Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Mattress was comfortable. Nice view. We were upgraded to a king suite because the hotel was so full. Lovely! Breakfast was delicious and well staffed.

Everything at the Drury was wonderful from the staff to the room. The beds were comfortable their free breakfast in the morning is phenomenal. We were so busy that we didn’t take advantage of the happy hour, but it looked amazing There really isn’t much negative. I have to say but it was an annoyance not to have a fan in the bathroom, so it was a long time before he escape the room.

Upon my arrival the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and polite with smiles. I did enjoy the pool which was very clean as well.

We have stayed at this property before, and it has historically been wonderful, so our expectations were high. However, we ended up in a room with a broken air conditioner, peeling wallpaper, a tv that kept going out… it was a perfect storm of issues that made this trip less than expected, especially since staff wasn’t enthusiastic about resolving issues.

Our room was fantastic. just what we needed. however we never found a fridge. was there one? We'd never heard of Drury Plaza Hotels before this trip. but now we will always look for Drury Hotels.

Everything. They provide dinner, free drinks for those 21 an older, and breakfast. They also had a pool and hot tub which was nice. The room itself was also nice and spacious.

From the very moment we arrivedbwe were greeted with a smile. Bethyz (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) she was the first face I saw when we walked in the door, she was so polite smiling and was so sweet to my son. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday which the Drury staff was so nice they left him a little gift at our room door. Breakfast both mornings were very good and they offer variety. Hot tub was great really great to relax

I was driving back to Alabama with my small children and felt myself getting sleepy on the road. I pulled over in Nashville and chose this hotel to spend the night at to avoid driving drowsy. Upon arrival, the night staff were so efficient and friendly! Check in took maybe 2-3 minutes, tops. They realized I was traveling with children, and informed me that breakfast was at 6:30. They also realized I was leaving in the morning, and proactively pointed out where the coffee pot would be. Our room was clean and quiet, and after a good nights sleep we were back on the road. Would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. It’s very highway adjacent, and has multiple restaurants (and a Walmart!) within walking distance.

Clean comfortable, quiet, roomy room. Great breakfast and evening social hour offering. This is our second stay at a Drury Inn and it exceeded expectations. Kids played at the pool, while we enjoyed the hot tub. Excellent stay. Will look for Drury Inn when traveling.

The food was AMAZING, the drinks were also fantastic! And you can't beat free breakfast, snack, and 3 free drinks each evening. Wouldn't change a thing!

Friendly staff, dog friendly property. The free happy hour and cheap breakfast attracts that kind of crowd. Not something I was expecting. It was my first time in Franklin and I was expecting something more “quaint” but I could not find it online and booked this last minute. This was also my first “Drury Hotel” experience. Probably will avoid in the future as this is not my vibe at all. The rave reviews must be for the free nachos. The location is not on the old part of town. Just not a “Franklin” experience as I had envisioned it. If you like the free cheap happy hour drinks and the all you can eat fake cheese nachos, The Drury definitely delivers. The hotel is clean, lively, and the staff is friendly.

The property was very clean and excellent in every way. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink did not drain properly. We only stayed one night, but I brought it to the attention of the front desk on the morning of our departure and I believe it was promptly reported to maintenance.

Hotel was great! The only complaint was the TV in our room. Was not working and then we had to switch rooms and then the TV in the new room wasn’t good either.

The 1st floor meeting and dinning spaces are expansive and clean. Not only do they provide free hot delicious breakfast, they also provide free dinner, and free soda, beer and alcoholic drinks(3 drink maximum) as a paid guest. The rooms are large, beautifully decorated, clean, and beds are comfortable and cozy. This is my first stay at a Drury Hotel and was extremely impressed and pleased with my five night stay. It definitely won't be my last. Thanks again for a memorable stay. Aaron

This was a great place to stay. Close to Nashville but in a rural setting. It was a halfway place for a friend and I to meet. We didn’t even leave the property to eat since it has an awesome buffet breakfast and daily manager’s reception at dinner time. There is also a great juice place right next door. It had a spacious hot tub, nice pool, and comfy chairs to lounge in. My only recommendation would be to have a hook on the bathroom door for clothes or towels, and they did not have any lotion either. These are small suggestions, and overall, I would highly recommend!

