    Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. I was do that the money was applied prior to check in because I was just reserving for someone who wanted to use points and earn the double points. Very disappointing that I reserved a double (2beds) and got a king and was told I didn’t reserve a double. I said what is a double room on my reservation if not two beds. I was told I redos king and it couldn’t be changed.

    Phyllis greeted and got rooms and keys ready. What a sweetheart of a lady. Who better to greet us as we were experiencing no water at home. Seeking refuge at your establishment, we felt like home. Breakfast was very good, so many options to choose from. Fresh coffee it seemed anytime we sought it. Room was tidy and cool. Water pressure so so but thankful for the fact that we found occupancy at att during memorial day weekend.

    One of the blinds was not working unable to open to let outdoor lights in. Breakfast choices were average fresh cooked eggs bacon would be more appetizing. The Gym did not have drinking water as other Hilton locations do, to allow proper hydration during exercise for client safety. Overall I did like the location and cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

    I am surprised, Hilton has approved this facility as a Hampton Inn. The Room #23 was totally equivalent to Motel 6. Bathrooms had bugs inside out of shower. tiles are broken.

    I'm a senior citizen accompanied by my wife and my 88 old mother in law, walked to the front desk at 10:30 PM after driving approximately 8 hs. Outside was raining hard. The employee that I had the disgusting experience of talking to ask me for my reservation which I gave to him. After playing stupid for few minutes watching his screen and my IPhone with the confirmation # that he didn’t have any rooms available and telling me to talk to Expedia about it. Nasty and unprofessional. I need to find the phone number for Expedia to claim my money back.

    The breakfast offered was very good. The juice machine was broken on my last day. I think you could have offered the juice in separate pitchers. The room was clean. I did not worry about parking at all, and everything was fine. I did take one valuable up to the room.

I used the safety bar to get out from the shower but while moving around in there, I was concerned for my safety and balance. I was also concerned for the safety of my 97 y/o mom and 73 y/o sister in the adjoining room. I think those appliqués would be warranted. I had asked twice about gluten free bread or option but was not addressed either time.

    I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent stay at your Fredericksburg, Virginia location. My family and I are frequent travelers who have often chosen Hilton properties, including this very hotel just two months prior, where we had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was profoundly upsetting and fell far below the standard we have come to expect. After a long 12-hour drive as part of a 24-hour journey home, I arrived at the hotel after 8:00 PM with my elderly mother and young child. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee named Dip, who was leaning on the front desk engaged with his phone and appeared immediately irritated when he had to stop to assist us. When asked about my party size, I responded appropriately, only to be told dismissively that I had booked a king room and that there would be “no room” for us. I calmly explained that my reservation through Expedia was for a double room with two beds. At that point, Dip accused me of being rude—despite my maintaining a calm and respectful tone—and stated he would refuse to check me in. He then reversed course and said he could provide a double room for an additional $20 fee, which I agreed to under the circumstances. I retrieved my phone from the car to show proof of my booking, but Dip refused to review my confirmation.

    I was trying to sleep in the hotel. There was a loud noise that disturbed my sleep throughout the whole night. It sounded like a large vacuuming sound or air pressure sound in the pipeline. I looked out the peep hole no one was there cleaning. I never found out the source of the noise. Upon checking out of the hotel. I requested a printout receipt. The hotel overcharged me. I was told that everyday price increases. I enformed them, I booked through booking.com at a set price, and what it stated the charge should be. Thankfully, they did reimburse me. Communication needs to be better between hotels and booking agents. So, service will go much smoothly for customers.

