No pool or hot tub. But pet friendly and provided a downstairs for convenience. The parking lot was difficult to leave in out of. When going to concert or eating.

The afternoon and evening manager was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good and appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The room had more plugs for all the electronics I have to use than any place I have stayed in before. Overall, it was comfortable and served mt needs. I thought the bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet paper holder was on the floor in the corner. The counter had spots on it.

I enjoyed my stay here. My mother and I stayed 5 days and everything was great. The room was comfortable and it was very peaceful at night which was appreciated. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful and just pleasant overall. I recommend this location to anyone traveling through the area. Thank you quality inn!

Rooms are dark and a bit shabby. TV had sound but no picture and when reported was not acted upon. When I am in a new area the local news is a must for me, especially with severe storms raging in the MidWest and South. Stairwells are in disrepair.

Although not 5 star the hotelnwasnt but that doesnt displace it for the price as ott was the only issue was the police presence a couple time but no disturbances I could see. It will be a returning hotel in colder seasons I say that because no pool.

We had a wonderful stay. This property is newly renovated and very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Breakfast offered delicious choice in a sunny clean and well organized area. Staff was pleasant. I’d stay here again if in Franklin, TN.

Small bottle of lotikn half gone, blow dryer didn't work. They use an air freshener in ac unit and it was way to stro g. Seemed like a cover up. We were only there overnight.

Needed a place to stay driving home from FL to WI. As we drove up, I was a little concerned, but the hotel ended up being great! The bathroom was a little outdated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Also had a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend!

Gave 4 stars because of the very strong cleanser smell. We had to leave the door open for a couple of hours to air the room out.

Room was generally grimy and stunk like stale cigarettes. Blood stains were on one of the white duvets, and looked like it hadn't been treated. The dog area hadn't had its trashcan empited in a while so there were poop bags all over the ground nearby. Otheerwise it wasn't too bad; no bugs or anything like that, mini fridge and microwave were very clean, nothing was broken. For $89/night i figured we got what we paid for, but a bit more attention to detail wouldn't hurt.

The tile floors were pretty dirty, there was zero water pressure in the shower, the shower curtain had a bunch ot smaller holes and one large one across the middle so when you took a shower the water was also on the floor. I will definitely stay here again in the future! The place was clean, comfy bed, nice large shower with hot water! Had good night of sleep after a 2am drive and all day stay at Vanderbelt for my husband. Peaceful! Staff was so very nice. Great price for a clean and peaceful stay.

TV remote in room was bit tricky to work. Breakfast was good overall, yet would have liked bit more variety. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits, and gravy. Would've been nice to had a choice of meat; sausage or bacon

Misleading pictures by expedia. A no star motel, ppl working on cars in parking lot til 4 am. Junkies walking around. Sencond floor looks like its about to collapse. Rooms not truly cleaned. I was discussed.

I was very impressed with the location. They were plenty of dining options within walking distance. I felt very safe in the area. The community was clean and well kept.. The property was right next to the freeway and only 10 minutes from my event.. It was a 25 minute drive to downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend this property!

Ceiling in our room was covered in mold. Sheets were stained. Couldn’t run the ac unit because it smelled so bad. Would have left but there was nothing in the area and checked in very late. Do not recommend this motel

Remodeled motel turned Quality Inn. AC smelled of mold and gave me itchy eyes. Bathroom floor didn't look clean (my daughter even pointed this out). White towels were yellowing. Didn't have an extra blanket when I asked -- not because they didn't want to, they just didn't have it handy. What hotel doesn't have blankets handy?

From the outside, it’s not very appealing. The whole thing is a bit worn and dated. However, it seems to be cared for very well because the room was serviceable and clean. Don’t look for any nice extras here.

This is a traditional motel property, with rooms accessed from the outside. It was fairly clean, and it had been renovated with fresh paint, carpet, and furniture. They could do a better job with cleaning the bathroom. Breakfast was standard -- scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc.

Only issue we had was that the rear entrance door was not locked allowing full entry to anyone.

We were greeted at the front desk by a professional. However, when we got to our room, there was a family yelling at each other next to our doorway. They appeared to be living in the room next to us. We could hear their continued arguing from our door and could see extreme uncleanliness in their room, including garbage all over the floor.

Tons of hidden charges, breakfast was a JOKE!!

This is a quiet, pretty small motel kind of hard to find behind an AT&T store. Clean, inexpensive, convenient to anywhere you need to go in Franklin or Nashville.

It had a feel of an old fashioned motel. All doors to the outside. Easy for unloading the car.

