    I have been travelled and stayed in many hotels, but Resident Inn has been on of the best so far. The best breakfast with multiple items. The friendly staffs and clean property as any location. The price was excellent for a studio for 5 adults! Love it!

    Check-in was very easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and neat. We did not indulge in the continental breakfast so I can't speak to that but the location is great and we did not have any difficulty sleeping, even given its proximity to the airport or freeway. The entry-way door had no seal at all so there was a lot of light that spilled in from the hallway but the design of the room has the bed in the back 'pocket' corner so there was a wall obscuring most of it. We would not hesitate to come stay again, though, and felt it was a great value that met our needs for the weekend.

    Did not reserve a handicapped room but received one. Too tired to haggle over it. Could not pull out the pull out sofa without moving the sofa significantly. Bedding was not in the room and we clearly indicated 3 people staying.

    The staff was very friendly, the decor was nice and inviting, the bed was super comfortable but it was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the sink, the counter had crumbs and sticky stuff all over as did the table. I had to get my own clorox wipes and it was almost black after wiping off the counter and table. The toilet was not clean at all. My 10 and 8 year old son's caught all of this and were disgusted. It makes you question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Very disappointing.

    Too much noise from other customers until the wee hours. Also the breakfast was poorly maintained with hot food, except the turkey sausages which appealed to very few if any. However, the room was excellent, very clean and well stocked with necessities. Reasonable rates.

    Recently this property remodeled and I was looking forward to it. The staff was fine and very nice but there were a few issues we noticed. The shower door was not installed right so it would open while you were in the shower, we had to use a small towel to keep it from rolling open. The soap dish spot in the shower was dirty and grainy, clearly it had not been cleaned because we were able to wipe the grit away. We did find a water bug looking thing in the bathroom as well. We also had a one bedroom, pull out couch room BUT whoever did the measuring for the remodel did not take into account the pull out couch (see photo below). I did show this to the front desk and they offered to move us but we had 1 night left and our dog with us so we asked for extra blanket the kids could make a bed on the floor with. We ended up actually moving the desk and pushing the couch over just enough to get the bed out because the hard floor was not at all comfortable. Over all it was a little dirty and annoying to have to deal with the bed issue but not a complete waste. We do like this location and we would give it another chance to see if this was just a fluke.

    Check in was easy but i waited 20 minutes for clerk to check us in. The room was great and the hotel is located in a good area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would give 5 stars except fir the issue with checkin.

    Newly remodeled right across from the hospital. Very clean & very convenient. My family rented two 2-bedroom suites - everyone had their own bed, bathroom, and TV. Some minor glitches in the TV and outside card access scanners (seemingly from recent upgrades) but front desk and maintenance were very friendly and quick to respond. Nice gym room onsite with cardio machines and nice dumbbells, yoga balls, weight bench. Lots of places nearby to eat and get coffee. Would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again myself!

    When we checked in, only one of the people at the front desk welcomed and acknowledged us. The lady just kept doing whatever she was doing. She could have at least spoke. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Seemed clean over all. The floor of the tub didnt seem as clean as what it could have been. The tv was situated towards the bed only so everyone would have to sit on the bed to watch. It was also hard to figure out how to even use the tv. 2 remotes with 2 different functions. Took like 10 minutes to finally start watching. It would have been nice to have some instructions as it was frustrating The breakfast options were decent but the attendants kept allowing the sausage to run out before making more. Normally it would make sense to keep a backup in the warmer to keep items replenished adequately so people didn't have to sit and wait 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a good stay.

    As for the single room, the shower had a lovely glass system installed 8 degrees off level. If I had realized that before getting in, I would have stuffed a rag in the track. It took Olympic dexterity to keep the door closed and shower at the same time. Speaking of the Olympics, we didn’t get to watch them that evening as even the children couldn’t figure out the remote controls. I travelled professionally many years. This experience takes the gold medal in disappointing hotel experiences.

    Stayed 5 days and housekeeping never came. Called to ask if someone could at least empty trash... they said yes, but no one came to empty. Under construction, so many amenities were not available. Breakfast scaled way down. Tripped over raised carpet in a doorway, called to let front desk know that they might want to tape it down so no one else falls. They never did. Room was nice, some staff were cool, just made assurances that weren't followed thru. Not having housekeeping for 5 days was not really acceptable for the price you pay.

    The property was under construction, and no one shared that. There was no spa as the listing indicated there would be. There was no gym available due to the construction. The contractors were parked in the handicapped area, blocking the ability to move the cart into the building. Televisions did not work. This was over priced and unpleasant.

    Booked a two room suite because I was traveling with three adults and two children. We arrived to find the pull out couch broken with a note saying to contact the front desk forva roll away. We did so only to find out there were no roll aways. We were offered an additional room, but by that time we were unpacked and the kids asleep. What else? The room phones did not work. The room was not clean (plenty of hair in each bathroom). The bathtub did not drain fast so we stood in dirty water. This is obviously not an upscale hotel, but the room was in need of repair. Skip forward to free breakfast... upon walking down at 7:00 on a Wednesday, they were already out of eggs and sausage. Also, not sure when swin season is in Arkansas, but it was early June and the pool was drained. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was that the front desk clerk was very sweet and tried so hard to help at midnight when we checked in and found out we were basically short one bed. However, she was very new and had to call someone else for help, but they couldn't help over the phone. Best advice, proceed with caution.

