Booked as a last minute stay. Definitely get what you pay for. Pros: staff was nice, free continental breakfast. Cons: sketchy parking, paper thin walls, room smelled like stale cigarettes and was not properly cleaned.

The hot tub jets were not working properly. There was a lot of people living out of their car in the parking lot, along with a few people living there that looked like they were really down on their luck, but they were allowed to stay there. The patios were covered with all of their junk lot of people working on cars in the parking lot. A Nic.\n E place to stay if you're a construction worker. But in the last few months it's really gone downhill. I would not recommend it for families, wives or children. We spoke with the manager and he assured us that everything was fine and that they were just down on their luck. People staying there but very clearly drugs had been an issue in their life.

Overall decent accommodations for the price point. I stayed 3 days and the cleaners did not make it to our room once, so that would be the only down side but the AC worked, we had a working mini fridge, and microwave.

Not sure if it was the roaches, ants, or the poor communication. For the price I would have assumed my stay would have been better. Property is dirty. Some staff are helpful others do not care. I’ve never stayed at a best western until recently. Book the hotel at the cheaper place it’s the same quality unfortunately.

The breakfast was good. However, the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. That should never be out. The room had two coffee pads but no black tea. There were 2 green tea but why not black tea? Hot tub was great. The garden atmosphere of the surrounding was also excellent. I wish the amenity would include skin cream.

This is one of those don’t judge a book by its cover situations. Great value and the breakfast is a plus. Front desk is ok but the breakfast staff is the friendliest and helpful. Parking also felt safe, they had a security guard at night checking the parking area I believe which was a plus.

There was a person living in their car near room 151. Smelt drug use, seemed like abandoned cars at this building. That entrance did not feel safe, the hotel may need to discourage people from this entrance or close that entire wing.

Frustrated that there were at least 4 people in the room next to me the 2nd night. They had 2 dogs, which they left alone for at least a 30 minutes. Against the rules, by the way. They barked non stop for the entire time. I guess they could hear me when I returned to my room. I was in a room with connecting door to each other. Just enough space at the bottom and I’m sure they could smell me as well as hear me. Walls are a bit thin. Then someone came into the room. A couple of people as they coughed and talked loudly. All the time these people would go in and out of the room and let the door SLAM shut. It was LOUD. It is now 11:40 pm. 3rd time of the slam I yelled as loud as I could. RIDICULOUS! Some people are so RUDE and don’t care about others around them. Not sure why hotel would put them right next to me. Surely, they were many other rooms. So frustrating! I will be touching base with the Manager about my experience. Not sure I’d stay there again. Too bad as it is quite a convenient location!

Everything was great except i first found a cockroach in my room by the sliding door to the balcaony. Was hoping is was a one off. Reported it. The next day i killed another one on my shower curtain and that night another one on the floor. I killed three cockroaches. Did not like my experience at all.

I was a bit worried about my stay because i kept seeing mixed reviewing of people having a good experience and others having a bad experience. thankfully i had a good experience, the room was clean and smelled good, front desk was nice. parking was good, i came back to the hotel late at night after a concert and most of the parking was taken but i was able to find a parking spot. overall i had a good experience, i would stay there again.

The property was well kept, and the proximity to the freeway makes its location very convenient. I did find a few ants in my room, and the lack of carpeting in the rooms made the people upstairs sound very loud. I am also not a fan of the vanity/sink being outside of the restroom, but that's a personal preference.

It’s a beautiful hotel located within walking distance of many restaurants. Fitness center was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Room was spotless. Staff was welcoming and treated us like important guests. Would highly recommend.

The front desk person was rude. There was a Hispanic gentleman who checked in ahead of me, and the front desk woman was rude to him and she didn't hide her feelings of disgust when he had trouble communicating. When it was my turn, she was very curt and seemed unhappy to be at work. We deposited our luggage in our room and went out to meet friends. Arriving back at the hotel after 9:30 PM I discovered that the AC didn't work and the bathroom door didn't close all the way. There was a tile placed on the floor that prevented the door from closing. The room was an accessible room with a roll-in shower. Unfortunately, it wasn't set up in a manner that prevented water from getting all over the bathroom floor, making it slippery after a shower. The room also happened to be attached to an adjoining room. The door to the adjoining room had about a two-inch gap at the bottom. This meant that I could clearly hear the person in the room next door. He had a long loud phone conversation that lasted til about 1:30 AM, followed by TV shows that lasted for a couple more hours. I didn't get much sleep. The worst part was that after I got into bed, I noticed an insect running along the wall. It was a cockroach!! I sent an email to the property manager, and as of this writing, I have not had any response. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We have stayed at this location, and the breakfast buffet is usually very fresh and fully stocked. This visit the Breakfast buffet seemed to very drab....Cold potatoes, no fresh fruit selection, stale cereals, very sparse and unappetizing overall.

The place was welcoming and the staff were very helpful. There are beautiful gardens and plants surrounding the hotel so it feels very cheerful and comfortable. Our family was upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and had all amenities. Breakfast had a pretty big selection, including the waffle maker that my kids love. It was a relaxing and worry free stay for my family.

The room was mostly clean. The bathroom door felt sticky to the touch and there was a mystery stain on the toilet paper holder. The hotel is next to a car wash and they were out blowing leaves at 6:30am. Not exactly the way one wants to be woken up. For the price I guess it was ok, but I don’t think I’d stay here again if I can avoid it.

Warm bed, warm water, hot breakfast, they had the important stuff. The staff was friendly, every single person working there. There were complementary cookies and lime cucumber water in the lobby. Renovations were happening, and it was loud, but that doesn't bother me. It might bother others, though, so it's good to note. Also, the jacuzzi was roped off, and we couldn't use it. That was disappointing but not a big deal.

