Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the amenities and great location.

The parking lot was littered with trash. The noise in the parking lot was loud in the middle of the night. The shower in the room partially operated with half the water coming out of the spicket and half out the shower head.

This was such a great place with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the hotel is near so much food and shopping places.

Room was great size. It was nice having a kitchen.

Great stay

We paid for a 2 bedroom. We walked into the room and had to immediately leave it. It smelled like either pee or cat litter. Lady at front desk gave us a studio room for the night because there were no 2 bedrooms available. Manager Kim was very apologetic. The next day gave us the presidential suite and extra membership points. Everything worked out.

Nothing Both Booking.com and Residence Inn were both unsatisfactory, to resolving my need to modify my reservation for two whole days before my my initial stay date. I will not be using either services in any capacity going forward. Booking.com claims that modifications have to be done through the hotel. And the hotel says that they can't make any modifications without the permission of Booking.com. Meanwhile Booking.com makes it extremely hard to even reach anyone for customer service. Its a complete racket. Neither will get me as a customer again.

We had a room on the first floor behind the kitchen. Everything was okay with the room until morning and other rooms using facilities backed up not only in the shower while showering but the toilet was overflowing nonstop. Once realized, there was no way to exit the shower without stepping in the toilet overflow which by now had continued into the hallway carpet and closet area. While staff and eventually the manager listened to us as we ran our belongings to the car and explained the toilet bowl was pouring nonstop, nobody actually went to the room and it didn't seem to surprise them. They showed me a paper saying they refunded the room which I have not received credit for as of 2/27 and they promised a $50 check to be mailed to cover clothing lost in the incident which also is not received as of this date.

Kudos to the interior designer. I loved the patterns and textures design. As a watercolor artist I enjoyed the time to visit old town Frederick and to paint my thoughts here.

Overnight stay on Christmas Eve with my boys so we could attend the movies at the Regal Theater in the plaza across the street. It was very convenient, clean and comfortable, I just wish there were better options for the breakfast.

The hotel was cold in the breakfast area. The decafe coffee was room temperature every day. The pool room was cold and water temperature was not warm enough to attempt to swim.

Needs work. Touch up paint doesn’t match. There’s no Hot Tub as listed on website. Pool room is freezing/ breezy. Could use better couches since they are for sleeping.

Clean, comfortable.

The room was nice and roomy and we love the fireplace! Everything was mostly clean, but there's definitely some normal wear and tear that comes with a hotel that's been there awhile. The staff was fantastic!! And the breakfast was delicious. Sad the pool was closed but we enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Frederick and the myriad of restaurants and shops there, as well as right across the street in Westview.

Clean quiet close to shopping areas I like everything

The Residence Inn was situated in a quiet area, just a minute's walk from a shopping mall and within walking distance of several dining options. A grocery store was conveniently nearby, making it easy to pick up essentials. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The hotel boasts of a hot tub and pool and this weekend they had neither working. Yes they had them advertised as an amenity and they were not available and had not been for weeks. Nice enough as they all were the $10 discount for an additional days stay and the later check out wasn’t even close to being enough to make it worthwhile for me to stay again. To close this review out, the hotel manager thought she was really clever with the offer for $10 off a NEXT NIGHTS STAY…! Unbelievable and the house keeper didn’t bother to take out the garbage underneath the kitchen sink so I had to call up and ask for a replacement because there were No other plastic trash or waste paper bin bags in the room at all. Just the trash from the previous night guests, but I wasn’t a titanium Bonvoy member so I guess that’s what it is was all about! Keep the little black bag and the 4pm check out! I would have stayed home to relax had I known all of this! The water pressure was Amazing though and HVC loud, but overall with the changes made I am sure that it would be a better experience for someone looking to stay here.

You should not be offering pools or hot tubs if you don't actually have them on the premises that is false advertising I would have never booked there if I would have known that you didn't actually have those things that you said you did it was a waste of $200 and I won't be back

The hotel providing the new pool would not provide key access. Construction surrounding the hotel is loud. Advice: there are plenty of hotels in this area. Skip this one all together. We specifically booked for our kids to have a pool and breakfast and both were a major disappointment.

Breakfast was meh, and they ran out of food at 9:15 and closed it at 9:30.

