The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is great, and parking was adequate. The only bad thing was that all the ice machines were broken. They did supply a ziplock bag of ice when requested.

We had no hot water in our room, the hot tub wasn't working, everything looked like it was run down. Everyone working there was very nice but the property itself needs a lot of work.

Hot tub not working. Pool was very small. Rooms very small and bathroom very small. Tub wouldn't shut completely off. Only 1 floor had ice machine that worked. No access to filtered or fresh water for guest to fill up cups.

Everything I needed was available there. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. Hairdresser, Iron and ironing board available in the room saved my life! The water from shower wasn’t warm enough when I took shower around 6-7pm and shuttle wasn’t available during my stay.

My room was clean but had a cracked sink and the tub looked really bad. The noise from the other rooms and the street and traffic was horrible. I had to park in front near the front door and looked out to see a couple who were staying at the hotel basically all over my vehicle. I had to press the lock 3 times to flash the lights and that didn't get them away from it so I had to go down to the parking area which the elevator was so slow. I didn't make it out until they came inside the hotel. I wont be staying at this hotel again. I had to pay $26 for parking and had to deal with these people. My mattress was so over used it was very soft and squishy and my back is out because of it. Overall bad experience.

Our room was clean and staff was friendly but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. The hot tub was out of service, they dont tell you when you check in. The pool was freezing and very cloudy. Also, they chose horrible tile to go around it and it was extra slippery. My toddler kept falling. There was no towels and the lights kept flickering on and off. Also the parking garage they had was super small and tight even for my small suv.

They called me at 530am wake up I didn’t ask for and the toilet wasn’t flushing.

To be honest, we felt that our room could have been cleaner. In particular, the carpet looked as if it needed cleaning. Also, our room door needed servicing as it was difficult to close.

Our last night was terrible, a big group of college kids were checked in on the floor we were on. The noise was ridiculous, shouting down the hallways, music level was loud, constant door slamming, as well as loud banging on their room door several times. Sound like they were beating on and kicking the room door. We had a 14 hr drive home and did not get much sleep this night. I called several times to complain but nothing was done about it. They did not quiet down until we were leaving that morning. We will never stay at this location again and we will not recommend it as a good location.

Overall stay was OK. The location is convenient and Central. A short drive to the Sundance Square. This was the second time we have stayed there due to it is near my son‘s home. The only negative is the parking. Parking is very tight. Parking spaces are very small. Don’t take a truck. I paid extra for parking pass that did not benefit me. I was still required to park wherever I could find a open spot.

There was no hot water, we were unable to shower at all on Saturday night had to wait until Sunday morning. Pretty major inconvenience. We dealt with it. Breakfast was amazing. Nice location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants/shopping.

The room was clean. I was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I got back to my room around 4:00 PM the bed wasn’t made. Still had my towels from the morning my trash was still in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk. What time do you all clean the rooms. She said was there a sign on your door in the morning. I said no I didn’t put my sign up to come later. I told the front desk that to get me new towels. She did get someone to bring me clean towels. Also the sink the water would go down super slow.

The staff and breakfast were great. Our room and bathroom however was not. Upon walking into our room, there was a live silverfish on the wall. We went to get ice from the ice machine and it contained mold. When we used the shower, the design was so poorly done, even with the curtain closed, water went everywhere outside the shower pan. We had to use all of our towels plus more from housekeeping to clean it all up after every shower.

They gave us the last room they had and the ac/heater didn’t work and they refused to even give a discount and it was 20 degrees last night. They sent a repair man down that sprayed the until with WD-40 which made it smell like something was burning. Front desk told us we would get a full refund then sent a note declining it after we checked out.

When I got there, the lady at the counter said that there was something wrong with the computer and it would take a few minutes because they had somebody coming to repair the issue, but it wasn’t that long before it was up and running probably less than 10 minutes, but other than that, the staff was very friendly and courteous And the hotel was very clean and their breakfast had a very nice big variety of food overall was a pretty good experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Older heavy set housekeeper on the 6th floor was very rude. I asked were there a ice machine anywhere she pointed with a nasty additude and said "over there"! I said what you mean over there? She said it again the same way and i walked off before i would've said something i had no business saying. No one is making you work there, if you dont wanna be there, leave! You have freedom to do whatever you please with your life.

It was fine and did the job. definitely a carb loader. The Zero yougurt was a nice surprise.

The entire staff from the front desk to the manger and the lady fixing breakfast were very friendly we had to be at the children's hospital and this made our trip so pleasant glad we choose them!

