Room was fairly clean. The handicapped bathroom floor needed mopping in one corner. It also would be helpful for the body soap and shampoo dispenser to be installed lower for the roll in shower. It would make it much easier to reach from a sitting position.

Evening arrival after a long drive and no one was at the front desk for a good 15 minutes. Several of us standing in line, one person even called the location phone number hoping the staff had a mobile phone on them, to no avail. She apparently was working solo with no other help and was assisting a guest. But the room was clean, breakfast was decent. Close to I-65. Pet add-on rate is too high, IMO.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bedding needs an upgrade. Everything keeps sliding off bed. Coffee making in room did not work but was replaced with a new one. Did not get a chance to eat breakfast but looked and smelled great. Will use again.

Best free breakfast I’ve ever had. Rooms were nice and cold and clean. Only downside was the pool was freezing cold and not able to swim in it which bummed our kid out but everything else was perfect.

The room was not very clean and dog hair all over. The place looked like it needed an update. It was very rundown. Our biggest complaint was being put into the wrong room with only bed with 3 people because they overworked. We waited 20 minutes for the front desk person to get back to the front desk because she was the only one working on a Friday night with lots of people checking in at 8 pm.

Overall stay was fine, the room was suppose to have king size bed and it did not it was barely a full for 2 people. The room had a strange smell. Blinds on window were coming off the track. Overall hotel was good for our quick 24hr trip.

Our room was fine. Unfortunately, due to a glitch on either Expedia's or Hilton's side, our reservation was hard to locate. The very patient host tried to locate us, but to no avail. It took a phone call to Expedia (with an initial projected wait time of 1 hour!) to get this fixed.

Usually you put in your last name and room number. I checked with the front desk and was told to you someone else's last name for the wifi. It didn't work. My daughter had no wifi internet while we were there. The bathroom was dirty. Room was never replenished with towels or cleaned. No housekeeping. I requested the 3rd floor, and was assured the Thursday before I checked in on Friday that I would be on the 3rd floor. When I checked in Friday, I was given room 401 on the fourth floor. When I inquired about it the front desk girl shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing that she could do.

Everything was very good however, while staying there for 4 days we asked for a cleaning after day 2, they said okay however they only replaced our towels. No cleaning of the bathroom or changing (or even making up) the bed. A little disappointing as we asked that very morning.

A decent hotel with typical hotel noise. The mini suites were sufficient but the bathrooms were small. My husband is 6'2" and found it to be cramped. Shower water pressure wasn't great but it did the job. Breakfast included waffles, pastries, bagels, biscuits with a couple kinds of eggs & sausage. Not much fresh fruit. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We'd stay again for a night or two if we're in the area.

The luggage carriers left a lot to be desired! It meant several more trips to get stuff to our room. Every other Home 2 we’ve stayed at had the larger luggage carriers if passing through Nashville area again I’d use another hotel over this issue!

The staff were very helpful when we had an issue with our room and let us switch rooms.

The room was super clean and very nice stocked with a full kitchen and pull out couch for the price it’s unbeatable and in my opinion beats all of the super fancy hotels 100% . The staff was incredibly nice and kind . The hotel is very dog friendly which I loved and it’s convenient location next to everything we’d need like restaurants, stores and malls. I will definitely be back

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. No problem with our dog or anyone else’s. Only problem was none of the ice machines were working on any of the floors so we had to go to the front desk to get some.

Best thing about this hotel was the breakfast quality and the location, both were above average. The bed was terrible, it sloped on the sides, shower had mold growing in the caulking. And the bathroom floor looked dirty. We also picked this hotel for the indoor pool and it was out of commission due to pump going out. They offered us to use the hotel across the road but who wants to have to get out into the cold with wet hair this time of year?

Great location, nice breakfast, and friendly front desk staff. But during our 6-day stay, we never received House keeping service, despite asking the front desk on the 3rd day and again on the 4th day.

The tub in room 414 has mold growing on the caulk. Everything else was super!

This is a very well-maintained property. Our room was very clean and well-suited for a family and our pet. The breakfast was AMAZING every day. The service was great with one exception. GREAT: Upon checkin, they gave us waters due to being HH members. However, on Sat evening, someone else was at the front desk. I told them that there was an issue with one of the channels on the TV (it wasn't working), and that we were staying in the room to watch that channel for a football game. She was friendly but said she had no idea and stared blankly. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, and she said her manager who had stepped out for a few minutes. I left her my contact info. She told me the manager would call to assist; the manager never called. The water dispenser station was extremely messy that evening, too, so I don't know if maybe they were shortstaffed. Regardless, we would stay again.

