    This is a really nice hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were wonderful respectful and very helpful. We had pots and pans and utensils, a stove and a microwave in our room. And I was able to make soup for my Autistic child. The breakfast worker lady was so kind and helped us have a wonderful breakfast experience. The only thing I would say is the breakfast room is a little small could be a little bigger and they could use more options at breakfast. But overall 10 out of 10.

    I reserved a room for my girlfriend who was driving down from New York. Apparently it was handicapped accessible and they asked if she would like a different room which she did. They then charged her for the room even though I had pre paid. So she was charged where I had already paid and is not receiving cooperation from the hotel on getting reimbursement

    Bedroom was great. There was no air conditioning in the living room area and 95° outside. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. I was double charged for the room. I have called 3 times so far and they keep saying I was not double charged and to wait 14 days for a refund (even though I wasn’t double charged). It has now been 14 days with no refund.

    My stay was amazing, staff was super friendly. The room was clean and was ckeaned often, breakfast had lots of options and anytime i needed anything there was no hesitation on getting it to my room immediately. I will absolutely stay here again

    Spacious suite with nice view of meadow-y field out back. Kitchen with range and dishwasher was great. Wish that their grills outside had been functioning; there was no propane, we were told. Great breakfast. A few small things, like tp holder in bathroom missing, would have been nice to be improved.

    We stayed two nights for a soccer tournament. This property is in need of serious repair and renovations. Bathrooms were in bad shape, bathtub paint was peeling, furniture and beds were in terrible shape, door lock didn’t work, we needed maintenance to repair. We almost changed hotels but only stayed due to the team. Won’t be back here.

    We booked a suite. Dishwasher was broken which was entire reason we booked a suite. We had stayed in Florence TownePlace on way to our vacation and had a beautiful well kept suite!!! Fredericksburg was dirty and smelly and run down! Towels were not cleaned properly and smelled like pool chlorine. Suite was very very small. Staff was nice. Breakfast was just ok. Tiny entrance door into hotel. We will never stay here again!!! We asked for refund bc we were so disappointed and they said they gave refund and it would automatically be back to my card and still nothing. Never again!

    I liked the new couch in the room. I enjoyed the breakfast options too! Shower was decent The rooms could definitely use more of a real upgrade like stripping old paint down and smoothing the walls for a fresh coat. As well as new carpet and countertops and bathroom vanity. I just felt like I was staying in a 90s apartment. I've stayed in a Towne Suites before, but this one wasn't the same.

    Nothing I had a pleasant experience with the first two employees. The morning employees were very rude. I had an issue that I booked two rooms and forgot to cancel one of the stays on bookings.com and asked if I could use that booking for the next day instead of canceling it, or if I can just use both rooms the same night, the lady said I can use the room for tomorrow the following morning. I had the most awful experience with both manager and the other larger the younger white lady working there. She was very rude kept blowing up her phone to check out was getting angry that we parked in the front to load up our stuff and she was trying to make us check out by taking all of her belongings out of the hotel and then checking back in and then following to proceeded to say there was no more rooms available when they were rooms available and then she proceeded to ban us from this hotel. This was completely unacceptable considering we had an emergency because our apartment had mold in it and we were going to have a two week stay here but with her working there she was very rude and we don’t know what’s going on and we would like a full refund because this was just absurd and uncalled for considering it was me my 3 kids and 2 service animals and 1 year old grand child. The younger manager also was just more concerned with flirting with the construction workers working in the property and being disrespectful.

    However, on our last day of our stay (3 nights) housekeeping went into our room sometime during the day, this was after our magnetic sign posted on door requested no service needed. Luggage and medication bags were gone through. Immediately called the desk and was advised we would have to speak to the manager the next morning at 7am. Went down to the desk at 7 and was told to come back later and meet the manager at 9am instead. This caused us to get up early and rearrange our day but that was not even taken into consideration by anyone whatsoever. Apparently the customers needs do not matter? That is something to consider when staying there. Met with the manager at 9am where we were confronted with whole housekeeping staff. Nothing was offered as a solution whatsoever by the location “manager” it was supposedly turned over to a “higher up” to get back to us about it via email. Really?? All I can say is… Be careful staying here anymore!!! It’s been the worst trip I’ve ever experienced here and have stayed multiple times over the last several years. We will seek an alternative location next time. I can’t believe MARRIOTT has lowered their standards so much. Extremely disappointed.

    Room was a little cramped, sufficient for length of stay. Breakfast room was also cramped though the product, particularly the coffee was very good.     I loved the room. It was bigger than I expected. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The scone was hard as a rock--it seemed to be over baked rather than stale. The coffee was pretty good, though. In any case, I didn't even realize there was free breakfast, and a lot of hotels don't offer it anymore, so just having the free food was a bonus. The room was quiet and clean. The furniture was a little uncomfortable, but for the price point, I can't complain. I'd stay here again.

    Staff were amazing. Check in was easy, simple and accommodating to our pets. More importantly, on check out, we left an important personal item, which the staff (Tammy) and manager (Sherry) took control of, secured and then swiftly sent on to us via UPS the next day (at our expense). They were life savers, and we will forever be in their debt. Nothing to dislike.

    This hotel is a hidden gem! I had been to this hotel many years ago and remember it being great. I traveled with a dog back then.. i found that this hotel was still wonderful after all these years. Management has kept it up wonderfully. Our room looked as if ut was just reoainted although i dont think that was the case. Very clean. Everything you need as far ss shampoo conditioner and body wash. Dish wasging soap and paper towels in the small kitchen.. i have absolutely nothing negative to say about thus hotel. I would like to say THANK YOU for providing us a freat stay.

    Gross. I can’t believe this hotel is $175/night. It reeks of that lavender fresh step deodorizer and the air is so stale. Rooms are dated and aged. It looks like a days inn not a Marriott. Don’t pay more than $75 for a room at this hotel.

    The room I had wasn’t very clean , it had stains on the curtains and the tub was rusty. I also was charge two different times on my card when I was told that I wouldn’t be charged. I’ve been calling to speak with the manager and I’ve been told I would receive a call back. I tried to make the best out of staying here up until I was charged for the hotel on two different cards.

    I booked a 2 bedroom suite weeks in advance for Thanksgiving night. The hotel overbooked those rooms and called me the DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving to tell me. The ONLY reason I booked this hotel was for that specific room type as I was traveling with my boyfriend and my 3 young children. Staying together was a safety issue for me since I had the kids. The manager offered me a 2 Queen, and sofa pull-out bed. I said no. She then offered me a single queen room and a single queen room with a pull-out bed. I accepted that in hopes I’d find another room that I wanted at another hotel and told her the rooms would have to be side by side. However since it was the day before Thanksgiving I couldn’t find anything else available and had to take it. The rooms were near each other, but not side by side. They didn’t offer me a discount on my original price. I asked for the manager to call me back, which she still hasn’t. (She wasn’t at the hotel when I checked in). So I have no idea why they made ME change my room instead of someone else that may have booked after me. It definitely made me feel that they value money more than people. I do not recommend this hotel due to my experience. If I book and pay for a hotel room, I expect to get the type of room I book.

    We sold our house locally and needed a suite with two separate bedrooms and a kitchen to accommodate our family while we wrapped things up. It provided us all with space and privacy during a stressful time, it was close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and the pool was a nice relaxing place to decompress. They are also pet friendly.

    It was okay for a night’s stay. I wouldn’t mind coming back - but it wasn’t mind-blowing (as far as the room and the hotel itself). I was treated well and can’t complain from a customer service perspective.
