We had an issue w the key the second night. Even tho we booked two nights and checked in the second night. The key didn’t work so we had to go through the hassle of going downstairs and waiting in line and getting the key to work. The clerk was very friendly and helpful though seems like this could’ve been avoided.

Parking, breakfast, and bed were great. Only negative was the worn furniture in the lobby. It looked like it needed to be replaced some time ago. The worn areas made it look dirty-even if it wasn’t.

Note: the rooms are carpeted and if you want to.soak you can in their full size tubs. The room came equipped with plenty of coffee and a redrigerator.

Hot tub was very dirty, rooms were never cleaned during our 4 day stay & half the gym equipment didn't work.

The bar erea is in the worst place it could have been. I was setting T the bar having a drink waiting on my supper when a crowd came in waiting for the reception room to open probably about 25 people had no where to wait other than behind me all around the bar

Effective by storms and could not check in - paid in full for a week upon booking but hotel refused to give credit of any sort even though the circumstances were beyond the control of the traveler who spent more than 24 hours trying to board a plane but to no avail with all the cancelation due to storm .

General cleanliness of the property was very poor. The common areas, such as lobby, hallways, gym bathrooms, never seemed to be tended in the 5 days we were at the property. The same pieces of popcorn, fabric strings, paper, and other debris remained on the carpets. Urine stain in the men’s gym bathroom remained for multiple days. The guest room we had seemed tended, but we had to ask for towels and amenities were not refilled after the room was made up after we requested service. I don’t know if they’re short of help or what, but it was very disappointing.

A few things in the room need updating—wallpaper in bathroom, stains on couch. Doors are very loud when closing. But other than that the rooms are great and the hotel is quiet. Bed is comfortable.

The room wasn't maintained. The lamps were broken, the A/C unit broke in the middle of the night and there was very little water pressure. Besides that it was fine.

Front counter person was great. She’s like 19-years old, I didn’t get her name. She was very friendly and caring. I sat in the lobby sadly, and she brought me a cup of ice water. She said ‘if you need anything let me know’. She was there to do her job but she went beyond her job of duty to help me. The rooms were very cleaned. I will stay there again.

It was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant. The bath tub was way slippery. We were in a disability access room. My husband and I both slipped in the bathtub. He almost fell.

The staff was amazing. Bella working check-in on Saturday and the lady at the breakfast area on Sunday morning (I wish I’d have gotten her name) were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They deserve a raise! My wife and I travel frequently and these ladies far exceeded our experiences from other places we’ve stayed.

The curtains were stained, one of the beds was noisy, the bathroom looked wrecked broken glass on the art work the wall was cracking, the ceiling of the room looked like there was a leak in the room above. The property outside looked groomed except for the pool didn’t look clean a bunch of collected leaves.

But the real highlight? Candace, our bartender! Her energy, warmth, and incredible service made our evenings unforgettable. She mixes a mean cocktail, remembers your drink, and serves it up with great conversation and a smile. Candace, you’re a gem! Thank you for going above and beyond you made our trip that much better.

This particular Hilton we stay at often. Its always clean, quiet, yet still local to the stores. Staff is always pleasant.

I had reserved a King room suite and was given a double handicap room. Overall was clean, but the staff seemed very unconcerned and was like well that’s all we got sorry.. I just stayed at a Hyatt House and will start using them in the future.. they had amazing service and accommodations!!

I have always left a card on file for incidentals, but this was the first time Ive been required to leave a deposit in addition to a card on file with the room already paid for. Upon check out, there was no desk service. Not a bad hotel, just not the best for the price.

We arrived at 11 pm ( I had sent a message to the hotel letting them know) and no one was at the front desk. We had to look for someone to check us in all over, knocking on doors hoping to find someone to help us. It took more than 20 minutes for someone to help us check in. We didn’t hear an apology or any kind of explanation, not polite at all.

The hotel is nice but definitely needs a DEEP and thorough cleaning. Carpets in the hotel are very stained. A lot of debris on carpet and tiled area. Black mold growing in shower stall. The chair in our room was disgusting and we could not sit or place anything on it.

Ive had plenty of dinners at the hotel lounge, it is great food, and a really fun experience when Candice is working the bar. There are restaurants nearby if youre feeling adventurous, none are a let down. If youre a fan of sun, outdoor pool, amazing people with alot of convenience in the area, this is a hotel for you. See you guys again soon.

Couple of things I didn't like was first the dorr was hard to open and slammed very hard(to the room) second the shower head, would only work on hard jet stream. Other than that it was perfect. Love the area, staff, convenience to store and restaurant. Pool and lounge area. Very clean.

Quality of room. Shortage of staff. Too few diamond parking spots. Coffee should be 24/7. I may have just had a really bad experience with my stay. Hope yours is better.

