I really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was delicious! The eggs were seasoned well and the potatoes were flavorful. It was a wonderful start to my day! I was a bit concerned that the caulking around the tub in the shower appeared to be worn. That was my only concern. However, the bathroom was clean.

The front desk put me in a 1st floor room that was across from the gym & next to a supply closet. The window shades were broken & could not be opened as the cords had been removed. The room had a smell of a diaper. After complaining, I got a diff room.

The room was clean when we got there but the next day housekeeping did not clean our room at all ! We slept on dirty sheets all 3 nights we stay there. But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good especially the bacon extra crispy it was the best bacon I have ever tasted! That’s all I could said for that hotel.

Not great: NOISY. I don't recommend this place if you want quiet. There is zero soundproofing. I could hear every word of my neighbor's phone conversation and anyone in the hallway as if I had the door open. My room was in the back of the hotel, 2nd floor, right next to a large HVAC unit in the roof of what I think was over the pool. Right around 11pm, it kicked on and was like having a loud running car in my room for hours. Even with ear plugs it was loud. And I had only one unit next to my window - the other side has 3 or 4. I asked for the back of the hotel away from the road, thinking it would be quieter. It was not.

Took about 15 minutes to get hot water. Bathtub/shower all chipped. Light kept flickering at entrance way of room. Outside area quite dirty by main entrance.

Difficulty checking in. Staff weren’t very helpful to find a wheelchair accessible room, despite paying for one and confirming in the notes.

Tub, shower and ceiling in bathroom were peeling. No bottled water, cups or laundry bag. Were told breakfast started st 6AM and when we came down we were them told it started st 7AM.

The check in was easy and friendly service. I asked to be close to the ice machine and twas told thay there was an ice machine on every floor. Unfortunately the one on our floor was out of order! Had to go to the ground floor to fetch ice. Other than that, our dinner was very tasty and overall a nice stay

We had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. Our only problem was the dining area was taken over for several hours by VERY loud young girls and their families who did not control them. They were yelling, practicing cheers, and at times played loud rap music while we were trying to eat. Not pleasant after a long day of travel.

They have a bunch of bikers standing there I have no problem with bikers I think they are awesome people. The problem was that they came pulling in at 1:00am 2:00am and 4:00am revving up their engines and loud music. And I’m love people having a great time but at those times and I’m on a road trip from Florida to upstate New York.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Ice machine was broken, so it was hard to find one working. Decor in public areas looked worn, but room was fine and beds comfortable.

By 12:20 we received our room cards and headed to our room. Soon as we opened the door, it smelled humid/like vomit and we noticed mold on the walls. Disgusted, we brought this up at the front desk and the kind lady immediately apologized and gave us a new room. We moved, the smell was better and there was no mold, however there were all kinds of cleanliness issues, like dirty pillows and some weird item on the floor. Chocolate? Dog treat? I have no idea what it was, but definitely should have been noticed by housekeeping. At this point, it was 1am, we were dead tired from spending 15 hours on the road and didn't have the energy to return to the front desk once more. We laid towels on the dirty pillow and called it a night... Building maintenance and housekeeping need to be talked into ASAP. Never again to this location.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was fresh and clean The pool was very clean. Was an easy check-in and check out. Parking was easy. The bed was comfortable. Everything that I'd wanted for a great price. The only thing I would say was a negative was the pool was not heated.

Easy access from major freeways. Convenient dining options in hotel. Quiet comfortable room. Indoor pool was too freezing for our 9 year old to swim in (and she’ll swim in pretty much anything)

Easy check in, everyone was nice and the room was clean. Provided the perfect place to crash as we drove home!

Unfortunately I laid my children into bed on sheets and a mattress that had not been changed from the previous guest. Hair, bodily fluids, a hat and more. We did not realize it until we went to roll into the second bed - then, had to have the front desk staff member help us make all new beds. Imagine what else wasn’t cleaned. Poor management feedback , poor response, the only person who truly helped us what the front desk woman overnight who was wonderful.

The hotel itself was nice. Room was clean and check in was easy. We stayed here twice for work.

Separate room like bedroom and the living room with kitchen. Heated swimming pool.

Warning. Do NOT book this hotel! Chances are, they will give away your room before you get there. Arrived at 6pm to find out they gave my room away because they were overbooked. I had to scramble to find a different hotel. To top it off, they still charged me for a night and have refused to refund me. Front desk clerk was hostile and threatened me when I questioned him about it. Hotel manager also never bothered to return my call. They obviously do not care about their guests or reputation.

During my 3-night business trip, I never once saw a staff member greet me. When we made eye contact, they would look away as if they hadn’t seen me.

I was amazed. The room is super clean. The Fitness center had 50 lb weights. The heater to the pool was broke (it was too cold). The trip was a hit!

You all had the best hotel room fridge in terms of keeping our drinks cold. The shower pressure was terrible. Some of the front desk ladies were not very hospitable but overall we had a decent stay.

This property is terrible! I booked the hotel room for $150.88 but they charged me $200.88. The room was clean but it's not blocking the noise. We can hear clearly the kids' screaming next door until the midnight! I tried to call the front desk and nobody answered! It's a very terrible experience! I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

BEWARE if you have asthma. Dust Dust Dust!!! The room was so dusty both My son and I had an asthma attack and had to use our rescue inhaler.

The property appeared to be busy but my room was very quiet. There was a good amount of customer service and client use in the common areas which made the property feel comfortable and engaging.

My kid had a function near Fredericksburg, which is an hour from home. We went to stay there that night due to the fact there was an indoor pool for the kids. We went into the pool room and it was absolutely freezing cold along with the water being to cold to even dip a toe in so I went up to the front desk to ask for a maintenance to turn the AC up. As owner of a heating and air company I’m aware of the protocol for that but the lady at the front desk gave me much attitude and told me I was incorrect multiple times before she proceeded to walk away.

I didn't mind that breakfast was available but cost extra. I did mind that I paid $2.00 for hot tea only to find out there were no regular black tea bags available, no condiments were offered and I had to search for salt and pepper shakers on the surrounding tables.

The lobby area was very nice and the building was overall very clean and well kept. Didn’t interact with any staff other than the front desk but it was a lovely hotel!

Honestly, I had a very brief stay and did not avail myself of any amenities or have the opportunity to interact with the staff. My interactions at check-in and check- out was seamless.

Office could care less about checking me in. Neither one even made eye contact. Booked a room on Hotels.com for $67 but hotel charged me $117, office staff just smirked when I brought it up. This is the second time the price has been different at a Holiday Inn. Won’t be booking on Hotels.com again.

Quick easy clean

The property was very clean & had a great bar/food area. The rooms were nice & spacious. The front desk was extremely helpful due to a mishap on my end. I would definitely book there again. Also, the property has easy access to several things including being right off of I-95.

Everything about this hotel was just serene.

Perfect location.

We were here for a conference during the weekend. I stayed in the hotel. I was told that I couldn’t bring in outside food in the food area on Saturday night. They didn’t have enough staff on hand to handle all the food orders. I chose to order food outside and eat it at the hotel. I don’t think I should be forced to eat in my room if I’m staying here. Staff was not attentive.