The staff was truly accommodating and pleasant!! I was able to catch a few names of who we encountered, Emmanuel and Hilary assisted us but everyone who worked during my stay was super pleasant. Room was clean and ready early for us. Honestly the best front desk staff I have encountered in quite awhile.

It’s just need little detour to walk to train station and water garden. But it’s still just 15 min walk. So this hotel provides good value for the money.

For a hotel brand that typically maintains good quality, this was very surprising. I expected a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately that was not the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the housekeeping issues so future guests don’t have the same problem.

The sweet lady that checked us in was so nice and kind! The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! Everything was nice and clean!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and basic. The tub/shower fixtures could use an upgrade, but worked fine. The biggest issue was the hot water supplying the toilet, which caused some condensation, we were there for a short stay so didn’t want to deal with any maintenance.

Room was very small, outdated and floors were dirty. Elevators were out of service and had no hot water. Hot water was fixed the next day, but all in all this hotel is falsely advertised in my opinion.

When we first pulled up the sign for the hotel was not lit up. There were homeless people everywhere at all times of the day. There was road construction everywhere as well. We had to pay for parking, but the parking lot is on the same lot as the hotel and self parking, so I’m not sure why that would be a thing. There was only one elevator working, and it took almost 4 minutes to get to you anywhere you were. The second broke in the morning but was fixed by midday. The room itself was nice and clean, but the bathroom tub was not working well at all. The shower head was about to fall out of the wall, and you had to put all your strength to put the tub to the shower. It took well over an hour to clean up the throw up in our hallway in the morning. The only redeeming quality was the staff and that breakfast was good. It was definitely not worth $250 a night plus $20 A DAY for parking.

The hotel was clean....the water in our shower ran a pencil stream of water the entire stay, and only got luke warm water if we turned the hot tap on on the sink. Staff tried to help as far as putting in work orders 3 different times but it was never fixed. Breakfast had several options. Pool was miserably cold but there was a hot tub. If you have a large vehicle there is NO parking except in the shuttle parking spot. I have definitely stayed in nicer HIE before.

Meh...carpet stained and should have been vacuumed. It was quiet and convenient to the convention center. Parking should have been free here, I was gouged. This hotel is on the wrong side of the highway to charge for parking. This property needs a major remodel.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. My grand daughter was celebrating her birthday and the ladies sang to her and let her pick out a treat. The room was amazing and clean. Staff was super nice and helpful.

But the room service personnel were 4atrocious. Our room was NEVER cleaned. The bed was never made. We had to get our towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and empty the wastebaskets.

We could walk to the convention center. QuikTrip was across the street 42/7. Could have used the larger van to transport to the convention center based on # needing a ride.

The staff was amazing! They were friendly, very helpful, and went above and beyond what was expected. Breakfast in the morning was good, with lots of options and freshly brewed coffee in every cup. The beds were very comfortable. If you want your room cleaned, you have to ask the front desk. Transport access was a big problem. No public transit in the area & the downtown shuttle had very limited times. We were there for a convention & the shuttles filled up quickly. The hotel was unwilling to offer any extra shuttle trips until the last day which was extremely disappointing. There were no evening times that worked for the convention time and they weren't willing to budge with their schedule. We were looking forward to using the fitness room, pool, and especially the hot tub. Only when we arrived did we find out that the fitness room "was under construction" (with no visible signs of work being done), and the hot tub wasn't working. No compensation was offered. Around the pool wasn't cleaned so there was food and garbage by the seating area with no trash can. On weekends the towels weren't stocked so we had to keep going up to the front desk to ask for towels.

The room was really comfortable and the location was not far feom alot of the places I visited.

The parking wasn't so great because you had to be 1st-come;1st-served. Terrible construction prevented you from finding the place easily. TV was outdated and hard to initially figure out how to use. Our reserved family room had continual power outages and the A/C stopped working forcing our family to open privacy doors to let air flow in to also prevent us from burning up.

Front desk clerks were awesome. Had a problem with room service not cleaning my room the first day. Went to the housekeeping staff directly to confirm the cleaning of the room. Assured me it would be done. Was not cleaned when i returned later that evening

The staff lady who checked us in was super ingratiating to the man in front of us and took her time chatting with him. I have disabilities and it’s hard for me to stand indefinitely but has no choice as she over indulged chatting around. Then when it was finally my turn, she treated me like I was completely worthless, barely could look at me. I paid way too much for the property. It’s old and run down. Cleanliness is meh. It’s not as close to the area as I had requested. Parking was $25/night and a total surprise. Breakfast was lame and not like the picture. When I tried to call hotel staff about the door not being lockable they never answered. It was so late all night long, ppl being loud outside the property talking , yelling, laughing. Very noisy in hall too with the doors being super loud and ppl exiting and entering constantly.

