Diary carpet smells awful even shower is broken loud noises

I liked that my room was clean some what The smell of smoke and perfume mixed together I would remove the carpet and just place LVP floors and also that there was no breakfast included when on Google it says it does.

Disgusting!!! Cigarette homes in pillows and blankets. Mild on fridge and old soap bar in shower! The worst place I’ve ever stayed!

The staff member was nice It was dirty, lots of broken furniture T. V wouldn't come on or work stinky, moldy, whole bunch of folks outside that you could tell were not doing good things. So didn't even stay more than an hour felt uncomfortable.

Reserved a King bed in a non smoking room, got a double in a smoking room that had burn holes on the furniture. The TV remote would not control the TV.

The lady that works the front desk in the late afternoon was so nice and helpful unlike the one that works overnight shift. We had no hot water in our room for 2 days and told them that first night about it. We requested another room but was ignored and told to wait an hour then run the water for 30 minutes. Didn't have hot water till after 3pm next day and that's only after next shift came by to check on us. 2 lamps didn't have light bulbs.

I did not stay it had mold in the room so they moved me to another room with people arguing. I was afraid so I called my mother and she drove 2.5 hours to get me and put me in another room hotel. The place was very unsafe and looks like it needed lots of work on the outside. The pictures were deceiving.

Literally nothing, it was close to a gas station. It was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. Pretty sure they hadn’t changed the bedsheets. The hallways reeked of dog pee, and weed. Also look like they had never seen a vacuum cleaner. I walked in, and immediately checked right back out.

No breakfast It was disgusting the room wasnt clean at all. There was panties and cigarettes buts in the room and when u flushed itll bubble up the sink. But they have a no refund policy. There was druggies hanging around the lobby and out side.

Thought we felt safe in the area and the staff was nice enough the hotel itself is a mess. It is blatantly unkept and unsafe.

The entire place smelled of cigarette smoke including the room I stayed in which ch was supposed to be non smoking.

The lobby and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool was still covered, even though it was the Fourth of July weekend. There was a Walmart Neighborhood Market next to it, so that was a good thing.

Good ppl. Outdated hotel that used to be super nice. They are trying to fix it back up.

I stay here because of covenant location to where I need to be. It's overpriced for the cleanliness. Nerds to be deeply cleaned.

The lady that checked us in was amazing and very efficient less than 5 min. I have 2 service dogs that the said was no charge. Which I was expecting to pay extra for atleast 1 of them. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend the Rest Inn to my friends and family and strangers.

Safe and cheap, very convenient. Has a in room fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker. Only downside is slight cigarette smell but other than that, worth it for the price.

I loved everything

Microwave hasnt been clean since the day it was unboxed. Fridge had black mold and rust. Dirt on the floors, dirty sink and comforter smelled worse than a gym locker room.

I didnt even stay It smelled and looked very dirt and a Guy came by me in the hall when I was trying to open the door and said how easy it was to brake into any of the rooms if my key wouldnt work

I booked a nonsmoking room and was given a room that was very clearly smoked in frequently. The refrigerator was absolutely filthy. The hallways stunk. It was hard to sleep because of the barking large dogs in the surrounding rooms. The grounds were littered with cigarette butts. Very disappointing stay considering this location was given good ratings.

First, you need to remove this hotel from your list. The OTHER REVIEWS WERE ALLLL LIES. They could not find my reservation, when I showed on my phone, then, they tried to recharge me when i had paid online.The room was never cleaned, there was a pizza box under the bed, water was leaking onto the floor when we would shower, ants and roaches alll over the room. The shower was so dirty we had to place a towel on the floor of the tub to shower. When i asked for towels, I colud not get them until 11 o'clock that night, the desk clerk did not have access to the keys. The other desk clerk said he was really the maintenance man, his clothes were so dirty ,i dont think he had a bath for 10 days. On the website it said hot breakfast, that was a lie. I wouldnt have eaten it if they did have it.The carpet in the hallways are so dirty, and the carpet in the room smell of dog urine. I WILL BE REQUESTING MY MONIES BACK AND DISPUTING THESE CHARGES. HOTELS.com photos included. They never offered to clean the room. Filthy, TRASHY, DRUG HOTEL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOUR COMPANY.

He did an amazing job cleaning the outside of the property. It was fall and there were leaves from many trees everywhere. But after a few hours, it was perfectly clear and clean. Kudos for the guy with one leg for working so hard and also to the hotel for making a job for the hard to employ.

Cockroach infested. Dog poop in the hallway . Meth heads everywhere. It was the worst stay we've ever experienced. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER.

