I like the location. The bed was good, the a/c was good, and clean. The building was neat and clean. No homeless hanging around, which is a bonus. We did not have a TV remote. In addition, the fire alarm was chirping due to a low battery. It took an hour for someone to fix the chirping alarm and hand us a remote. On the first night (Saturday) there were many people outside talking loudly, laughing, and gathering, making more noise.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I will first start with the room.. The lock was broken, there were holes in the bedspread, the tv didn’t work at all, there was zero toilet paper, the fridge had huge nasty stains inside it.. so I tried to call down to the front desk.. and the phone didn’t work either. So I googled the phone number and called, nobody answered. We decided that there was no way we could stay so we went down and told them we were cancelling. They did not seem surprised in the least. They said expedia would have to contact them for a refund. We go to leave and there was someone on the corner selling drugs. Going forward Expedia was unable to reach them (shocker) so I was unable to be refunded for the room. It was the WORST experience that I have ever had with a hotel room. I hardly ever write complain reviews. But please learn from my mistakes and do not book at this hotel. Spend the money and book a chain hotel (hampton, hilton, holiday inn etc)

FALSE ADVERTISING AND DIRTY HOTEL. So, first off, they could not find our original reservation. The room that was booked was apparently no longer available. We booked that room for a reason, so not having that room was an additional expense for us. There was a cash-only deposit, but in order to get it back, they had to look at the room prior. Only one person was doing this, and she was so slow and taking forever. We had to forfeit our deposit because we had someplace to be and had already waited almost 40 minutes. The hotel was in bad shape, NONE of the outside doors worked, the room was not nice, and the beds were super uncomfortable. I was extremely displeased. The only reason we didn't move hotels was because of how busy we were that weekend, so the effort was not worth it. Will never stay here again.

Place was confusing to find, parking was ok. I did feel safe. The room was clean but, the room was muggy. The AC worked very well. But, rusty and dirty. The carpet felt dirty, the cabinets were broken, the bed sheets were clean but had permanent stains, the tub was peeling, the tv remote worked sometimes, they had ice machine but, did have 2 ice cube things in freezer. Refrigerator was a nice size and the room did have a toaster and microwave and 2 stove top burners but, no pots or pans. Overall not bad for the price and location.

My 4 year old daughter cut her finger on the restroom door thats was broken the door doesn't close you must use force.

The room smelled like individuals had smoked in it. The shower dripped which caused there to be water on the floor. The toilet ran. The towels were extremely small and thin. There were not any washcloths available. There was trash on sidewalk in front of room throughout our stay.

Nothing Random people (clearly not guests) wandering the parking lot and outside of the building, room was NOT as advertised. It was disheveled, unclean, felt like you were breathing in moldy air. We immediately left and went to another hotel. Didn’t care if we had to pay more, it was not worth staying and getting our vehicle or room messed with or getting potentially sick.

The pictures from online are not this location. It was the nastiest, most run-down motel I've ever seen. When we arrived we had booked two rooms with queen beds they immediately told us they double booked. The staff was super rude and wouldn't offer compensations or a solution they gave us a single bed room. They said they wouldn't refund the money so we could find another hotel. We got two non-smoking rooms, and my kids' room reeked of Marijuana. The bed platform was cracked and created very, very bad, The sheets were obviously not changed. There were stains and tons of hair. The smoke detector was hanging down, and the floor tiles were peeling. And worst of all our air conditioner didn't work. This was the worst motel experience I've ever had.

I arrived at 5pm they tv wasn't working so I tried to call with the phone in the room, disconnected. I tried calling the number listed on the phone disconnected. All night there was no TV. The manager parked in 2 spots washing his car blocking the handicap ♿️ spot.

The person we gave the money to for the room was alright but seemed a little rude but not bad . The mattress on our bed was soft but both my husband and I got up with back aches

He told me the day before that I needed to communicate with him about staying another night and should be done in a reasonable time he also told me he was flirting with me, came into my room and tried to have sex with me.

Great value WiFi signal was weak

It says that they provide 24/7 desk. Well, good thing that I called before to make sure we’ll be able to check in, as we had late flight. However, when we wanted to check out it was closed. We wanted to leave at 7am. We waited for someone to finally show up until 8am!!

