Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Wayne by IHG

The rooms were clean, but not to holiday in standards. We also had an issue with not getting the room we reserved. The pool was out when we got there. We were not notified when the pool was ready. Pancakes for breakfast was not an option considering the machine was broken also, the bacon was all broken into crumbles and the eggs were burnt and for some people who have to be on at seven due to appointment, etc. I feel you should offer them breakfast as well maybe try 6:30 AM on the weekend so all of your guests can have breakfast not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn express and suites.

Outlets were in poor condition

Breakfast was not very good and also just wish they would get someone to help that one lady who handles breakfast since she’s doing it all herself. And the pool was closed the whole time.please set it up a way where adults can also swim in the pool not just kids!. Everytime we went to try to swim the pool was filled with kids I’m talking about 10 plus kids at all times where in there. The safff were great.

Location Pool down every couple hours, terrible “breakfast”

The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning.

Breakfast was good. When we checked in, our room was not clean. Beds were made with dirty sheets, blood on the bed frame, floor and bathroom mirror. Bath tub was dirty. I had to remake our bed with clean sheets that the hotel provided. The pool was down half the stay.

The lady maintaining the breakfast worked her butt off! She was the only one working the breakfast!

Dogs barking next door at night but that was our neighbors fault, not the hotel. They needed to take better care of their pets!

Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Bathroom not as clean as the rest of the room. Had to request additional towels and coffee.

The whole experience, easy check in and out, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, it was an overall win.

Nice place to stay

The sheets are excellent fabric.

They never mentioned their hot tub was closed and a hot tub was the ONLY reason I booked the hotel. The pool was warm but the floors around the pool were cracking, missing pain, and dirty. There was no bedding for the pull out and we had to go get some. There was a dog that started barking at 5am, now don’t get me wrong I have 2 dogs and chickens so the crowing starts at 3 however I came to the hotel for some peace and this hotels as not it. The breakfast was hot and okay for hotel food. I personally will NOT be back at this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choices, hot and flavorfull Front staff was rude during check in. Stated I didn’t have reservations when in reality I did. I had to get another team member because attitude was poor. I almost left without utilizing my reservation because of poor customer service.
