The walls in the bathroom had stuff all over it and it wasn’t clean. The bed had a cigarette burn in the sheets. Said there would be breakfast that wasn’t available just coffee…. Everything….

The hotel stay met my expectations. It was just for an overnight stop on the way. The room was clean with a mini fridge and microwave. It’s a basic no frills motel but the staff was pleasant. Was happy to be able to use the EV charger while we stayed.

Outside property had visible bugs. Pool closed. Nothing swept. Vegetable garden near the pool. Long term apartments in some units. Rooms clean except for mold on shower head and in shower. Some repairs needed in rooms. AC ok except cover hanging off unit outside. Days Inn should be better

The staff was kind,polite and helpful. No elevator...was not aware there was no elevator. Im 72 yrs old and had to carry suitcase up stairs. The room was suppose to be non smoking but smelled bad. I had a difficult time breathing.

Worse place I ever stayed. I compare the conditions to a prison room. Bed was a mattress on a metal frame that felt like I was sleeping on a tin can. There was not even a closet to hang your clothes it. When I checked in, they were having a birthday party for a seven year-old little girl and hundreds of kids and parents were all inside the check-in area. The place was very noisy. I had kids yelling and screaming outside my door and banging I would never ever stay here again. It was the worst day I’ve ever had. We woke up at 2:45 in the morning got dressed and left.

The location was convenient; however, there was hair on the sheets and comforter, the floor was filthy, and dogs were not allowed to be walked on the grass... not quite pet friendly.

There were groups of kids and they were outside and VERY loud and noisy and the staff did nothing about it...it was terrible and this was at 11:00pm

Location to venue Room was nothing like the photos on the website. We booked as 2 adults and one pet. Nowhere on website does it say there was a charge for pets. Room facility was awful. Tv reception was terrible. There was trash all over the property. We booked a room with king bed. When we told them we had a pet our room was switched to 2 double beds. Would not recommend

Close by. There's a trend toward faux wood floors instead of carpet. The bed is hard for me to get up on. I'm 4'11". Breakfast is coffee and juice which is closed at 9.

Location to I-95 Gave me the key to the room. Put me in the back. The key didn’t work. The clerk acted like it was an inconvenience

I would have given this a better rating but my daughter forgot her necklace and earrings on the bathroom sink. We left for about an hour and a half and when I called the front desk they said I could come back to get it. When I got there he said housekeeping already cleaned the room and there wasn’t anything in the room. When the front desk asked housekeeping they said they didn’t take it (of course). Terrible staffing to have liars and thieves working there.

Close to 95, easy on/off for road trip and had a few food choices close by.

Room was clean. Right off the highway was very convenient. There was no breakfast. My room was rented to someone else hours (apparently) after i got there so I (a single woman) have some guy pounding on my door and trying to get in with his key. Luckily I had the deadbolt engaged. Then, the (male) night manager comes pounding on my door. Very stressful. I barricaded my door to get some sleep. Would not return.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean I didn't like how I was charged 20 extra dollars for wanting to check in early. Rooms were ready and everything. Imagine if I was traveling from out of state and I had just enough for the room reserved and the extra money for food. I understand it's business but why charge if rooms were ready, plus I wasn't that early!

The water was lukewarm at best and wouldn’t get hot. People next to me was fighting and there was a mildew smell in the room . WiFi barely works and the bed was very lumpy. Staff wise I only had interaction with lady in front when checking in and it was nothing special, straight forward business transaction.

Very average/less than average stay. It was a little more run-down than I expected from the Expedia listing. We just needed one night to break up a long road trip so it served its purpose, but wouldn’t stay here again. The lobby and room had a weird smell; like food was recently cooked in it. Room was filthy, I got itchy going under the sheets. I too my clothes and had to bag them and put them in the bed of my truck to protect against bed bugs. Also, there were two people above me banging all night long. I had to leave with no sleep at 4am just to get away from these people banging all night long.

Towels and bedding had stains… I’m not sure if other hotels just buy more towels or use different cleaning product I’m not sure… but I’m sure they were washed so all good. lol When breakfast grab and go runs out…. You’re out of luck even if it’s an hour before it’s over. So went hungry but there’s Ihop next door lol! Overall happy! 4/5! :) Go with the flow of life! If anyone reads this may you have a good day!!!! Take care!!!

