We stayed one night at this hotel, which we found to be centrally located, clean, good staff, excellent choices for breakfast, and comfortable bedding.

When we arrived our tv was not working. Housekeeping ignored our room. Had to request trash removal and towels. We were there 5 days and housekeeping never came until the evening before we left and then it was only because I requested it. Breakfast is nice.

Parking was safe and easy, friendly front desk staff, great amenities, good selections at breakfast. Walkable to nearby Walgreens which is so convenient (next to the hotel). Would recommend for a quiet stay! Also, pets allowed which is a great plus.

Parking was great. Check in was fast. Glade we did not see any pets. Would not have stayed if we did. Room was good. Bed was rock hard, not good.

My room was changed from what I had reserved without my knowledge because they overbooked. The shower wouldn’t shut off all the way, so dropped all night. Digital check-in didn’t work, digital checkout didn’t work, got notification a day late that my room was ready.

Well maintained property

Two downsides to the stay - the breakfast was fine except for what I suppose was the “scrambled eggs” served one morning. Grainy little yellow pieces of plastic was my take. Can’t imagine how anyone would think this was a good thing to serve guests. The other mornings, with the pre manufactured omelettes, were ok. - the rooms had plenty of towels but the bath towels should we improved. They are Motel 6 level quality, again, who thought they were suitable for guests at a Hampton Inn?

We were very warmly greeted by the welcoming desk staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast in the morning.

The staff were very welcoming and the place was super clean. There were some quirks like the light in the bathroom blinked for 5 minutes when first turned on and the toilet made weird noises when refilling, but overall a good stay.

Could not get your room made up, trash emptied, or towels without throwing them in the hall. Stayed 5 nights and our room was cleaned once, even after we requested it. They said their policy was every 3 days, but it was four. Find another place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable however there was visible signs of mold in the bathroom shower. This was unexpected since over all the room and hotel were very clean. If it were not for the mold in the shower my rating would of been 5 stars. The TV in the room was excellent with a complete options of streaming services. The morning breakfast was very tasty with a variety of options. We would stay here again. We just hope the bathroom mold in room 518 was not an impending sign of neglect.

Room spotless, pillows great, food fresh and ample. Loved that the A/C was quiet. Mattress comfortable but not super. One wish - the parking lot across the street points lights right into the windows. Lights should point down, not at 45 degrees. Not Hampton Inns fault, but annoying none the less.

The room smelled musty, stains on the carpet, awkward layout for mini fridge and microwave. Bed was hard. Only 4 standard pillows for a king bed. No bathtub, just a shower.

Several dust balls on the ceiling of the room. It was not pleasant to watch the dust balls (Room number 203)

Then room was very clean but the bathroom sink leaked and the toilet was lose, it moved whenever you sat on it. The front desk person was not overly friendly, I asked for a bottle of water and she said she would put it on my room but I told her I was a Hilton member so she looked up my phone number and then said ok and gave it to me, it was just kind of rude.

AC did not keep temperature and when it kicked on was shockingly loud. Conditioner was empty which was a bad surprise once in the shower. Would not stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. Front deck stage was nice as well. Almost every time my eight year old daughter and I went in the door a maintenance staff was smoking right at the door. My daughter had to hold her nose. Likewise the Walgreens next door felt unsafe. We were inside and 4 kids were stealing in the isle. It was quite a seen. Don’t recommend walking outside the property grounds.

The property is clean and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were responsive. While the inside of the hotel and the property was good there were several rats in the parking lot near the dumpster. This will need to be addressed.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is a good size and the breakfast area has indoor and outdoor seating options.

P S. I was going to give it a knock because one evening when getting back to the hotel, the entire area by the elevators smelt like raw sewerage. And so did the elevator when we got in. At breakfast the next day I found out that my friend, who got in 5 minutes before I did, did the worst fart ever and was responsible for the smell. So sometimes you gotta take a review with a grain of salt.

Staff was nice. The room was not as clean as I’d like. There was a used towel and washcloth in the bathroom and hair in the tub drain. Although I registered three people for the room, wet only had two clean bath towels.

The room was a good size. The bathroom was pretty small. When we had a problem with tv remotes, someone promptly came up to the room to help us.

Perfect location, very clean and very quiet. Pretty close to dining options would stay there again.

