the location and price There was no microwave, mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, the hairdryer has never been wiped down it had years of dust and grease like substance on it, the air conditioning barley worked it only had one speed.

It was clean and convenient to fairgrounds.

I’ll start by saying the staff was very friendly. The room on the other hand was gross. We didn’t last five minutes in that room. When we pulled up two rooms down from us was literally having a physical fight in the room while people outside were yelling about it. When we walked into our non-smoking room, it was a weird smell, the lampshades were nasty from people still smoking in the rooms. The floor by the bathroom was partially caved in and they tried to fix it with some tape that matched the floor, even though the whole board was lifted up. You literally could feel the floor sinking in. It was like an hourly hotel if you know what I mean. It didn’t look anything like the photos. I paid through Hotels.com so I wasn’t able to get my money back because we chose not to stay there.

I stayed here for the Frederick Running Festival weekend. It had what I needed for a quick stay and I have no complaints. Will stay again whenever I’m down there again.

Room seemed clean, but smelled awful.

Property was shabby and dirty. All the linens had cigarette burns and stains. The shower had was broken and hose like. Floor was taped together and sunken and had what looked like plaster flakes in the corners. The fridge stopped working and ruined my lunch meat. The ac did not function properly. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property was not as advertised. Their was no breakfast, the hot water kept going out and the bedroom was not like the photo at all i wish i could get a refund. Buyer beware this property is not as advertised. I had no choice but to stay here for work and since im from out of town i thought this would be a good option.

I have always stayed at this hotel, but yesterday the room they gave me was disgusting: the bathroom was in poor condition, the carpet was practically peeling up, and the bed made a truly horrible noise. I think they really need to improve a lot of things there; I feel disappointed with the place, and I will never rent a room there again.

Stayed 4 days made me put an extra 50 down for incidentals 1st night I almost fought some Asian man trying to buy drugs from the room next door at 4 am. Beating on the door repeatedly. Same for second night. Rest of stay was peaceful. Until while I was packing up to check out i was berated for 30 mins making my checkout late. And they kept my 50. All for being out 15 mins late. Not worth the hassle or money. Cops follow you everywhere. And the sheets have burn holes even in the non smoking rooms. Cable is terrible. WiFi is slow. And nothing has changed since I stayed there 15 years ago. Will not return.

Sleep with mice everywhere. First night heard them crawling all night. Second night felt one actually crawling on me while I was asleep, flung it across the room and slept the rest of the night in my truck. Next morning I checked out snd ask for a refund for the remaining nights I wasn’t going to be stayibg there. They gave me a bit of a runaround and just hoping I get my refund. 1 community microwave in the lobby that everyone uses.

The flooring in the room exhibited significant cracking. Additionally, the curtain appeared stained and aged. These areas would benefit greatly from comprehensive maintenance and modernization. Despite these notable imperfections, the overall condition was acceptable.

This was my first time staying in this motel, the rooms were very clean, bed made to perfection. It comes with fridge, tv, so i was very happy. The only thing missing is the microwave, but they do have one in the man lobby. It was very budget friendly so I chose to stay from Monday-Friday😎

Haven't received my deposit

Trash was never taken out never had clean towels to take a shower. Want to check out try to get my deposit back on my credit card. They told me they’ll have to check the room first and then send it to me. Didn’t even offer me a receipt, but the staff was very friendly The door was actually broke. I took pictures of it then the glass shelf in the refrigerator was missing so I hope I don’t get charged for it.

From the outside it looks like an older hotel, but the rooms were wonderful very surprised. Great friendly staff too..

I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a room that was obviously a smoking room. The stench was horrible. The bed spread had burn holes on it. Bugs were flying around the room and crawling on the floor. I also got one of the rooms at the very end of the building, directly adjacent to a busy freeway with constant traffic noise. A long hair was stuck on the wall at eye level next to the sink. Water stains were in the ceiling. People were outside my door working on a car. When they got it started at 9:30pm, it of course sounded like it was missing a muffler. This was one of the worst hotel stays of my life. Never again.

