The breakfast was not much. Disappointing. People (not office staff) in the office not really doing anything; no grab bar in shower; only cereal and a loaf of bread for toast for breakfast

I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff/manager. I was able to check in early. The room was nice and comfy, all was clean, bed comfortable. My only negative (and not really the fault of the hotel itself) is that it is a bit noisy since it is located right on Rt 1, Emancipation Hwy and near the freeway. So lots of traffic and unfortunately there were several emergency vehicles with the sirens on going past the hotel. Other than the noise, it was a great value and a very nice room.

Sent me to another Econo lodge - which had no rooms available. I had to try and find other accommodations! Expedia is BS If this review is rejected I will just post it on Google review, Yelp, Facebook, Instgram and other sites

The pillows we're so old they were flat, when looked under pillow case it was so stained and gross,a glop of mold between mattress and box spring, dirt and disgusting behind bed , nightstand and couch. When I stepped on bathroom floor then bath towel it left dirt marks after showering, floors don't look like they were mopped in who knows when. Comforter had holes in it! I actually threw my clothes away and didn't take them back home as not sure about anything there! I can't say anything good about this hotel or experience, yes you get what you pay for, not a way to start vacation, just wanted a good night sleep to drive rest of way, should have slept in car. Didn't sleep at all!

Tv that’s it Property manager was a nuisance about who was staying in my room. When I told him it was two children. One an adult, the other a child, that my oldest son was visiting not staying. He he began to ask questions again when I had to go to front desk at freaking 9:30 to get wash clothes and towels which he hands me hand towels then claims the wash clothes were new when they felt warm like they just came out the dryer. The pull out sofa had stains and cigarette butt on. My youngest son fold it back up and sleep on top of it. There was a roach crawling in the window when we arrived. Pulled the covers on bed and there was a some type of bug crawling ?? We will not be returning.

The sheets were dirty, the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the TV place was kind of dirty. The only thing that was positive was the man working there gave us sheets until he had to give us brand new sheets. Will not be staying there again.

When we arrived for our stop over on route further south, there was a woman who had been evicted from what was presumably a long term stay. The police pulled up as we arrived to deal with this matter. We felt concerned and asked if it were a safe place to stay and he said, “honestly, I would t stay here.” We went inside and were told we could not cancel our booking. Not clean, disturbance outside and cold front desk person.

I did not stay. I booked for Saturday- Sunday stay. Ended up having to contact my booking insurance for a refund. Dont know how i ended up being booked for Sunday - Monday stay. Hotel was not receptive or cooperative over the mix up on the phone

First key did not work. Key replaced but then we could not lock the door from the inside as frame was bent. Had to switch rooms.

Shower curtain was moldy. Shampoo was used. Dirty washcloth was in the sink.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, water in shower was great.. my reservation was on file. There is no 'In-room' coffee.

As per previous reviews, the property is extremely dirty. The couch in my room needed to be thrown out. The walls and outlet covers needed a deep clean. The bathroom needed to be hised down from mold and dirt. Will never stay again.

Affordable The hotel is not so clean, burn marks in the blankets, blood stains on the sheets, roaches, the couch was very dirty and stained. A lot of unsavory activity. Do not leave valuables in your car.

Very decent for a motel, no roaches thank God. Heat/AC unit works, but extremely dirty and dusty. Some of the pillows gave a scent of urine.. floors could use a sweeping and mopping for sure.

Overall it was good. The only problem i had was the free continental breakfast was awful. It was muffins from a box, toast and only two kinds of cereal. The milk said it was one day past expiration but thats not all that uncommon. They really didnt try with the breakfast

The staff is unprofessional. I called the hotel to cancel a reservation and spoke with someone who was very rude and hung up on me multiple times. I was treated like I was bothering them by just calling. When I finally reached a person willing to assist me it was too late to cancel or reschedule. If I had stayed at the hotel, the customer service I received over the phone leads me to suspect my stay wouldn't have been much better.

We asked for a non smoking room. We were on the second floor. When we got there there was a family in the room next to us, kids screaming and man hanging over balcony with a cigeratte in his mouth. I spoke and he look at me like "who are you looking at". We went to dinner and came back and didn't see him again. My husband has a sensitive nose and definitely smelled smoke. Overall room was nice, but if you can't deal with smoke, they need a wing just for non smokers. Not really any good restaurants around, you have to drive quite a distance and coffee in the am was like dirty water. Would not stay here again. Sorry.

