This is a great place to stay. There is an outside area that is great if you are traveling with a dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry machines are free.

The room was nice, bed was a little stiff for my liking but that's a personal problem. The pool was nice, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, very personal. The main downside is the pool table was broken. You can still play kinda, one of the sides is basically falling off so the balls won't rebound like they should. Other then that it was a good time.

Condition of the property is very poor! I have buds in my room. TV didnt work. Conditioner was having a very bad smell. The room was falling apart. Worst smell experience ever! Awful!

There was no breakfast and that was very disappointing. The front desk clerk that checked us in was fantastic. The facility was maxed out with travel sports teams and large families and she put us in a room that would have the least amount of impact from the noise and for that we were extremely grateful. Front desk lady was very nice at check in. Location was great. However the area wasnt the best. Right behind hotel is a gas station. I believe people living out of cars. There was a run down rv parked under my window. Dog barking constantly. I thought it was in hotel. Called 3 times anout it. 2nd phone call front desk man maybe a little snippy said he made rounds after first call couldnt find anything. He seemed irritated that I was complaining. I explained I had to get up early and paid a couple hundred to sleep. Third phone call I said i believe dog is outside. He said oh yah Im sorry, there is a dog that stays out there. He was apologetic. Offered free amenities. I wouldnt stay again for that fact alone. Other than that ok hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice from the very first greeting. The room and amenities in the room were great and enhanced our stay. Most importantly your staff was extraordinary kind to our pets and your pet walk facility was the best I’ve encountered in all my travels!! The only thing I didn’t like was coming back from Kroger’s or anywhere in that direction there was no place to turn left into the parking lot. Had to go up a couple lights so I could make a u turn.

The overhead light wouldn't come on when switch was turned. One staff member said bad bulb, another said many of the fixtures had "shorts" in them. No effort to fix. Came on randomly in the middle of the night or not when you needed it to see. Shower was barely warm when turned all the way to hot and the stream was weak. Light over bathroom sink was so weak that you could barely see to put on contacts or makeup. NO overhang to load and unload and we got soaked trying to load our vehicle. I asked for a toaster several times and was told it should be in the room, which it was not. The 3rd staff member got us one, which we had to sign for. Not sure why if it was supposed to be in the room.

Staff definitely! Jackie (?) was exceptional. The king suite and bed and soft linens very comfortable. Only suggestion is to “bite the bullet” and use some descent trash liners! And TP you can’t see through. I know it’s all about dollars but for the price of the rooms, it would make a huge difference in how the hotel is perceived.

Dirty room—blood on the bathroom door handle. Bathroom floor not mopped. Cigarettes dumped into inside trash can and not removed so the entire place smelled like an ashtray.

The size of the room was good for someone using a power wheelchair. I was hoping for breakfast to be included. There wasn’t a safer way to exit the parking lot to get to the highway, that didn’t include going through another business’s parking lot.

I want to give this a 5 star review. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms have a nice aesthetic Cleanliness is a problem. A lot of corners with stuff in the corners. It was simply a lack of quality housekeeping and leadership not holding them accountable. Surprising to me given how personable the staff was. I hope this was a fluke and is likely stay here again in case that’s not the normal. Not the best but not horrible either

Room was perfect, very clean and the large fridge and amenities inside the room made it extra nice for a longer stay. The staff were incredible and so hepful!!! The location was unknowingly the most ideal for what we were there for. We decided to stick with IHG on our way back home and loved it, too. We will be back to IHG hotels

Front desk staff at checkin was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Bathroom amenities included Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. Kitchenette was fully stocked with pans, dishes and silverware. We were only passing through and stayed one night but it was a fine stay.

I saw her help an older lady by getting her coffee and helping her to a table. Very nice to see this help!

At least replace the windows with double pane. Save on HVAC bills and reduce the noise. I had to check if the window was open the road noise was so loud. Also; some guests on the fourth floor enjoyed 3:00 am laughter and door slamming. I saw the sign, but maybe they do not read English.

Spotless room

We were impressed with the staff person named Jackie. She was very attentive and friendly. I mentioned the stove not working and she went right to our room and fixed the timing thing so it would work. I watched her with other customers and she was friendly and hard working with them as well. Overall, we were pleased and would stay at Candlewood again.

We were upgraded to a very comfortable suite and the staff was awesome.

The room was very clean and everything was in order. The room had lots of amenities. The only reason I did not rate this as a 5 is not even something the hotel can fix. It is right next to major traffic arteries so it was really hard to sleep due to horns honking, sirens, loud engine noises and constant traffic. Maybe if better insulation and windows were used it would be able to block the noise but it was enough of a burden I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

I can not believe I only found this franchise under IHG now. It is sooooooo good. Exceeding my expectations. From the room layout, spaciousness, to service and equipment. Everything is perfect. Although it doesn’t provide breakfast, for staying longer, cooking a simple breakfast at the well equipped kitchen is a joy. Candlewood will become my choice for any trip longer than 3 days for sure.

