If you want housekeeping service, towels, etc. it's an extra fee. Unusual to me, but after ten days, we still made it easy for them. I won't return here just because of the inconveniences and inoperable pool.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The staff was helpful and very friendly!! Price was reasonable bed was comfortable and pillows were amazing! We will stay here again.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful..some of the guests did not observe the quite time rule. The pool was not working, and other guests had dogs but refused to clean up after them so you had to watch where you stepped. The building and rooms have seen better days, but overall not a bad experience

Location Pillows had small spot stains, room had a not so pleasant smell, key card system needs updated and some of the rooms are renting out even though they need repairs.
- 3/5
No ice machine in the hotel. No extra bedding. Shower handle was broken. No continental breakfast. But good location and a nice clean room. Good price. Would stay again.
- 5/5
This was a no frills, inexpensive place to stay overnight. I came through town for just 1 night. Due to a weekend event in town, every hotel had doubled and tripled. This one had not. The staff was very helpful and the gym was actually better than a more expensive well known hotel I had stayed at a week prior. The cheap regular room was spacious and had kitchenettes, if needed. Don’t turn your nose up at this rebrand - you might be surprised!

Needed a place to stay for one night on a road trip. Expedia says their check in was available until midnight and their desk was available 24 hours, but we showed up to a closed desk. The staff came in with their dinner and essentially told me check in closed at 10 and acted as though I inconvenienced her by showing up. More concerned with eating with her friend in the lobby than helping us. There was no cart to bring up our luggage. There was also no one at the desk when we checked out at 7 am. The AC wasn’t working in the room, but it was clean. Will pass on this location in the future.

Absolutely disgusting Room smelled. Not clean. Carpet gross. Just nasty!
- 3/5
The staff did not respond quickly but was nice. The first room smelled of cigarett smoke and the bath tub was dirty. Thay gave us another room but the carpet was stained, cabnet drawer was off and in the drawer and bathroom door on the inside of bathroom was kicked in enough a small child could have put a finger in it. There was a smell of substance abuse smoke, but I can not prove that because we stayed in the room.
- 3/5
The staff was courteous. I was there for 6 days and the trash was never picked up, even though. I asked. No clean up in my room during the 6 days. I ran into a lot of dogs and the elevator and welcome area smelled like dogs. It would have been nice to have soap and lotion in the shower.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 2/5
They gave me the wrong room
- 1.5/5
Having to take our towels down and paying $2 every day for them. I was in a handicap room which was a joke. Because you put some bars up doesn’t make it a handicap room. Parts of the tub were very slippery. My room was half way down the hall. When you have bad legs your room should have been close to the elevator.
- 0.5/5
There was none Filthy, tribes all over the toilet, moved to two other rooms, one was not clean and had roaches, the next had roaches as well
- 1/5
I wasn’t even allowed to check into this place to tell you the cleanliness of it. I can’t tell you that if you don’t have id everybody over the age of 18 that’s staying regardless whose named the room is in you will not get your room if you pay for it or not. Front desk is rude, and not helpful

This is the worst property I’ve ever been to being a disabled vet. I was traveling for the holidays and was treated very rudely by the staff and was not a rude room because the hotel front desk lady had to be checking rooms after check-in and it was very rude about it and said I was being rude so she declined my already booked reservation that was nonrefundable. I’m pretty sure she was upstairs doing meth with another person in the hotel.