This is overall a nice, clean place to stay with a great value for the money. It's on the opposite side of the freeway as downtown Ft. Worth. There were not many restaurants, stores, etc. near the hotel. But, overall, I'd stay there again as you can't beat the value. Staff were very nice and room was comfortable and clean.

I did not enjoy my stay. The room was infested with german roaches, they were found on the walls, floors, sinks, and in the shower and fridge. The shower drain took a long time to drain properly. The front office guy attempted to enter our room on the first night, using a different key card to unlock the door but the manual lock on the side stopped him and he apologized 3 times but didnt explain why he tried to enter, just left. The 2nd night someone we didnt recognize at all knocked on the door several times at 11:30pm and we waited for them to leave. Had a pending feeling my vehicle might be broken into at anytime. Would not sleep again.

I couldn't sleep with all the roaches crawling around. One of the twin beds had a HUGE bloodstain on it. It was a "non-smoking" that smelled like nothing, but cigarettes. I want my money back.. I could not ever stay in a place like that, again.

The manager changed my credit card at 8 am check-in is 3pm I chose to pay at the hotel.when I got there he changed my credit card again now there is two charges on my credit card now he have to refund me now the charge will take a less three days to refund me back my money so bad business when you place a reservation.the card is to guarantee the room.why would you charge me at 8am then he is arguing with me about my money I will never stay at this hotel again

It was $75 bucks for a stay last minute during a convention so it wasn’t too bad. For the price it was worth every penn. no bugs, seemed clean, and was perfect for a nights stay. You can’t check in 24hr, idk when they close but it said closed when we arrived at 12 (fair) but the guy let us in anyway. So thanks again!

The building is right next to the interstate, so you can hear a fair bit of noise from the traffic. The WiFi and credit card machine were down when I stayed, but it was only for one night, so not too much of an inconvenience.

Did not receive it back even though we checked out an hour earlier than check out because the cleaning lady on duty hat day was knocking on our door telling us we need to get out which we were expecting to leave at 11am as we were told the day prior so we were rushing to get all our things. Booked a non smoking room and it REAKED of cigarette. Bathroom was falling apart not worth the price or rudeness of the staff. Your better off staying at one of the other hotels feet away like motel 6.

Overall the place was clean and friendly however there are two issues that could easily be addressed. One being the parking and two we didn't have a fridge.

The guy at the front desk caved and let us have our room after stressing to us that we couldn't bring pets, and we still took our dog in that room anyway. Again, it was cold there, and we were not gonna leave her in the car. That is animal abuse. So my final review for this place will be, yeah it was a good stay, but the owners need to be flexible with their policies and not be so point blank about it. Thats a good way to lose your customers.

The first room we were put in was labeled as a non-smoking room but smelled so heavily of smoke that we had to swap out our masks after leaving. The smoke detector was continually beeping and when we attempted to inform the front desk worker, he walked away without saying anything. When we were put in the second room, outside were random, tattered clothing. The second room had the smoke detector hanging off the wall entirely. Rooms and office were relatively clean but the property itself was unclean. They also closed the Lobby before the posted hours right after we arrived. While inside one of the rooms, we could hear the front desk person repeatedly chasing away people who were not tenants of the hotel and were actively trying to get into people's rooms. The overall reason for this review is that it felt unsafe.

The hotel amenities were not bad, the worst was the trashy people that lived there. People partying in rooms, doors barking at night snd old trucks started in the middle of the night making sleeping impossible. We even had a creepy guy behind of our door in the middle of the night. Wife was scared to death.. Not recommended at all.

Our room was clean and seemingly well maintained. The only negative I can mention is that the bed's headboard was a bit loose and banged on the wall loudly. My apologies to anyone staying in the room next to ours. As I said before, this motel isn't anything close to luxury accommodations, but I definitely recommend it if all you need is an inexpensive room with minimum amenities.

This property is a lot more rougher than that the pictures show so don’t be fooled. If you have a family I’d stay away. Management also does not keep their word on extended checkout. He used his master card to enter our room while we were sleeping. Proceed with caution.

