The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.

The staff were brilliant. Room was top notch and a reasonable selection of food for breakfast. There are so many good choices to eat out a short drive or walk away.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The breakfast was FREE but also delicious (besides the eggs). I love the amenities. They had a pool, laundry and weight room. Only thing missing is a hot tub!

Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and welcoming with my name on the screen. Great location and felt very safe. There was a little bit of paint chipping on the walls in room 401. Just a sign of aging but it could turn someone else off from staying there.

We were here for a wedding where most of the guests were also staying. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Nice amenities and breakfast was exactly what you would expect here. No problems at all. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was standard Hilton. Lobby was clean. Located close to restaurants and shopping. Room furniture was well worn. Bathroom sink didn't hold water. Problem with shampoo dispenser took two days to solve.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming & efficient at check-ins & check-out & are courteous. Our room is clean, has comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet is good. Location is close to stores & restaurants & quiet at night. My daughter enjoyed the pool. We will definitely return.

Location The listing states there is a no pet policy however after checking in and coming back from dinner the first night we noticed several other guests with dogs. Upon asking hotel staff, they informed us that they are a pet friendly hotel as are the neighboring hotels. Once I asked for a refund they refused to give back our money. We would have went to a no pet hotel. As when I booked this trip the policy stated no pets. This left us very upset as we are allergic to pet dander. The room was decent until we moved the table to pull out the sofa bed, and noticed very large what looked to be pet stains on the carpet. No accommodations were made when this was brought to the hotel staff. Instead we paid for 2 nights in a carpet stained and pet dander room. Leaving us having to use allergy medication and inhalers more than we should have. Very unsettling. Will not stay here again.

Kept having to kill stink bugs, and it was December! Had to wonder what else might be creeping around. No one wants to see bugs in their hotel room.

We stayed for one night and had a really great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, truly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

The Serving area always stayed neat and was stocked with enough supplies. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and checked. First room I was sent to I had my caution as I was placed at the end of the floor and noticed debris leading to the room. Opened the door saw the tile was dirty and carpet had trash also. Went to a second room it was clean but not fully stocked with the normal supplies used by guest. I will not select this property again.

The room was clean (mostly), there was an old water bottle in between the wall and nightstand. The hotel is a little dated (has popcorn ceilings) and outdated bathrooms. All of the staff were friendly. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, just a face bar, so we had to grab soap. The bed is comfy, the pillows suck and aren't the correct size for the bed. I would stay here again, but it would not be my first choice.

Upgraded our room due to a strong pet odor and was so pleased with the kindness and consideration. Such a treat!

The kitchenette was really great and made our romantic getaway super cozy. The room was very large and impressive and had everything we could have ever wanted. The hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful and everything that we sampled was delicious! We will definitely come back again in the future.

Great updated and clean hotel with wonderful staff. This was a great choice for a family Spring Break trip to DC. Everything was clean and up to date and the evening reception and morning breakfast were wonderful.

Overall a great stay

It had a nice common area to meet up our travel companions which was nice. There was an outdoor hang out space too, which would be awesome in good weather.

My complaints are that most of the outlets in our room didn’t work and the shower didn’t have any grip on the bottom so my daughter kept slipping. Not huge issues but that’s why it’s 4 and not 5 stars

Our state was great. The room was extremely clean and very large room and extremely affordable. It was close to everything that we needed to get to, the staff was great.I will definitely book again at this exact hotel because it is probably one of the most hotels I've ever stayed in

The room was just as expected and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful all throughout our 4 day stay.

The location is great. It is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. The breakfast was not good. Although they serve it from 6:30 to 9:30 am you must need to go very early for it to be warm. We went at 8:30 am and that was not the case. The potatoes and eggs were cold. There was also almost no oatmeal left. It was disappointing.

Great stay, great location, nice hotel, near EVERYTHING, however they were double booked based on the young lady a the front desk. We didn’t get the room we paid for. The room was very clean but the pillows were the worst, you 10 of them to nake a decent pillow lol. My neck was messed up.

Great customer service

The rooms were dirty, they have obvious plumbing issues and they allow pet owners to put animal waste in hallway trash areas that sit overnight and have the hallways smelling awful in the mornings.

Were bed bugs and they had to hire a professional exterminator before they would leave being what I had bites all over

The stay was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the hotel was able to accommodate my and a friend with adjoining rooms. My only down side was that I wasn't told you pay for wifi.

Room had everything needed. Breakfast was ok. Cleanliness was ok. However, the rooms are a bit outdated. Carpets need to be replaced. This hotel allows pets and some of the stains I saw on the carpet were clearly animal stains of some sort. No way to open windows. But would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times we have been impressed with the size of the rooms. We feel very comfortable at Hilton Suites.

The difference w/Homewood Suites is the breakfast and cafe. It is even funner than Embassy Suites. The way the tables are crafted and setup invites a very warm, happy and inviting atmosphere. It's my 2nd time at a HS, and both times the breakfast was just a special, enjoyable time. Servers were always pleasant. The pulled pork is a winner!

The stay was amazing even though we got in really late the staff was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and clean and the shower had great pressure and was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. The room had a customized display which was very cool.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool and fitness room were really fun, and the free breakfast was yummy! We were also able to care for our senior dog during the trip, so that made it even better! There were lots of dogs at the hotel.

Some issues were not attended properly because at the time of our stay, it seems they were some staff concerns but the hotel is very good.

My room was dusty; bedroom & bathroom. Horrible because dust triggers my son and I asthma.