Faucet wouldn’t stop dripping and toilet Leo TV making noise after being flushed once. Hair dryer didn’t work. Generally uncomfortable and noisy

The rooms have roaches that crawl out around the bed, night stand, and headboards near your pillows. The staff is extremely rude, and inconsiderate, and closed the service wind shade while you're still talking after they refused to switch you to a new room, or refund you.

It wasn't too bad, but I had a dirty washcloth with a stain on it like it had been used and the hand towel was dirty. The King room I reserved wasn't available, so I unfortunately ended up with a female toilet, which doesn't have the space in the front for when you need to sit down

After checking in, the door handle did not work properly, and only with front desk assistance was I able to access the room. Once inside, I was shocked by the condition. The mattress was brown and covered in stains, the room had visible marks throughout, and the strong odor of cigarette smoke made it uninhabitable. Due to these conditions, I checked out within two hours of arrival

There was bugs everywhere the blanket was full of holes the shower was hot enough to burn you i booked a king bed but only 2 twin beds was available. When i got to my room its wasn't ready so i had to wait a half hour. All that said the other times i stayed there i got a king bed room and everything was fine maby i just got a bad room

While I realized this was an economy hotel, the front desk was more interested with her private phone call than checking ne in. The room I reserved was not what I got, the door to the room did not close tightly, and for a non-smoking room the scent of tobacco was strong.

Could close bathroom door or you would be lock out. Room smells of urine. It is a room for pets so why a rug??? They want $50.00 dollars ontop of your rate for room security. The room definitely needs an upgrade. The tv was snowy and there wasn't a hair dryer in the one room. Lampshades and curtains were ripped. Room was clean. Only left us one wash cloth and one hand towel for the two of us.

Asked and was told was a non smoking room but you could tell that people had smoked in the room, besides the smell there were cigarettes holes in the comforter. Also the spacing was too narrow (so you really could not walk and the toilet was too close to the floor. Another thing the door entrance was too high, especially if you can not get in the room with out any trouble.

Our rooms tv did not have a power cord. I called the front desk to report it and after an hour and a half no one came to fix it. I walked down to the reception to get help and they couldn't find a replacement cable so they gave me a new room. The bed in the room was completely broken. The center of the bed curved down in almost touch the floor. They told me there's nothing they can do and there's no more rooms available. The second room had the same TV with a power cord. I asked if we can move that TV or the cord to the original room and they told me no. I asked for a discount and they told me no. I ended up having to sleep in a double bed with my 18 year old son. I would not recommend to anyone staying here.

I chose this hotel for the convenience & the advertised continental breakfast also the price. I was so disappointed no coffee no nothing in the lobby. The hotel room was clean & the bed comfortable. The TV reception was terrible. I guess you get what you pay for, my 2 night stay was $78. I came to Frederick MD for a family wedding.

The floors were uneven. You could tell there were dips and rises as you walked across the floor. If you are going to install laminate, you first repair the sub-floor. Both faucets were loose, which if not looked after, would lead to serious problems later on. The cable TV reception was horrible, very grainy and shaky. What is the point of having good flat screen TV's in the rooms and no HD channels? Expedia has photos of a breakfast, but your front desk clerk says you don't do breakfast? Oh, and the pillows were very worn out, and should be replaced. Not again anytime soon.

It was ok stay. But they knew 4 of us were staying in the room and only provided 2 bath towels. The next night i went to front office to get more towels and they would not give us any because house keeping had already went home.

The room was filthy and smelled musty with a hint of men’s cologne. I tried not to touch much because it just felt and looked dirty. The doesn’t appear to be much effort to clean. I will never stay here again. As I was checking out I decided to ask if they served breakfast because I saw the eating area was empty and the front desk person said no.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay for a few hours while traveling. First we usually do all Wyndham Hotels, they don’t charge a security deposit. I don’t like paying these because it takes so long to get back. The room was not clean. And honestly it felt gross. Never again. I will go out of my way and pay more.