I accepted the room because I had taken a Uber to the location, I was tired, it was getting late and I was new to the area. Condition Of The Room - The room was old, musty and hadn't had a good washing in a very long time - The air conditioner vents hadn't been cleaned in a long time. - The bed cover and lamps had cigarette burns - One of the sheets had a large dry urine stain (I have pictures) - I had to ask for a fresh set of clean bed sheets - There were crumbs or specks of something on the mattress - The light fixture in the bathroom had lots of dead bugs - The chair was soiled with heavy grime and dirty. It was too unsanitary to sit in NOTE: I was able to manage the one night because I had my own Lysol, bed sheet protector, blanket and cleaning wipes. LASTLY The place needed to take a copy of my drivers license in order to stay. Having a copy of my license on a piece of paper is unsafe and doesn't protect the customers information.

First off, the front desk attendant was very rude!! The room had a pair of dirty socks and trash under bed, we had no tv remote, there was a non-working phone! As soon as we walked in the building it smelled like cigarettes! So we were very disappointed!!!

Awful place. Dirty, all the furniture is old, the smell in the room is awful, cockroaches, the wi-fi password didn't work, there is no breakfast, bed linen and towels are old and don't look very clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Found a used bar of soap in the shower with pubic hair. The mowed the lawn on Saturday morning before 8 right by our window!!

It was an okay room. It was very outdated and they didn’t serve breakfast or allow pool use because of COVID-19. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The description was inaccurate. Homeless people everywhere. Pool was closed, and has been for years. Breakfast hasn't been served in years despite it being in the description. Hallway reaked of pot. Some of the outlets and lamps didn't work.

Took awhile to check in , may need help at front desk !

First it was a 1 hour wait in line in the lobby to check in. Further, the room was dirty and the pillows still had hair on them. Airco

Info pics were deceiving of the place. It was creepy looking and a very dark parking lot. Handicap ramps to “first level” floor were too steep!!

I almost forgot the lack of safty. At any other hotel you cannot enter from anywhere except by the front entrance. Our room was in another building. I parked by the door that was close to the room we were assigned. The door didn't even have a key swipe. I easily just opened it with my finger tips. This place needs to be shut down. My daughter and I of course left. With taxes, fees and a $100 deposit (that I was told I could get back in a few weeks) was over $120.00. I wouldn't pay $5.00 to stay.

The bed itself was very comfortable. However, we specifically reserved a room with a jetted tub, the tub did not work. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling throughout the room. The shower heads leaked, and we found hairs in the “clean” towels. Will absolutely not return to this establishment.

The tv didn't work. It is in a terrible area. People were outside fighting and yelling after midnight. Blankets on the bed were visibly dirty.

This property is very dirty. From the moment we checked in we realized we made a big mistake booking this property. I booked two rooms for two nights, but the guy at the front desk kept saying I only booked one. I took over one hour and half just to check in and get a room already booked in advanced. When we stepped inside the building to our rooms the floors and walls were extremely dirty like they had never been cleaned up before in weeks. Our rooms were worst. The ceiling was falling off. I concrete outside the building was cleaner than the carpet in our rooms. The shower handles were falling off. The worst part were the towels. The all were stained with yellow and black spots. The sheets on the bed were stinky. We left early morning next day to go to our planned activities then we all decided we couldn't spend another night there. I tried calling to check out, but no-one ever picked up the phone and when they did it was like they couldn't understand English.

It was sadly, the most unsanitary place I’ve ever seen. There were bodily fluids all over the bedding/pillows, including mucus and hair. The “chair” looked like a crime scene. There were dead roaches in the shower and in the hallways. They tried telling me I got their worst room because I had a pet, so because I have a pet, for which I paid a pet fee, I don’t deserve a clean room? The gentleman at the front desk didn’t help either. He knew that room was nasty and kept telling me that I needed to understand that is the pet room. Wish he’d spend the night there, with the fresh picked buggers and all. The pictures don’t give it justice.

This hotel was very dirty, smelled like smoke. we stayed for one evening and came across 4 dead roaches in the bathroom and room. Also the staff both checking in and out was awful, it took us 30min to check in because they didn't see the expedia email come up and 30 min to check out because they had to go check the room.