The electronic lock to my room door repeatedly quit working. At one point, my family and I had to sit in the hallway for 30 minutes while hotel staff tried to get the door open. Completely unacceptable.

The property was updated and very clean. The layout of the suite was not ideal, however, as both the bathroom and the closet were located right by the front door and not in the bedroom. The only drawer in the kitchen was way down by the floor, requiring one to bend way over just to get a spoon. Overall not convenient.

I liked the outdoor area with the decor and BBQ Grill. I liked my room with the fridge, microwave, and stove top burners. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. All in all it was a relaxing and eye pleasing experience.

I wish I would have realized it didn't have breakfast before I booked. I honestly didn't know there were any hotels out there that didn't at least have a small breakfast, this was just coffee only and everything else was to buy. But otherwise a good room to sleep in

Nice hotel for a quick little weekend trip to the Nashville area. Very clean and friendly staff. Had everything I needed. Only complaint is the parking. There aren’t a ton of parking spots in the lot, and the location of the hotel is very awkward and inconvenient. You can only access the parking lot from one point, and the amount of traffic always in the area makes turning into the hotel sort of difficult, but makes leaving nearly impossible.

The entire location was dirty hallways elevator are comforter was not washed. Bathroom was filthy and found several fleas in the room would not recommend staying here.

Overall this was a good place to stay for 1 night. The room itself was clean and comfortable. My only real issue was that the side door that we used for entry/exit was a bit worn. Also, though not really the fault of the property, a couple of different times some customers decided to set up their camp chairs and smoke right outside the same entry /exit door making for an awkward situation as we tried to get past them.

The staff were so friendly. I was even loaned an umbrella! The outside was very neat and parking was easy as well as free. The rooms are big with a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, a two eyed stove top plus a microwave. The beds were very comfortable. There is a good size desk and work area. I never heard a sound while in my perfectly clean room. I will definitely stay at a Candlewood Suites again!

Front staff so cheerful and welcoming. Happy to let us check in a little early. We did not need it but highly impressed to see the area where guests could borrow a crock pot and other items including games for the kids .

This place is terrible. And to be honest, this will be the last time I book through Hotels.com. And here’s why: the reviews are deceiving. You will read about who this property being exceptional. It is not. We arrived for a two-night stay to visit family. The lady running the front desk at the time (red hair) was warm as an ice cube. She checked us into a first-floor room. We asked for a high floor, and she didn’t want to help. We went to the room and the smell was unbearable. It had a chemical smell, maybe even musty. But it was bad. I still smell it in my clothing. We suck it up and stay in the room after the front desk lady didn’t want to help—primarily because we booked through Hotels.com. Ironic. The next night we changed rooms. The new one smells bad, too. This place is a dump. And overall, the hotel was dirty. And I think it’s because of the clientele it attracts. Here’s an example: I found two very drunk men playing pool downstairs in the lobby in the early-morning hours (around 2a). They were playing music loudly, they had empty beer cans and their snacks all over the floor. Such a classy look. This scene sums up the overall experience this hotel provides. They have clearly given up. Stay away from this place, if you have standards. And for $133 per night, I feel like the clown for booking this room and using Hotels.com.

It was super nice. The staff was great, elevator were nice. The bed wasn't to horrible. The shower you could tell had been redone and had some gaps but it still worked great. We had two rooms. One shower was worse than the other.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Large recreation area including pool table. No breakfast included but free coffee provided. Large rooms with fully equipped kitchen with coffe makers. Venue is intended more for extended stay than overnight. Cheap construction evidenced by clearly hearing voices from adjacent rooms and thumping of feet on floor of rooms above. However, this is characteristic of most chain motels. Surrounding area has little appeal. Traffic sounds, especially by cars with modified mufflers, can be clearly heard in rooms,but not the fault of the management. Full size refrigerator in rooms are very noisy but also consistent with having everything in the same room. Dogs permitted at $35 per night in early 2025. Well maintained and clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Candlewood Suites in Franklin for 5 nights. It was exactly what we needed for our extended stay. It was conveniently located to everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious. It was also equipped with everything we might need for a stay this long. The only issues we had were a few minor maintenance repairs. The toilet paper holder kept falling off and a few other handles on cabinets needed tightening. We found it difficult turn into the parking area when coming from the downtown Franklin area.

Let me start with the good. A lady named “Selena” (I think), up front was SO kind and welcoming and helpful. She made us happy to be there. The pool table in the lobby was a big plus and we had fun playing a few rounds. If the weather had been nicer I think we really would have enjoyed sitting outside at the fire pit. Nonetheless it was nice to have the option. Ok now for the bad. Our room was directed adjacent to the pool room, so no matter what we did, our room had a moldy chlorine smell. I took the air freshener from my car and put it on the air unit in the room but it didn’t help for long. Also, there was hair in the bathroom sink and a big glob of something sticky with hair on it, and some of the towels appeared to have stuff on them.