I am a rraveling nurse. I decided to give this hotel a try. I was exhausted from a 12 hour shift and when I got to the desk I jad to wait for the desk lady to finiah checking in a guest and getting their cards ready and he wasnt even there yet. Finall when she helped me i told her i had to be up at 5am she put me in a room facing the pool full of screaming kids, the soccer team she told me was there i imagine. The room smelled like puke. There was a giant gap under the doorm that seperated my room from the other. I fell asleep finally and was woken at 11 by people talking and having an intimate moment, so loud that it sounded like they were actually in my room. I called and had them switch my room although they denied it first. My new room smelled clean. About 10 minutes after getting into bed, I had to losten to someone moving furniture and walking around above me. Ok. Fell asleep. 3am. I women on the ither side of yet another door with a giant gap, was on her phone inviting a booty call over. I listened to more loud sex intil somehow i finally fell asleep. Worst night ever. Slept none. It was like staying in a crackhouse. Never again.

There was Cockroaches in the room baby ones but you can tell that they haven’t checked or really clean that room. Also the toilet handle wasn’t working good. My bf had to fix that. It was just not a good stay. I’ve stayed there before but never had this problem before. I won’t be staying here again.

There was construction above me early in the morning. Went all the way up until check out time. I was planning on staying here another night for work but I’d rather pay a little more so I don’t have to deal with that. Also letting people cut in line when I’ve been waiting to get help isn’t the best look.

Each time I find some issue- last time roaches and this time ants and slow flushing .. I always give chance .. but for the heavy bill I paid it is not worth.. carpet in the room by bed sticky.. I love the people, courtesy, food, and environment! I feel very safe here and so I continue to come.

Hotel was good besides the building and room smelling like weed. They came and sprayed in the room but it did not take it away. The other building did not smell this way but we were unable to get a room change.

The hotel itself was awesome. What really made or stay unpleasant was the distribution of handicapped in relation to the EV Charging Stations. The ratio was 1 handicapped to 3 EV Charging Stations. Also, a maid knocked on our door at 9:45 AM asking when were we going to leave. I believe checkout was 12:00 PM. It’s the little things that put a damper on our happiness.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the carpet was so dirty that when I spilled some water on it and used a towel to clean it up the towel turned brown. I informed management about both so they did a “refresh” on the room; housekeeping used spray with fresh smell to wipe everything down, which lasted for a day.

Good Hotel at reasonable price.

The hotel was located in a convenient location and was pretty much clean. The front desk workers were not very pleasant. I requested a quiet room, but was given one bed to the Main Street and shopping center with heavy traffic. I went next morning to request a different room, but was almost scolded .. saying I I had to book a new reservation .. indicating they had one available but would not accommodate it and she was quite rude. Place was painted and clean but old

I rarely leave reviews, I needed to have some service done to my car at a detailer with this hotel being one of the closest within 2 miles of the shop. So within walking distance if you don't mind a bit of a walk, and the hotel was agreeable with letting me hang out in the breakfast area after I checked out at noon until the vehicle was ready at 5pm. This made it possible for me to get work done and not have to find somewhere else to go. I very much appreciate this.

In other reviews I left I didn't have anything negative to say. Now they have new owners and everything has changed. The breakfast was always good. Not any more the coffee tasted like flavored water the apple juice was watered down. They even put water in the gravy for biscuits and gravy. I would probably look for another place to stay.

Overall good value for fair service & optimal location. Nice size pool & year round hot tub. Free breakfast is average but limited options. There was construction going on with made parking options limited. I’m sure that won’t be going on for long but did impact my stay. I was in the first building but had to park by building 3 and walk daily to my room. The area has many dining options within walking distance, so that was a plus as well. Very busy street; right off the main 880 hwy.

Our stay was very enjoyable . The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and it was nice to have microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was very good and staff pleasant and accommodating. Our only complaint were stains on the arm chair and carpet; having a faux leather chair and solid surface floor is more appealing. Would would recommend and stay again.

We have stayed here many times over the years, and it has ranged from very good to poor. This time the room was fine but the breakfast was out of everything. There was no cereal, little fruit, no cups, no choice for bread, eggs were gone, but they did bring some out while I waited. When they refilled the fruit, they brought out two. The hot chocolate machine was out of milk. This is a perk that is offered and yet it wasn't worth anything. In the past they have offered oatmeal, dry cereal, lots of fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, english muffins, bagels, and other choices, so that you felt you had a choice.

The room was comfortable and felt expensive. It was clean and well appointed and we had a nice balcony. The blackout curtains were awesome! Completely dark room until the curtains were opened. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was Amazing The room was clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The only downfall was the Hot tub wasn't hot....it was barely warm... The jets felt amazing after such a long drive (5 hrs) I was really looking forward to a nice hot jacuzzi soak. But the water was barely warm so I cut that time short. The room shower was nice and hot . The hotel was quiet & very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Ants found in the room

We only stayed one night, and it was, overall, a positive experience. The staff was helpful but not necessarily friendly which is on brand for the Bay Area. The room was nice and bigger than expected and had great amenities. There was a bug in the bathroom though and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee was awful and they were playing political news on a giant TV in the dining area which was unpleasant to say the least. It was in a very convenient location and I would stay there again.

I really liked the pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the check-in desk are so polite, courteous, and helpful. As well, the helpers are so friendly, and everyone in all areas have a smile on their face. Awesome!

Everything about our stay was perfect except the smell in the 100 block close to Olive Garden. We had 2 rooms and each room smelt like animal piss and who knows what else. We had to sleep with the windows wide open which on the ground floor level left us sleeping with one eye open. The staff was amazing and the room comfortable enough. Please do something about the carpets and smells. Horrible. Even our clothes and luggage smell like the room now. Advised front desk who said thank you for letting them know.
