    I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with appropriate facilities on the ground floor When I arrived I was given a non accessible room on the 2nd floor. There were no facilities for my handicap. I was unable to shower or wash my hair. I spoke to Russel and he was not helpful. The next morning I had breakfast which was satisfactory. I was served by Jannell an she was great. Accomodations!

    Everything was great except for the wifi. We were trying to use the streaming apps and it kept buffering about every 30 seconds. Other than that, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Comfortable beds, very clean, hot water in the shower, good breakfast, easy and friendly check in.

    The hotel was in a great location. It was stylish and modern. My room was spacious and bright. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The layout and style of the room was very nice. My room was very nice, but there were a few small issues. The laminate was peeling up on the nightstands by the bed very badly. The wing back style chair had a strange stain on the seat. I I liked the coffee and tea available in the room, but it would’ve been nice to have free coffee in the lobby.

    I stayed in room 411. The hotel was so nice. Unfortunately, the next morning I woke up with several bites on my arms and neck. My daughter who slept in the other bed didn't have any bites. I went to the doctor and was told they were bed bug bites. I took pictures.

    I purchased the full hot buffet and it was more than worth it however I can see how it can get pricey for a family of multiples over multiples days. Thankfully I was only in town for a night. It was convenient as most things were closed on Thanksgiving morning. Room and common areas were VERY clean. I used to clean professionally and will say I was impressed with how clean the floors and carpet in the room were particularly..would stay again for short stays if traveling solo. Convenient to most things also, but again I didn’t get to explore as it was a ghost town Thanksgiving day.

    Booked it through Expedia pre paid ,Then they charged me again at the hotel and said it was for incidentals, but no, it was the price of the booking fee. That won’t go off my card. I asked two different people at front desk to fix the issue and both said they couldn’t. I have to talk to a manager who won’t be there for three days. I have no idea if I will get the money back, but I guess since I paid double for the room for one night it should be a really good hotel.

    Check-in was scheduled at 3pm. We arrived at 3:15pm and our room was not ready. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our room to be ready. There were dirty dishes in the hallway outside our door and the door across the hall throughout our entire stay. The lighting in the room was very poor and made it hard to see. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It almost felt as if sleeping on a plank of wood. There were dirty towels on the floor in the elevator and sitting on top of a trash can in the hallway. The staff cleared the hot breakfast at 10:25am when it was scheduled to end at 10:30am. However, Ms. Star at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She comped the hot breakfast due to our room not being ready on time.

    To a clean room with clean sheets and towels. When we told the front desk and inquired why the room wasn’t cleaned, his only response was “so you need more towels?” Additionally, the hallway and elevator to and from the pool was always wet with puddles throughout. No one cleaned it up— just put up a “wet floor” sign. It just felt like a lot of laziness happening in regard to cleanliness.

    When we arrived in the room I walked over to look out the window and the carpet was soaked from the air conditioning unit. I called down to report the issue and was told maintenance would be coming up. Hours later we decided to go check at the front desk. The guy had apparently forgotten about it and maintenance was already gone. No accommodation was made to get us out of the room and we were having to climb ober the bed to get in and out cause the floor was soaked. Next day maintenance came by and he said we'd have to move rooms. Said it would be a couple of hours. When I went to the desk to see how long we would have to wait the room was already available they jist didn't communicate that. We spent most of our trip sitting around waiting on this hotel instead of being able to go out. The pool was also closed. The only thing offered for the inconvenience was a free breakfast voucher. Very disappointed. This is my second time staying here and the last.

    My stay at this hotel was fabulous. Amber was the manager on site and was able to untangle my double booking error without me paying a penalty. Initially, I had gone to the wrong Hilton hotel and Amy and Donna were trying their hardest to find my reservation. Finally, I checked my email and learned I was at the wrong hotel. All three ladies, Amber from the Hilton Garden Inn and Donna and Amy from the Hilton on Corporate Causeway, went beyond to solve my mix-up. Thank you, ladies for your hospitality!

    Property was nice. Night shift clerk Tyler was rude and unwelcoming. He gave us a room where bed was unmade. I called from the room and he said no way! We took a picture. Went to get another room and said he didn’t want to see the picture. Never said another word to us. Just put the cards on the counter and turned around

    Wasnt offered free breakfast that came with hotel stay, paid $35 daily for breakfast. Front desk was on his phone and maybe said a few words. Handed room key with no breakfast coupons or gave info on how to get to room. House keeping kept room nice. Pizza boxes and trash in common area by elevators. Barking dogs in hotel, and parents who let kids run wild.

    It was a nice clean room. However the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. Didn’t greet us or really even talk to us. I asked what room we were staying in, his response was it’s on the key card. That was it. Not a good first impression.

    Our first room smelled like someone smoked in it and they tried to clean it. Smell too much for me. But the manager switched us no problem. The new room was great. No issues. Clean and spacious. Coffee pot in room. Smell was clean. Room was fine. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

    We had 2 Jr Suites, they are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was not pleasant and didn’t seem to like his job. Breakfast was $15 per person and isn’t worth it so we passed.

    The staff is so friendly and helpful! I needed to charge y laptop keyboard and they let me borrow a charger. The restaurant and bar staff were also so kind. The room was clean and comfy. The only negative is the tv. It had Netflix and YouTube but the internet was so slow I couldn’t get either to work. Luckily I had my iPad so I just watched shows on there. No biggie but it would’ve been nice to watch tv from the tub which is why I booked the whirlpool room.

    The room and facility was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice updated quiet room for a good nights rest! The pool was very nice and clean, in working order also. We did choose this hotel because they had a restaurant but when we got there we were told they weren’t open Sunday evenings. So be aware of that. Also breakfast was good but at an additional cost.

    The jet tube was out of order. I unpacked . Setup the room for my fiance with rose petals balloons and candles and boom ..front desk come to let me know the room is out of order. Moved to another room just to smell like a dog pen. Never again will i stay here.