We don’t get away often just my husband and myself so we were excited about a night away. But, we were met by construction that we were unaware of at time of reservation. Then our room had black mold and no blankets on the bed. I did make Nicole aware at the time of checkout. She said we would be followed up with by management.

Very quiet area, but limited choices for shopping/dining within walking distance. The room was clean, but housekeeping (every other day) never materialized. Also, the sounds of renovations being done next door to our room caused the latter days of our stay to be most uncomfortable. The desk clerk, however, was friendly, professional and most helpful. He was the bright spot !

Staff was friendly but the hotel needs some updating. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed. The sofa mattress was grossly stained and had crumbs all over it. A jellybean was stuck to the bottom. (They did replace it the second night so we could use it). The indoor pool had no heater and was very cold, the ice maker on our floor was broken, the ice bucket was cracked, the faucet in the kitchen sink was loose and had to be held to use. Breakfast was ok with sandwiches and waffles. Probably would not stay here again. The area is nice and close to everything- shopping and restaurants

Secondly - a reminder to all that this is a pet friendly hotel. Third, the breakfast is 1000% horrible. DO yourself a favor if you can afford it and walk a few steps to teh Einstein Bagels just across the parking lot. Your stomach will thank you. Fourth, when we requested an extra pillow, we were given one that was a feather pillow and not fully dry - completely unusable. Lastly, don't count on room service, even if you ask for it. We only received one clean for a 4 day/4 night stay. And despite the visible yuck on the ice bucket, it didn't get cleaned until I pointed it out. Then they washed it and got it right. All in all, not up to our preferred standards so we won't stay here again. Too many other much nicer choices at the same price point.

Quick trip through town and our stay could not have been more comfortable. We will stay here when in the area - particularly for longer stays.

We've stayed here several times in the past year or so. And we've never really had a problem but this time the mattress on the bed was worn and had a dip in it. Meaning, when you down the lower part of your body went down into a hole, and the shower wasn't at all what we're use to, it had been cleaned but not very well.

Comfortable bed and linens. Well equipped kitchen, 2 televisions, streaming services, decent coffee in morning breakfast area, roomy.

I've stayed here numerous times and was pleased. Tonight I was given a room that is not up to standards. There is mold on the wall and mold in the bath tub and my linens all have a strange smell as does the couch. I asked for a different room but the front desk person said they were full. Also it took her a long time to even come to the front desk and check me in. Usually I don't have this problem either.

Was difficult to find, as this hotel is not visible from the streets around it. Without the car’s GPS we would have never found it! But, the somewhat “hidden” location provides for a very quiet and private atmosphere. Now that I know how to find it, I will definitely stay there again!

Been 2 three of these hotels. All strong in what they do.

The room was clean and spacious. I loved having an almost full sized refrigerator/freezer - super convenient! The wi-fi worked really well in the room. I enjoyed the curtain divider to give some privacy at night (we had 2 kids in the room). Great location - close to the Galleria mall, Target, and restaurants. Shout out to India Cafe - we walked there for dinner - super good. One of my favorite features was the free charging stations for hybrid/electric vehicles. It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly. No complaints from this family!

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was a lot of black mold along the bottom of the bathtub. Boogers or even a line of smeared poop on the wall by the toilet.

The area was nice but the rooms were outdated and contained a very odd smell. The towels had hair in them.

Front desk employee was wonderful and very efficient. Our room was comfirtable and clean with one exception. Two dinner plates that were up on the shelf were filthy as was silverware was dirty. There was drued foid on the plates. (Gross) before we left i loaded dishwasher and was going to run dishwasher but there was no soap no dish towel or dish cloth. We have stayed here multiple times and has always been clean so I'm hoping this incident is not repeated.

Sat night clerk very rude. I felt inconvenienced when I came down to ask a question and what was on her cell phone was more important than her customer. Looked up only to tell me no very rudely when I asked for an hour extension on our checkout and then it was back to her cell phone. Managers please teach your customer service people to put the phone away when dealing with a customer. So Rude!!!

Lovely area and very convenient location for food and shopping. Not far from the highway and only a 20-25 min drive to Nashville. Hotel was clean and nice along with staff. Only downfall is that the parking lot isn’t that big.