They said they overbooked my double queen suite and gave me 2 rooms instead it felt like I was on a separate vacation than the rest of the family. This should never happen. Didn’t feel like a Hilton Honor hotel!

The bed mattress was good.The hotel room cleaness need to improve a little specially the bathroom but overall was good. I Recommend the hotel to stay.The room was big and quiet.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always been quite satisfied. However, this time was a disappointment. Room 114 is a dud! Air conditioner had leaked water onto the floor, tv remote wasn't working, the ceiling fan made just enough noise to keep me awake, there was an iron, but no ironing board, bed was uncomfortable and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the wall mounted dispensers. I am all for reducing use of plastics, but if you are going to take away the individual sized shampoo and conditioner bottles, please fully-commit to refilling the dispensers inside the shower! Guests don't know they're empty until it's too late to do anything about it!

Rooms were not well cleaned. WiFi was unstable and continuously disconnect - didn’t matter what type of device or where. Staff did not live up the standard I’ve come to expect from Homewood - not helpful. I stay at Homewood frequently and this is the lowest ranking I’ve seen. Disappointing

The chairs in the room had white stains on the back and looked dirty, the one chair was fraying, there was red food particles from a previous guest on the door, the door handle was visibly dirty. The seats in the dining room were stained and looked dirty. But these are minor issues for me (major issues for my husband). I enjoyed that it was quiet and close to where I needed to be and there were a lot of close dining options. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The first night there We requested to be moved to another room and was told there were no other rooms available. The garbage can at the front entrance was constantly overflowing. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I have to mention Jimmy, he is awesome, an asset to your hotel. For as much as I paid for this hotel I expected better. Had I known I was going to have the opportunity to comment on my stay I would have taken more pictures.

Pool open til 10pm was great and 24hr fitness tho two machines didn’t work breakfast was just ok beds we comfortably nice shower could have had better water pressure and couch was small but overall good room

Set in an area near other brand hotels and a beautiful shopping area within walking distance.

The room was more spacious than I thought it would be. It did not have the view I expected (of a roof and ac units), however it was fine for the 3 days we were there. I did not realize it was a pet friendly hotel when I booked, my wife has allergies to pet dander. She had her medicine, and our room was not too bad. The breakfast was above average but there was no de-caf coffee. The staff did make us a pot the next morning. All in all, nice place. We put it on our list to return in the future.

Fairly new clean and quiet hotel stay. The TV was on a dresser on the side wall making it difficult to see. Breakfast was slim. Only waffles and small cheese omelets small muffins. A bit pricey for what the hotel has to offer.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Frederick at the Hilton. The only suggestion would be to have a tv in the lobby area with the local weather forecast. The weather has been so crazy this summer with so many storms, it would have been great to have that information available while in the lobby area.

Overall, we liked the hotel. The room size was awesome. It was in a great location and the front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it looked like a previous guest in our room had a rough time - big red stains on floor, iron burn on table. We didn't feel like it was surface level dirty but maybe that room could use some extra tlc.

I stayed at this hotel probably 10 times already. Always pleasant and professional people and clean rooms.

Nice hotel property overall, but there is a huge caveat to the sofa bed offering. The overall experience was mostly pleasant, although there were a few annoyances, such as the digital checkin feature not working for third party bookings; only with Hilton bookings. There was no pepper in the room, although there was plenty of salt, so I had to go downstairs to get some from the front desk. There were also no pool towels in the pool area, so once again I had to go to the front desk to receive them. The sofa bed will not be already made and the mattress is absolutely terrible. It is paper thin and you can literally feel the metal bed frame. Also, the bed is incredibly small, even for a 5'2 person. Lastly, the hotel did not abide by their hotel notes on two separate occasions - one was done over the phone and the other was in person for an upcoming stay, and neither note was taken into account for extra bedding and pillows. The hot breakfast offerings can also vary by day, so please be advised of that little known fact. The hotel does provide a nice welcome bag with a nut snack and bottled water and the front desk agents were very kind and helpful. Overall, the hotel is nice and our stay was mostly pleasant, but those issues definitely provided a disappointing feel to the entire experience.

Nice hotel. We had a 75 lb dog with us. Glad it was part friendly but paid a really steep $75 pet fee.

I stayed at the Homewood by Hilton on Friday jan. 6, and 7th . Room 212, Nicholson. The room was very dirty. We found 3 dog toys. Glasses with lipstick, dog food behind the tables and sofa. The pool was filthy! It had white spots floating at the top of it. Another guest advised us that it is skin cells and oils from not cleaning it. We were already not going to go in. That's the impression of cleanliness the hotel not only gave us by clearly that other guest as well. It was very disappointing

The Homewood Suites was a great place to stay. The rooms were well laid out. The showers are a good size. The bed was comfortable. It’s the quietest hotel (in terms of ambient noise from traffic and such outside, as well as other guests inside the hotel) I’ve found in Frederick. And the staff is great, they’re really kind and helpful. I had a great stay.

Only negative was they only put towels for one person, had to ask for additional. Not a big deal. Overall stay was very good.

Really nice, clean and actually has a decent breakfast that includes protein. Eggs, hash browns, sausage gravy biscuits and then the typical bagels and cereals and fruits

The room was decent considering it was a last minute booking due to circumstances beyond our control. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room/suite needed better cleaning. The table and cabinet knobs in the kitchen were sticky. Found a dirty sock left from the previous guests on the floor at the end of the bed.

Been here before in 2019 and it was great then. Now returning 3 years later, the furniture very dirty and stained badly and carpet very dirty. Lovely hotel. In need of furniture and carpet upgrades. Would stay again but at a much lower price. Location is awesome!
