The room was filthy. There were stains everywhere, disgusting. I didn't feel safe there. There was an incident in another room that forced me to call reception to report the police. I ended up leaving the room a day early. The staff did an excellent job responding to my call.

There's plenty of parking. Staff was welcoming and courteous. The place looked and smelled clean in the lobby. The room was very spacious and clean, bed/pillows were very comfortable. What I didnt like was that when I got to my floor the hallways smelled and felt stuffy. There are no side accessible entrance, you have to walk around to the main door. The location is fine but getting out of the property into the road or making a U turn can be a bit tricky do to constant oncoming heavy traffic.

There was no power for a long time, and no breakfast was provided as expected. On top of that, the staff was unresponsive and did not communicate professionally with customers.

Room was filthy, smelt bad and looked like it hadn’t been stayed in or cleaned in months. Every corner had dust and crumbs and even the bed was broken. Couldn’t really sleep because I just felt dirty, even when I showered before leaving it felt dirty being in the shower. Never considering this place again!

It was spacious and clean. It was actually a room with a kitchenette. I didn’t take advantage of it because my stay was so short. There wasn’t actually anything that I didn’t like about the facilities. It was a decent place to get out of the rain when my journey was interrupted by traffic signals that weren’t working and after an hour of sitting there going nowhere, I was relieved to unfrazzle myself.

Very affordable pricing and it was maintained clean. Breakfast was just grab and go with very few things they dint have milk, not even in vending machine. Overall I felt safe but definitely did not look or feel clean.

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times. It’s quiet it’s simple maybe a little old-fashioned but it’s clean and reliable.

My unit could’ve been cleaned better, I dealt with a ton of ants in the kitchen area that we’re coming from inside of the counters to the sink and all over the countertops.

The smell of the room was terrible. When I first entered the room the smell of bleach was overwhelming. I opened the window the tiny amount available and ran the fan on the HVAC unit to try and dilute the bleach smell. The bleach smell did go away and was replaced by a moldy wet dog dumpster smell. There is a problem with the HVAC condensate drain pan or a sewer vent broken in the wall or sewer trap not properly installed. Would never consider returning due to smell. Which is terrible geven everything else was OK. I really hope management can track down the source of the terrible smells.

nothing really the location was so hard to get in and out there is only one entrance and exit. the traffic is heavy in the section. booked last minute, so it was basically the only choice we had. the rooms are very gross, smells of animal pee, and they had cockroaches.

The place is old, you have to ask for shampoo, there’s no conditioner, the breakfast, is a handful of muffins and nutragrain bars set out and when they’re gone you’re screwed. Don’t even ask about the pillows they were terrible and the mattress was old and hard as a rock.

Didn’t get to stay because they “couldn’t find my reservation” and they were sold out for the night when I tried to book out of pocket

not adequate. even if it is minimalistic - grab and go the quality and choices were very limited and poor! The cleanliness! I had to go to the front desk for every small thing. a sachet of soap, or dishes. the entire room was not set when we went!

The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs in the bed could be felt while sleeping on the bed. Not a place I would recommend staying. I stay in many hotels on my work travels, and this one is not a place I would stay twice.

I had requested a 2 day stay but was only booked for one night and extended stay would not give me another night unless I rebooked with hotels .com . Also first room I was given reeked of pet urine

Not really an extended stay setup as no dishes, coffee maker, silverware... Drawers and cabinets are completely empty. Not even a corkscrew or bottle opener or shampoo provided in room. It's all available to pickup at front desk and carry to room, but that's not what I expected returning to room after long work day with food.

The laundromat doesn’t work well my clothes that were brand new got dirty from a washing who had dirt and grease in it

No Breakfast: Despite booking a room that was supposed to include breakfast, there was no sign of it during my stay. Front desk mentioned everything out of stock. Even no coffee maker at room Poor Cleanliness: The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, and the bed sheets were stained. The towels were also in poor condition, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired Toiletries: Shockingly, there were poor quality soap and no shampoo provided in the bathroom. It’s essential to have these basic amenities for guests’ comfort and hygiene.

Booked here for a one night stay. Very very basic room, smells old. The reception staff were friendly and checkin was smooth. Room definitely needs some upgrades. Everything is old and has stained.

Check in was lengthy as the check in person could not get the license scanner to work. Night 1, second floor room, leaky refrigerator and very loud profane neighbors made falling asleep challenging. Next morning asked for a new room. New room on first floor much quieter, although could hear the party above me walking about. Overall, the rooms were fine.

Checked in and got into our hotel room which smelt like cigarettes. I informed the front desk and he told me there’s nothing they could do about it because the rooms were sold out and they don’t know how to prevent others from not smoking in the bathroom. He states the air ventilations in the bathrooms runs through the whole floor so that may be the reason why it smelt like cigarette. He could not change my room but gave me a can of air freshener. After drowning the room in air freshener the towels still smelt like cigarettes in the bathroom and on the bedding. Thank god we only stayed for 1 night. I have stayed at Extended Stays before but this by far was the worst I ever experience in my whole life. Will not be coming back to this location and do not recommend if you have kids.

Only the rooms has the smell of smoke , and the restroom it was the most smell , but it was a clean place and has a little kitchen.

Although our room was spacious and well appointed, service was needlessly bad. The promised "grab and go" breakfast did not materialize. The room had no coffee machine and the lobby had coffee only at breakfast time. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The kitchenette was entirely unequipped (no plates, silverware, etc.) The bathroom light was out. At our requests, the front desk fixed the light, supplied some kitchen items, gave us some shampoo, but all this seemed like a hassle.

Rude receptionist who refused to look up my Hotel.com booking. Made me show it to her on my phone instead of using her computer. Told me reservations sometimes don’t go through, and I told her why don’t you look to see if it came through, instead made me show her my reservation on the app and never bothered to look anything up. Corridor smelled like chorizo and room smelled like pot smokers occupied it before me. Such a horrible hotel.

Overall it was good. Because of its location on a one way street, getting in and out of the parking lot was a challenge. The room was clean, but well worn and the shower fixture needed some repairs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was huge and comfortable but the free breakfast was simply coffee and small granola bars. There is a Safeway within walking distance so bring some cookware and utensils and make your own food in the more adequate kitchenette.

No one to check me in. I waited 20 minutes at the front desk after calling the number posted and the number listed. I couldn't acccess the internet as the desk clerk didn't know their site. Fan in Bathroom was VERY loud. Room smelled. Breakfast snacks were almost non-existant.

Nobody at the front desk to check in. Rang bell for almost 15 minutes until a lady came to the front desk. Rooms need upgrade. Bathroom had mold. No hand sanitizer visible anywhere. Came back to front desk for towels. Called front desk multiple times and rang the bell multiple times simultaneously until a lady showed up to provide towels.

The carpet had stains. The room smelled of cigar smoke and curry spices. The air conditioner emitted an odor when turned on. Trying to exit the premises is difficult due to the heavy traffic on Mission Blvd.

Property is clean but very basic. No glasses plates pots or pans in the kitchen, sfuitable only to drop dead and sleep in the room. I would not stay there again. For second night room was not cleaned or new towels provided.