    The best thing this hotel has going for it is that there are other hotels nearby that you can choose from. Upon our arrival, the room we had reserved(two double beds) was not available. The front desk blamed the Hotels.com site. We were told our room had a small paint crack in the ceiling. That was inaccurate. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, causing plaster to be missing and black mildew to appear. Avoid room 214. On the plus side, the front desk person on staff the following morning was very pleasant and appeared horrified when I showed her the picture of the bathroom ceiling. Find another hotel in the area. There are plenty. Thankfully for us, it was a short stay.

    the location was good. Easy to get to. The Bathroom toilet and shower were dirty. I went to the front desk to ask for house keeping to clean the bathroom and was told they don't come in til 8:30. I explained i needed to get on the road I was driving to Massachusetts because my Mother was very sick. The lady at the front desk asked the other lady if she should go clean it and she told her she could not leave the front desk. So I said that means if I don't clean it I can't shower and the response was if you don't mind cleaning it. I was not offered any compensation or even an apology for the dirty bathroom. I always stay at Hampton Inn and suites when i travel this is the first time I have had a problem and am disappointed in the way it was handled. Will not return to this particular Hotel again.

    The breakfast buffet was really good, staff was very helpful and nice, room was spacious and clean. The ONLY complaint I have was I was shown pictures of a hot tub as one of the amenities and there wasn't one, there were signs in the hotel saying there was one as well and the pool, by no fault of their's, was pretty small, although well maintained. Overall I feel like I got my money's worth.

    But the staff were so apologetic, totally not their fault we left around 6:15am just when the lights came back on and I’ve never seen staff hustle so much to put out to go bags , the hotel is under construction on top of this black out but the gentleman grabbed us said please wait he put out fresh coffee, the hospitality I saw in the morning you couldn’t even be a little upset over something that was so uncontrollable. Kudos to all the staff who worked night of Feb 14th. They really turned something negative to a positive outcome!!! The hotel was extremely clean , not the comfiest beds but definitely not the worse !

    It sure would be nice if the motels featured on your site had updates to indicate..........the pool is closed due to construction; the breakfast is a sack with an apple and bagle because construction has shut down the eating area.....ditto for the business center. All three of those factors were reasons I opted for this motel. None of them were available.

    Check in was easy. Front desk was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was the elevator. Only one was working. I had stayed there over a week prior with the elevator not working. Just disappointed it wasn’t fixed on my return visit.

    We did NOT stay! We booked the room as the last stop on our road trip and wanted to use the pool and hot tub and we were informed upon check-in that the pool was "broken". The restrooms in lobby and one elevator was out of order. We found another hotel nearby

    This hotel is showing its age; things are a bit rundown. The rooms are comfortable, HVAC not too loud, big TV, etc. Biggest problem is that one of two elevators is not working, which makes for big delays getting to and from your room. The breakfast was good.

    Everything about this stay was great. Parking is plentiful. Our room was a newly renovated on the 5th floor, it was very clean. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold every morning. There's 24hr coffee/tea/hot cocoa station. Staff was friendly, especially the gentleman in the morning breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and a very good value.

    Check in was easy and the room.was in good condition except for the mini fridge, bathtub, and the coffee cups provided which were not good quality. The tub had dog hair in it. The mini fridge did not get cold at ALL. We stopped at this hotel midway between our 840mi trip home. With the mini fridge out we were unable to store our cold foods in there. We were too tired to complain or change rooms so we just used iced to keep our food cold in our cooler. Unfortunately an employee named Frank seemed hostile and suspicious of me as if I weren't a guest at the hotel. He was questioning me and demanded my hotel card in order to enter even though I used the front sliding doors. I was singled out because Frank didn't question anyone else's right to be there. It was very upsetting because we were on our way home from learning my mother in law has cancer then to have to deal with an employee making me feel unwelcome on a trip that was already hard for my family and I.

    A solid place to stay during our road trip down from New England to Florida. The morning breakfast was nice, they had some good healthy options. The room was fine, spacious with good water pressure. There is an amazing Indian restaurant right around the corner if you're looking for a nice place to have dinner.

    My fiancé called around 10pm to let them know we’d be late. We did not know exactly, but it would be after 1 am. Then we had a pretty rough family emergency situation and it made us later. We got there a little before 3 am. They have given our room away and had no more rooms. Someone screwed up.

