We stayed June 7, 2026 for one night..after a long day on the road all we wanted was to rest and take a hot shower..well guess what NO NOT WATER! I mean not even Luke warm!! Beds were not comfortable at all…the young girl who checked us in was very nice and pleasant though…it was ok to late to call and complain about it…we didn’t want to move to another room at that time. Well not stay there again.

RUN, don’t even waste your time! I called at 6pm to speak with someone as I was coming from SC and would be checking in after Midnight. I was assured everything would be ready and clean. When I arrived the staff members was extremely rude. The hotel was filthy. I asked to see the room as I already paid which he denied after checking in there was no way I would have stepped foot in the room. The bed was disgusting and filled with stains and burn holes. It was not a single thing was clean! I thought it was a prank how disgusting everything was. It’s like housekeeping doesn’t exist there. After looking at the room I went back immediately to get a refund. My Wife had to go in because he was extremely rude to me and handle everything else. We went someone else down the street and had a way better experience

The location was right off the highway and another heavily trafficked road. The room was horrible, dirty, old beds, cracked lifted floors, poor lighting, tv speaker was bad so it had an echo, floors were dirty, curtain had holes and was broken, mattresses were old, blankets had pulls and stains. We tried it as pets stay free but will never do that again.

Amazing and highly recommend. The room is clean. The property is well kept and plenty of light on the outside which is a plus for safety.

There has been zero hot water here for going on a whole day. The hotel is usually very reasonably priced but to hike the price $30 for the weekend a night and to not be able to shower and offering no type of compensation is wrong.

I asked for towels 2nd day. We never got any towels. Left dirty towels in bathroom.

Water on the floor. Bugs everywhere. Water leaking from ceiling. TV didn't work. Bed had cigarette holes in it. Just terrible

Everything is dirty, the room is full of roaches and im staying here temporarily until I find a house to rent. Ive had them try to fix the heater which doesn't work. They refuse to move me to a different room. Although they know all this for some reason the room is getting pricier every week this place needs to be condemned

When I opened the door to the room and turn the light on a couple of dozen cockroaches the size of my thumb were already in my bed. The owner would not let me refund the room and when I called Motel 6 corporate they told me it’s completely up to the owner sorry about my luck. Would not stay again ever

Someone left a dog in their hotel room for eight hours that barked and wine constantly. I can only imagine what the room look like what the room smelled like, but it was very irritating to not be able to get any sleep on this road trip and deal with a dog

There was a hole in the corner of the floor in the bathroom. The tv sounded like it was hallf underwater. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. There is no microwave or mini fridge. The entire building smelled like Marijuana. The toilet lid was held on with only one screw. One of the buttons for the lights over the beds was broken part of the way into the wall

The bed was comfortable. The night clerk had no personality, cold. Parking lot gate by our room was locked so couldn't drive right in, had to go all the way around the building. Bathroom door the doorknob was falling out of the door. Floor behind toilet cracked and peeling up, also around shower floor and ceiling. Sink faucet handle didn't work properly. TV most of the stations were snowy, no channel ID's or numbers on the screen, no paper to give stations. Killed one cockroach when we got back from dinner.

Absolutely disgusting I have filed a complaint and have disputed charge with my bank we were only there for less than an hour room had huge burn holes in bedding and roaches EVERYWHERE!!! I demand a full refund!! The property is trying to deny my refund THIS MOTEL NEEDS TO BE AHIT DOWN!!! I have plenty of pictures dead roaches EVERYWHERE!! Love roaches too burn holes on the blankets mattress is older that I am with burn holes and filth!!! I demand a full refund!

The cost and the location The light over the sink did not work and the sink drain leaked so bad we had to use the trash can to catch the water and the hot water was just warm. We had to limit the use of the sink. We notified the front desk staff of the issues with the room

My throat was burning after being in the room for 5 minutes. Checked back out after 10 minutes, also roaches and no flushing toilet. I don’t think in my 43 years I have ever seen the audacity for someone to charge for a room like this, even at $52…but I guess you get what you pay for. Do not stay here if you have children traveling with you!!! No refund from hotel bc we booked Expedia, won’t be doing that again either!

