The ARC Hotel

Clean room. Parking lot got full fast due to vehicles with trailers taking up multiple parking spots.

Breakfast was coffee and some toast and bagels. Dopers were in and out all night revving the engines of their cars and yelling. People were walking up and down the hallways all night. I think they long term rent.

We’ve stayed here many times & I have no complaints at all.

Staff was exemplary the rooms were quiet and clean I would highly recommend this Motel to everyone

Room was very dirty. Asked for a change and the new room was pretty much just as dirty. Bath tub was dirty and confusing to use. Pull out couch had food crumbs and candy on and around it. Did not feel comfortable sleeping on the beds.

The location was quiet. The day I arrived there was a sign that said no hot breakfast because the cook was sick with a cold. I appreciated that and just hoped a different cook would be there the next day, as we know colds last about a week. There was a hot breakfast that next morning. The bed was comfortable and with the humidity, it was nice to have ac. My room was ok. Simple things needed attention. The shear curtain had rips from the top down which wasn't appealing. The bathroom: You need to ask how to get the shower head to operate. They should post this information in the bathroom. I was never able to get it on. The shower curtain rod was literally hanging over, held on by two screws. I had to remove the sink stopper to use the sink. There was no way for it to simply lift to drain. It had to be totally taken out. I did tell the manager that perhaps they may want to check this room out for repairs before giving it to another guest.

Very clean, good breakfast. Would stay again.

The stay was fine. I will be back July the fourth weekend. I hope tge hot tub is working. And the pancakes. But other than that I thought it's was just fine.

Smelly (chemicals) easy chair. No hand soap for the bathroom. Carpets needed cleaning. They would not turn the A/C on for the exercise/ weight room - so it was 80+ degrees! Too hot to work out for both days I stayed. Temps outside approached 90. A dog in the room next to me yapped and barked continually as if it was left alone. The hot tub was never in working order. Never got to use it. The breakfast was fake scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, on one day the potatoes were tasty.

But there was no soap on the sink and not enough towels. They don’t make the bed and change the towels. The room smells like mildew.

I will stay here again! It’s not new, but it’s very clean and quiet! The blow dryer in my room didn’t work, but I had a working one in minutes after calling the front desk. Bed comfortable, water hot, everything that mattered to me was good!

We checked in late & no one was at the desk when we came in. The girl was “busy” talking to a guy & to be bothered by guest. The hotel would be really nice if it was clean. The room we had did not have soap to wash your hands.

Wish that would have been notified that the hot tub was not working or the heater for the pool cuz it was ice cold that was the main reason that we picked that hotel

This place is great. Good location with easy access to food and shopping. For the last 4 years, we have stayed at this place when we come to town. It's always clean, great staff and great service. When you compare hotel prices this is the best deal.

We were warned to to stay there, but we gave it a shot. To my surprise it was exactly what we needed.

Not bad for an older property. It still amazes me what you get for well over $100. We couldn't get the t.v. to work but the place seemed relatively clean and it was quiet. They provided a breakfast of bagels, ceral, muffins and even hot items like eggs and sausage. We are too picky to eat many of the breakfast items. But they were available along with coffee, juice and milk. We chose yogurt, bagels and cereal.

Our first rooms outlets all went out in the room on the second day we had to be moved to a new room because of it, the spa was down both days, the wifi was extremely laggy. The pancake machine was down and the sausage was kinda under cooked. I won't be staying there again.

Hotel used to be a Holiday Inn, which has a new property across the street. The building does show signs of its age. While the room was clean, the decor and carpet seemed to be original, maybe repainted. But the price was the best in the area, ideal for a quick break overnight. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was perfectly prepared with options for people with varied dietary needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and prepared for our arrival with the fridge cold and the air at 70. Well stocked bathroom amenities and decent gym setup as well.

This is our favorite hotel in Fort Smith. It’s clean, convenient, comfortable and the price is very good. We don’t even look anywhere else.

Staff was accommodating, and friendly. Hotel may need some up dates but clean, affordable, and pet friendly. Shopping and dining near by. I’ve stayed here last year and would stay again.

First morning breakfast was cold. The second morning breakfast was warm. The room was clean and smelt fresh. The internet was slow. The tv fizzed in and out. Phone buffered a lot more than usual. Other than that was a good experience.

Great room for the price, 2 queens $92 with tax. Room was clean, bathroom floor a little sticky. Good firm bed. AC worked good. Breakfast looked ok we didn't eat. The Korean HotPot/BBQ place across the street was outstanding.

