Great location in Franklin! Shopping and restaurants nearby. We go to Franklin often as we have family there. This was very convenient to Mack Hatcher. Nice breakfast!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I was particularly happy that there was fresh oatmeal as I was looking for a healthy breakfast option. Location was perfect for visiting Franklin and the surrounding historic areas as well as Nashville.

It was very clean for the most part. The bed was well used, but clean. Our refrigerator did not work. The Breakfast options were very good. Parking was ok, but safe. No good restaurant/bars were close, but there was a convenience store across the street. I would stay here again.

So, other than being deceptive, over priced and damaging to my vehicle it was only an average Hampton Inn.

We have stayed here quite a few times and always find it very clean and front desk super helpful! Breakfast is also very good!

I was told I would have to cancel 72 hours ahead of time. They stuck me in a handicap room and said they could not change it.

The only thing lacking was a mirror in the room. Bathroom had the only mirror in the handicap room. Difficult to get dress without a full length mirror.

This is a great hotel our only complaint was the toilet was very low we had a hard time getting up and down.We are not you’d anymore and this was very difficult for both of us.

Give a credit card when I checked in to pay to park! I paid almost 400 For a night stay and also have to pay to park at the hotel!!!

This is a nice space - reviews said it was exceptional but I would not go just that far - it is a clean, solid hotel - It was clean but the rooms a little beaten up in some areas. Towels were so rough that it hurt my skin (had to use disposable washcloths I bought on Amazon) the free bre4akfast was just ok - the hot food was not great but I was able to grab a yogurt and some oatmeal for breakfast - the staff was friendly, great people! Cleaning staff was great, too - also loved that I could wash some clothes at their laundry room, - it was very clean

My room was very spacious, there were ample amount of linens for my stay, breakfast was fresh every morning and the staff was wonderful and cheerful.

Bed was terrible condition bumpy , they charge us $5.00 a night to park our car in their parking lot, we stayed their in the pass, this changed in July they told us. and breakfast was just ok. Front desk people were nice.. Won't go back their when we visit our family that live there...The Hares

The entire staff provided great customer service even before our stay! Perfect location, plenty of food options for breakfast, up to date amenities in the rooms. My mom and I will definitely be returning for our annual mom & son trip.

This is my second stay and I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. The staff is so friendly, the hotel is spotless, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is located in a very safe location. It was effortless to get to Franklin and Leepers Fork.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet, making for a pleasant stay. It offers convenient access to I-65, a nearby gas station, and several restaurants in the area. There’s plenty of available parking in a well-lit lot, which adds to the overall sense of safety. The complimentary breakfast is decent and a nice added touch.

Wonderful hotel and location

Only paper cups provided for drinking & coffee. Undisclosed parking charges on top of very high room rates. For the amount of money for the room I expected better quality and not be charged for parking too.

Booked on Expedia, twice the price as I expected. Hampton Inn & Expedia blamed each other, NO resolve on either end. Gotta call BS on this one!! Warning to all travelers!!

Enjoyed are stay. Very nice area away from downtown Franklin. Multiple eating establishments within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable, clean. Husband said breakfast was a step above other hotel offerings. We will return if in the area again.

Mirror over sink in bathroom went out on the first morning. They came and "fixed" it and then it went out again the next morning. The woman at the front desk said she couldn't give me a partial refund because I booked through Expedia.

The down side: there are no drawers so if you spend more than 3 days here, you will have to live out of a suitcase (literally). Not enough hangers even when asked for more -I guess they just didn’t have them. Rates are fair, a bit away from historical center but okay. An airport ride is about $40. It’s a good small hotel.

Hotel is located very conveniently to the Highway and dining area. Breakfast in the morning was nice and had good variety. The mattress on our queen bed was to soft for our liking. Nothing overly fancy with the room.

The hotel was also very clean and had excellent service. I was disappointed in the bed and pillows. I’m typically a fan of the comfort level provided by Hampton Inn and our particular room did not have a comfortable bed or pillows.

The location was convenient to dinning and shopping. Upon entering the room it had a dirty vacuum smell and temperature was warmer than typical (air conditioner was off). Stay was fine but could have been better.

Great place for a concert and a staycation

We were on a family trip with 12 family members and three rooms and had a great experience. Hotel employees were very friendly with every encounter. The included breakfast was the best I had at a hotel. The cheese omelette was amazing!

We needed a hotel that was close to Fairview, TN where we would be dropping off our daughter for camp. This seemed like a good one, based on pictures, reviews, amenities. My family found it to be comfortable and fun - there is a nice pool and plenty of restaurants in the area for dinner, breakfast and coffee... We ended up eating lunch at a pizza place a stone's throw from the hotel. Nice area. The front desk team who checked us in were very polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was okay too.

Pretty much an average Hampton , but the bedding was awful. Sheets were so threadbare that you could see through them and there was holes on them !
