One of the worst stays I booked in my life, and the worst facility with false promises and provided room and amenities. They give smoked room even though we asked for non smoking since we had 4 kids to stay, overall terrible and not recommended for families and non-smoking people.

Very close to highway but still somewhat silent, had green space nearby, lot of food options, including medicine etc The wooden floor was quite soggy. Lot of guests with pets not cleaning their mess, some bugs in the room as well. The shared door in room had lot of noise coming from other side.

Updated rooms must’ve happened a long time ago. No fridge. No coffee maker. No tissues. Bare bones to say the least. Remote didn’t work and staff didn’t have new batteries either. Mattress was full of holes. It was disgusting. Never will stay there again

Check in at 3pm staff was terrible for sure need to be replaced. I they were recibe complain before about the same staff. Look like they don’t care . Thanks

Free parking Bed was marginally okay #1) Internet supposedly free but UNUSEABLE; could not get on because of limited 'space' We needed access to the Internet for work; could not do anything work related !! #2) Mold in bathroom = Yuk!! #3) Room not set up for the comfort of -2- individuals #4) One of the two lamps in the room did NOT WORK ! #5) Ice machine does not work #6) No clock in the room #7) No Hot Water (f/shower) !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The drain in the sink wasn't working so we had to do it manually. Also it would have been nice to have a second chair in the room.

One single solitary functioning ice machine in the entire hotel located in a remote corner of the 3rd floor. Outside door maintenance more than a little scarry with what looked like hammer or battering ram blows on some doors.

Rooms were sparse and had no extra furniture besides the bed. Bathroom facilities were in poor condition - toilet clogged, shower grungy, mold on shower curtain. No sound proofing in room due to the whole room being hard surfaces so you could hear everything around us. No toiletries except for bar soap. Price seemed high for such a bare basics room and experience.

I booked the room and had confirmation and when I drove all the way there they told me no availability... N I have to wait 7-12 days to get my money returned. Then I call booking .app customer service n they sucked also. All I kept hearing "for this one" it drove me nuts. Almost like "and then...." On one of those dumb movies .

Pet friendly didnt see a pool

Was probably the nastiest room I’ve stayed in ever. Bathroom sink still had the previous user shave cream and hairs in it as it did drain from the prior tenant before me. Toilet Was leaking around the wax seal and it’s been leaking a long time. From what I could tell an animal stayed in the room prior to me as it smelled like a wet dog. Disgusting. Staff had the motivation of molasses and done nothing. You’ve been warned.

Upon entering the room there was a musty smell. In the bathroom on the first floor room there was mold on celling in the shower. The phone in room did not work. When we went to the front desk to get extra blankets, my wife was told come back in an hour. When she went back they only had one blankets. The room on the second floor was a little better. But had the same smell and mold in the bathroom shower. The floors were not clean. My first and last experience with Motel 6, they will not have to, "LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR ME."

My grandkids had a problem sleeping in there because it was too much of stale cigarettes

Abysmal. I would not even leave a dog here. Not clean. Not comfortable.

Simple place to rest - not a lot of amenities, but I expected that (my wife not so much -- lesson learned).

Bed covering was dirty, shower had hairs all in it, shower head did not work, tv remote didn’t work. Would not stay here again if it was free.

NEXT TO WAWA AND SOME OTHER STORES NOTHING EXCITING.

No fridge no microwave. The bathroom looks dirty. The rest of the room is fairly clean. The outside is dirty. The staff knocks on my door every morning but never brings me fresh towels or asks if i need anything. I have to go to the office to get towels and trashbags. Im here for work but for the price i feel like there should be better service.

6 rooms booked, one given away before check-in, one without the refrigerator paid for, one with fecal matter on the bedding, all were dirty with trash and food crumbs left behind, multiple long black hairs on the top sheet visible without even turning them down, body impression on made up bed, crumbs in bed, one without a bath towel. Terrible experience! Now I'm trying to get the credit for the room that was given away. The hotel said they issued the credit, but I need to contact Expedia and in turn Expedia needs to contact the hotel and then I can get my due refund. This is a cumbersome process. I am not only unhappy with the hotel, I am now unhappy with the process of going through Expedia. I will be contacting corporate for Motel 6 and Expedia if needed. Very dissatisfied. Connie

I had one of 6 rooms reserved for veterinary staff for local emergency hospital and rooms were beyond dirty. One didn't have the refrigerator paid for, one had feces on the bedding, several had trash and multiple black hairs left behind, one had indentation on bedding like someone was laying on the bed, too dirty to use refrigerators, and more. Will not be using the hotel for future emergencies,

If you don't expect much this should meet your expectations. The counter staff is behind bullet proof glass but they were very nice. They had a nice big field for dogs to do their business- people pick up after your pets!

Awful room

Room was okay, morning staff was decent. Late night staff wasn’t as great.

There was no hot water no matter how long it ran so youcouldn'ttake a shower. The mattress had springs that weren't padded & was a horrible night trying to get comfortable to sleep. You can only park on one side of tge building so being on the 2nd floor on the opposite side was a true pain having to go back to the car for luggage. Just felt cheap like a transient stop.

Room was freezing cold. The heat didn’t work and we slept shivering. When we checked out and told the front desk their response was “yeah a lot of the rooms heat don’t work”.

The heat did stop working one night but was fixed first thing in the morning. Excellent service.

The room temp was fine. The dogs were all fine. The beds were horrible as was the attitude of the woman i checked in with. She has no business greeting customers and checking them in.