The hotel stay was great! I'm a very picky person but it was nice. I usually stay at Embassy Suites but they were booked. I will stay again but I hope the next time I return the pillows on the bed are comfortable because they were all flat & it caused my husband & I to have neck pains each day. The breakfast was hot and good as well. Also, I would prefer to have the popcorn served daily to greet the guest daily as well as a thank you for staying. Also, we were close to a lot of shopping stores if your a shopper like myself

This was not a pleasant stay. When we arrived at 9pm and tired we stood at front desk waiting for attendant. A sign was on desk said they would return shortly they are helping another customer. They a window I could see a gal just sitting at a desk staring at her phone. We waited patiently because she may not be the front desk receptionist. Finally after 5-7 minutes she noticed us and came to check us in. During that time there were loud unruly kids running the common area. Playing with the automatic doors trying to get caught between them etc. she clearly was hiding because she didn't want to deal with them. Parents were around socializing and drinking. When we got to the room the carpet was filthy. I mistakenly walked on it barefoot and it had this damp oily matted feel to it. Horrible. I put shoes back on. The shower was a cheap plastic surround. This is just not the experience we are used to at Home2 Suites and very disappointed.

Home 2 Home offers so many nice touches and a kitchen is always a bonus. I loved there roomy rooms and indoor pool. They serve cookies in the afternoon and popcorn in the evenings!

My husband and I stopped on our way home from Florida. We chose this hotel because it was a little lower priced than the other hotels around the same area. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was hot and with wide range of choices. Area was very nice with lots of restaurants close by and staff was very nice. We will stay again!

The 1st room given to me , Dog hair everywhere. The young lady at the front desk was nice and gave me another room.

Door was off the shower, screws were on vanity shower parts were on bathroom floor, lip stick was present on coffee cups. I called front desk but attendant offered no solutions.

I prepaid through Expedia and when I got to the hotel my credit card was charged again for the full price I had already paid on Expedia, and when we questioned it to the person working the front desk I was told that I picked the pay later option. (Which I had not.) All of this was after we had to stand at the front desk for quite a while just waiting to be helped. Workers were around and looking at us but nobody came over for quite a while. Rude staff who are completely incompetent. To make it better Expedia has been zero help in fixing the issue of us being charged twice. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

Very nice property--room was spacious, bed was comfy--and the AC worked great! It was a great stay for a quick weekend getaway.

I felt very safe traveling alone and staying here. My only complaint is that the room doors close loudly, so my neighbors coming and going disturbed me in the evenings/night.

The hotel was okay. The check in was odd because the gentleman was kind and pleasant when checking in but then after that he wasn’t very friendly of communicative and he had his girlfriend there with him the entire time which was odd. Check out was nice and the girl working was very kind and courteous. She has colored hair I believe I think purple. We thought she was great. The towels in the room were semi dirty with yellow stains on it. Bathroom had patches of paint missing and the AC made a loud sound when running during the night.

Check in was very easy and quick. The room was great - large enough for everyone to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and the thermostat was very easy to control. The pool was amazing. There was a aide variety of breakfast items- waffles, biscuits, eggs, cereal, and juices. Check out was super easy. We will definitely return here again.

Our first room smelled like feces. We pulled out the sofa bed and it literally had spots of wet poo all over it. The clerk gave us another room. It smelled better, but this bed had little dried blood stains all over it. The clerk said, “Some people just get unlucky.” He was nice enough to cancel our reservation and we went to a regular Hilton. It cost a lot more but was clean. I contacted Hilton and sent them photos of the two beds but they did not respond to me.

Excellent as usual. This is a great hotel. It’s always clean and always has a friendly staff. I even got fresh warm cookies when I checked in.

Within a few minutes of arrival, we realized there was a problem with our air unit and we were moved without hesitation from the staff. The lady at the front desk was kind and professional and, hearing how loud our unit was running over the phone, she immediately made the room change for us.

First room AC not working properly. Reassigned second room and bed tilted downward foot to head. Only one charging station for our devices. Small hairball on floor of bathroom, coffee pot but no cups and front desk was not staffed routinely. Had to flag somebody down to check in.

This was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The sheets were filled with crumbs and covered in stains, the towels looked like they had been used to change a car's oil, the window shade was broken, the dishes were covered in grime, the bathroom floors were gross. The entire place hadn't been vacuumed in months I am sure. It was gross, DO NOT STAY HERE

The kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, cookware and utensils was a plus. All dishes were still in dishwasher from recent wash, which was a nice assurance of cleanliness. Shower was okay but dated, and room was spacious enough. One last recommendation is better signage. The hotel is in a line of similar hotels. By the time you realize where to turn in, you are just past the hotel. Then you turn left to the front of the hotel, and turn into the front unloading area. Only it is the wrong way. We were not the only ones to make this mistake. Signs could be similar to airport car rental signage.

The location was great and employees were friendly, but we had to ask for multiple things that should've already been in our room. We needed sheets for the pull out bed, our phone was broken, the silverware in the drawer did not appear to be clean, and my child found a pair of underwear under the bed from a previous guest. I understand they are short staffed, however this was a bit of a disappointing stay.