The only complaint we have is that access to the motel is restricted from the other side of the highway due to the concrete median. We had to pass the motel, turn into gas station and enter the highway before turning into the motel parking lot. It was difficult due to heavy traffic and being right at the traffic lights.

The “closet” was a part of the bathroom and there was one hanger. The sofa looked old and uncomfortable, so I didn’t sit on it. The air conditioning was fine and there were many tv channels to choose from.

More like a 2 hour stay facility, I think it was my fault because I thought it would be nicer, just didn’t like the room, the pillows were old, the towels were old, didn’t look very clean, to be honest.

Was kinda wierd that the guy who checked me in asked if it was ok if i only got $3 back from my $3.82 change. Through me for a loop. Gave no reason for the shorting. I would have been fine with it if it was for clarity. But i feel like it was to cover a shortage in the drawer.

We arrived at econolodge and had accidentally booked a smoking room. We were willing to put up with the overbearing smoke smell as it was our mistake, but we did not stay more than a half hour. Never in my life have i seen a dirtier hotel. Both the blankets and sheets were covered in stains. There was brown, poop-like substance stuck to the wall. Wheh we closed the door there was some sort of yellow grime all over the wall behind it. I couldnt even bring myself to sit on the bed. It was so poorly lit, i am assuming to hide the horrors of the room itself. When we went to the front and asked for a refund the owner lied to us and said hotels.com could refund us, only when they requested our refund he refused stating that there was nothing wrong with the room. Lobby was non-existent... probably 100 degrees at desk for check in at 8 pm. Room was acceptable for the price. I wouldn't advertise what was available at 630 am as any kind of breakfast.

The only 2 negatives I have is that the toilet sometimes wanted to keep running and I had to lift the lid and re-position the flapper and if you were coming up Rt 1 (Away from I-95) you could not make a left into the motel. You have to go up Rt 1 and make a u-turn which requires you to go into a service station. Since there is a traffic light right in front of the motel the traffic backs up to this service station and if it's morning or evening rush hour you have to wait a bit to get out.

parking was very limited,needs to be stated online, man at desk wasnt very friendly. but black guy outside was awesome polite and helpful and even had desk guy come move his car so i could turn around i must say his help n kindness was best part of staying there .room was fine pretty basic seemed clean enuf had nice smell. if u have a trailer or large vehicle go elsewhere

The breakfast is not nearly what it is at other Econolodges. All they had was cereal, coffee, and tiny muffins but the cereal dispensers were dirty and the coffee was watered down. There were a lot of shady people outside to the point where I didn't feel safe going outside at night. No hot water in shower.

It was like every place else but what made it stuck out to being one of the worse is the location. You could hear every car pass and every alarm go off. It sucked

The property was undergoing renovations and after getting in from the road at 1:30am I was woken up at 7am with hammering and drilling all around my room. I called the front desk and complained but they told me they had no control over when the contractors start working. Well, people only go to Econ Lodge to sleep, so there should be no excuses about not letting them sleep. If you are going to wake people up at 7am, then you need to post that and make it clear when people book. Otherwise shut down the motel during renovations!

Well, people only go to Econ Lodge to sleep, so there should be no excuses about not letting them sleep. If you are going to wake people up at 7am, then you need to post that and make it clear when people book. Otherwise shut down the motel during renovations!

The continental breakfast wasn't that great and drink machines broken.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Facilities were just fine for my purposes, sleeping and relaxing.

The staff that spoke English was very nice accommodating as much as they could. The carpet was so heavily stained that I had to hide them from sight using the bath towels. The water in the shower was barely warm. Some of the rooms have laminate flooring while others have carpet. I asked for a room with the laminate flooring, which was granted. Breakfast was cereal bagels, muffins, coffee and juice. Never, Never, again

Close to I-95. Close to food and fuel. Unfortunately the morning traffic to DC is horrendous

Staff is always nice. Easy off, easy on to the highway I-95. Just wish they would accept pets.

Needed an upgrade and better cleaning people.

Loved that my room didn’t have carpet. Makes the room feel cleaner. Super soft bed. Only complaint is the rooms could use some better pillows.