The 1st room, the TV didn’t work in the lightbulbs were missing. The 2nd room had the one bed turned sideways to the headboard, but neither bed was made up. Till I got the 3rd room, my take-out food was cold. I think this Motel is located in a very bad area as every car had something smashed on it, bumpers were missing things were being held together with bungee cords at one truck had wires on it holding it together. I stood and watched a car hit another car, then backed up and pulled away.Maybe that’s why the room was so cheap. I did not feel safe there as the lock was coming off the door as it wasn’t screwed in all the way. This place is a dump. Please don’t stay here. It’s not safe.

My girlfriend and I could not stay in the room. It smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals that I started having an asthma attack. The woman at the front desk let us try another room but it was the same. We had to go to a different hotel.

The filthiest place I've ever been in besides the poverty that I lived in as a child. Roaches, mildew, bullet holes in the wall. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets and covers. Yellow stains in the sheets. I didn't even take a shower there because the shower was yellow of mildew. Tear the place down please and just rebuild

Quiet, clean, comfortaplace to stay, very safe, and easy access to I 95. Its an 9lder motel, but appears to be well-maintained. I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend !

The woman working the fest was so willing to help me without any aggravation or inconvenience in her tone and manner. There was not a good solution because of the shape that the hotel is in. Perfect location, I was so happy that location will be on future trips. I opened door and turned on light and bugs scattered. The bedding had 20+ burn holes and were grimy. 2nd room was also disgusting and the 3rd room was still scary, but there was no more rooms and I needed sleep. I was glad that I had my own pillow and some bedding of my own.

Didnt stay long enough to like it Roaches

Location I had requested a late checkout do to a funeral I was attending. At 11oclock this man came knocking on my door. I immediately knew it was house keeping but he seemed direct and I feel like he was attempting to enter the room when I open the door. I causally walked outside shutting the door behind me. An then proceeded to explain the situation. Me and my friend left shortly after.

Nothing 1. They only give you 15min to decide to leave. 2. There were so many roaches. One dropped on my from the ceiling. Another crawled in my son while sleeping. 3. It smelled like hydrogen peroxide. 4. The furniture and paint were peeling and chewed up from animals. 5. The bed had coils coming out of the side of the mattresses. 6. Knowing we had a toddler they gave us a handy capped roomed where the lock was in his face. 7. The towels were so hard they felt almost like sand paper. 8. They only gave a tiny bar and I mean about 1/2 the size have most hotels of soup for 4 people. No Shampoo.

Very run down property, Was a deluxe 2 bed room. Everything was run down the mattresses were sunk in and old spring type that must be about 20 years old. It was a place to sleep.

Nothing Booked king bed nonsmoking room , It was a double. Room had no refrigerator or microwave.. Had to pay $5 when II changed room to get them. This room should have only cost $55. AND next door guest sat outside smoking Traveling early and Coffee not put put until 7AM Ceiling where are vent was hanging down TV was total static, pedestal table had to be held up by HVAC unit

Upon check in arrival the first concern was the safety, the lobby is locked and there is a small slot under what appears to be a double layered bulletproof window, where you hand your information under the slot to check in. This is set up like an inmate jail booking facility with sheriffs plack to the top left on the wall. Upon checking into the room it was very noisy, very dirty and burn holes everywhere. This was a smoking room. The walls were very thin and the next-door guests were very loud. We only slept maybe an hour and a half tops throughout the entire night, safety was the main concern. I would not recommend this property. For $61 a night you get what you pay for. don’t stay here. ***It’s not a safe place.***

I like the easy access to the highway, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from close to motel. The professionalism of the staff including the housekeeping staff; always polite with smiles on their faces.

