    We have been staying at this pacific property since 2022, we come 2 - 3 times a year to visit family and vacation, we also check out properties while there we love Franklin. Thanks for making us feel at home and your housekeepers are just all amazing and so nice, hard working. And the breakfast every morning with Margo and (sorry forgot her name) the other wonderful woman is just amazing, so nice and will get you anything you want or need.

    It was inviting and the staff was great. Breakfast was also delicious and the time frame was even better since I am not an early bird. The couch seemed very warn and we didn’t like that there was a master switch to turn on and off the vanity lights and overhead bedroom lights. Aside from that the rooms were great.

    Location was very good. Near a couple of restaurants and in a quiet area. In general the hotel was clean (ground floor had a musty smell however not present on the upper floors). Very good breakfast. Room ( king suite) was large enough Ample parking ( self parking) though they charge for it Room view was terrible (overlooked the roof of the entrance I believe). Shower curtain didn’t close all the way so the floor got wet when showering). Pet fee of $150 per stay is at the top end of hotels. Bottom floor had a musty smell.

My kid was good with it though. Overall, we will be back! Bonus: the area is around the hotel is wonderful! Many walkable restaurants and an ice cream place!

    Nice setup for eating in. Got takeout walking distance away and brought it back to the room. Full fridge and kitchen dining area made it comfortable. We love this location for nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good.

    Small things with the room which are expected, however, they allow dogs which would be fine & good if said dog didn’t bark non stop until around midnight every night. Called the desk they said they would send someone, still continued called again at 11:30 PM they said “nothing they could do” a lot of hotels in cool springs, pick a different one

    They charged more for parking than they stated on the website. The hot tub was not working which is the reason we paid more and chose that hotel. It was honestly not my favorite hotel by any means.

    Room was clean. Bathroom looked like it was out of a hospital. Was a handicap room. Not sure why we were given that. Gad a roll in shower which allowed water to go everywhere making it very hard to keep clean or dry. Everything functioned was just frustrating.

    The suite was very nice with a few exceptions. We had a coffee maker with no coffeepot, so no coffee first morning. Forgot to tell staff so no coffee second day. Told staff and they brough a different coffee maker for day three. Somehow the phone cable had been unplugged from the mess of wires behind the bedside table, so when I tried to call about the coffee pot there was no phone. Had to go downstairs to request someone come check it. When planning the trip I specifically searched for a place with a hot tub and that is a big reason we booked. Hot tub time was broke (spoke to staff day one and not fixed). Only way to make it work was turn past 30 minutes until the timer stuck- but that meant no timer because it was stuck. Temp was "maybe" 88 or 90 degrees- so not a hot tub at all. No temp adjustment available. Spoke to staff and said they would check to see if it could be adjusted higher but the pool area was "so warm" they didn't think so. Never changed and never contacted by staff. If you are looking for a hot tub this is NOT the place to go. The staff was friendly but not very responsive to requests. Considering the price paid for a 3-day stay in a suite we will not stay again.

    We were surprised when they tried to charge us $10 a night for parking. There was no mention of paid parking when we reserved the hotel room. They did take it off of our bill though, which was very nice. There was a very nice patio which came in handy for a cigar smoke! Location… wow lots of great restaurants close by.

    Food was decent, I can tell the food was prepared with care. The waitresses are firendly and helpful. Bed comfort was fine. HVAC is a bit finicky, somtimes too cold and sometimes too warm but it's still not bad at all. front desk and every staff was just friendly and hospital.

    This hotel was nowhere near the 4.5 rating that I thought I was booking. While it was walkable to dining options, and in a good neighborhood, the inside of the hotel was very outdated. Our room had a stinch as soon as we walked in, and the beds were very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The only thing we actually liked was the indoor pool, but overall for comfort, this hotel was not great at all.

    The location was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was great that it had a pull out couch and a full kitchen. Very helpful when you have a kid that moves around a lot during the night. The fridge was really helpful for kids drinks. The breakfast was good. Fresh waffles was the best! There is sausages and eggs, bacon, bagel, muffins, apple, banana, fruit salad, hardboil eggs etc. Lots of choices. There was always hot water and coffee. The indoor pool and hot tub is a plus however it was really hot in there. We couldn’t stay long because of the heat. The hotel had a weird burnt smell, good thing is it isn’t in the rooms. There were something’s that was not working properly, lose or broken. The door towel rack was supper lose, the knob to the shower is all twisted the wrong way, the handle in the vanity is broken. We did not use them but I think it would be nice that they check the rooms before giving it out. Over all I give it a 4 star. You do have to pay for over night parking which isn’t great but it’s just $10 a night. If there wasn’t a weird burnt smell, some lose/ broken things in room, and the issue with it being too hot in the pool area. It would have been 5. Over all great place for family.

    Only negative is parking. Courtyard and Residence Inn use same lot which gets full quickly. Adjacent lot appears to be Property of an office building and they don't turn lights on and it's pretty dark. No security.