It looks like they mainly rent on weekly or monthly rates. It is really dirty and the folks there look really rough. Its probably the worst motel i have ever been in. Very smokey in there. Bring a mask if you stay there and a 9mm also.

Unfortunately the photos look nothing like the actual room. Very dirty and the bed had hair on the sheets. There were holes in the walls and the tub was dirty and stained. The carpets in the miter were extremely dirty and they smelled of urine and animals…. The staff was nice but that was about all that was nice…

The smell in our room was very musky. The room above us was so noisy you could not heard the tv. There were people in the parking area doing major work on their vehicles. The halls of this hotel smelled like an ash tray.

Nasty had roaches everything was old outdated & broken way overdue for remodel and it smelled terrible nothing worked rìght the first room had a petagram behind a mirror we moved to another and mattress was hard my backhurt so bad I cried

Front desk staff are great the 2 girls work so hard but the property needs renovation with updates badly can̈t clean that carpets need replaced air conditioner heat wouldn't work microwave and fridge were so old it was gross not something you can clean but had to stay here ðue to location but it will be my laßt for 60 bucķs iwhich is crazy and way overpriced for what you get i can get nicer motel just about anywhere for that

I reserved a deluxe, king bed room. The lady gave me a key to a two queen bed room. She did not say anything, until I came back from checking the room. She said "there was not a king room available". I tried to cancel my reservation and she said I had to do it thru Expedia. I left and tried to cancel my reservation. The manager came out and said she traded me with another couple. I should have left anyway. Advertises a swimming pool. The pool was empty. The ceiling above the shower was falling in. Two, two small bath towels. Afraid to use the coffee pot. There was not a lock on the outside doors. I asked if she locked the doors at night. She said "no, she has security". Every window had mold around the air conditioners. The free shampoo and lotion bottles were empty. There was a big HD tv in the room.

You get what you pay for. The beds were clean and bug free. However the bathroom didnt gave a vent and you could see the mold growing over the shower head. There was one healthy cockroach that i seen right before i left. But i guess its great for those who dont mind the company. Other than that, i slept fine and would recommend if youre on a budget.

And there was no refund or rescheduling allowed by Expedia! (I called them and tried.) Go to hell Expedia! This is the last time I'll ever use your #@$¶ website EVER again! Extremely inconvenient!!!! Are you reading this review on Expedia? Take my advice and call and book your room with the hotel directly! Mention the price you're seeing online and I'll bet you get the exact same rate, and you can verify the date and room is correct.

Front desk staff was very sweet. Lots of working man type trucks that made me feel a tiny bit safer. Slept with a makeshift weapon in my hand.

Get what you pay for. Smells like mildew and cigarette smoke. Shower is nasty, room is falling apart. crack heads wondering freely and loose chihuahua running around barking at people inside.

There was trash, and dirty socks shoved under the bed. The door didn't lock properly. The shower took ten minutes to heat up. The bed sheets had cigarette holes burned in them, even though it was a non-smoking room. And that's just the first things that come to mind.

When I walked into the lobby, first thing smells like marijuana the lady at the desk was friendly. There’s a little noisy at the property. The bathroom need to be renovated. There was half of the toilet paper rack on the wall and I don’t know where the rest of it was very low quality towels and seem to have either stains on them or they were not washed well I give this a two star hotel at best would not recommend

I didn't even check in. Place was a dump, windows were falling out of the building, people standing around smoking, overall appearance was junky looked like a crack house!!!

Staff changed our room twice to accommodate a noise problem the two different rooms we were moved to were BOTH dirty. One had no smoke detector or fire alarm. There was only one working outlet and that was not near any table. The refrigerator ran hot and was full of mold. One of the rooms had underwear in the trash and bedding had fluids in them.

It was quiet and clean. Easy parking.

I have stayed at many last option Hotels/Motels/Inn and not one of them was as Dirty as this Rest Inn location in Fort Smith. Hell many pieces of furniture throughout the room was broken or missing a part. Details the 2nd Hand office chair was missing an arm rest and all of the bedding linens, pillows, and chair cushions had holes & Worst of all many Unknown Stains on Walls and Furniture.

Actually alright and staff always available and curious. Pool was empty, was very difficult to find a place during the eclipse weekend. Only available one night had to stay at much worse place it was scary place the other hotel. Was glad to have forest inn .

This was the roughest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Things looked OK in the lobby. The floors were clean, and they decorated, however it reeked of cigarettes. My non-smoking room left all my clothes with a residual cigarette smell. The bathroom was musty, molding was missing in areas and the sheets although appeared to be clean had cigarette burn holes. At one point there was a police car out front so that resulted in me feeling even more unsafe.

