly small. No amenities besides breakfast, which was passable. Front desk staff was kind.
- 2/5
This property needs upkeep and appropriate maintenance. Was charged for parking even though we were not informed about it. Breakfast was lacking options and not stocked well.
- 3/5
Cockroaches are there. Doors are drafty
- 3/5
Sofa bed was unmade and missing one big cushion. Have to inform front desk so I won’t get charged. Room was very spacious . Noisy outside.
- 2/5
The incidental deposit is the most i ever paid that is ridiculous.

Also, the area is sketchy, I heard police coming/going and on a few times at night nearby…and …there cno elevator… had to lug work stuff, laptop bag, supplies, over night bag, for rep
- 4/5
The final room I got was for ADA, but it was the cleanest. The first two had bad smells. I was lucky to find a good receptionist who moved me without complaining
- 4/5

- 5/5
Really loved the full kitchen, a nice touch.
- 1/5
Parking charge was not alerted upon arrival. $15 a day is ridiculous.
- 5/5
We liked everything about this place. Bed was comfy, room was great, staff was outstanding. It would be hard to find anything negative about this place. The only thing we complained about was the entrance door and the bathroom door apparently have swelled up from all the rain lately and the doors were difficult to open with exerting extra effort. Minor complaint but the only complaint.
- 1/5
roaches/other bugs, water damage, strong odor of mold and water damage all over the room and the shower was filthy and rusting. didn't get any sleep do to the odor and the noise produced by the running toilet, homeless living near by and vehicles racing up and down the street.
- 5/5
It's not a fancy place but it is comfortable, clean & in a good location. I used the weight room this time although I could have gone to Planet Fitness, just about a 10 minute walk. The weight room is also not fancy but it is clean, water is available & it had the equipment I needed. We stayed in a studio room & that was also a key reason we stayed. To have the mini kitchen available helped with cutting down expenses. The staff are friendly, breakfast offers a decent variety of breakfast options, it is eco aware & it's just all in all a good place to stay.
- 4/5
Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Location is great with easy access to highway and local stores. Breakfast service needs improvement.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay, staff are helpful, friendly & courteous. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Good place to stay.
- 2/5
I was on the second floor and the road noise was terrible. The bathroom counters were so low that I almost had to kneel to brush my teeth. There was no soap to wash your hands after going to the bathroom. I used the body wash from the shower till I bought my own. The refrigerator made a loud whiney noise when it came on. The first 2 days we were there the wifi didn't work.
- 1/5
The microwave was broken and beeped all night. The first night the bed was broken and slept horrible and after changing rooms the other room was dirty and unclean properly leftover trash in the cabinets and underneath the bathroom sink with stink of mold in the microwave is broken in that room also. Along with little to no cooking utensils, or pots and pans
- 5/5
Such a great Marriott hotel. The residence in has a very warm vibe and is cozy and private.

Cleaning lady literally threw trash bag off 2nd floor and just missed my 3 year old walkjng by. Not a nice property and would not recommend.
- 5/5
Very very good stay
- 1/5
Doing roof repairs and had people in rooms under where repairs were being made. Work on roof started around 730 am
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Overall very nice. Rooms are nice but could use a makeover. The TVs were locked down so it wasn't easy to use the screen for personal video games. If you had the second story there is uncovered stairs and you could get rained on.
- 1/5
Need a remodel
- 5/5
I will return these next year and give recommendations
- 5/5
location, private, quiet

Very nice staff
- 5/5
Beautiful stay
- 2/5
Something really surprising was they didn't have any moisturizer. Generally I carry mine but this time I forgot and to my surprise they don't provide any!
- 1/5
With 800 nights stayed at Marriott hotels, this is probably the dirtiest and most run down of their hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms smelled (I tried 3 before settling in the least terrible) and the buildings are falling apart. Long long Overdue for a complete renovation, absolutely filthy.
- 4/5
All good. Not great - but nice.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay, courteous staff. Overall pleasant and would stay again.
- 3/5
Decent room for the price … kind front desk service.
- 3/5
The shower did not work when I told the front test they wrote a note and said thank you have a nice day
- 3/5
Excellent hotel great location, clean and very nice room. Unfortunately on the last night a group of people decided to rent a room for the sole purpose of having a Sunday night party until 3 am.
- 4/5
friendly staff and nice floor plan with 500 sq ft space
- 5/5
Very Good
- 5/5
It was nice and clean! The area was safe and quiet. Good environment.
- 2/5
The stay was below expectations as the hotel had the pool closed for maintenance throughout all 12 nights of our stay and the kitchen was closed thus resulting in no hot breakfast even though the state Covid restrictions are relaxed.
- 3/5
The room was fine for the most part. The TV remote was a little glitchy, but the place was quite clean. The exterior was worn down a bit and could use a facelift. Overall, for the price it was a decent value as long as your not looking to use all the amenities.
- 1/5
We had strange people knocking on our door at all odd hours , the homeless people behind the fence made a lot of noise . It was overall a bad experience
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 2/5
I guess the AC was leaking and the room floor was wet throughout the hallway to the bathroom to bed area and i had my bags on the floor and it got wet and seeped into my clothes...The service was great lady at counter took care of us moved us to new room late night we just got back from dining
- 2/5
Poorly maintained rooms. Closet doors off track, huge water stain on carpet.
- 3/5
Thanks for the service during the pandemic, hope all this situation pass and services can be restored to normal.
- 3/5
The air quality and mattress were not that good. It didn’t let me and my gorgeous boyfriend sleep well.
- 1/5
First issue was the toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. Then our AC went out in our room. The Poole was completely booked everyday so we’re stuck in a hot ass room with no air. Also pool supposed to close at 6 guest still in their after 6 yet we couldn’t get a spot because it was booked. Then I called for for more towels and they said they would send someone. 30 minutes later no towels. I call back and in a very short tone the lady tells me that i need to come pick them up from the front desk because housekeeping is busy. It would’ve been great to know that 30 minutes prior to me waiting on towels that weren’t coming anytime soon. So in a nutshell it was hot, unpleasant, uncomfortable and boring.
- 5/5
I love this place
- 5/5
The room was exquisite! Perfect for my family and I. Very comfortable and spacious.
- 5/5
The front desk Manager Rhea was absolutely amazing ! she was helpful and explained things about the property since it was my first stay . She was so kind !! rooms were sparkling and had a very cozy feel . Really enjoyed this property and will be back for sure .
- 5/5
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The suite room had plenty of space. Comfortable. We had a room next to the basketbsll hoop (which didnt bother us) but If you want it totally quiet than i suggest to request a room away from court. Hotel is near places to eat. Starbucks is close by. Hotel manager checked us in, she was super nice, thank you!!
- 5/5
Customer service is terrific. Room was near and clean.
- 5/5
Everything was great compared to other hotels, staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
It was delightful.
- 5/5
I enjoy the comfort and will definitely stay here again,
- 4/5
I like the kitchen and clean bathroom clean bed also the feeling of staying in a small apartment
- 5/5
It’s was very but I checked in I was told that I was not getting my points because I did not book my though the hotel no one told me this I don’t this is fair