I loved the friendliness of all the staff and guests that were there!! I got there early so I couldn't check in till 3, so I was able to go supirise the parents and make it back, the staff was super nice and helpful, had me all ready to go, explained the rules beautifully and was super nice!! I even told her about my NIGHTMARE experience with a hotel reservation the day before in Memphis. She actually checked back with me to make sure I was happy and taken care of with my room. That really meant alot. I will definitely book there again!! Loved the room it was spacious and comfortable, and who doesn't love a mini kitchen!!! I understand why there are actual tenants living there. Definitely enjoyed the stay. There was so maintenence going on, but thats to be expected when you have actual Tennants living at the hotel, but not that much of a problem at all.
- 1/5
Ok let's start with we booked 2 rooms. One smelled like dead fish, floors were disgusting. Yes there was kitchenette but nothing to cook with. You don't tell anyone hey bring pots to cook in. 2nd room, had horrible time trying to figure out the thermostat. Room was hot, beds were not comfortable. Whole top floor smelled like pot. You sign a waver saying you won't smoke and there is smoking everywhere. Would I recommend nope sure wouldn't. See above
- 2/5
The property is run down and not updated at all. No hair dryer, people walking the halls that appeared sketchy at best. We had to give ID for both my husband and I which I have never had to do. They had a sign that they would do room inspections at will which is unacceptable. Definitely will never stay here again.
- 1/5
Not a good idea to stay at this place
- 5/5
Super quik and easy check in...polite and helpful staff..great price. I would definitely come back
- 4/5
For weekly stays, rooms needs to be cleaned at least once per week. Wish there's a way to silence the doors when they are closing, always this loud slam when others leave their rooms.
- 2.5/5
Staff was friendly Lots of roaches
- 4.5/5
It was cheaper on line through booking.com however I was misled to believe We could check in at 2 am and that's not true. The soonest they could check us in was 9 am so we slept in our car.
- 4/5
Clean room! Friendly staff!
- 3/5