Stay 4 Less Motel has the most mean arrogant people and is full of roaches and a lady that is very very disrespectful and difficult to talk to.

It had ROACHES!!!!! At hotels I always check for bed bugs, while checking I seen that there was a whole in the mattress and the middle of the bed was kinda sunken in. There was rusted spots all over the bathroom doorframe. The sink faucets were on full blast so I got extremely wet. There was no refrigerator or microwave

It had ROACHES!!!!! At hotels I always check for bed bugs, while checking I seen that there was a whole in the mattress and the middle of the bed was kinda sunken in. There was rusted spots all over the bathroom doorframe. The sink faucets were on full blast so I got extremely wet. There was no refrigerator or microwave

Staff was amazing but they had roaches in the laundry room, our room was dirty and the bed was really old we felt all the springs while sleeping. Nothing was messed with in our room or vehicle. With some better cleaning and upgraded beds place would be good

This is a complete dump!!! We checked in and they didn't even have the room available that we booked!!! It was horrible, filthy, and smelled awful!!! We did not stay!!! We left immediately!!! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I can't even believe how disgusting our room was. We didn't even stay long enough to take pictures!!! It might be cheap but please save yourself and find somewhere else!! Stay away from this place!!!

The problem is the TV is very bad. It does allow you to plug-in HDMI device. The real problem is this hotel has bugs, fruit flies and roaches crawling out of the sink. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he was overly dismissive so I had to go by my own bug killers

Everything was good. The sink was clogged and you have to pay for anything more than the sleep amenities. They charge extra if you want a microwave and fridge in the room!

Got in around 1.30..2.00 in morning, gentlemen that checked me in was awesome... furniture was rusty, room was okay, splotches of paint, faucet leaked, toilet didnt flush right, and i had to take out my own garbage. Other than that I guess it was okay

Real bare no shampoo, coffee, hair dryer, table and only one chair. Shower water pressure may put out match, entire bldg needs to power washed before demo. Walks need steam cleaning along with resurfacing.

This hotel is acceptable, but no bells and whistles here. The bedspread had big holes in it where cigarettes had burned through. The toilet randomly made noises. There were a couple bugs in the bathroom. Overall older appearance. For $65 a night, it worked for me.

The person checking us in was not polite or pleasant to talk to. The room had blood, boogers, and food/drink on the walls. The smell was terrible and the property didnt seem very safe to stay at. The person who checked us out was rude and didnt seem to like her job or dealing with customers. I do not recommend this property to anyone. I am surprised it was on Expedia in the first place.

If you are going to stay here definitely don't pay full price. Get the motel 6 app and get it way cheaper. Literally the only thing that was good about here was no pet fee but then the guy in the office complains if you have dog hair in your room. It's hard wood floors literally takes 5 mins to sweep the lil rooms. We were told they wouldn't rent to us due to the way we left the room. We literally picked up all our trash, the only thing was dog hair on the floor. It's ok tho bc the rooms are so lil if you don't like to be in small areas I do not recommend staying here and don't forget the guest in the room before u get there, roaches!! So be careful with taking your personal belongings in if you don't want to carry a few home. Only reason we stayed was it was cheap with the motel 6 app.

The ONLY redeeming quality this place has is the young man at the front desk. I didn’t catch his name…black, slender, braids. Very nice guy. The rest of the place… nope. No amenities whatsoever (no shampoo, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no fridge, no microwave, no nothing). The shower only got lukewarm. The TV only had a few watchable channels, all the rest were fuzzy static messes. And the residents who obviously live there were LOUD.

The room prepared doesn't even have refrigerator and microwave, so I paid extra $5 cash to move new room. But the worse thing the refrigerator isn't working and the counter lady was not responsive or polite enough to consider change to another new room. it was one night stay, and i try to just sleep and got up in the morning left. Also, every corner of the wall and ceiling has blood stain or bug crushed. It was the worst ever motel room that I slept in my life.

