The area seemed to be ok. More industrial area. Hotel is nice and very clean. Check in fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful. Only thing bad was internet/wifi did not work. Very poor signal.

Good experience overall. Free breakfast is predicable but helpful. Room was clean and good size. Small fitness center is ok in a pinch. Pool was functional and people were in it often.

Room was spacious, comfortable bed, refrigerator, breakfast was good. Minor detail with the USB wall plugs were broken so had to find another way to charge phone. Also because I booked with booking.com, then I was not able to extend my stay. I was told that I would have to check out & then rebook a different room. That means I would get charged 2x for a room deposit, resulting in a double hold on my monies. This was an inconvenience.

Staff was helpful with getting detergent for the washer. The breakfast was a little different every morning and I could take it to my room to eat.

Our last night we experienced about six or seven kids running through the hallways, banging on doors, slamming their doors, throwing balls, yelling, and overall just being very rude! I know other rooms called down at desk, but nothing seemed to get taken care of. Everything was going great until all this happened around 6 PM till after midnight. So disappointing that they couldn’t get it under control. Little sleep that night if any

Loved the room and continental breakfast. I also highly enjoyed the pool that I had to myself most days. The staff are always friendly. It’s close to the Assembly Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses where I attend every year for our 3 day Bible convention.

TV is really obsolete no apps like Netflix or YouTube just a regular channel and swimming not really maintained so I was not able to swim. But all the staff are nice and at least the hotel is really clean

Location of soap and body lotion in the bathroom next to the sink was way too high - clearly whoever thought of it wasnt a user. Breakfast quantity was large but quality was highly variable. Overall - it worked for me - thank you

Breakfast was nice,checked in was smooth and staff were nice . However on my 5 nights stays they only came to clean the romm once and only after i requested. Overall nice hotel in a good location.

The cleaning staff started coming at 8am, despite the fact that I had the do not disturb sign on - and came back every hour. Completely disturbed my sleep. I kept saying no and they kept coming back. They also started vacuuming the halls at 8am.

It was supposed to be heated however it was cold. The hot tub wasnt working however the front desk help said they will be getting it fixed. I chosw it for the hot tub and pool

Clean room; helpful staff

Nice hotel. Room was clean and modern for an older property. But not that old. In a business and retail area. Quite a few restaurants and stores in the area. Area was safe. Only disappointment was that the safe did not work due to low batteries . Someone came by with batteries but the screwdrivers were not the correct type to open the battery compartment. They required an Allen Wrench but the maintenance department was closed until the next day. It was not the end of the world but I had to carry around my passport, electronics and valuables. Staff was great. Pool and hot tub were nice to relax at before dinner.

Room was spotless. Staff was courteous. Breakfast had several healthy options. Price was very competitive. Gym needed some TLC (stationary bike was missing some functions) but overall, I was very happy with the stay.

Room was nice and big. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only issue is that it’s right next to the Highway, so a little noisy.

My only other issue was that housekeeping showed up while I was still in the room so I asked the woman to come back in 15 minuites. However, she didn't return for 4 hours and woke me up from a nap in the process. I asked her what took so long but it appeared as if she didn't understand me or speak english.

Second stay here. Nice warm pool & hot tub. Clean rooms, friendly staff. In-room coffee maker didn’t work but there is coffee all day and breakfast downstairs. Lots of new shopping and dining nearby

The only thing that confused me is when I checked in. The front desk told me that I had two bookings for my stay. Actually, I had only booked one. That was unexpected.

There was dust and lint coming from our vent, I was very tired when we arrived and waited to report it in the morning with a photo. I wasn’t given any reimbursement for the trouble. The host up front was very sweet however, I was expecting something for dealing with dust in my system overnight.

Quiet even by the freeway, outstanding salutations, conveniently just minutes away from restaurants and retail. Smooth 22 minute drive to Levi Stadium. The room with a king size bed was immaculate and super comfortable with plenty of space

Just relaxing and clean which made it a lot easier for me to feel comfortable. Great set up and spacious. Most importantly Tyler at front desk was excellent and went over and beyond would definitely GO BACK FOR SURE!

It is close to a hwy and quiet place I recommend.

Stayed on the first floor. Employees were talking in the hallway, and I could hear the noise from the second floor. The traffic noise was the worst. I requested a room on the other side of the road, but they said they would look into it, but there was no active response.

Guests not being asked not to play their own music in the pool area. Not much pool towel. Pool water too warm. Room phone has no dial tone. Wifi didnt work but couldn't call front desk. So had to go down. Able to enter the room but wifi cant be turned on at the same time? Incidental charge also had to be tedone after the checkin and had to swipe my card. Now i am getting a charge of 100$. Will check upon checkout. . I paid my room through a third party and the credit card does not match what was printed by the hotel and my third party vendor payment.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn’t care for was my room faced a recycling center. Kind of ugly. First time in California. Would definitely recommend

Staying at Holiday Inn Express is always my first choice. That being because the amenities are the best, and this HIE did not disappoint. Thank you.

I also asked the front desk on my way in for a new ice bucket so that I didn't have to walk a mile down the hallway and then down to the first floor just to get ice (since there is only 1 ice machine on the 1st floor) and he very blatantly said "No." That would have been a very simple nice act of customer service as I saw it, but it was clearly too inconvenient. I would consider staying again due to the price and my willingness to give a place a second chance but overall, it wasn't great. There were also what seemed like a team of construction workers staying in the hotel and while I know that is common, their trucks were blocking off the entire parking lot and walking all the way from the back as a woman alone seems really dangerous. There should really be a back entrance where the parking lot wraps around. There are quite a few things that can be improved.

There is a mile long homeless encampment surrounding the property. Very unsafe area. I was also charged double the rate that was listed on Expedia for a Security deposit that I still have not gotten back.

Our family’s stay couldn’t have been better! Majer at the front desk was absolutely extraordinary! I can’t remember a time where we’ve received such excellent customer service. From before we even stepped foot on the property, to when it came time to check-out, our stay was fabulous. Thank you, Majer & staff for making our weekend wonderful!!

The street that the hotel is on is lined with rundown motor homes these people have obviously been parked there for a long long time. It’s very sad. I didn’t feel safe in this area at all. The hotel itself is clean as well as the room I stayed in, and they do offer a free breakfast. Staff was on the phone when I arrived and when I left so I felt like more like an inconvenience to them.

Up to typical Holiday Inn Express standard. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast bar open early, offering fare a that’s cut above the usual. Located in a commercial area with a caravan encampment nearby. Round the clock traffic noise from nearby freeway.

It is very clean hotel very good breakfast and comfortable. but the environment is not good. Trucks begin working in the morning noisy. Homeless R/Vs around the hotel. Just one thing in the bathroom in bath tube there is rust sinking under tap. Need to be clean with chemicals. Other than this everything’s perfect.

Great getaway for husband and I during the day. Only issue was fire alarm went off during our stay and we had no communication with front or anyone until was walked out of room and left building. Waited in room for 15 minutes with alarm going. Was given explanation on check out.

Ive stayed at this Holiday Inn multiple times for up to 4 nights per stay for my job. Staff is extremely friendly and go out of there way for my comfort. Ill always stay here for my trips to the Bay Area.

Bed is comfortable! Close to the freeway, easy access to food and shopping. Great location. Everything clean. Breakfast option is okay. Nice to have the choice of free breakfast or easy access to fast food nearby if I don't want breakfast at the hotel. I would stay again.