Nothing broken or not working. we paid about $25 more per night here than most of the other run down motels we have been staying at lately. This was my first stay at a Drury , and it will not be the last!

We stay here every time we come to Franklin and Nashville. They are always so nice and the food is great!!! The staff are always happy and genuinely care about making sure you have what you need. We will always choose Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin Tennessee.

Breakfast was a large buffet breakfast with many choices with fresh eggs, meat etc. Great coffee and other. We also enjoyed the evening snack time which was more like a buffet with many choices and enough for us to call supper. We also enjoyed the popcorn, fee soda etc.

We will start looking for Drury hotels gping forward. This was our first time staying at one and it was completely amazing. From staff going out of their way to assist us, to the cleanliness and morning/evening food options- we were blown away!

The Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin was a great place to stop on our way north. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The best part was the free food and beverages. Amazing! The pool and exercise room were way too crowded for us to use. Obviously a popular spot.

The staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to the highway (I-65) and had nice views. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice too. Breakfast was provided and offered a good variety of choices. This will certainly be our regular stopping point as we travel from Florida to Michigan.

The breakfast buffet and happy hour was awesome. We ended up spending way more time in the hotel lobby than expected. Great location, room was clean. Only downfall was the convention taking place made for the happy hour to be extremely busy and wasn’t anticipating such a crowd. So, just know they do hold conventions and they participate in the happy hour and breakfast.

We stayed with our dogs during the January ice storm in Nashville and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. Our family was very thankful for The Drury Inn. Angel was especially helpful.

On this trip I was approached by a man in the parking lot looking to give massages. It made me feel unsafe. I reported it to the front desk.

Hotel description states there is a restaurant which there is not. There’s a Drinks and hors doeuvres but it ends at 7pm which we missed by 5 minutes because we were planning on the restaurant. Besides that a nice hotel.

Housekeeping needs to respect privacy! We had a do not disturb sign on our door & a 12pm check out. We were sick with the flu & just needed to rest. Housekeeping knocked while inserting the key card at the same time, didn’t bother announcing who it was & walked right in at 7:30am. Regular check out isn’t even until 11am!! My bf called to extend our stay until 3pm & specifically asked the front desk to let housekeeping know & told them what had happened. We were assured it wouldn’t happen again. Less than an hour later, they tried to get in again, only we had the latch on the door, & pushed several times before she realized it had the latch on. I called the front desk again to report it & was told they had texted the housekeeping mgr. & again they apologized. At 1 pm, another knock & this time I was next to the door so I opened it & as soon as I did the girl who was pushing the cart of towels says sorry & hurries away. We were furious! 3 times we were disturbed after we asked not to be bothered. We were sick & just wanted to rest before we tried to make the 1hr trip home & despite our requests & a sign on the door we were ignored. Proper etiquette is 1. Ck. For a sign on the door, 2. Knock & wait to see if somebody responds, 3. Announce that you are with housekeeping before you even insert the key & enter someone’s room!

My family stayed here on Saturday, Nov 30th, 2025. Check in was quick and trouble free. They were fairly busy when we arrived around 4:30 PM. The hostess explained everything available to us, including the dinner snack buffet, and free drinks. Our hotel room was spotless, for the most part. When my daughter pulled out the sleeper sofa to make the bed, we discovered some left over food under the mattress. It had been smashed there, and appeared to be moldy. When I called the front desk, I expected someone to just come up and clean it off. Instead, they moved us to a completely different room and refunded our money. I told them, that was not necessary, but they did it anyway. I was greatly impressed with the service we received. Every member of the staff I were very friendly I felt. The dinner "kickback", was a pleasant change of pace from many of the hotel chains we normally stay at. Nothing amazing, but decent food, pasta and meatballs, hot dogs, soup. They had a small menu of mixed drinks, and free soda, coffee and tea available. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, juices, etc. The hotel appeared well maintained. The pool/hot tub were good too, and actually open. My only complaint or suggestion for the Drury Plaza chain, is there needs to be an adults only time, for the pool/hot tub area. Like from 9-10 PM. It was very difficult for me enjoy the hot tub, with young children splashing around in it.