The room was just like all the other Residence Inn except a lot older and run down. The shower had been repaired from a rather large crack in the tile. The cabinets are turning white from age and moisture. The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were amazing and the towels.

We stayed for a wedding. The rooms were quite spacious and very nice. I was surpised to find a stove, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We literally did not want to leave. It reminded us of a small apartment. Staff was great and very kind. Checking in and out was super easy. Oh and the mobile key was sooo cool! We live in the area so it was quite convient, and the shopping center had everything we needed. Will definately stay again! The rooms and hallways were very cold, even when changing the thermosat but nothing you couldn't manage. Also first turning on the water the sink water was almost brown, but once we let it run for a minute, it was normal. Honestly there wasn't anything we didnt like, it was little things that could easily be fixed.

Its was very nice except our room had view of air conditioning units and other unpleasant things to see other than that it was wonderful the breakfast free wasnt soo great and the hours were too short should be at least to 10:30 am the room was a little smaller than expected and there was no oven the pool should be heated

Carpets a bit dated. My TV wasn't working in the living room. My door, although locked had a large gap from the frame.

Everything was great with the place. The only issue I had trying to get ice for my cooler in the morning.

The room was clean, comfortable and i wish i could have stayed longer. Would definitely use Resident Inn for future stays.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was typical Marriott fare. Breakfast server was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. The television in the breakfast room was tuned in to a non-political station, which we appreciated. We reserved a suite that said it accommodated 5 adults. Two double beds that were in the rooms would not accommodate 5 adults; the beds were not even queen size. The guest rooms badly need to be refurbished. The first suite we were assigned had a terrible odor; the carpet was permanently soiled and torn. The staff obligingly transferred us to a second suite that was only marginally better than the first because it didn't have an odor that drove us out the door, but the carpet was torn and needed to be replaced. Neither of the suites met the standards we have seen in other Marriott hotels. I would not stay at this Marriott Bonvoy again.

The facility was fine. I could not alter my reservation to extend a day because I booked through Booking.Com. I won’t book that way until the future.

My family and I chose this hotel for a weekend sleepover to celebrate our son's 5th birthday. The suite was clean and comfortable, and all of the staff (especially the breakfast crew) were friendly and accommodating. Thank you@

Sheryl at the front desk was absolutely wonderful she was so welcoming and extremely pleasant and kind. She is definitely a rare find these days because you can tell she is an employee that cares about people and wants to make your stay feel like home. I wish all of my staff at work were more like her.

My son enjoyed the basketball hoop. The staff was friendly. Location was convenient. The room space was small, but we appreciated the separate living and sleeping space with a full kitchen!

Everything was good. Friendly, efficient staff. The property on the outside was well-maintained. My room was okay. There was noticeable ceiling damage in the bathroom but no observable leakage. Everything was satisfactory.

Easy parking check in was flawless

This hotel desperately needs an update. I stay because the staff is nice and we always need a room with a kitchen, and it has never had any insect issues; but this time the room had an odd smell and was not terribly clean (long black hair on shower wall, etc).

Amazing- from the start to the finish!

Check in was simple and easy. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast had good options. Pool area decent although we did not use it. Generally the hotel was quiet as well. Would stay again if in the area.

We seem to get the same room every time we go. The toilet leaks, the door lock is finicky, there is a big gash in the shower wall and the feather pillows are dreadful. I only return because there haven’t been any bugs.

It is a really nice hotel. Jessie at the front desk was overly helpful and very delightful. Our room was lovely except the shower had a huge and unattractive (repaired) crack in the tiles and the toilet ran off and on all night. Overall, we will stay again because it’s even a little nicer than the place down the street where we normally stay.

The staff was very nice and everything was clean .

The studio room we had was spacious, clean, and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town.

Our suite was very nice. Although we didn't use most of the amenities there, there were plenty of them; indoor pool, basketball court, fire pits, etc. It's within a few miles of a lot of shopping and eating. Staff was very friendly and courteous, and helpful with recommendations for us.

The sliding closet doors in my room didn’t work properly. If I were Only staying a night this would have been easy to ignore. I stayed Four nights so I was Annoyed. Even More so upon receipt of my bill.