I checked in after work, and was so tired I went straight to bed. I woke up in the morning and really noticed how bad it was! The room was so bad in need of repair. The front of the ac was falling off and didn’t work, the room was filthy, there was dirt in the bed, the fridge didn’t work and had mold in it, there were roaches, everything was stained of the towels and sheets down to the giant crusty spot on the bedspread. Cigarette burn holes and it reeked of smoke so bad, and it must be bad if it’s offensive to a smoker. I found a roach in the bed with me, and I literally packed my things and left immediately, and it was the day before I was even supposed to check out. Will never visit this place again, it’s mainly a weekly or long term rental place, it seems like. Dogs barking and kids yelling, it was crazy. I don’t even care about the money I lost leaving when I’d already paid for two nights. The only thing that was good, was the lobby is pretty nice, but once you hit the halls it’s a nightmare.

I think there were at least 10 prostitutes on my floor. Someone had a bird inside. Random people knocking at my door. Oh, and a baby screaming like it’s mom overdosed.

The hotel was disgusting, smelled like dog and cigarettes. The sheets had cigarette burns and was very dingy or dirty. The exit door was off it hinges and hall way entry carpet was beyond nasty. Left knowing that expedia would not refund . Would never stay at Rest Inn and will no longer book through Expedia.

Could use some updates/refreshing, bathtub super old looking/cracked/rusted on bottom, tile somewhat smashed in, sink drained very slowly, shower curtain not washed and stuck together at bottom, toilet ran a while, bathroom plug clearly had caught fire at one point, fridge was not cleaned out at all and had some sort of brown liquid in the bottom, workers were working on the room directly above all afternoon/evening until about 2am when we called the front desk and asked that they please stop for the night so we could get some sleep. Bring your own shampoo and soap!

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Sink had a hole in the drain tube so leaked all over the floor when used. Tub looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Microwave and refrigerator were filthy, probably should have been thrown out. Noisy, noisy, noisy. Fire alarm was missing in the room. Looked like mold on the ceiling in the hallway. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Stains on the pillow cases. Cobwebs in the corners. We just left and drove home, probably should have asked for our money back but did not.

It is a weekly/daily hotel with a very unsafe atmosphere. Very loud, people frying food in their rooms, and very dirty rooms. Would not stay again by myself, let alone with my family.

I was going to make some coffee in my room. A live roach was in back of it. Needless to say I didn't have coffee after that. Then I was in my room watching TV. My room door was opened with a key by a person who was told my room was empty! What the hell!! Of course a sign at the office said NO REFUNDS. HORRIBLE PLACE and very UNSAFE

Had bed bugs, mold in the bathroom all over, a moldy coffee bag in the coffee machine. When told the front desk immediately after we saw a bed bug in the sink, she had hardly any reaction making me think this happens often and they might not do anything about it. We asked for a refund and they were very adamant about not being able to give us one until we ask to call a manager. I know this place likes to respond rudely but we have pictures and video of these bed bugs and tons of bites.

I stayed three nights; towels were replaced only on request and guest turning your used ones in first. Sign stated that if you failed to check out by 11 am, then you would be charged for another full day stay, without exception. I can understand that, but it did not create a "friendly" atmosphere. I will say that for the price it was what one might expect. Occupancy rate was low, and many persons were living there long-term. It was quiet and reasonably clean. This is not a 2-star property! It displayed an 8.2 travel advisor rating sticker (must have been from years ago).

This place is old, which is ok. There’s not much that can be done about that, but there are things that could be done to make it nicer. There are holes in the carpet, wall holes that haven’t been properly repaired, a bathroom door that has the top layer of wood board coming off, and other issues. There was wadded up toilet paper stuffed in the peephole, hair all over the shower wall, and lots of mildew in the shower tile. Plus, the whole place smells bad. There is a mix off smoke odor, animal odor, and other malodors.

You walk in and its the most humid motel you have ever entered. It smells moldy. The front desk is covered with a cheap plastic/glass that is smeared with 1 million different fingerprints. We saw a cockroach going towards the room. Open the room and it smells worse. The bathtub looked like there was some kind of blood stains. There is literally only 1 towel. I had to go to the front desk 3 different times to request another towel. The lady requested to check my room to make sure i didn't have more than 1 towel . The towel was crusty and thin as 1 ply toilet paper. I heard another guest was shocked by turning on the bedside lamp. They never apologized for anything. Sketchy activities right outside the lobby door. Neighbors dogs were unleashed. My lungs felt like there was debris in them the morning after. Check out counter was rude. Save yourself and don’t stay!
