The room was nice and clean, there was extra bedding provided in the cabinet for the pull-out couch, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options! We were thankful for the breakfast going til 10 and checkout being at 12.

The staff was amazing. I accidentally booked an extra room and they went above and beyond to cancel it. I was stressed about losing the extra money but they were so helpful to get it cancelled and not charge me. I also travel with my child and as a female it is always important to feel safe. I felt safe the entire stay.

Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening.

Great location. Gas station and restaurants close by. Staff was great! Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of choices! Also lasted until 10 which meant we didn’t need to get up super early! And check out was at noon! I experienced a few minor inconveniences. Shower water pressure wasn’t great. The remote wouldn’t work sometimes and my door wouldn’t fully shut without being pushed or pulled all the way.

The location was in a good part of town. The lobby was clean. Breakfast was good and they had a good variety. Some of the wallpaper was coming off our room, shower drain didn’t drain well, and the dishwasher was broken.

It was clean very spacious and nice I didn’t like that the rooms weren’t clean everyday but every other day but also some staff had really bad attitudes and also talked about you in a bad way

I picked this hotel, because it advertised FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE, even says so at the airport. I check in Sunday and ask to schedule the airport shuttle for 5am Tuesday morning. I was told the shuttle does not start until 8am. I said I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, what do you suggest I do. Her suggestion were: I can cancel your reservation, Urber or walk. It is a 20 min walk but at 5am, not a safe option. The Ft Smith Airport has 3 flights in and 3 flights out, same time everyday. I had also called the reservation phone number checked times for the shuttle and was told it would be available.

The room was very nice, clean, plenty of space, the beds were comfortable & enjoyed the pool.

Hotel is located right at a busy intersection. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with louder road noise. It’s like every loud vehicle in the state raced off of that stop light all night long. Definitely will not pick this hotel again for that reason. Aside from that it was ok. Room was very clean.

The associate who checked me in was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and I had all the amenities I needed (I love the kitchen area with the full size refrigerator. The breakfast had a great variety, including fruit, eggs, bread, and the wonderful waffles! Check-out was easy and effortless! The associate that checked me out was very friendly and efficient.

This hotel is just wonderful. It was clean, the staff was super friendly and it was the little touches that we appreciated (hot chocolate bar every night was a huge plus for my kids). When we come to Arkansas to visit family, we always stay here even though it’s a 30 minute drive to where we need to go. We will be back. Please keep up the good work!!!!

This is one of the best hotels you could possibly get in the standard price range. We were genuinely surprised at how great everything was. The decor was bright and cheerful, the pool (though a BIT chilly at first) was quite nice, the staff were incredibly nice, the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the room was really clean and comfy. Even the coffee maker surpassed expectations (it was a double). Would DEFINITELY recommend this place, hands down.

I had a recent stay there and I can’t remember her name but the lady who helped check me in needs a raise. She was tall and blonde super nice she made sure I was well taken care of

Tried to make some tea in the morning but the “hot water” was barely warm so I went for a cup of decaf which was actually COLD not even tepid. COLD. Beautiful well-equipped room and kitchenette. Has potential to be great but a stinky room and no morning beverage turned this overnight stay into a terrible experience.

The street in front of the hotel is used for racing. The noise in our 2nd floor street is horrible. We have not had much quiet since the sun went down.

The front desk people were outstanding. Friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend them.

I like to use the hotel when I travel with my children. It’s perfect for us. Staff is always friendly, the space is a nice size, and the breakfast is always amazing.

Great to have the kitchenette dynamic, larger fridge and real freezer, good bed and the couch is a plus, noisy with the airport, but a very comfortable hotel for sure.

Loved my stay! The room was huge and staff was amazing. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the fort.

The room was spacious and hotel conveniently located. We liked having a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwater. The only drawback was that in a 4-day stay we only got an exchange of towels but the room was never cleaned.

This property has an over-exaggerated sense of its luxury. Based on the price of the room and services rendered. There were not enough handicapped parking spaces. The property did not have an ATM. The ice machines did not work, and for what I paid for the room, I would expect a smart TV with streaming capabilities rather than an antiquated cable system with not much entertainment value. The food served at breakfast was over-processed and very bland could have been fresh and not overcooked. Overall, this property did not live up to the Hilton brand.

We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix.

We stayed overnight during our roadtrip and the hotel was very nice. Large room with a partial kitchen. Breakfast was included and better than most hotels! We would stay here again.

The front desk was very polite and helpful. We were given a handicap room (which isnt a big deal) however the shower/barhroom has the drain in the middle of the floor. When water ran it flooded the whole room. We had to use the extra towels on the floor just so we didnt slip or fall. It was very slick and we almosz few numerous times and we didnt have any handicaps. No slick floors or adaptions would be beneficial.