- 2/5
we had a very late check in but staff was kind enough to check us in after midnight. Room was ok, sheets were stained. No shampoo and even though it was a full kitchen, there were no utensils or plates.
- 3/5
was a musty smell in the room which may have been from a previous pet or something, and there was no soap in the bathroom. However, there was a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The bathroom was good and the sheets were clean. There was a nice exercise room and the hotel is in a good location. It’s good for the money but it not for you if you want ultra luxury
- 3/5
They dont have breakfast. A grab and go would be nice. The rooms need a revamp
- 3/5
Rooms were just ok. Several damaged things such as bathtub was chipped up and faucet cont
- 3/5
Room was ok but just felt uncomfortable and would not stay there again
- 1/5
Bàd smell=old/mole or old drug. The bath tub didn’t drain well. Hair dryer didn’t work. Iron was broken the point-had to do it backward. I had to rush out to the 25th anniversary event. I was looking and feeling awful … smell smoking or something on the hallway when we walk out of our room (Room 314-double beds). They first gave us Room 402, but we didn’t accept it due to the bad comments about it. Please don’t ever go to this place. Everyone needs to be aware of this place. You would be regretting it. My friends rescued us that night, and we end up stayed in “Home 2…” crossed street. This place was so fresh, clean, and wonderful! I wish I can have the money back in full. It ruined our trip and everything!😭😭😭
- 4/5
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Ample lighting in the parking lot. First floor always smelled really bad. Floors and elevator floors were not cleaned the time I was there even had blood spots in front of one room. Several cars parked that seems to belong to long term renters and just made the outside look a little sketchy. Carpet was very worn and even missing in spots in my room. Seen several small roaches. Very noisy all night long with doors slamming. Bed was comfortable and I completely stripped it checking for bugs before I got in it.
- 2/5
First off I had 4 travelers and only 3 pillows in the room, had to wait until pillow finished washing before I got it, dried blood drips in hallway otw to the room, room had roaches, and smelt very strange, no coffee maker in the room and coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working.
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant and room was quiet.
- 2.5/5
Budget friendly… decent bed… close to ‘Dunkin’. That’s about it for the good. ? I stayed there 11 October. The floor of the elevator probably has not been mopped in days. Going into the room 421 - I first noticed the smell - subtle but present. It smelled like someone had peed on the carpet - and the housekeepers did not do a good job in cleaning. ? SHAMPOO CLEAN the carpets! ? The bed was haphazardly made up - ATTENTION to DETAIL! The alarm clock was more than an hour wrong. I didn’t see how to change the time, so I unplugged it. ? The bathtub was BADLY stained around the drain hole - BLEACH it or replace it! The shower and the tub faucet leaked. ? So if budget is important - good choice. But, I will never stay there again. ☹️
- 2/5
The staff was nice and helpful and the bed was comfy however the room was very dirty with mold in the shower, dirty toilet, old carpet with lots of stains and the walls were full of stains. I saw about 10 cockroaches in my room. I was surprised because it is in a good part of town. It was cheaper but not worth it.
- 4/5
Very convenient to hospital wher I was working, gym, restaurants, and grocery store.
- 5/5
I had to call the after hours line to check in because we got there late in the night. The young man came straight down to check us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We were on the 4th floor and the property seemed quiet and safe.
- 3/5
Decent for the price. Exactly what you expect at an extended stay “hotel”. You may or may not have unwanted critters in your room. “Quiet hours” are non existent with the herd of buffalos that like to run the hallways and stairs.
- 5/5
Nice condition, respectful staff!
- 5/5
Decent prices good location
- 5/5
It’s very nice and cheap
- 1/5
Um well it was a place to lay down… I did not remove my clothes or sleep under the blankets there were roaches in both the rooms I was given the first room the ac did not work the second room the carpets look like they had not been cleaned ever
- 4/5
Great hotel hot water was out but my reservation was wrong on my end but the hotel worker understood and allowed me to check in regardless of the reservation mix up over all would definitely recommend the hotel and will be staying there again , also pretty much the cheapest hotel in fort smith ar and in a great area
- 1/5
The guy at the front desk is terribly rude!! He needs to get some human kindness inside him. Thats what’s wrong with the world right now rude ass people like him
- 1/5
Reservation was paid for and they canceled it before I arrived
- 2/5
The walls in my room were so dirty and they had boogers on them.
- 2/5
Never seen so many dogs in my life at a motel. Hair in the hall way and in the elevator. People in the room above must have been playing basketball. Thankfully the guy on duty moved me to another room.
- 2/5
Room was dirty and carpet was shoddy and patched very poorly. Great location, though.
- 3/5
On the surface, everything looked great. It was when you looked deeper when you noticed there was no shower curtain, the dead bolt lock was missing, some of the plugs didn't work.
- 4/5
This is establishment is good for the that you spent. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and they wouldn’t give us any linens after 6 o’clock, which was odd but overall it is a good stay..
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Nice and clean, the only thing they need is offer breakfast.
- 2/5
Our furniture was less than comfortable. The chair was broken and the couch kind of grinned. The table chairs were very stained. They States that there is s toaster in the rooms but we had none. A roach ran across my toes while I was using the restroom.
- 5/5
No complaints. Good
- 3/5
No ice or coffee pot in room
- 1/5
We arrived at 1:30am. So I found another place to stay that night. I went back at 9am when the desk opened. To find out all of my nights were cancelled, not just the one I was "late" for. After 30 minutes on the phone, it was decided we could be refunded, but what a freaking hassle.
- 4/5
The only complaint was the recliner in the room was very hard to let down and was chewed up!!
- 4/5
There was something smeared on the wall in between the bed and nightstand towards the window side. Had to look at it every time we turned on the light. Very unattractive. Bed had a high side and was uneven. Other than that it was very quiet and nice overall.