Location to family The toilet wouldn’t flush, because housekeeping flushes soap bars down the toilet. The maintenance guy informed of us of that and showed us. The toilet was also not bolted down to the floor, so it moved every time you sat down on it then made a loud bang on the floor. There was also lots of hair in bathroom, on the walls & shower area. The AC was definitely monitored so it wouldn’t run like it should so it was very hot at night. The daily parking charge is an overreach and the hotel rates are way too high for the hotel.

Good nice and clean I did not like how you have to pay for anything. I did not notice you had to even pay for breakfast. This is the only Hilton inn I’ve ever stayed at that you had to pay for breakfast and plus they didn’t even tell us when we got there. There’s about a fee for everything.

The cleaning crew knocking on our door at 10AM to come clean our room when it's not check out time! Twice!

Location is great. Hotel beautiful and clean. They charged us for 1 night not 3 because of room issues. Our toilet didn’t flush when we arrived had to call maintenance. Floor was wet like the mop bucket spilled. The handle came off in my hand in the shower. I lost my deceased mom’s earring in the drain and they were supposed to sent maintenance to see if there was a trap,no one showed up. There were 3 big tiles loose and sharp and moved when stepped on. But they said it’s getting remodeled soon. They charge 4 dollars each day to park your car.

I was then charged $15 for cold eggs. I did like that there was virtually no outside noise to be heard inside the room. I spoke with Ivie on the phone regarding specifics for room and she was very accommodating and the room was perfect. The bedding was very comfy and we woke up well rested. We then enjoyed a delicious breakfast, kiddos to the cook. Rosie is very professional and friendly and enhanced our total Hilton experience. See yall next month!

Stayed here as a couples night away from the kids and to go Christmas shopping the next day. Breakfast is an extra $15, we didnt eat. You have to pay for parking which was odd. The room and hotel was fine. But when we went to leave in the morning, our catalytic converter had been stolen off our truck and a transmission line was severed making it undrivable. We had to have vehicle towed and make a police report. The front desk was informed and we were told the general manager would be contacting us soon. It has been 2 days and we have not heared from them. I have not heard if they have any cameras on the parking area but I could not see any. We were parked front row right by the pool. I would of expected more customer service and cameras since you have to pay to park in their lot.

Cleanliness of my room was outstanding. Some of the lobby furnishings are very worn. None of the PC's in the Business Center worked, so I was unable to get my boarding pass in advance. Having to pay for parking at a suburban location is ridiculous.

Wi-Fi did not work, tv was in black and white. They also charge $15 for breakfast in the morning which was not great. Waffle House was better and cheaper! Staff was nice though. Bathroom was dingy and lightbulb was out. I definitely expected more for the coat!

You have to pay for your own breakfast, which is outrageous, and the food is cold. They provide shampoo and conditioner in your shower and the bottles were empty. The tub filled up with water while I was taking a shower, and the lounge closes at 10pm every night.

I never could get checked into my room. And you fixed it once. And they still couldn't check me in. I had to book a completely different booking not with your service.. You are stealing my money and i would like it back..

Sheets were not clean on one of the double beds. No daily house cleaning, you had to inform front desk the day before if you desired this service, I’ve never experienced this before.

Amazing!

Stay here every month while visiting family very convenient and friendly

We had a great stay 8/19/23. Room was a little damp feeling, but after we turned down the air a bit, I didn't notice it after. The hotel had everything we needed! The restaurant was pretty good and breakfast was delicious. Kielle gave great customer service and greeted us every time we passed by the desk.

the swimming was awesome 👌 and the room was beautiful.

I was a little disappointed that they did not offer complimentary breakfast. I don't remember if that was stated under amenities. I did enjoy the cleanliness of the room.

Overall, good place to stay. Not far from Big shots and Tanger outlets. Not much developed around the hotel.

Family if 6 stayed and had 3 towels in the room. Out of pool towels and front desk said they don’t have more. The breakfast is the typical breakfast you get for free when you stay other places yet it was $16 per person to eat a hot breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the dinner was very good. Bartender was awesome and morning staff was extremely friendly. No outside noise could be heard despite being close to an air port.

Our stay here was excellent, from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out.

The room was by a door on the side of the hotel and every time a person walked through the door it would slam. Hard. Shaking the room. The pool was dirty and hadnt been cleaned in a while either. No free breakfast. 7.95 a person for powdered eggs... no thanks. Will not be staying again

The breakfast buffet is boring and uninspired—something they said was scrambled eggs but more like a brick with bacon and sausage for almost $16.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, and will probably stay again soon. The location works very well for us, although there is road construction in the area that can make access to the hotel a little tricky. Reception has been fantastic, and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. We did have some minor noise issues from another room during our last stay, but the hotel is well insulated from highway noise. From our window we saw herons flying over the highway and rabbits playing between the parking lot and the creek. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. We have not eaten at the restaurant, so I have no comment about that.

shampoo, conditioner & body wash in shower as many other hotels we've stayed at provide. Jr suite was good & clean, but other issues not acceptable. Won't be staying at Garden Inn again.