The both room we got was dirty and smelled really bad like a dog. Was not really happy with the stay. But they area of the hotel was not that bad.

The whole experience was horrible room nasty, employees argued about fridge in the room. Room smelled like weed.

Only update to dated room was flooring, bathroom and vanity were old and worn. There were spiders all over the shower curtain, knats came out of the sink drain when I turned on the water and the WiFi didn’t work! Outside my room in the courtyard, young people who were either drunk or high partied all night and yelled and screamed and it was just awful, I cancelled my planned 2nd night here!

No Wi-Fi!!! The same owner refuses to upgrade the Wi-Fi at the Leland location, and I would be living there at the weekly rate otherwise. The owner is penny-wise-and-pound-foolish, losing hundreds of dollars over a one-time tech upgrade.

Clean rooms and parking lot. Hotel staff has zero tolerance for loitering and nonsense.

The rooms are renovated and its in a decent area. The exterior of the motel needs work and there was a clogging issue in the bathroom sink. However Its a decent place to stay for just a night or 2.

Night #1 heater/AC unit died. No one to fix it. Huge cricket in the room. Tried to kill it but he hid under the heater/AC. Didn't sleep at all. Bedding was awful. Sheet was paper thin, blanket was only slightly thicker. Mattress was completely shot. Night #2 I asked for another room. No housekeeping that day and no maintenance people to fix the heater/AC. They accommodated me. 2nd room had another cricket! I got him. Same bad bedding and worn out mattress. Food stain on wall and scuff marks. Exterior, one stairway was blocked off with plywood and caution tape. Spend a little more tomstay somewhere else.

Did I know what I was getting into? Yes. Am I going to be honest? Yes. They’re going under renovations around the property. The staff was great. The room is good, outdated bathroom, just worn out. Everything was clean, just worn. Room is a echo to it. If someone sneezes loud enough, you’ll hear it in the next room. My stay, somebody was having a rave the whole night. It’s just gonna depend on the day and the time you stay there I guess.

I got a room with frig that i booked online but when i went yo check in they said i needed to pay more for that.but thats what i booked at a price of 66.00.it went up to 77.00 i didnt like that cause the booking price of 66. Was with a frig and even said a microwave but it wasnt in the room

The beds were dirty, the bathroom also was not clean , room supposed to be not smoking but the people next to are room they were smoking mariguana , and smell really bad , I have 2 babies , at 3 am I had to check out because of that.

This place is good

The desk was manned by an angry, bitter woman who obviously despises her job. Every time we stepped out of our room, we were harassed by drunk guys who seemed a permanent feature of the upper floor. We never felt safe. Plus our room was filthy, with sticky urine on the floor around the toilet, tar shoe marks on the sheets, and not even a blanket on a bed. Angry desk woman said it was because they don’t have housekeeping. I’ve left a lot out here, but bottom line: if you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor and splurge an extra $10 to stay somewhere- anywhere- else. The cheap rate is too costly.

Pluses: bed was clean comfortable. Shower/tub diverted was broken and water was not very hot. The center section of the hotel was barricaded off assuming due to renovations but that caused a further walk to get to the room. I arrived late evening and was back on the road early so it suited the purpose for the price.

Overall it wasn’t bad just better at cleaning the rooms

The elevator is broken. No chairs in laundry room. Overcharged 65 dollars ..Yhe worst experience ever. They took 65 dollars off my card when i booked and ot said put in card but nothing will be taken. Im on 3rd floor i have scoatica cant walk steps and had to walk up with bags of laundry. So disappointed

Beds had stains on both comfortors ,bath floor dirty, bed vary uncomfortable.

Couldnt get a cart to unload baggage. Toilet seat coming off. Was charged 38 more dollars to get a fridge on room. 65 dollars was taken off my card because i booked a later date when it said put your card on file to hold room nothi g will be taken. For the price its just not worth it. I payed over 500 for a week.

My sister needs a Cpsp machine to sleep and the power between the beds did not work no matter the number of times we reset it. Had to go out and buy an extension cords so we could power her Cpap machine and to charge our phone

Honestly, it’s lush green grass with shade trees and flowers planted for eye appeal! Almost like a city park but quieter. The room was spacious. Staff is incredibly friendly. There is some remodeling currently happening which makes it a bit of a construction zone. Footnote that. For the price though, you should happy. Plenty of food options all less than a few city blocks away including multiple grocery stores.

My stay had been very pleasant and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed on this property many times in the past but this has been one of the worst times. The room was supposed to be a king bed and I got double and the shower the tub had peeling really bad hair on bed it was dirty and I got locked out 3 times I kept having to go to get a new card. No ice on premises. I had no place to keep my insulin. I ended up ending my stay early. I just couldn’t take it. And incident occur there so blood was everywhere. It wasn’t good. I’m not use to it being that way. It has gone down hill. Not sure who managed it now but they need to do something. I deserve to get refunded a day because I left. I couldn’t stand the environment any longer. The strong weed smell. I don’t smoke so why should I have to deal with all that drama. I really do deserve a refund.

Clean convenient comfortable

I was very disappointed with Motel 6. Recently the ones ive stayex with had been remoded and updated, not this particular location.The outside corridors had bags of trash and box of empty beer cans. Door key card didn't work, bathroom toilet overflowed, mattresses were hard as rocks and blanket had holes in it. Staff was accommodating about fixing key problem and moving our room.