- 4/5
Smelled funny but worth the stay for the price. Would stay here again. Definitely pet friendly since most people had their dogs.
- 2/5
Not what it used to be
- 3/5
It was alright.
- 2/5
No coffee in rooms; coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Phone didn’t work.
- 4/5
Check in was fast and easy.
- 2/5
Depending on who works front desk
- 4/5
I checked in and went up to the third floor only to find that the lock or key card did not work. Got reassigned a different room only to walk in to a strong smell of Marijuana in the bathroom. By day 3 it was barely noticeable... The room was otherwise clean, updated and nice with very comfy sheets, duvet and pillows. The bed slept well also. The fridge was already prepared cold, which was nice to get my drinks cold quicker than most other lodging places. There were no pots, pans or cooking utensils available. I dont even recall seeing silverware. There was 1 cup, plate and bowl available I believe. Coffee was downstairs but was out of order. Thankfully Dunkin Donuts was in short walking distance. Overall, it was worth the cost and plus some in comparison to the other overpriced options in the area.
- 1/5
Immediately smelled of animals as you walked in. Eyes and lips started burning due to having pet allergies. Started to check in but it was not tollerable. I could not see myself staying there for 3 nights without ending up in the ER. Taylor, the clerk said "I would need to contact expedia for a refund and that they wouldnt have an issue with it since it was through a third party." Contacted expedia and they said hotel would not cancel or refund on there part. I never even checked in. Expedia shouldnt pay that property, promote them, and should just refund me at least two or the three nights since i did have to cancel the day of. Even though that place is completely nasty. Dont read the reviews on expedia, they are misleading. Expedia and Choice hotels should be embarrassed by this.
- 3/5
The rooms were nice size but the sofa, chairs and carpet were pretty raggedy. It was still a fair value.
- 1/5
drug activity and could smell people smoking drugs
- 5/5
All staff was nice and the long-term guests (being an extended stay place) were friendly. The room was clean and it was nice to have a toaster in the room, as well as the full fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, etc. One drawback was that there were no USB ports for phones and other devices.
- 4/5
Nice hotel at a great price. It is dog-friendly, so if you are not a dog person or are sensitive to dogs, just be mindful of this when making your reservation. It is in a good location and easy access to stores and food. Good area. Will stay again.
- 1/5
As a result we never stayed here
- 2/5
I would have given a better rating but I couldn’t stand the carpet smell. We woke up with a headache.
- 1/5
The African American lady in the back should be fired very unprofessional I am also African American
- 5/5
Very clean very comfortable and very polite. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you. We’ll be coming back to stay.
- 4/5
Clean and nice. Didn’t require anything extra. The only thing that would have made it any better would have been trailer parking, I travel for work and pull a trailer with equipment so trailer parking would have been the only thing I would have changed. It wasn’t even a big deal though. Clean room, clean bed, and hot shower what more do you need.
- 3/5
We had a decent stay, we liked that we didn’t have to eat out every meal because of the kitchenette, but on the last day we noticed a roach on the door lock, then housekeeping kept coming into the room before checkout time, they came in the first time a little after 9 am so I asked “is checkout at 11?” She responded “yeah, but I thought you were gone” then came back while we were loading the luggage cart around 10:15 am then not 5 minutes later the manager came up and asked if we were going to check out today, my boyfriend got irritated, he told me it’s 10:19 we still have 40 minutes if we needed it and he doesn’t know why we have to be rushed. Not sure if we would go back, there was a banging sound that kept going on morning and night, but we assumed it was probably just someone “getting down” since we were there during Valentine’s Day weekend. If we hadn’t been rushed out, it would have been a better experience, but they kept walking in, what if we would have been “getting down” that would have been embarrassing lol
- 1/5
Wi- fi does not work reliably at all. It went out every day I was there. Then they the guest to call tech service so the staff does not have to wait on line.
- 4/5
clean building
- 5/5
Stayed for one night for the price excellent choice, will stay there again.
- 3/5
It was ok. Seems like a working hotel. Room showed signs of wear and tear. Bedspread big stain on it. But if you just need something quick and inexpensive it’s ok.
- 1/5
Pretty sure there were bed bugs
- 3/5
When yiu check in they tell you no smoking in rooms. However, the room smelled of past smoking. Well I assume if pats smoking. Corners of room not cleaned, remote control dirty, no ice in the freezer when I was told there would be, dog barking inhall way at 11pm.
- 1/5
It was absolutely disgusting. Work paid for it or I wouldn’t have stayed.
- 3/5
Property was previously Candlewood Suites (?), and thus the building and room configuration itself is nice. The price was fair for the market. However, the building condition is beginning to deteriorate. And the room and common area cleanliness is less than stellar. Musty smell, stains, and in need of interior paint. It now appears to cater to longer-stay customers.
- 1/5
lots of cockroaches
- 5/5
nice room
- 3/5
The property is in ok condition. The room was clean but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. There were also roaches in the room. Babies were crawling out of the plug ins.The room was also very musty smelling and the water had an oder. I would really like the property to refund my money or Choice can provide me a voucher immediately for a comp night for my next stay at a different property. Just flat out unsanitary. In fact I watched everything down when I got there and sprayed my own air freshener.
- 1/5
This property was disgusting. There were roaches in the air vents and on the walls
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was just short of immaculate. The room was spacious and had all the amenities one would need except a coffee maker, but the free coffee area was just down the hall. Our reason for staying was because of a massive gas leak at our home and I wanted to treat my wife to a hot shower. I can handle the cold..... get in, get done what needs to be done, and get out! Not so much my wife. If we ever plan a date weekend, we will be back!
