Hilton Franklin Cool Springs

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were great-always smiling and very helpful! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was good (the pancakes weren’t great, but everything else was excellent). It was easy to check in and out, parking was great, and we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. I never heard any of the other guests on our floor. There is a nice pool & deck area on the 2nd floor. We did not eat at either restaurant, but it was nice to know they were there. They do have a shuttle that goes in a 3 mile radius. No free breakfast and there is a parking fee if you drove your own vehicle . Overall, we were very satisfied and hope to stay there again.

The pillows had some kinda of feathers in them that really irritated my allergies.

America seems determined to eliminate bathtubs. for the price you would think a sizeable tub could be available for anyone over 5 feet tall and no handrails for the tiny tub so it is basically a child tub not useful. I paid approx $--- a night crazy!

The beds, pillows and quality of the sheets were excellent. The most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on for many years.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean and the front desk was friendly and super helpful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting friends in Franklin. As it turned out we also spent a day in Nashville and we were only 25 minutes away.

The business facilities were not adequate. Who can accomplish something in 30 minutes on a computer and deletes your work. It's out in the open lobby. So you really just need it to check email and nothing else. I would not call it a business center. Excellent rooms, room service acknowledged their mistake with my order and compensated me and the staff was really helpful and kind.

The parking is surface-lot, unsecured, and nothing special in any way. Charging for it is absurd. The WiFi was 100% unusable: the log-in website wouldn't even load on my HP Chromebook. The TV situation was moderate/adequate. We probably won't return, but the stay was okay/average.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—they greeted me with a smile every time and were always ready to help. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The peloton bike is old. I wish they had a newer version or more than one. There were a couple of us that lined up to use it. Also I wish there was more a of a variety of food for breakfast. We were there for four days and the offerings were always the same

Dirty linens, thin walls, we lost a necklace and contacted the hotel several times but they weren’t interested in helping.

Love the overall feeling I get when I stay at Hilton… just ad a complimentary breakfast at all locations and a little more lighting in the bathrooms, will be perfect place then !

We love staying here. This is our second time staying at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs and the staff is always amazing and the beds are so comfortable.

My room wasn’t cleaned.

We had an extremely unfortunate check in experience. We booked through Booking.com and when we arrived at the property at 5pm on 10/17, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled (it was still showing as very much active in my Booking app and I had a confirmation email from less than 24 hours prior, which I showed them) and that they were sold out and had no other room to offer us. After a good deal of back and forth, my husband and I were forced to leave and find alternate accommodations. This took us two hours, since the majority of hotels were booked in the area due to the football games, concerts and other events happening. Finally, we got the last room at The Conrad, in Nashville, 30 minutes away. McKayla at the front desk tried to help us find alternate accommodations but kept coming up with Hampton Inns and Marriots. We booked a 4 star hotel for a reason. She called the Conrad and got me a rate of $675/nt which at triple the cost of Cool Springs, was no bargain. I booked The Conrad myself through Amex and got a rate of $444. We wound up having a lovely time at The Conrad, where the staff couldn't have been more apologetic as to what happened to us at Cool Springs. I put in several calls to a manager at Cool Springs but 5 days later and still no phone call back. Terrible customer service, terrible communication and a terrible excuse for overbooking their hotel and booting us to the curb. Will never recommend this property.

Beautiful property, with exceptional staff, great breakfast. My only critique is they need new mattresses. Mall down the street with plenty of restaurants and right off the interstate.

They rent thei accessible rooms out at a discount because they're disgusting and falling apart. Shower seat was missing a foot and leaning. The showee curtain was tattered and everything was rusted and grimey. 4 star hotel? Not for the disabled.

Bar needed better TV locationing and the draft beer area needed to be illuminated to see what you on tap.

The only thing I didn't like is I got the wrong sandwich when I ordered room service. I wasn't upset, just a little disappointed. Everything else was exceptional.

This is probably the best Hilton I have stayed in over 10 years. The hotel is managed to perfection. While the facility is exceptional, the team made all the difference. The Doorman Ted goes out of his way to be helpful and informative. Donna at the front desk was helpful and very accommodating (great room). Charlie at the bar and restaurant knew what I wanted and made it happen without having to ask. Felt like home away from home.

Hotel is beautiful. We got to the hotel about 3 hours before check in and they still let us check in. Staff was very nice. Room was really clean. My husband noticed the pillows were standard size not tiny like some hotels. Would definitely stay again

every time I stay here it’s something is wrong with the air conditioning and the room is always like so much humidity. I had business papers on the desk that felt like they were wet. should not be rated 4 stars.

Check-in was great, the bubbly blonde (forgot her name) was so sweet and explained everything available. The overall facility was clean and all staff were great. The executive lounge was nice and relaxing on the 8th floor. We stayed in a suite with the balcony on the 6th floor, room was super spacious with a great view. Could’ve been a touch cleaner but I am a clean freak. Overall, well worth the money!

The service was great and accommodating. We booked a queen bed but our kids couldn’t make the trip. I asked at the desk if we could switch to a king bed instead. They switched us rooms no problem at all.

Great, convenient location. We love the Franklin & Brentwood area. Our room was a suite with a balcony. We ended up dusting the rails on the balcony as they had so many spiderwebs. The suite had beautiful windows around; however they were so dirty. That would be my biggest suggestion for the management of this hotel. Other than that, nice stay!

The building needs updated but we always enjoy our stay in Cool Springs.

Spacious rooms

Just an overnight stay for a local event. Everything from checking in to check out was exceptional. I would also like to thank Donna at the front desk for helping with the flowers for my wife’s Mother’s Day gift!

This hotel is close to the freeway, restaurants and shopping. It is away from the craziness of downtown Nashville but still close enough to drive and visit. The staff is very prompt with any requests. I would absolutely stay here again.

The absolute worst experience. Checked in after 12 hours of driving to find out that the hotel overbooked and canceled our room. The staff was incredibly rude and had no solutions for us as all other rooms were fully booked, as well as the surrounding area hotels being spring break time. Never had an experience like this happen, but we will not be back and do not recommend.

Within an upscale office building environment. Unfortunately there are no restaurants or shopping nearby.

Every thing was clean. Location was convenient to things we wanted to see and do. Was able to check in early and staff very friendly and knowledgable.

Unfortunately, the bathroom shower leaked and wetted the area around the bed. We were moved to the adjacent room. In a five night stay our room was cleaned once. We were charged thirty-three dollars for six bottles of water.

Very friendly staff. Easy parking and not far from down town. We enjoy the restaurant and our waiter Jose was great. Only complaint is the hotel didn’t run the fireplace in the lobby. The lobby and restaurant were freezing.

Staff and facilities were great, but it felt inappropriate for there to be a party political event taking place in the public areas of the hotel during the election.

The front doors didn't work and hair was in our shower. Other than that, we had a good stay.

We had a great stay here for a wedding! Super comfortable beds, clean, quiet and updated. Shower pressure was great too. Very easy location off highway to get to downtown Franklin and Nashville.

The only thing that made me rate 4 was conference room cold. This was reason for stay. Overall score 4.5.

There was a strong chemical odor in the hall and our room. It smelled like the component chemicals used to make fiberglass. I believe the odor was styrene. We probably should have asked for another room but we’re tired and did not.
