I love staying at this hotel. The suite is absolutely beautiful. Its like a small apartment with a full kitchen. It really is beautiful and comfortable. Its perfect for a couple with 1 or 2 small children. There is also an outdoor pool and hot tub. But make sure the pool is opened if you plan on using it. The staff is excellent. I travel alone alot and I feel extremely safe there. The only complaint I have is that when I booked the room in April it advertised that they have an outdoor pool and hot tub. When I got there it was 80 degrees out but they said the pool wasn't opened until Memorial Weekend. I just wished they had posted that when I booked the room. I live in NY but thought that because it was Virginia the pool might have been opened. It was still fine though, I was able to sit outside on the comfortable patio couches and read a book.

Amenities were fine, cleanliness was fine and the room was spacious - the only complaint was the night time check in person. She was rude for what felt like the entire check in process.

Nice clean room and perfect breakfast! The shower made horrible noises and sounded like pipes were about to burst. My daughter left something behind in the room and they did not help to find it. All in all it was a good place though.

Location My family and I went to check in at 4:30p and our room wasn’t ready. When I reproached the front desk at 5:15pm then she finally put us into a room. Thought that wasn’t right, especially when check in is at 4pm. Lastly bring your own pillows…. Not comfortable

This place was a lovely to stay at. Very close and convenient to where I need to be. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were pretty clean but could be cleaner (I have high cleaning expectations). The breakfast here was probably my favorite. Hands down this hotel gave me the best hotel experience I’ve had for a work trip. A little expensive and wish there was more shaded parking

Everyone had a place to sleep, kinda The property was misrepresented as a three bedroom home. It is a two bedroom home with a garage bedroom detached. No bathroom for the garage bedroom. The property was dirty and there were a number of issues such as no welcome packet no TV remotes not enough washcloths there were dirty dishes in the cupboards . There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. They were all mismarked or empty. The washer and dryer area light was broken. The dryer was broken

Clean room The air heat couldn’t be regulated. It was cold most of the time in the room always blowing air

The staff was very friendly and respectful. Had a good laugh with some members as well and everyone was always very professional. Loved the atmosphere! My hotel room was very nice, not too crowded and not too big either. I wish there were more drawers/a bigger closet for clothes. Bigger/more bags for dirty laundry. Also I didn’t check all of them but one of the knives had some mystery crust on it but there was nothing to clean it with so the kitchen was kind of useless to use. I wish there were more things to do inside the hotel since it was cold some days of my stay there. Food also could’ve been a bit better and I wish there were more options

There was several pluses to this hotel the cleanliness and spacious suite. However, my stay was disrupted by dogs barking in the hotel room above me. I had to alert management and the issue was NOT resolved. This was frustrating because I was traveling with a newborn and toddler who both gotten woken up at 9pm, 11pm, and around 1:45am.

The housekeeping is scheduled for every other day. We checked in on Thursday and the only time they came was on Monday we checked out Tuesday.

This place was fantastic! The room was amazing and super clean. Breakfast was great. Right across from Wegmans, and tons of restaurants. What isn't to love about this place??

I loved our stay. Checking-in was fast and they even accommodated me arriving earlier than I anticipated. I frequent the area often and will definitely be returning.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and great for 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We did have to put a towel in front of the front door - the gap was a little too thick of our comfort but not really a huge issue.

We chose this hotel because of amenities , price, proximity and reviews for our granddaughters wedding. We found the room to be exceptionally well equipped, big, and welcoming. The next morning breakfast was burnt and one of the ladies cooking the breakfast was in the back hacking like crazy. The ladies by the front desk were gossiping about other co-workers. I requested a late check out, she gave me until 1230. They stripped the room at 11 30 stole my hoodie at 1132. I was outside the room, by the car. The other housekeepers said, shes at it again. So they know she steals. Worst room in the world. Closet was broke, noise from, elevator, running water. Other than that. Some staff were very nice, thank you.

The hotel was a great stay for a weekend getaway. For the price that I paid for, I had low expectations but when I entered the room that I was staying in I was amazed. So clean and spacious and the bathroom was modern. Definitely will try to stay here again and maybe I’ll bring my pet with me.

When we checked in and went to our assigned room, it had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and they reassigned us a second room. When we went up to our second room, it was also not clean. The front desk then assigned us a third room; it had not been cleaned. Finally, the fourth room was clean and we settled in. Only thing was, our room was situated next to the housekeeping, so the next morning at 8 AM we heard them banging around and washing all the sheets so it was quite noisy. I felt sorry for the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and apologetic, and I know this was not her fault.

Friendly staff!! Great clean environment and room was clean

The place was clean and quiet. Only thing is they didn’t have an indoor pool like it says online but other than that excellent!

Room lighting is very bright. Would like a night available. Staff were accomodating to requests. Very comfortable walking around. Lots of dining options.

Clean and peaceful environment. Perfect place to stopover on a road trip!

We needed a pet friendly hotel close to rt 95 and Homewood was perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

We rented a room with a kitchen. The kitchen was okay as far as being stocked. There were 3 of us and only 2 forks and about 10 spoons. The toilet handle was broken but everything else was great. Comfortable beds, sofa and chair and plenty of room for our son's pack n play.

Clean, comfortable room. Convenient to Conference Center.

Unless you’re at the convention center or the ball park, it’s inconvenient. Check in was disorganized and room was loud.

I called ahead to request a room with easy outside access for our two small dogs. They were able to reassign us to the perfect location.

We only stayed one night passing through but we typically used to stay at another hotel in another part of Fredericksburg. This by far is better, newer and roomier. I loved the location and being next to Wegmans is a major plus. Free hot breakfast was pretty good to however would had liked more choices than egg patty and potato mixture. Normally places have at least Waffles. Might had been because we stayed a Thursday night, I'm not sure. But all in all this is now my go to place when traveling through there.

Great staff and beautiful room! Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Very nice amenities.

But we we didn’t like was the smell in the halls on the second floor. We would walk out of our room heading to the elevator and oh my gosh that smell was horrible. Whenever we got on elevator and got off on first floor it didn’t smell like that but that second floor hallway stunk greatly. It about made you sick at times. Thank God our room didn’t smell that way.

my family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. I believe we have found a place to stay when we are on vacation in this area. Thanks Homewood for your professional staff. You all took great care of us. The only complaint i have is expedia is saying that there is an inside pool and there isnt. Other than that our stay we great we enjoyed the friendly staff and stay!!!!!

Was a really nice hotel. Our room wasn’t ready until a couple hours after check in time but I got the sense that they had a house keeping issue outside of their control. They offered us an upgraded room - which was very nice of them. When we got to the room, it ended up being the same room size we had booked but we were just happy to be in a room, it was fine with us!

there was no sheets for the pull out sofa bed.

Great hotel staff is amazing

While the hotel itself was clean, comfortable but average, I would return alone only because the service was exceptional. Service it seems as of late is lacking but they have perfected it here- they greeted me with kindness, they were courteous all while being efficient at their job. It was refreshing! Thank you to the staff!