- 5/5
Nice people.
- 4/5
This is an old Candle-wood Ste in the new part of town. No security issues, and there are several restaurants in walking distance.
- 1/5
Hotels.com very good rating. Very poor hotel, if we had not prepaid, we never would have stayed. pool has never been opened this year, no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the room, no ice maker in the hotel, we had a small refrigerator in the room that was suppose to make ice....but surprise it didn't work. Do NOT book this hotel
- 2/5
Woke up to cockroaches in the room.
- 2/5
The kitchenette was sparsely equipped (e.g. 3 forks, 2 spoons, & 1 knife), and looked decades old. The furnishings were worn, and outlets for charging were sparse. The final straw was the roach I came across when up in the early hours.
- 5/5
Clean nice place
- 5/5
My bathtub doesn't drain
- 1/5
One of the worst stays I’ve had.
- 3/5
Many workers stay here. They were respectful and we had no problems with noise. The hotel is in process of making surfaces easier to clean. Out linens were clean.
- 5/5
Great value for the price
- 5/5
I like the fact you have the option to cook if you wanted to.
- 5/5
Pillows were my only issues. 2 for a queen bed for 2 people and they were flat. Not very comforable. But room was clean water was hot. Will stay again but will bring pillows.
- 3/5
Check in was easy. Parking area was sketchy. The outside door didn’t work so the key wasn’t required, anyone could walk in. Most of the fitness equipment was non functional, and there was only 1 dumbbell. All the “residents” were loud and not very considerate of others. (I.E. music, talking, smoking, car alarms..) There was no ice machine, some of the linens were damp and I wouldn’t have taken a shower in that tub.
- 4/5
Everything was more than satisfactory the inception of the shower. The showerhead was not lit all of the water through le at Fawcett.
- 1/5
We never got to stay there because the accommodations we asked for we’re not available we want our money back we stayed somewhere else. Let me know my number is 480-432-7598 my email address is lowercase letters DASGSTR 58@gmail.com
- 2/5
Check in staff rude, room dirty, smelled horrible. No blow dryer as advertised had to go out looking for one on thanksgiving day, no staff to ask. They closed down for over 24 hours. Have stayed here in the past, however will never stay again!
- 4/5
Overall it was pretty nice place to stay. The hostess was very nice and professional. I asked for a couple extra pillows, he said he would do it right away 2 or 3 minutes later delivered our pillows to our room. The only bad thing was the dog barking in the hallway several times through the night long echoing.
- 5/5
The motel was a great value for the price, nice room, clean, and half a mile from McAlister's!
- 2/5
The only bright spot from this experience was the gentleman at the front desk. He really went out of his way to be helpful. I hope he's compensated accordinly.
- 5/5
Delightful accommodations. Full sized refrigerator was nice. Some minor baseboard damage in bathroom, but nothing more than cosmetic. Great location.
- 4/5
We needed to check in early due to traveling, the staff was pleasant and very quick to get us in our room, which was very considerate due to the fact we had an infant.
- 4/5
Nice place if price is right
- 5/5
This was a last minute reservation while traveling. We were very surprised at the size & type of room for the price paid. The room had a full size refrigerator with a two burner cooktop stove & a dishwasher. It also had a desk & chair & a lounge chair. It was like a mini apartment! There’s a very nice patio area by the pool. Check in was extremely easy. There are eating places within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when making this same trip.
- 4/5
Check in was okay. Front desk staff was friendly. Upon inspection, the TV in my room was not connected, there was no soap anywhere and the dishes had been left in the dishwasher (clean thankfully). Overall, the hotel needs to be renovated, top to bottom, such as doors and walls have paint repairs that don’t match.
- 3/5
Dishes remained in dishwasher. No coffee pot no coffee. No usb ports in room.
- 5/5
The room was very nice when I got there cleaned up and very comfortable.
- 4/5
Habia cucarachas en la habitación
- 2/5
The sink bowl was cracked and some parts were missing from sink. Third floor where I stayed smelled very strongly of marijuana smoke in the hallway. I signed a non smoking agreement. Apparently some visitors don’t folllow that. At ALL.
- 5/5
Very professional staff and simple checkin process
- 3/5
Ok
- 1/5
Cockroaches everywhere. I found several cockroaches going across the kitchen floor area and up the door to the room. I also saw one crawl into the alarm clock on the bedside table. The kitchen floor was filthy and the carpet and chair were badly stained. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I kept all the lights on to try to prevent cockroaches from coming towards the bed as I *tried* to sleep.
- 5/5
I had a great stay here ! We loved it very comfortable environment and the staff was great
- 1/5
Nothing this property is so dirty The so called queen suite with couch is so bad an old worn out spring mattress There was a note that the exterminator was coming on the door! It speaks for itself Everything I’ve tried to book with Expedia terrible!! They owe me a $100 credit from a very bad bed bug hotel inLittle Rock when you try to use it for a room it seems to get blocked!
- 4/5
Check in and check out are easy. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a value hotel, and not the cleanest looking, but for a good rest and launch point it’s ok. I’d use it again, because of the price.
- 1/5
I would say this place was a dump but that would be an insult to other dumps. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in YEARS. The front desk closes at 10 and if you arrive after that you have to wait for someone to get out of bed and come down. In my case it was a very irritated person that was clearly mad they had to do their job, and she didnt even bother to look presentable, she came down in her pajamas and bathrobe. The place was FILTHY everywhere. I was awakened in the middle of the night by a COCKROACH crawling across my neck. I didnt shower because there were more cockroaches in the tub. I couldnt check out in the morning because the front desk does not open until 9AM. This hotel should be investigated by the state health department and condemned. Loud music was playing from 3-5 AM but there is nobody at the front desk so you cant complain. Choice Hotels should be MORTIFIED to have their name associated with this property.