The room/ amenities were great. The pool is small but we always had the place to ourselves and the kids had a blast. Towels in the area. The gym, also smaller but has a treadmill, elliptical, and Peloton with weights. Breakfast varied in how stocked it was each day but had a fair variety! Always eggs of some sort, and usually potato’s and breakfast meat, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and bread goods. No complaints at all and enough variety to keep our family happy for a week. Rooms were not serviced very often (one time after requested during our 6 night stay) which is fine we just needed the tiny trashes emptied and towels changed which we were able to do as needed through the front desk. We will definitely continue to stay here when in town. It’s also convenient to downtown Frederick (10 ish minute drive).

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods. The gentleman who was in charge of the breakfast area kept everything stocked and neat. He really showed dedication to his job.

Not a great experience with really uncomfortable beds. Location is mostly quiet depending on how loud the guests are. Really very run down and dingy. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The service staff were otherwise friendly but overall not with the insane price.

Great for all three kids with us. Breakfast choices for all of the picky eaters. They love the pool. I made use of the fitness room, so we all slept great.

Room smelled like cat or cat pee and bathroom looked a little dated with loads of caulk and the ceiling above the shower peeling. But overall the hotel was easy to find and staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were on the smaller side. The breakfast didn’t offer much. We called down for extra blankets that were never received. No baby crib or pack and play were available either. Location is convenient.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean amd the breakfast was good. The guys setting up breakfast really seem to take pride in good food and keeping it clean. The coffee was on point also

The only drawback was that the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet in my room, and there was no recycle bin that I could find for cans in the breakfast area. Otherwise, it was comfortable and clean and quiet.

Everything was good but they don’t have a lot of housekeeper's. I left my room at 9am and came back at 3:30pm and the room was not clean. I keep the trashcan near the door and the towels in bags to make the job easy for them but they took longer cuz they don’t have a lot of staff for cleaning.

It was snowing during the overnight we stayed there and not one single time did the staff mop or clean the floors of the lobby or the dining area. There was dried-up mud from the main door to the dining area and all the way to the elevators. Breakfast was poor. The only protein served were scrambled and hard boiled eggs. To get coffee, you had to walk to the reception. The room was probably the only redeeming factor of this hotel.

We were not given the accessible room we reserved. I was told I needed to address it in the app, I have tried several time and no one responded. We checked out early as our room was not accessible like we needed and reserved. The heated pool was also not available as advertised.

I thought the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and the breakfast was a good bit of options. I had issues while staying here though. The shower wouldn’t work. The stopper to turn on the shower head fell out, the plastic piece was broken. So we couldn’t shower. I called the front desk, they said all they had was a king room. It was me and my two kids so we all couldn’t sleep in one bed. I said that wouldn’t work and they told me “well maintenance will be in around 8 or 830am tomorrow”. I said ok, disappointed me and my kids couldn’t shower after being in the pool. So they rinsed in the bath instead, which I don’t prefer taking baths in hotel bathrooms. Morning time came and maintenance didn’t show up so I tried fixing it myself. There was also a fire alarm which was very scary. I didn’t know how to find the staircase but eventually did. The hotel cleaners were very friendly. Everyone else seemed annoyed. Breakfast was good.

There was no water from 10am till after 4pm on 12/26. The hotel should have made there guests aware before so they could have made other plans.

This is a great place to stay. And it was Christmas Eve, so I wasn't sure they would have breakfast, but they did! Only problem was that Fox News was on the tv in the breakfast room. Why would you do that -- a station already convicted of lying? Please only use reputable news channels.

Great location just off of route 15. Easy on and off for a stop on a long drive. Also, the coffee and tea in lobby are always on.

As always when we stay in Frederick, we enjoy our stay very much. The hotel is pleasant and conveniently located near our family. But the real reason we enjoy it so much is because of your staff. They are Just the best. We had to leave early this year because one of our grandsons was seriously injured in a car crash, and they were all kindness itself. Thanks to all if them for their concern.

It was fine. Basic hotel. Key would not open outside doors after leaving making me walk around the building in the cold. But whatever.

The hotel did not meet the high rating. I was disappointed to see mold around the shower handle, and the the sink handle was broken. That is not a 4 or 5 star hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located and well-kept. The rooms are nice and the common areas are comfortable. Bit expensive... but all in all, I would recommend.

My only comment is: it was midnight and after...and the people in the next room talked so loud we couldn't sleep. We didnt want to ruin their party so we lived with it and eventually fell asleep.

The staff was excellent; very friendly and helped with anything I needed. Room was very clean except for some hair/debris on the bathroom floor and a small stain on the curtains. This hotel was located close to many restaurants, stores, and the downtown area. Of all the places to stay in Frederick when visiting, this would be my first choice.