Shower curtains are hung wrong therefore opens up when you’re taking a shower, shower and sink drain in bathroom plugged, carpet was dirty with multiple things stuck to it, hard to use ironing board when pad on ironing board is not in place and you can’t tie it down, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers and shower barely worked was difficult to get anything out of them. And nobody cares when you report two or three of these things. And no follow up since I was there for four nights. Tried to give this Hotel several chances over the last year and a half not coming back. But your Hotel won’t care anyways.

There was a leak in the bathroom. The maintenance guy came while we were out. When we returned the door to our room was propped wide open and you could see our belongings, etc. We have no idea how long it was open. No one was in the room, the lights were off. The front desk staff was apologetic and nice.

This was our second stay at The Arc. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and very good. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. And the price (Thanks to Expedia) was very reasonable. I give them 5 stars.

The room was comfortable, the shower needed repairs but still workable. The staff were amazing and attentive. We were staying for a family funeral and it was easily accessible to church, funeral home and family. We would stay again when seeing family in area.

The room was spotless, bed very comfortable, amenities were in the shower wall which made it very easy to use. The staff was so nice and helpful, special the woman that worked when we checked in at 4pm. We left at 5:30 am, so didn’t have time to eat the breakfast, but it looked nice. The frig and microwave worked nicely. Also, very quiet. Close to many restaurants/shops and Mercy hospital if you need medical care or to visit someone. For our needs it met perfectly. I understand and could tell rooms had been updated.

This is an older facility, but it smells good and it's clean. The room had watermarks on the ceiling, but it was clean. The reason for the three-star rating is that the breakfast was just awful. The bread had mold on it, more than 50% of the yogurt was out of date by about 10 days. It was not good. The staff could not have been more pleasant and more helpful. They were just great.

Our stay was good for what we needed - just a one night stay on our way to Springdale. The rooms are definitely dated (lack of outlets, older shower/tub), but comfortable. Overall decent place to stay for a night or two.

The room had roaches, and when I took pictures of it to the front desk, I was told, "They're small. Do you really want a different room?" The new room didn't have bugs, but was outdated. Breakfast was reheated from the day before. The pool was dirty with a weird cloudy film over it, and the hot tub was out of order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Room was dirty, leak in shower/tub since we got there, loudest ac/heat unit when it went on..wake us up. And I paid more to not stay at a Motel 6,..very very disappointing

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor—like urine. There were no basic toiletries such as shampoo or body wash, and the towels smelled terrible. After staying there, my family developed eye allergies.

Stayed here often in the past but this will be my last visit. Found bedbugs

The best part for me is a bathtub with HOT water and a great breakfast! The magic pancake maker /conveyer belt was my favorite. The hotel is super quiet as well close to anywhere you need to go. My partner did make a slight comment about the local channel tv service being pixelated and grainy and unable to connect to any apps. I told him that didn’t matter as much as breakfast and the bathtub.

It was in a nice area with lots around it and the staff was exceptional. My negative has to do with roaches and a buzzing noise coming from the vents. I could deal with the noise, but the roach was a no.

The staff at this hotel is excellent so kind so friendly. The lobby is beautiful. Note that this hotel does have some wear and tear, but it is *well worth* the value and the service. I would stay here again! It is a former holiday Inn express.

Great front desk service. Unfortunately the first room we checked into had not been cleaned, crumbs on the table, dank smelling and the carpet was disgusting and falling off the wall where it was stuck to & old yellow, moldy stained air conditioner. The second room we were put in there was visible mold on the lamp shades and water damage on ceiling & carpet was disgusting. Third room, passable, air quality not the best but passable. We were exhausted from 13 hours of driving so we stayed & non refundable reservation through Expedia—we were confused about the good reviews. The young lady at the front desk was amazing and helpful.

The property is good for the price, a bit worn down in places but clean. We were greeted and checked in by a new staff member, who was on her first unsupervised assignment and was FANTASTIC. Very personable, efficient and kind. She made sure we knew that there were fresh baked cookies at the desk while we were getting into our room. Breakfast was substantial, including a pancake maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Juices and coffee were plentiful, cereals, pastries and yoghurt. Very nice! All in all a good experience!

Loved proximity to airport. Room's outlets did not work well. Very limited. A light was burned out in the bathroom.