Parking was an absolute nightmare. But service and staff were off the chart amazing and the breakfast was fantastic to boot.

My stay was amazing, the room was nice and cold. My children really enjoyed themselves at the pool. The breakfast was good as well, plenty to choose from.

Great staff. Wonderful check in experience. The only thing I’d “complain” on was the refrigerator barely stayed cold, which was a necessity to me because I have a newborn and pump and also it was super humid in our room. Other than those two things, it was a great stay!

The staff were all exceptional. Friendly, helpful, eager to help. The bed needed to be turned, it was lumpy on the left side. Also the hair dryer didn't get hot. However, the biggest disappointment was finding out that I had to pay 25 dollars per day to park at the hotel, which added an additional $350 to my stay. Yikes...a very unpleasant surprise.

The hotel staff were professional and kind, there are many updates needed such as paint and fixtures. Our room was okay but the bathroom was filthy, there was hair in the tub and the floor had what looked like dirt splatter everywhere. I woke up to use the restroom around 5 am and seen a baby roach crawling on the mirror.

Our power went out in half of the room on Friday afternoon, could not turn on lights in the bathroom. Notified the desk, came back early Saturday morning, remote would not work for the tv and the power was still out in the bathroom, had to shower in the dark. Guy working the desk said he could not credit us anything because we booked through a third party, even though paid the hotel direct. Go back Saturday night and the lady at the desk said we should not have access to our room, our key cards were shut off and should've changed from room 317 to 329. Was never told this before and our key cards we still had access to 317. Got our stuff around 10 pm, switched rooms, and had to leave for 6 to catch a flight at DFW. No credits, no apologies or anything, was not a good experience.

Everything was great until it was time to park. The parking spots were so tiny that we were unable to get our kids out of the car. It took more time to get them out and park than normal.

It's okay hotel for the price, but there is a reason why it is inexpensive. The main issue is location, about 20 minutes walk from conference center and T&P train station area where the action is. The walk is straight but you have to go through sections where there is no walkway -- have to walk on grass or in car lane which is problematic with luggage. Although much of fort-worth is typical Texas -- just roads, highways, cars and big empty looking buildings -- the area around the hotel is particularly bare. No nearby shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.; a gas station convenience store is the closest you get to food/supplies. The hotel does not have a restaurant. They do have a shuttle to conference center area but has only 3 runs in the morning and needs to be booked in advance. The hotel building is rather old but reasonable with the renovations. The breakfast is free but nearly everything is nauseatingly sweet or salty. As usual the egg is horrendously salty and unlike similar breakfasts elsewhere they don't have boiled eggs if you want to get away from salt. They have 3 cereals, all sugary kind; at least they could have put one low-salt , non-sweet cereal, but didn't.

I have business in the Tarrant County Courthouse, and this property is very close by. The staff at this hotel is terrific. They have always been courteous and ready to help. We will continue to stay here during these visits.

We've been staying here for years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is pretty good. Only thing we don't like is that IHG members and military no longer get free parking and you can no longer stream Netflix or anything from your phone.

We had a good stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the pillows are good, and the breakfast is good. The breakfast lady is especially good at her job and we really enjoyed her energy, positivity, and friendliness. I highly recommend staying here.

My favorite was the complimentary coffee and breakfast daily. Clean rooms although I could hear people walking and talking, otherwise it's a great place. It's a 1-mile walk to the Convention Center.

Easy to access hotel from the airport. Well signposted with plenty of parking. Check in was quick and easy. Room is clean and spacious. Not sure the aircon works but temperature is ok. We're only here 1 night so more than adequate for our stay!

Trucks collect bins every day at 3:30am, if you are on car park side of hotel you will suffer with this. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant so you need to walk quite some distance to the cbd. The hotel description say it is city centre, it is not. The shower is above bath tube and the switch to divert the shower only partially worked so more water went on your feet than to the shower. Staff were friendly

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the location was convenient, several aspects left something to be desired. The noise level was higher than expected, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room could have been cleaner, and for the price, I expected a higher standard overall.