    My family and i were in town for the long Memorial Day Weekend. We had a great stay as everything was great. The only 1 issue we had was the constant fluctuation of temperature in the shower. From Burning Hot to Cold by millimeters on the temperature handle in the shower. Again we had a great stay other than the temperature inconsistency in the shower. We would stay here again if we get back to the area.

    The Marriott Residence Inn oversold my prepaid one bedroom Suite and downgraded me to as standard room-causing my grand daughters to stay elsewhere. Expedia customer was WORTHLESS and, after 45 minutes on the phone talking with at least three different people—I had to hang up and go to a meeting before they could transfer me to another agent. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service with NO RESOLUTION in sight. You will NEVER handle my travel arrangements in the future!

    Everything was great. The lady that ran the breakfast was very kind and friendly and answered all of our questions. The only bad experience we had was the hot tub was not working. We called before we booked and they said it was working. We booked 3 days before we arrived. When we arrived I asked what time was the pool and hot tub open until that's when we found out the hot tub was not working she said it hasn't been working for over a month.

    We stayed on Valentines Day and the stay was perfect. Easy check in, clean room, welcoming and helpful staff, great area, good breakfast. Check out was 12 not 11 so that was great! The hot tub was down but said we could go to the Courtyard and use that one. So I would highly recommend the Residence Inn to anyone.

    I always stay here when I visit family in Nashville. The rooms are nice, have a full kitchen and sleeper sofa. The property has a poll, hot tub, laundry, breakfast every day. The only thing that disappointed me is that the hot tub wasn't working.

    I went to load my car and the man at the front desk stopped me and told me that I needed to check out. After I loaded my car and checked my room, I returned to the front desk to check out. The man on duty got somewhat upset with me asking questions about the refunding of the deposit I were asked to leave upon checking in. I asked for a contact number so if I didn't receive my credit back in a reasonable time so I could check on it. That got him what seemed to be upset. He then asked for my ID. For what reason I have no clue. He then made a copy of my ID and asked for my phone number. I have never had to do this at a check out anywhere. I know this is not normal procedure because a lady just dropped off her key and walked on out without him questioning her. I felt harassed and disrespected by this desk op. This was the last impression that your hotel left for me.

    When we arrived, two ladies were in the office talking, and eventually noticed us and hollered for a girl who was stocking something. The lobby was tiny and the furniture was missing cushions. And each time we came and went, people would be sitting right at the doorways smoking. Someone above us was practicing their jumping skills all night. For what it cost, this hotel seemed rundown. Definitely not a place we’d return, especially after an 8 hour drive.

The desk staff in the evenings was super helpful, loaning my co-worker a mouse, baked and saved our team cookies, told us about the Tuesday night dinner and gave us great recommendations for our dinners out. Kudos to the night time desk staff and also to the morning breakfast ladies - they did an excellent job keeping the food stocked.

    The lady at the breakfast area was very nice. They had bacon one morning which was a treat! And breakfast potatoes mixed with sausage the next morning that was really good! They put us next to 3 other rooms that were occupied. Doesn’t make sense since they were not busy. However, and luckily it was quiet. Loved the clean jacuzzi. No one was in there either which was nice.

    Room was as expected. Clean, plenty of room. Breakfast and staff tending to the breakfast we great. Big indoor pool separated by a glass wall to the fitness center (you could watch older kids while working out). Great location, quick to Nashville.

    I love that the jacuzzi and pool was open still even though it was cold outside. The breakfast was fine but could of been better. The room are always nice when I stay here. I didn’t have any problems

    beautiful exterior. But our room was dusty and a roach was in the bathroom. Provisions were not supplied for second day: hand towels, Kleenex, coffee supplies, etc. Bathroom was clean! water ran over bathroom floor when we ran the shower.

    The outside of the hotel is dated but the inside is updated and very nice. The front desk staff was great! Be sure to walk to Tony's to catch a game, have a drink, and eat.

    Mattress on the hideabed was not comfortable according to my 18 yr old granddaughter maybe update the mattress or have a foam mattress option available. The breakfast was ok. The only things I could have were the eggs and lite and fit yogurt. Only fruit option was bananas. I brought my own anyway just in case. Also just plain water no fruit infusion. Staff was amazing and friendly. Greeted everyone and made sure we had what we needed.

    The bed was extra firm .Went down to get a new can opener cause the one I had didn’t woirk. The front desk said someone would bring us one, but never did. The pool water was cold. The hot tub had black mold and dirty . Would not recommend the hottub anyone honestly.

    We enjoyed our stay everything was nice about the hotel. The only problem we incurred was the pull out bed didn't have any bedding. We looked around the room to see if they had any sheets or blankets. I talked to the front desk about sheets which we were told to come and get them. This was very inconvenient since we weren't dressed at the time. I would suggest in the future that they keep sheets and blankets in room. When we payed for 3 adults you would think they would know we needed to use the pullout bed.

    I stayed here for two nights. I really liked my little studio suite. It was clean and well appointed. I do wish there were more transportation options but UBER and LYFT worked very well. Only thing I did not like was that the TV did not work the first night but it was fixed in the morning. Breakfast was fine but could use a little more variety. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
