The bathroom was ridiculously small, and the toilet had unbolted from the flange and was moving around freely. The screen window to our room was bent out and open, and a staff member had propped the side entrance security door open with a rock for her smoke breaks.

Lots of late night stomping and creaking floors from other guests upstairs woke me up over and over necessitating use of ear plugs. Motion sensing thermostat would cause room to be hot at night.

Rooms are so outdated. Everything felt a little used/dingy. The curtains are terrifying. Last and biggest complaint- the pet fee is so insane. $100? The room was $100 lol.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My husband liked that he could go down and get coffee during the night.

Staff super, room was very clean. I personally hate the bathroom set up with no door available at the sink hopefully that will be remodeled soon. I was surprised that a micro wave was not available in the room. We often brown bag after long rides and like to stay in and heat something up. Stay often at Fairfield’s and have always had micros in the room. Nice quiet room and area.

Very nice stay. Staff was super friendly. Check-in was easy. Had a room available for an earlier check-in. Room very clean, including bathroom. Liked that the toilet and shower were separate from the sink area so others could still get ready if someone was in the shower. Had a nice breakfast. Huge shopping center within walking distance with eats, groceries, movie theatre, and clothing stores. Quiet and comfy. Def will stay again.

Close to shopping and dining. Room was good. Shower had loose handle, notified the staff and they said they would fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. All in all, a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed the hotel but the breakfast was not that great. Not many options, no good fresh fruit except apples. We only ate there the 1st day, then went to breakfast out the rest of the time. Also the rooms had no microwaves - had to go downstairs to the breakfast area to heat things up….

The staff all seemed very accommodating. The facilities were nice. The gym was very nice, new. Would be nice to have mats in the gym for floor exercises.

Was travelling with dog and selected pet friendly hotel. Additional cost was 100.00 at checkin. that is ridiculous and the price shock having booked and paid for the property was unreasonable. I stay in lots of hotels and its usually 20 - 30 maybe 50. If there is going to be such significant cost it should be declared upfront.

Good/convenient location w/plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nothing fancy, but it was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The fitness center was closed, but we were able to use the gym at the neighboring hotel which is only a few steps away. I would stay here again.

This was a nice, easy stay. There were convenient restaurants nearby, the buffet in the morning was a step up from the usual hotel buffet, the amenities in the room were solid. I’d stay here for work again.

The reception area staffs were helping and pleasant. I didn't like that the house keeping didn't clean the room during my stay.

Stay only one night during a family trip. All I look for is the clean and safe place to stay and this place got what I needed. We slept great after a long trip. Blackout curtains and comfy bed help. Breakfast is a plus, nothing fancy but hot and fresh for the family.

I love the room 😍 very clean, the shower is excellent. They provide tea and coffee the whole day in the lobby. Microwave also available.

The only regret I had was that there were no amenities available. The pool is permanently closed. The fitness center was closed as well as the business center. Otherwise, very nice.

Everything was good for the most part. We would have preferred a microwave oven in the room. The dresser drawers would continuously slide open about 6 inches making it somewhat hazardous. Also the ice machine was right outside our room which was a bit annoying when it was used late at night or early morning.

The young lady working the night shift was very patient very kind and extremely helpful. Just what a weary traveler needed after a long day on the road. Thank you

The hotel is bright and clean. The location is good - near a lot but far enough from the highway to be quiet. 4 starts instead of 5 because of the breakfast - the eggs were too salty, and the delicious looking breakfast sandwiches were freezing cold in the middle. And the coffee was weak and not hot.

We enjoyed our stay , and the service staff was wonderful.

The room itself was fine: updated and clean. Nice shower waterpressure (although I was hoping for a bathtub to soak), but the room was clean. Mattress was not the most supportive. The breakfast across the parking lot in the Residence Inn was fabulous: lots of hot choices and GREAT belgium waffles. At check out the clerk apologized for any inconvenince but said the construction was posted on the website. I looked for it, and yes, it is there but not prominent-if you scroll down the page it is 'Reno' and short desciription. Easy to miss, and why not put that front and center in bigger letters, with Renovation spelled out, with directions where to park? Or, close it completely during renovations?

Pool and gym were under renovation. Would have selected a different hotel if we had been told this in advance.

It was nice. It’s not over the topic but at a middle price point, I would stay again. Pool seemed clean. Breakfast was good. No big complaints over than could be updated some.

There was no soap in the body wash dispenser. The position of all the dispensers was inconsiderate for those of us who do not take showers, but prefer baths

This was a stop over during ie travels home. The room was clean and comfortable. No frills but in a good location at a reasonable price. The breakfast was a disappointment with substandard food compared to similar properties.

One night stay while traveling- nice staff at check in and very convenient location! Many dining options across the street.

However, I found a reddish fast moving bug in the bathroom that I think was a cockroach. I am not making this up.

I wanted French vanilla creamer for my coffee and the woman working the breakfast area said it was corporate policy to put the creamer out after the breakfast hour. Ridiculous! Either she is misinformed or else corporate needs to change their policy. Will choose a different hotel franchise next time if this is there policy!

Hotel was comfortable and convenient. Room was comfortable and well-appointed. However, we were told it would be cleaned every other day. We checked in on a Thursday, it was not cleaned either Friday or Saturday, and we checked out on Sunday. We spoke to the desk, and they were not pleased with our lack of housekeeping.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. I really liked that.

Noisy…room was near the dumpsters and they got emptied between 4am and 5 at least three times while we stayed there

Bathroom no clean at all.

Wasn't bad, wasn't great. Seems like a Holiday Inn that they renovated. The rooms are average. The lobby is nice. The staff is nice.

The cleaning lady came into our room when my 13 year old son was sleeping in the bed alone. When I came back from running to the store with my other son, I saw our door propped open & asked that the cleaning lady please leave so my son could get up & dressed & said that we’d be leaving in 20 minutes. She said she “just had a few things to do.” I told her that we needed privacy & again said we’d be gone in 20 minutes. She then said she needed to make the beds. To which I replied, “MY SON IS SLEEPING IN THE BED. PLEASE COME BACK IN 20 MINUTES.” She finally left. When we got back for the day it was 5:00pm. Our room had not been finished being clean. I called the front desk & the lady said she’d come freshen up our room. I said we were leaving in a few minutes again. She told me she actually wanted to leave for the day & needed to come now. Um ok? So my sons & I SAT IN THE HALLWAY while someone finished cleaning our room 5 hours after it was started. Awkward. We found a bar of Ivory soap with hair in it left in our shower by the previous guest & a balled up tissue with what looked to be feces on it left behind a chair in the room. I threw the soap away but asked that the tissue be removed…twice. It never was. The room was not very clean or updated. I expected more & will definitely not be staying at or recommending this property to anyone.