    We were in the fifth floor and only one elevator was usable. It creaked and clanked every time we used it. Ice machine on our floor was blocked off due to it being broken. Exterior of the hotel had construction debris around the entrance. This was not the usual experience with a Hampton.

    The shower was filthy. I went downstairs to ask for someone to clean it. The front desk person made no apologies and said it would be a few hours before anyone could get to it. I explained that we needed to get ready to leave. She offered us another room. There was plaster hanging from part of the ceiling in the new room. One elevator was out of service for the entire weekend. The single working was crowded and stopped on every floor. I was very surprised because I never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn.

    Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were SO TIRED and the room was newly updated, clean and so comfy. We chose two queens since we were cramped previously at a friend’s home. We both stretched out with our four pillows each. Quiet room with large TV. Good breakfast with clean dining room. Couldn’t ask for more!

    Check in was excellent, the front desk agent was very helpful. Our rooms air is barely working. The fan is in but it is only cool right in front of it.     The property was nice however the elevator was out of order and as an disabled person I had to walk up and down the stairs and that was not fun due to just receiving new hips however the staff inform me that they could reimburse me 50% of my stay.     Room was recently renovated and in great condition, but it was on the first floor, very close to the lobby. We heard the noise of people checking in and wheeling luggage all night long. Efforts should be made to sound proof the room, and eliminate the gap under the door which invited all the noise. Also, the AC made a ton of noise all night

    The front desk people were professional and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathtub has some scuff and repair marks, but the rest of the bathroom looked new, including the shower surround, and the water pressure was great! The “heated” pool still felt pretty chilly and looked like it needed to be vacuumed/skimmed. Still, a nice amenity.

    Stayed there several times before. It’s my go-to in Fredericksburg area. It currently has extensive renovations underway which detracted from its appearance a bit but that cannot be helped.

    There was teams of young soccer players on are floor floor making a lot of racket from 9 pm on. Talk to desk and it helped. I would of rather been on another floor then with them on same floor..Other guest came out of there rooms from the disturbances.I would suggest Always put teams like this on first floor.I will next time want to be on 5th floor and not near an Elevator. The parking lot needs more lighting very dark .Room service did not clean or replace our linens after first night and ask for towels on second nightI will give it an 8 out of 10 and stay again.Please install more pole lights and building lighting Thank you Kevin Gleason

    Sofa bed is rock hard as a sofa, otherwise room was good. Would be nice to have a listing in room of nearby restaurants. Was able to get delivery from Legends. Like extended breakfast hours. Staff very friendly.

    My visit was excellent. It was snowing and cold so the parking lot was somewhat hazardous, but it wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault. The weather conditions were unpredictable.

    They gave me a handicap room that I didn’t reserve, the room had holes on the walls, the check in guy charged my card than ran it 2 other times so he then charged my husbands card, so we both got charged. I tried to tell him they said only 1 card was charged and that I have to wait 5 days for the money to be returned… the hotel was not Hilton quality, it needs renovating and more courteous staffing. We asked for a bottle of water they said 1 per room at check in… what’s a bottle of water cost for a family of 4

    at 11:15- the cleaning lady was in our room while we were sleeping. We asked her to leave & she did. In 10 minutes the maintenance man was banging on the door. He hollered that checkout was at 11 & we needed to get out.I tried to tell him that it was at 12 & he argued that it had changed & we needed to go now. I showed him my itinerary & he countered that they changed it 6 months ago and if I had any questions I could take it up with the desk people- but get out of the room. He was arguing with me in the hallway now. I went to the desk I showed her my itinerary. She said the time had change but they hadn’t had a chance to change it online. I told her what happened with the maintenance man,she was unapologetic but said we could stay till 12 (it was now 11:45) we immediately left.I have never been treated so badly in a business. We will not go back.

    The stay 2 nights ago was much better. The shower was stained and the toilet paper is like wiping with my own hand, spend a little more money on TP.