The eco-friendliness score is high because they are fostering a habitat for cockroaches. We played a game, Whack-A-Roach, and over the course of two days, my wife won by a score of 3-2. Even at $53 per night, this was an experience below already very low expectations.

Absolutely the most uncomfortable prison beds ever. The only good thing was the A.C. was cold but smelt. So actually nothing goodyo say about this hotel.

I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Checking in and out was both sketchy. The bed was like a board. We slept terrible and wanted to wash everything that we barely brought into the room since it was old, beatin up, and dirty.

ll give a bad name to Motel 6

I stayed for one night, Saturday night to Sunday. There were all kinds of noises, dogs barking from a room below, people talking in the hallways and early Sunday morning 6:00 am someone banging on a door and yelling out someones name, a couple of doors down from my room. This went on for about 3 minutes until finally stopped, by then I was wide awake and could not fall back asleep.

Jail is cleaner that that motel dirty walls, linen towels, cockroaches, blood stains, crackheads and afromerican drugdealers and pimps roaming around the building, smell inside the room makes you vomit, they never renovated or cleaned the room for years, i wanted to cry... sad place that i would never recommend to worst enemy. This place is a disrespect to humanity, total shock, shoud be remived from hotels.com and needs health services to shut it down. Its been 5 hours and im still depressed

I ended up not staying. There were stains on the bedding. Grease and what appeared to be urine. There was a hole in the wall at the bottom of the bed, the bathroom was disgusting and the carpet was so dirty it smelled.

The room smelt like pot as soon as I opened the door. There were cigarette holes in the blankets on both beds. I will say that the sheets were clean, the towels were fresh and clean and the room itself aside from the thick smell of weed was pretty clean. Not sure I'd want to stay again.

Room was very small. Beds were awful. Washroom was really bad - cracked floor, a pie plate taped to ceiling and leaking water? We will never stay there again.

The place is wickedly dated. The door wall and window are so thin you can hear the dogs on leash walking by. The door has needs some weather stripping you can see the light right through the deadbolt side. Other than that it's was good. The heat works perfectly I'll assume the AC is good also. The shower water was hot and great pressure.

The property is roach infested. The beds were terrible. The spring mattresses should have been changed at least 10 years ago. I could feel pinch of the mattress spring on my back. In the picture of the room, there were microwave oven & a fridge; but I was told that all pictures of the rooms show microwave & fridge but as my room was a low paid room as such I have to pay extra for microwave & fridge, which I did. The rooms are small (200 sft only). My advise, if you can pay $10 more than what they charge, don't go there. No matter what their rate is, it is not worth.

This place is bad and its noticeable the second you drive into the parking lot. Obviously, management doesnt care about this hole at all. Low lifes hanging out all over the place at all hours. Didnt get sny sleep due to the constant commotion until 3am! Room was ok but i didn't want to walk on the floor because it was sticky.

Room was dirty ,people partied outside by or window until 10:30 and noisy.Noise started up at 3am this morning .Then people on our other side were fighting and threatening to kill each other.No way to call office ,no phone in room and I did not have a number for the office.Will not ever us Motel 6 again

Room 141 was not very desirable. While I understand smoking rooms are normally not as clean, there were almost a dozen bugs (flies, a cricket, and unidentified), the ceiling in the sink area was falling apart, and it was a hard lumpy bed. I looked the next morning and apparently the one sided mattress was flipped to conceal a sizable blood stain.

Couldn’t even check in. Took 49 mins and front was packed people everywhere partying and cops in and out the place. Customer service said no refunds but didn’t feel safe so lost that money and went somewhere else

I do not understand how a franchise as big as motel 6 can have rooms that look this bad. Holes in walls and knife stabs in the ground empty pool and dirty exterior walls and interior walls. Just the front door to get into your room looks like kids drew all over them lol I can understand all that coming from an independent motel but not a franchise. I rate this a negative 2