Asked for a quiet room. Gave me a room next to a room being renovated. Asked what time workers would finish, they said 5pm...8pm they were still in there drilling and hammering. I specifically asked for a quiet upstairs room and this is what they did. Room had water damage on ceiling, paint peeling in bathroom, and a large open hole in bathroom wall for the water line access. There is a brand new Candlewood suite right next door...wished I had chosen it instead.

The room was ok,location was excellent. The only thing I did not like is that they gave me a handicapped room when i wanted a tub, and the trash piled up outside my door was very off putting.

Honestly, this place looks sketch but is SO nice. The rooms are big and clean enough. It’s nothing fancy but it’s perfect for a weekend in town, and it’s pet friendly. I appreciate the free breakfast in the morning and how friendly the staff was! The value was great for a weekend and I’d stay here again.

It was very quiet, even with workers present at the other end of the property. I also liked that it was convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurant choices.

For the price it was better than expected. Checked in late at night and the guy at the front desk was super nice. Rooms are basic but clean and I felt safe . We had our dog traveling with us and they have a little pet friendly area at the end of the hotel with doggie bags . Would stay again .

The refrigerator did not work, which caused my yogurt and food, drink to spoil. Without proper cooling, the yogurt and food, and drink was no longer safe to consume, so we had to discard it. I reported to the service staff before I checked out and she said the manager will call me to address this. However, never got any call from the hotels. I recommend avoid staying here.

This hotel was difficult to get into and if you missed, trafgic made it very hard to turn around and try again. Be aware. Beautiful renovation to lobby but rooms are old and tired. Star rating was 2 and that was correct.

The room smelled musty. The carpet was wet, walked on it barefoot, sticky and muddy. I think they just cleaned the carpet and did not let it dry. My husband was to disgusted by it.

This is an outstand place to stay. Reminded me of days gone by when travel was easier. Super clean. Super comfortable. Easy to find with simple on and off for the freeway. Convenient to a variety of restaurants.

We arrived and check in was a breeze! After our concert we went across the street to the Waffle House, so convenient!! Room was just like that picture. It was a welcome sight after being in the heat all day. We will definitely be back when the next concert comes up!

They aways accommodate me, and it's clean and quiet.

Not what i expected for the money. Very outdated decor, couch stained, carpet wet in front of bathroom, some cigarette burns here and there on carpet or upholstery. Constant fan or similar noise at back of room, though no bathroom fan in place. Smokers smells from outside were able to get into the room.

The rooms are in definite need of updating and repair. The couch in the room was stained and the carpet was coming up from the transition to the bathroom. The shower head was full of build up and needs a good vinegar soak. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and air freshener to cover the scent. The staff was great and gave us an additional air freshener. If I needed more than one night, I would not have stayed.

Hotel is good for an average place to stay during a vacation or event on a budget. The tub/bathroom was clean and bedding was fresh. However, the refrigerator (or outlet) had a short and had to throw out food and milk for baby that wasn’t kept fresh overnight. The door to the refrigerator was missing screws and fell off while opening when we first arrived. Also, the microwave sparked inside when trying to microwave popcorn as if it was to catch fire (no idea why). It’s a small space but was sufficient for a weekend stay for an event with the kids. However, if you have toddlers I’d recommend putting something blocking the door or using the stopper attached because my 17 month old was able to pull the latch and open the door! No issues with management and attendant that checked me in was nice. All in all I’d stay again in a different room with better microwave and refrigerator and/or outlet (IF I was on a strict budget).

I woke up with bad bites all over the left side of my body. Legs, rib cage, and both arms. Housekeeping opened my door and stared at me in bed after 1 quick knock at 830 am after I had said no thank you.

No internet for the entire stay. When I checked on it earlier, they acted like it was news to them even though it was at least 24 hours without just in the time I’ve been here. When I checked on it tonight, the staff had a sign at the front desk that said they needed new parts and it would be fixed later. I told the guys at the desk 10pm on 4/10/24, that it hasn’t worked since I’ve been here, and he rudely just said, whatever, sounds conceivable. This hotel has just lost any future business from me from that rude ass at the front desk alone.

Our room when we checked in had slim Jim’s open on the floor smelt like cigarettes in the bathroom. Dust everywhere. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel for vacation ever.

Very hard to find. You have to use another hotels driveway. Quality Inn sign is very small, and only 3 feet off the ground. I got there late. The shower did not work. They would not refund because of the shower. STAY AWAY

The main issue was that on my second night, I found a bed bug on the pillow and promptly left.