All staff had great smiles and always helpful to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was extremely clean and organized. The morning breakfast along with the nighttime meals were excellent. The staff taking our used plates and items had great smiles as well and were very friendly to make sure we were taken care of and made sure if we needed anything. The room was fine. But the description said it was a 2 bedroom suite. There was a sitting area, and then 1 bedroom with 2 beds. The front desk did not seem to care, so my guess is they knew this and suck ppl into paying more for a glorified hotel room by calling it a suite. False advertising imo. Also the brkfast was meh.

Great hotel

We love the Drury for the comfort, free parking, breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. It is a great value. The Drury is located close to shopping and restaurants and is a reasonable Uber ride to downtown Nashville.

Free upgrade awsome room

I was booked in a room next to washing machines that ran all night so no sleep after a long drive that day. The staff was not concerned for our well being. Will never use these properties again.

The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bathroom shower was also thoughtfully designed and clean. Blackout shades provided were helpfully to block out lights in the area well.

This hotel is awesome. Booked 2 rooms for a family of 8 plus a golden doodle. Good location. We were placed on a connecting room right away before I even requested, which is pretty awesome! Staffs are accommodating.Will be booking again sometime. 😊

Hotel is very nice. We had a very comfortable suite. It was really strange, but there was a constant thumping (almost like a door slamming or someone dropping something) the entire time we were there. It was very faint when awake but trying to sleep was hard with this happening every 12 seconds or so. When we brought it up to Angel at the front desk, he shook his head and said, "I have no idea," then looked back down to his paperwork he was working on and would not look up or talk to us anymore. Just COMPLETELY ignored up. He was rude. The noise was weird. The hotel was nice and clean and in a fantastic spot.

This was the 7th day of our week's vacation and the Drury was by far the best hotel we stayed in during the week. The staff was friendly, personable and professional. Everyone of them always smiling and looking to help if needed. The beds, I believe, were the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a hotel. Our teenage daughters really liked the bathroom, hot tub and pool. My wife and I were shocked by the free dinner and breakfast. They sure saved us money. In the future when we travel we'll be looking to stay at a Drury if at all possible. The area had recently experienced a significant storm which had damaged some of the landscaping but I noticed the gardeners had almost all the areas repaired by the time we were leaving. I will recommend the Drury to all my family and friends.

Great stay

Internet was fast and easy to sign in, they didn't make it overly complicated. The king-sized bed is incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious, large TV, microwave and refrigerator where nicely hidden away but accessible. The round glass shower door is very cool! I like the liquid soap dispenser instead of bar soap, so that was a nice touch. Lots of counter space around the sink. The only minor issue is with all hotels, where 2 guests check in, but rooms only have towels for one guest. That's a minor inconvenience, I'll happily book the Drury again.

It’s a very busy hotel. The breakfast is ok — I didn’t eat it and my daughter didn’t eat it either. The hotel is very clean and the stay was good and comfortable. I wish the mini fridge was bit bigger. I had a small pizza box and it could not fit. The area is nice. We shopped and went to the mall and the surrounding stores in the area. We also, did virtual reality and it was fun.

Great room and breakfast/snacks, as usual. But this hotel charges $65/night for pets. Putting them in the $250/night price range. Ridiculous for a small (14 lb) old dog that spends every moment in our laps. Not all Drury hotels are this ridiculously priced.

The fan in the room wouldn't stay set for the temperature we set it at and we ended up sweating all night. Upgraded to a suite, but it was just a handicap room. No information received from the front desk about hours for anything or check out. Nice pool area.

My say was a standard average stay nothing above and beyond a normal routine checking in checking out it was all the same. The food was not very good. Breakfast was better than the dinner selections. The staff was friendly a few that I did interact with. I was extremely disappointed I didn’t have a bathtub. But all in all it was an average day that needs.

My sister and I had an amazing time! We drove in from different states and check-in was easy, friendly, and helpful. Franklin was the perfect location for our day trips to Nashville. The hotel was clean and in a new area with lots of amenities. We liked having the option of breakfast and dinner if wanted it. We would definitely book here again!

The staff was amazing. The dining staff was very busy but very attentive. I notice even the man manager came into the dining area to assist. The front desk and maid services. A wow experience.