Stopped at this location after driving 7 hours. Needed a good rest, something to Eat and a shower.. Everything was just fine until after 9pm. My hotel room door was stuck/locked. It took them 90 minutes to broke the room lock then I got out of my room. I will sue them for putting me and my family in that situation. Terrible management.

No Kleenex nor body lotion were provided. There was soap and shampoo. The Continental breakfast consisted of muffin, granola bar, yogurt, apple, juices and coffee. No dining tables were set up. There were a few chairs and a coffee table in a small setting area. The location is conveniently located.

When I left clothing items became missing and a jewelry chain. My food was thrown away and when returned to same room room was changed next to ice machine. 554am truck drivers were filling ice coolers until 7am. Continental breakfast was taken by everyone and not replenished and when asked I was told no. I went to IHop that’s right next door for breakfast. Bed was on a medal frame and a Box.

We couldn’t understand the hotel clerk at checkin brutal English and huge piece of plexiglass to talk through. Room was awful walked in found huge bug in shower. Door didn’t lock….AC unit was a joke. TV was analog seriously who has that still. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. Don’t do it stay somewhere else. You got me once but won’t get me again. Good luck

I liked the convenience near I-95, unfortunately our beds were very old, one was broken and the bed bases were noisy while just turning over to sleep. I was not happy with the quality of stay.

Quick overnight stay on a road trip was successful. TV didn't work well, so we listened to music on our phones. Air condition was working hard & we were still a bit hot. It was a scorching day. Muffins for breakfast were good. Would recommend.

The floor wasn't very clean, and the microwave was broken. The hot and cold water are reversed, nearly burnt my hand. The room was quiet so that was a positive.

Property was not like the pictures. was suppose to check in at 3pm, could not get into room till after 6pm. Sheets has burns in them. Bath tub / shower was subpar. Hotel is very old and not kept up at all. Avoid staying here if you can, They say you get what you pay for.... not true here. You get way less than what you pay for!!!

Front desk person came knocking on my door early in the morning asking questions about my service dogs after I checked in. Requesting me to show proof that they are service dogs . Place was not kept well, run down and smelled immensely of bleach when I entered the room. Furniture looked like it was attached by an animal (all clawed up). Bathroom fixtures unsealed.

You get what you pay for, it is affordable and decent if you want a convenient affordable choice. Biggest issue was our non smoking room was adjacent to a smoking room and our room would stink of smoke on occasion. No ventilation on the bathrooms. Bathrooms are very small.

I had to wait about five minutes before staff came to the front. There was no coffee complementary at all. I said they don't make it because it takes too long in the evening. I used to stay in days in a lot before, but not no more. I realize this tonight the bathroom needs to complete work over the grout in the tile is black water was leaking on the floor when I put the shower on need to paint job in the bathroom you guys used to give complementary coffee in the room at least two packs of regular and two packs of decaf. Now they only give you one and one the television was not working correctly. All the pictures were fuzzy Out of. Let's say dirty channels. You only got three that came in clear. The towels were not as wide as I would expect them, they didn't look clean overall the bed seem OK but I wouldn't know if the tiles are that dingy they used to serve breakfast from 6 to 10 now it's 6 to 9. The people are tired so you expect us to wake up extra early just to eat to go back to your room and leave. I think it's unfair for the price you're paying something has to give like I said for a Wyndham company they completely dropped the ball on this one

Good for a place to sleep on a road trip.

Staff was indifferent. Not welcoming. Outside Area around room dark and dirty. Room needed painting. Bathroom baseboard dirty. Heard 3 loud banging noises during the nite. Scarey sounding. Stated that breakfast was included. Ha! If you call coffee, dried up muffins granola bars juice and yogurt that was it. One employee said that was because they want you to go to the IHop next door that they run!

Rooms was cold and the heater struggled, but rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly

One thing I really didn’t appreciate was that I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, yet housekeeping still tried to enter my room. As a female traveling alone, that didn’t feel safe. Not only is it concerning that they could have walked in while I was there, but if I had left the room, they could have come in and anything could have been touched or taken. When a Do Not Disturb sign is on the door, it’s there for a reason, and that should be respected. This is definitely something management should take more seriously to protect guests and their belongings. On a positive note, I appreciated having a TV, microwave, and fridge in the room. But overall, it was just an average stay—nothing great that would make me want to come back unless I had no other option.

