2 of the 4 ice machines were broken. Breakfast buffet was subpar. It had the feeling of a very nice hotel that was in decline.

We had some reservation issues where the funds had no been appropriated from online reservation to location. The hotel staff handled the situation upon check. Everything was seamless. Thank you.

Everything was amazing! We were upgraded with Hilton rewards and it was fabulous. The room and bathroom were very clean, excellent facility.

The room was very clean. Housekeeping staff was awesome. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was empty so we called and they came right up to replace. The breakfast was good - great variety of items. The front desk staff was sparse. Everyone we went up there no one was around. We waited and waited. It happened at least 3 times during our 2 night stay. We did not use the pool or laundry room. The gym was very nice. We had every intention of using it, although we were not able to use it.

I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient.

Room was clean but small details such as tissues in the restroom and small cosmetic issues in the bathroom, other areas could easily elevate the experience.

The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed three nights, and it was the same menu all three days. There’s no variety for breakfast.