Bed was too soft. Shower drained slowly. Strange noises perhaps from water in pipes. Location and parking are convenient. Breakfast was barely adequate.

Parking lot was well lighted and clean , front desk staff were friendly. Air conditioning was excellent. Just wish the gym was open because i did choose this location for this added benefit

Smooth check in, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights, room only cleaned once and I had to request for the room to be cleaned. The next day picked up dirty towels and emptied trash only. Didn't replace dirty towels with clesn ones. Carpet really needs to be shampooed amd floor in bathroom really sticky. I went barefoot one day and washed my feet before I went to bed and the washcloth was brown with dirty. Will bring slippers from now on.

The desk clerk was friendly and upbeat. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure but the frayed fabric shower curtain on the arc shaped rod could not keep the water in. The hair dryer didn't work, and there weren't enough accessible outlets to charge phones or make coffee. One of the window panes was completely blocked and needs replacement. They supposedly served free breakfast til 9 am. However when my husband went down at 8:45 they were pulling all the food and putting everything away without even asking if he wanted any of it. Even the salt & pepper shakers had been gathered up.

They refused to let me stay there bc I over slept past check out, they didn't tell me until I booked again and they already even took my money off the card. Had to wait two weeks for refund, they could of just talked to me the day I overslept and offered me to pay a late check out fee or told me that day before I left not to come back

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Fort Smith. The price is fantastic, friendly staff, great breakfast bar, and CLEAN rooms. Don't let the price scare you...its just a great deal! Convenient location near restaurants and shopping.

It is one of the best places i have stayed. I like it is clean and quiet. The location is close to my destinations. I feel safe there.

The price was great. The rooms were nice. The bed not so comfortable. I was here for 6 nights and the maid service was lacking. We left the do not disturb sign out 1 time. We got towels in a trash bag by the door one night and the trash was not emptied for 2 to 3 days. Got fresh towels 1 time. out of 6 night. I enjoyed the breakfast. There was choices. The coffee was hot and it was good. THe breakfast area was nice and clean. Overall a 3.5 out of 5.

My only complaint is that I smelled a strong weed smoke smell on our floor the whole time. We weren’t in the hotel for long though, because we were busy with family.

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for. Convenient to most everything in Fort Smith, very helpful desk hosts. Our room had a musty smell (like AC not draining properly) that I wanted to report but the clerk was not there at checkout. Nice property though.

When I arrived, I discovered the sink wasn’t connected… water poured straight through the pipes onto the floor. Even worse, there was what looked like blood smeared near the door handle/lock. The room was unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unlivable. What made things worse was trying to resolve it. Hotels.com makes themselves nearly unreachable. I tried emailing (the addresses bounce back), calling (endless hold times), and even using the chat feature. Getting an actual human to help is almost impossible. For a company as big as Hotels.com, this lack of accountability is unacceptable and I’m still struggling to get a refund. I expected Hotels.com to at least stand behind their bookings and make the process easier, but instead I’ve been stuck chasing customer support with no results. If you’re considering this hotel — don’t. And if you’re booking through Hotels.com — be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be on your own.

Hotel is in state of a turn around from a chain. I am sure they are going to freshen it up as it was clean but a little worn on the edges. Bedding was fresh but the carpet was worn. Area seemed very safe.,

There are roaches on the bedside table and crawling up the walls. 😩Don't know how I'm going to sleep. Also, booking on expedia is $10 cheaper now than what I paid, today. Tv was unplugged in the back of console. Took me a minute to figure it out. Mostly the roaches tho. Ugh.

There was a leak in our room the first night. It leaked down in to the breakfast area. We had to change rooms for the repair. No help with moving! The room we changed to had no lamp and no chair at the table. The second morning breakfast ran short of items, biscuits, sausage, eggs, etc. 30 minutes before scheduled shut down. Thougnt we might get reimbursed or comp somehow, but no! The hotel was clean, comfortable, staff were nice, courteous.

The stay was fine, but nothing special. I think this is the old Holiday Inn Express, rebranded. The hotel charged $25 for my pet. I'm used to paying $10-$15. I felt this was over-charging. My opinion.

Definitely not 8/10 rating, maybe hotel used to be better in the past. The real rating should be 5/10, the room was barely above acceptable to stay in. I was first given a room that was swampy, smelled like mildew. After asking for a new room, second one was acceptable but not very clean and quite dark.