Cleanliness coukd have been much better. Linens were clean and comfy. Bed was amazing. No breakfast. No staff available most of the time. Walls are super thin and you hear every step they make in the hall. And every door slams and you feel it in your soul every time.

This place really has been run down. Used to be Candlewood suites and was nice and clean but NO LONGER

This property is doing construction but they do not clean up at the end of the day. Signs everywhere non smoking, but our room reeked of musty cigarettes and funky air spray - yuk! No coffee in room or lobby or anywhere I could find!! Only 1 tiny bar of soap in the whole room. No shampoo or conditioner. No one at front desk from 10 pm to 9 am. Comfortable bed! Just expected more for $$$.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, unfortunately some of the guests are less appeasing to be around. If your traveling for work request to be anywhere except the 3rd floor which is the “family floor” so the noise level was high. Then someone was smoking in hallway and set the fire alarm off at 1:00am! Other than some of the patrons the hotel was nice and comfortable and in a convenient location

It’s like if you took a nice hotel, then stripped everything out that made it nice. But leaving the void where it used to be to remind you it’s not a nice hotel anymore. Like a big hole where a dishwasher once was. Or a lending locker with nothing in it. They don’t even have a trashcan in the hallways or by the main doors.

Now this Suburban is cheap, nothing in the rooms or cupboard. Will NOT ever stay again

It is a great place to stay, the rooms are big, it was like being at home. We'll be going back the next time we stay in Fort Smith.

Nice accommodations for an extended stay hotel. Room is clean and cozy with all cooking utilities and dishes, bed is comfortable, good WiFi and cable channels. Grocery store is next door as well as many eating establishments within a five minute walk.