People were smoking pot in the outdoor picnic/grilling areas- which stunk, and in my view, made it unusable for other guests.

Home2Suites is always our favorite when we travel. Always so clean. Service is always friendly and breakfast is great. Highly recommend

The lobby furniture and lobby patio was beautiful. Great customer service!! We got the king size suite with the kitchenette. The room was very spacious and very clean. Our stay was on a Friday night. The only thing I could find wrong was for breakfast they had no turkey sausage or bacon. We actually left to go to McDonalds up the street. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend this location to friends and family

The Hilton Honors App was not compatible the hotel at this location. The front desk staff member seemed dismissive and annoyed during the check in process. Truly felt undervalued as a customer who had other staying options but had chosen this location. The pool should open before 10:00 AM especially on weekends.

Check in was a disaster

Great location. Stopped here on our drive home. The breakfast was nice. Whole grain buckwheat waffles, breakfast sandwiches, sausage and egg bowls, nutella, honey, fruit, boiled eggs and several other good options. They only have four king sized beds though. We got a queen that felt more like a full.

Quiet room, couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Fully enclosed blackout shade to keep out light while sleeping. Plenty of room in the suite for our family of 5. Breakfast had plenty of choices for all of us.

King bed was way too soft. Other than that, I don't have any other issues. The room was clean.

It’s clean and roomy for my family of 4

We loved the paper chain holiday decorations. Staff members had hand written nice things about each other, things for which they were thankful, and things they enjoy on the stripes of colored paper before forming the chain links.

This was our second time staying at this property. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. Love that we can fit everyone in one room! We stayed with our 4 grandkids in the 2double beds and pull out sofa which was very spacious. Will stay here again!

This property is clean and taken care of. We stayed here when it first opened (years ago) and I did not see a difference. The desk clerk was pleasant, efficient and had great attitude while working a holiday.

This hotel is consistently excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly, always above and beyond. The breakfast biscuit the day after Thanksgiving was great! Never staying anywhere else in Fort Smith.

Just what I asked for!

The traffic from the street made it a little difficult for my wife to sleep; she kept waking up from the noise of the vehicles.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times! Awesome in every way! They have everything you need. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is very clean and well managed. The other hotel guests are well mannered. This property has somewhat of a boutique feel. The front desk is very personable and attentive! Lori at the front desk is awesome! Will definitely continue to stay here when traveling through Ft. Smith!

Love this hotel. Great location, spacious rooms, always clean. Only issue this time was the body wash was empty, and the front desk didn’t have access to refill it. Not a huge deal, but that was a little inconvenient.

Room was very clean and comfortable! Everything looked new! Only other things to comment on…there was some road noise around 9:30pm…didn’t last too long. And, we could hear the people in the next room talking till late. Turned on my white nose and was able to go back to sleep

Excellent service, they got us early checked and room was nice and clean. Faculties we’re well kept and took advantage of the pool which was nice and cool from the 107 degree weather outside. Breakfast in the morning was a variety of good stuff but standard fare from other hotel breakfast but glad it was there for us.

Everything was great I did like it but I would have liked my 2 bedroom suite I had originally reserved it was too loud and not enough room for the kids. I also love to go where there is a hot hub so I can relax while the kids swim.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was roomy and had enough space for us to spread out. I travel with my dog when I can so was glad this was a pet friendly stay. Loved the bathroom, clean and great counter space. Only complaint was the bed was too soft and couch too hard. Breakfast was good for a quick meal. Overall, a nice stay.

This is a consistently excellent hotel. I visit family frequently and, after staying at a slightly less expensive place, I am never staying anywhere but here.

My Husband and I had an amazing visit staying in Home2 Suites by Hilton in Fort Smith. We were able to sleep in a super comfy bed, quiet spacious room and huge living area! The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes and cutlery. We didn't need it all but I like to make my own instant oatmeal & coffee in the morning. It was perfect! The layout was wonderful for us to get ready for a fabulous family meet up with our grand children. We were well rested and ready to go! What a nice sanctuary.

This was my first time staying at Home2. I was very pleased with our room. It was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a soda bed, which wasn't so nice, so I ended up sleeping while sitting up on the couch with our son. I also loved the kitchen. We have a 5 month old, so having the kitchen to clean and make bottles made all the difference in the world on this trip.

Short one night stay. Easy check in and check out. Ample parking for truck pulling a work trailer.

The employees were very friendly. Big crowd for breakfast so slim pickings for choice of food toeat