I stayed here on the way to my destination and on the way back. It’s in a very safe area which is extremely important to me because I was traveling with my kids. The rooms are very clean, a bit dated but that is the vibe so it wasn’t concerning. Beds are extremely comfortable and we needed a roll away on the drive back and we were accommodated with no problems. Breakfast was hot, delicious and amazing. There is a variety of options and they even have yogurt and oatmeal if you don’t feel like something heavy or sugary. The staff is super nice and super helpful. If I’m ever passing through Fort Smith again, I will be coming back.

Only thing that I disliked was the fact when rooms were being cleaned and we came back they only had 1 towel/wash cloth when we booked for 3 people. When asked they said they were behind on laundry and would get them to us but never did. Other than that great place. Will stay again

I had. A late night check in they moved very quickly to get me and my family in are rooms quickly and without issue we stayed 2 rooms on the 2nd floor they were clean and stocked well my only issue was the mildew smell but it wasn't a problem in the room just the halls my kids were swimming everyday and they had towels for us on the ready I had 9 kids plus family that came to the hotel to also swim we stayed for 4 days and had a great breakfast each morning kids were happy and full as we left Sunday one of my kids lost their phone and the 2nd floor cleaning lady did everything she could to find the phone as we were leaving and thought we would have to leave without it she came running out the door to catch us on the parking lot to bring my daughter her phone she was so greatful that kind lady went above and beyond her job at that moment I wish I would have gotten her name to thank her officially most definitely would stay here again

The front desk employee was very nice and check in was quick. We walked into our room to a musty smell and the refrigerator was open with wet towels in it and the floor was wet by the refrigerator but all over it was damp. We were so tired we just dealt with it. We were there for a swim meet so we had food to put in the refrigerator but had to keep it in our cooler due to the refrigerator not working properly. It was a bit of a hassle because we had to empty the water and refill the cooler but it is what it is. We have stayed here before and had a great experience. I know this situation was out of their hands and I could’ve asked for a different room. I would stay here again to see if I have a better experience again. The area was a nice and convenient to where we needed to go. For the most part it was quiet, every once in awhile we would hear a door slam but not often.

We came in to see family for four days. Great location and it was great. Room was very nice and swimming pool was very relaxing. The staff was amazing. Can't wait to stay again.

Great stay, great breakfast! Only complaint is the TVs wouldn't connect to WiFi so I had to use hotspot.

The outside Iproperty was okay, but the inside first glance was beautiful. The rooms were okay but some of the socket s were not working and the rug had a stench odor Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the manager was staff were extremely friendly.. .

I like that there was outside seating. Friendly staff. Accommodating staff. Room was a little stuffy smelling. .Found a couple of roaches in my room. The bed was comfortable.

Shower and water pressure was nice. Bed very comfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced with tile. Room had a damp odor. Refrigerator in room very noisy. Ricky and team did a great job.

This place smells terrible and looks very old . Spend an extra $10 and stay at Best Western or Holiday Inn.

The people were super nice and friendly,but the bed is like sleeping on a brick floor! It was clean and we had a room at the very end of the hall on 2nd floor so it was quite fir the most part. I loved the stay just wish the be was more comfortable,it had no give to it at all!

The shower shampoo and conditioner was empty. Was hardle any dody was available. So had to fo grab some from the store to clean up. The hall way carpet was dirty. The hot tube was out of order.

Definitely the sadder of the airport neighboring Phoenix Ave hotel options in Fort Smith… The building is rundown and smells, though no bugs or stains, but the rooms are hastily repaired (ugly patched holes, exposed wiring etc), bed was comfortable but just only stay if you need to save a few bucks I guess

Great place to stay. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. It’s clean and well kept. They have breakfast, although I’ve never taken advantage of it the smell is wonderful and there are always several people eating.

I’ve stayed here before. Loved it! Sadly their hot tub was out of service. BOO! No vending machines either. Otherwise great!

Great stay, very clean modern place. Slept like a rock. Breakfast was great. Hard to find nice hotels these days, I'd 100% stay here again.

Felt unclean

Only minor problem was couldn’t get hair conditioner to come out of dispenser I have already made reservations for return trip in September

Our stay was great, a lot of amenities close by

The room was musty and the sheets were damp to the touch. Obvious water issues. There was rust on the ironing board and other metal objects in the room. There was no way to stay in this room. We had to find another hotel, since they were full and only received one night credit out of two, after not staying there at all.