    This room was so nice and big! The kitchenette was well furnished, the sofa was nice (the desk chair could use being replaced) and the bed was very comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of good choices to choose from. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

    Waited 15 minutes in the lobby to check in - no desk clerk. First room, smelled horribly, two tvs did not work, mold on ceiling and vent. Very dated and worn out. Second room had working tvs but was worn out and dirty. Would NEVER stay here again. I don’t understand how this could be a Marriott. I paid $239 for a room that was worth maybe $75 at best

    We usually stay here on short get-a-way family trips but this time it was not a very pleasant experience. We were on the bottom floor and it sounded like there was a hallway above our room that kept us awake most of the night. The bed was not comfortable at all, and our bathroom was outdated and had black mold on the walls. Also, I understand COVID is to blame for this but all we had to chose from for breakfast was a Banana Nut Bread Muffin. I hope things improve there soon.

    This was to be a 2BR ADA suite. At 3:00 when we arrived, our room was unavailable and the best they could do was a 1BR and an efficiency ACROSS THE HALL from each other. My husband had to sleep on the VERY UNCOMFORTABLE sofa bed WITH NO SHEETS OR BLANKET OR PILLOWS. My disabled father needs assistance during each night, so one of us had to be in there with him. Beds are comfy, but the sofa beds are old and CRAP. Do not count on a good night’s sleep on them. Sofa bed in 2nd room was also missing linens and pillows. Sloppy. Kitchenette was dated, broken and dirty. See pics Exhaust fan in bathroom was inoperable. Breakfast was muffins and granola bars - not at all up to standard. Will not return until rooms are updated and broken items repaired. Sad to see a MARRIOTT property in this condition.

    I was pretty happy with my stay here. I only had a few issues that weren't really the hotel employees fault. #1 I had reserved a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. When i got to my suite it was 82 degrees and the thermostat was set on 60. Obviously there was a problem with the a/c. There were no more suites like that available so i was given 2 separate rooms. Not a huge problem, just disappointing. #2 the entire pool area was closed due to the covid issue. I am still confused why i couldn't lay on the lounge chairs by the pool since it was ok to sit by the firepit area... again not a huge deal just disappointing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms and hotel were clean

    The front desk people were great. The place is a little bit outdated as far as the carpet goes and outside the building smelled like cat spray. It didn't inside but reeked outside. Of course that's out of there control. The beds were comfortable the room was overall wonderful except the shower in one of the rooms wouldn't get warm it was either all the way hot or all the way cold nothing in between

    By far the most disgusting Marriott I’ve visited. Do not allow the appearance of the property to fool you, the inside is absolutely pitiful.

    Enjoyed stay. Very quiet. Breakfast could have been better. Not happy with billing. Even though I paid for entire stay to Hotels, Inc., I was also billed by the hotel. Have talked to them two weeks ago and they said they would refund within 48 hours. I am still waiting. Hell of a way to run a hotel.

    We had a great stay in a clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed having Netflix in the room so we could stay caught up on our show and were pleased with the breakfast items offered. We can't wait to stay again!

    The staff was very unfriendly, the carpet had stains in our room, and the pool and spa were closed and had been closed for a month apparently.... when we asked about the pool the staff told us the pool was a seasonal thing, it is June, I’m not sure how much seasonal you can get for an outdoor pool!

    There were no double bed rooms so we got a rollaway and one queen size bed. The rollaway bed was not clean looking and uncomfortable. Especially for the price. Smell of mildew in the air. We checked out the next morning, for another hotel that was a pleasure to stay at. I was highly disappointed with residence inn. It may have been better if they weren’t sold out of there larger rooms but I felt like I was being bent over and it won’t happen again.

    Location was perfect for the airport. The age of the facility is showing. The fireplace , Ethernet port and shuttle van did not work. The furniture in the dining room was worn and cracked.

    Bed is very hard. Cannot use the Sofa bed very thin mattress and uncomfortable. Food crumbs in the Sofa bed. Loud party next door until around 1:30 am. Would not recommend unless you had to have a stove top for cooking.

    Great room for the price, hot breakfast, convenient location. Pillows were a little soft, but I got 4 of them! Also had daily maid service, didn't expect that in a suite-with-kitchen setup.

    Quick overnight stay, but I had easy check in and check out, and the room was a suite. Definitely a place I would enjoy if I am ever in town for multiple days!

    Unfortunately the TVs did not work.neither the bedroom or living room. After 10 hours on the road my partner and I were excited to make it back to see the last hour of the basketball game. The girl at the front desk was nice but was no help and said nothing could be done until maintenance came in the morning. Honestly a huge disappointment. Who doesn't have working TVs these days?
