    There was a 20 dollar fee for parking, which in this area was ridiculous!! Then, we were not told there was a fee for breakfast and for 2 of us, AFTER EATING, we got a 60 DOLLAR BILL!!! FOR BREAKFAST!! The room was clean, that was the only plus.

    Desk offered me an apology and breakfast the next morning, but that’s far from what I’d expect of keeping me up all night. I was told by the front desk that many people had complained so I wasn’t hearing things. My wife listened to my videos and her comment was, “it sounds like a train going through your room”. Not good!

    This is the hotel where I have stayed every time I visited Silicon Valley on business over the past 25 years. It appears to be well-managed; the hotel's overall condition is quite decent. I recently heard that an Indian owner acquired the property. Previously, the restaurant served upscale cuisine, but now the food is merely on par with that of a two-star hotel; furthermore—a new development—they have started charging for parking, a fee that did not exist before.

    One of the cleanest properties of marriot I have been to. Staff are great too. Only thing that can be improved is the pool , if it can be more heated because it was definitely cold . Otherwise a great place to stay.

    We like the location The smoke alarm went off cause the steam in the shower while I was ironing my clothes they said that it was smoke which we did not smoke in there so they kept my deposit and $150 for the alarm going off and kept my money kept trying to charge me $550 so I don’t know what that was about but would like my money back

    - Booking shows the reservation for Dec 2–5 and fully paid, but at check-in the hotel claimed it was only for one night (Dec 4–5). My manager had to pay again for a new reservation. The property promised to issue a refund but has still not confirmed it. Please clarify how this happened and advise on issuing a full refund, as the original booking was correct and confirmed.

    The Hotel was nice and clean, Beds were comfy and the staff generally friendly Unfortunately I misplaced the booking (booked initally one month later) while they were able to sell me a room at an increased prize to stay, neither the staff nor their chat support was able to refund the wrong booking. While well within there rights, this leaves a very bad impression of their service

    It was clean and updated Noise level from a party or convention that went on all night on a Sunday. Also was charged $550 for smoking and neither myself or my partner smoke. Customer service was poor when I called to question the charge. I was passed around to different people one of which couldn’t even figure out how to find my reservation and gave me a email to write to of reservations@hotelplanner.com which never responded so was probably not good information or a scam since I have been getting junk/scam texts since then. Once I figured out on my own how to contact someone that can help because apparently the property manager can’t I was told a ticket was created and I would hear back in 5 days but as of yet I haven’t heard anything. I was also contacted after I left a review saying they have escalated it to the property manager but still haven’t heard anything. At this point I will likely just dispute the charge on my credit but I will never stay at a Marriott property again.

    Although the room was realtively nice, the comforter was not. The comforter was covered in mold. Front desk did provide another comforter but that one was also full of mold. My partner did become ill which we suspect was the mold filled comforter

    I am a 1st Responder and booked this room to rest in between my long work shifts. I called the hotel a couple of days before and requested early check-in in and the staff member named Nick said that anytime after noon would be acceptable, but to call a couple of hours before, the day of to make sure. When I called the day of, the same guy, Nick, told me that there was no way I could check in early, and to call back later. When I told him I was a Bonboy member and a 1st responder, he mocked me, sounded irritated, and then hung up on me. I called another Marriott hotel right after and booked another reservation, and was allowed early check-in with no problem. Afterwards, I called back the Fremont Marriott and requested to speak to a manager. I was told by Nick that there was no manager on duty and shunted me to a voicemail. I left a message, but no one bothered to call me back. I am so disappointed with this hotel. I commute almost 2 1/2 hours one way to work, and stay at Marriott properties only, 3-4 times per month to rest and avoid having an accident. It's so sad how Nick didn't care about my overall well-being. The Pleasanton Marriott was further away from my Job in San Jose, but worth the drive, since they treated me like a human being with respect and consideration, which is not something that Nick is capable of, sadly!

    In room coffee allows me to make my coffee when I wanted. I enjoy the great taste of fresh coffee when i wanted. I was hoping to go for a dip in the pool but I ran out time of the day.

    It’s a good Marriott. Nice restaurant and facilities. I didn’t like that there were no eating options between 10 am and 11 am when lunch begins. There were at least 10 of at 10:10 wanting breakfast but no options until the lunch menu. Very frustrating

    What started at a positive review is now a negative review. From five star to zero stars. Just don't stay there unless you want to be robbed with extra charges. Tried numerous times to reach a manager for over 2 weeks and still no response.

    A few nitpicks - it's really a wonder why in the 1 bedroom suite there's no door separating the bedroom from the living room. The open concept is incredibly annoying. Who was the designer who came up with the idea? Who approved the design and said "yeah it makes sense that if a person books a 1 bedroom suit, they actually want a studio". To be fair, the pictures do show the open concept clearly, but for some reason I hoped it would be more private.

    The hot tub pressure jets were broken the hot tube was dirty. There was no towels on the shelves. Had to walk inside all wet and asked the front desk and then called the front desk to tell them again still there was no towels overall the waiting for towel

    The only thing I did NOT like and it says breakfast included and it’s not included, they don’t tell you until after you’re done eating. Then they tell you and just come up with the bill you can’t do anything because you already ate. That’s the only thing that’s really bad about that place.

    Despite having a reservation, for months, to hotel was 'sold out' and did not honor the reservation. They made me walk a block, with my luggage, to another Marriott property. Horrible handling of a customer. They host the NCCAVS conference every year - for decades - but lew the reservations for all the conference speakers. What happened to Marriott?

    was told by an employee that because it was Valentines weekend you guys jacked the prices up for the alcohol drinks and the food menu well that’s really not fair since we were there for the Cincy conference I have never in my life paid $20 for a margarita that is just insaneand your price is on the menu were outrageous all because it was Valentines weekend and we had reserved this room almost 2 months in advance

    Needs updating. The sheets had stains on them. We rented a conference room for a work event and the room was like stepping into 1994. Old tv not a smart tv. Many of us couldn't connect to the wifi and those who did had weak connection. Only food option is the lobby bar and theres no room service.

    The hotel was clean overall. The buffet breakfast was $20 per adult, $17 per child. A minor inconvenience was that the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to use the machine on another level. A major inconvenience was that the door lock’s battery died on the actual door, rendering our room keys useless. So anytime we wanted to leave them room, someone had to stay behind to make sure we weren’t locked out. The times we went to the front desk for help, the same miscommunication kept occurring with the staff. We’d wait in front of our door for about 15-20 minutes and watch a maintenance person wave their key over the door lock only to realize the battery was dead. Getting into our room took longer than it should have. I would’ve been more understanding had it just been my husband and I, but we had our children with us. They offered a complimentary breakfast the morning we were leaving at around 10:30 am only to find out that the kitchen closed at 10:00 am. The vouchers were useless. We will not be staying here next time.

    It was an amazing place to stay . Great staff, Kevin in bar and Forrest at reception! Enjoyed the spa and pool! A real plus. Easy to get too. Lots of parking. Foods at bar was so good. Real yummy.