Pulled up to hotel and didn’t even go in bc my brother and his family got there before us and sent pictures of drug addicts loitering around outside. And in side was worse. Holes in the walls that went straight in to other rooms. Cockroaches and other bugs all over.

Comfortable room, pleasant staff. Would return.

This was my 3rd stay at this property and while it is an economical and usually clean property, i was disappointed to find mold growing on the folding luggage rack in the corner of the room and the hair dryer was cracked and broken and looked like a fire hazard, so i chose not to use it. The beds were clean and bug free, the towels were clean and soft. Otherwise, it was just a room, nothing special good or bad.

Customer service provided by the front desk employees was very good. Our observations of our room is that it needs a complete renovation. Many cigarette burns and various types of stains throughout the room. Smell of urine from the arm chair and surrounding area. The cost of renting the room was very low compared other places in the area which is why we choose to accept the poor conditions of the room.

Rooms need a whole makeover and they need new furniture. Not entirely certain the sheets were freshly cleaned, the hair dryer smelled like burnt hair and dust, traffic from the freeway was heard all night especially the semis and judging by the dry blood on the side chair and the carpet I’d say there had been either a fight or a murder in there! A homeless man had also chosen to spend the night across from our room in the bushes. I prepaid and decided to go for cheap because the pics and stuff showed a pretty decent place and let me just say that I think they stole the photos!!

Shouldn’t be 2 stars. Room reeked of some spray intended to cover the smell of smoke in non smoking room, but smoke smell still permeated the mattress. Luke warm water. Noisy a/c unit. Loud traffic and baseball stadium fireworks. No food close by except craptastic Sheetz. Disinterested checkin employee with Faux News propaganda on the lobby monitor. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

Not at advertised. The breakfast was not offered or at least nothing was available even coffee. I experienced no issues with security however I will state my wife would not have agreed to stay if she was with me. The room's door is open to foot traffic and the door's condition would give limited faith to stop any unwanted entry. No turn down service and if you needed a fresh towel this required walking to the front desk and enduring a slow pace by staff to retrieve a new set of laundry. No turn down service which on reflection would give me more faith my items would not be stolen or rummaged thru. I kept the valuable items with me. Ultimately this is an expensed option if you need little comforts and it's a quick stay or the self-funded lodging. I did look for the faux plumbing van with the wide tinted window parked thinking it was a police stake out.

So walking in the room there's a huge hole in the sub floor covered up with cheap laminated flooring. When I told the front desk about this they had one of their maintenance men check it out. They told me it was no big deal. I could have fallen threw that floor. So they moved to a different room. In a non smoking room the bedspread had massive cigarette burn holes in them several inches long. The towels had what looked like fecal and blood stains in them. Do not stay at this disgusting unsafe place

Came for a wedding. Stay was fine. Room had an odd odor upon entry but faded quickly each time. It would be good to have a receipt, by email at least.

It had this chill 1950s vibe that was lovely. Only stayed one night due to plans changing but staff were *amazing* and welcoming for a weary traveller near the end of check-in time and just cheery enough for a bleary-eyed late morning.

When they changed my room to the new room the bath tub was gross with hairs and the towel had hairs on them as well. The fridge wasn’t plugged which wasn’t a big deal I plugged it in. No microwave in room. Had to get two-three new room cards every day even though I was staying multiple days. It was supposed to be pet friendly but not much grass for taking pet out.

The hotel was nasty. cigarette burn holes in the blankets. cobwebs, dusty. I had to defrost the fridge as it had an inch-thick block of ice frozen to the back and it made a horrible high-pitched squeal. There was no weather sealing around the room door. We will not be back.

Appears unclean and unsanitary. The tub basin was heavily stained and either rust or mold was around the fixtures. Motel is close to dining, retail and recreation. Right near several highways and toll roads.