Easy to get too.

We arrived and had to ask for new sheets because ours hand stains on them. the bathroom door didn't even clothes. The ac/heater did not want to turn on took us about 10 minutes to get it to work. then took another 5 minutes for the heat. We were in the non smoking side and still smeeled like smoke. Your next to the intersection so you hear cars driving all night, dogs barking.

On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, lots of pillows. The washroom was outdated, but clean, and there was a nice large countertop at the sink. We were pleased to have our dogs welcomed, however if we stay again, we will be requesting a room that doesn't face the highway.

The facility is older and shows her age but still has good bones. Plenty of parking in a very well lit parkling lot. Check in was simple and easy. Staff was friendly and gracious. Room was on 2nd level, room smelled clean up entry w/o noxious chemical smells. Bed was made crisply and altho the bedding was tired, it was found to be clean and fresh smelling. Bed was comfortable and wrapped in a zippered prorector. Room was mostly clean, with the exception of the floor and some dusty corners. Flat surfaces had been wiped down and the toilet/sink area were sparkling. Fridge was good and cold. Ac/Heat unit worked appropriately, albiet a little loud. Shower had decent pressure and the water was adequately hot. Towels were flimsy but got the job done. No real breakfast to speak of despite the advertisement of such. This isnt a place i would recommend to folks who are going to nit pick every little thing. But for what we needed... a comfortable bed, in an affordable room, with a decent shower to start the day, we would definitely stay here again.

Poor tv quality , all vending machines didn’t work, housekeeping staff walked into room while we in it and even had do not disturb sign on door

Found roaches, hair, and dirt everywhere. Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.

My stay here was not pleasant I couldn’t sleep due to several others staying there making noise all night. I called the police but they said as long as they weren’t violent it was nothing they could do and it was up to the property to ask someone to leave. I wasn’t even offered to switch my room and one night people knocked on my door and pulled at it several times during the night.

He gave me a room at the back of the building and there was no close parking. When he realized I had so much work to carry to my room, he found me a room on the first floor, where it was closer to parking. A friend told me not to stay at the Days Inn last year so I didn’t. I decided to save some money at the Days Inn and boy am I glad I did. The other place wasn’t any nicer for the price. The room was clean. The bed was wonderful. Plenty of hot water and an ice machine. . Plenty of hot water and a ice machine.

This place has roaches, when I told front desk, they said they would send a maintenance man, no one came. When I reminded them that maintenance was supposed to show up and do whatever, they said that maintenance can’t spray the room with guests in there. I will do everything I can to never come back to this place. I honestly want my money back. Once I saw the roach on the bed, it was over for me.

We checked in on Tuesday and we did not have our room cleaned until Saturday. Plus our room had roaches.

I was unable to stay here, due to having lost my purse w physical id. Room was paid for on app, I had a pic of id on phone, and my work security badge w full name and picture, and the guy at front desk would not let me stay at hotel. Cannot find a phone number to reach hotels.com, to rectify this situation

The floor in the room was dirty. Both the door into the room and the bathroom door were difficult to close. The coffee-maker was dirty. The room smelled musty and had an odor. Now I know were not to stay.

It was nice and very clean

It was conveniently located close to the event we were attending. It covered the 4 S requirement very well.

Place was ok. No real Amenities. Breakfast was lame. No milk or cream for coffee just powder. Good for 1 night only just a stop over.

The free breakfast needs a little work! Only offered weak juices from a mix and muffins that were more preservatives than actual muffins. The coffee was like drinking sludge from a pond! Sludge would have tasted better!

We have stayed here numerous times and never had a problem with roaches, but the last room we was in had a infestion. I bought bug spray and sprayed the air conditioner where I had seen bugs and if 30 didn't run out not a one did. We even found them in the bed.

When I booked, I was never told a minimum age you had to be. I’ve booked previously with this hotel and company so I thought it shouldn’t be a problem and I prepaid my booking. When i got to the checkin the guy was very nice and polite but as soon as he checked my ID and realised I was under 21 he became very rude. I was trying to figure out how I would get refunded If I wasn’t given a room and he just rudely kept interrupting saying it wasn’t the hotels problem and that he needed to get to the next customer. I’ve tried messaging and calling the hotel multiple times to figure out my refund and I’ve yet to get it. 9 days without an answer and a refund and I’m furious. I will never be booking here again.
