There was plenty of parking all around the building and for that I was very pleased. The staff greeted me and had great costumer service skills and were very helpful, professional & polite. The room was very neat and well stocked with all the amenities I needed. The only thing I will note that was a disturbance was that the shower drain was clogged. The water would fill up in the tub due to being clogged so the hair and human tissue stuck in it would rise with it which was kind of gross. I was a big fan of how spacious this hotel was and was very impressed with how comfortable it was.

They said it would come off my bill and not be charged. I know why they it but we don’t take anything from hotel except our stuff. It just hit me wrong when I first saw it it. I will be monitoring my credit card to make sure it is taken off

Breakfast was great. Internet was out due to a big storm, so not their fault. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice. My only complaint is they do the pool and hot tub chemicals during the day and it’s closed until noon. They should be doing these at night so the pool can be used for its advertised hours. Other than that, great property and location feels very safe! Great for families.

This place was clean and the room was perfect. The only thing I would say was kinda of a pain is the elevator was slow. There was two elevators but only one was working. I assume the other one was a service elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is showing signs of age. Always smokers hanging out by front door. Air coming out of AC in room had awful smell, didn't notice until I turned on AC right before bed, too late to switch rooms at that point. Slept poorly because of the terrible smell. Asked for refund in morning, was given Hilton points toward future stay. Would not stay here again.

I recommend staying at Hampton Inn Ft Smith. The Hot tub and pool was really nice and spacious. Great furniture! The Hot tub is outside and really enjoyed the night sky while relaxing. Don't forget your key card to get back in to the pool area. The hotel has great decorative decor throughout. They have a nice library and other common areas for each floor. I really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and carpet seemed clean as well. That's rare. Plenty of towels, dispensers for the soaps and conditioner. The room was very quiet. Staff was 10 out of 10. Everyone seemed so friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious. They had a large waffle maker and another waffle maker to make 4 minis at work ne time. The variety was enough to meet all of our dietary needs. Over all, rooms very clean, guest goody bag upon check in, coffee pods in room, fridge and microwave. Hallways clean and quiet. Many public bathrooms throughout the Hampton Inn making it worry free for most of us. I had the best time and felt very welcomed. I am already planning another stay with my husband this time. Our stay was very relaxing and positive.

The staff, room, breakfast, parking was all top notch. We knew that as we walked in that it was a step above what we would call an economy hotel. They had a drink stand loaded with choices to cool down after our trip. We did not use the weight room or pools. But they looked very efficient. My wife said that if we ever come back to this area. The property had plenty of parking near doors. The front counter staff were extra and sincerely there to make me feel at home. It was a clean room and bathroom. Nice, large indoor pool and a toddler pool.

We had a good experience during this stay.. only complaint was the swimming pool. There was a handful of families with kiddos swimming and some rude 14 yrs old boys were unattended and being very disrespectful took over the whole pool and made it hard for the little kids in the shallow end to swim safely. I asked the staff to ask them to calm down a little bit so we all could enjoy the pool. They did nothing about it unfortunately. We picked the property because of the pool for my daughter's birthday weekend. It was kind of disappointing

Breakfast had a good variety of food available. The Wi-Fi was free but somewhat slow, we were on the 4th floor.

Unfortunately, there was a teen cheerleaders competition in town. One girl was very sick. She literally went around breakfast food coughing on everything. Her mother and grandmother could have made her waffle and took her breakfast to room. Then 2 girls came to breakfast in their boy short panties. They literally had booty hanging out. I asked them if they were cold? The mom and girls laughed about it. I told them I had sweat pants I would go get them. Then the girl spilled her juice. I rushed to get napkins to help. GOD gave me an opportunity to really talk to them. They were maybe 15-17 years old. I told them that they were such beautiful young ladies and didn't need to show their private parts to the public. I spoke with love to share that modesty is beautiful! I again let them know how very beautiful they were naturally. My grandson wanted to know why they came to breakfast in panties, no clothes. I asked them to think about this. It really is time out parents and grandparents step up and teach manners, modesty, and love. We should love others enough to show respect. The hotel had no issues with either situation. I asked what the dress code was with no response. Also, our maid had the flu. She was so sick that she literally hurler over her cart of towels coughing and sweating. She was in the hall by my door. Why she was cleaning so sick without a mask since this was very unsanitary

Everything was great. The parking was a little difficult due to some construction but overall things were great.

Staff was courteous. Need a charge in the sleeping area. Need to add a pen and notepad for taking notes. There was no Bible in the room. Shelves were coming off the bathroom wall. Mirrored closet door is coming off its top hinge support. I was in room 450.

Breakfast was fresh with a variety to appeal to everone. Anna, who worked the breakfast shift, was especially helpful when I asked where the lemon poppy seed scones came from. My sister was in the hospital, Anna gave me some to take to her. My sis, a stroke patient, was deeply appreciative. It was extremely kind of Anna to do that.

Great breakfast (options for literally everyone, including chocolate waffles, oatmeal with toppings, cheese omelet, juice, etc.), kids loved the pool, went across the street for dinner at Fridays and we were able to walk to Coldstone for ice cream after. I loved the coffee bar for me; kids loved that there was hot chocolate and marshmallows for them.

Our stay was excellent. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the morning coffee was outstanding. The front desk was very helpful in providing local information and suggestions of a really nice Mexican restaurant…..El Zarape.

This location was by far the best Hampton Inn we have stayed in! The property was incredibly clean, smelled great, and had the friendliest staff we have experienced at any hotel ever. The location was normal, near a main roadway, coffee, and a few restaurants. If we ever need to stop in overnight in Fort Smith again, I guarantee we will stay there.

Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. They had cookies upon check-in. Breakfast was great. It consisted of waffles, eggs, bacon, muffins, oats, scones, cereal, juice and milk one day and biscuits and gravy and sausage among other things the next day. TGIFridays restaurant across the parking lot. This hotel is centrally located within a short distance of shopping areas. It had an indoor pool and hot tub. It also had regular sized shampoo and conditioner bottles and liquid hand soap in the bathroom. This hotel is back off the highway a few feet so you can’t hear traffic at all.

We greatly enjoyed our one-night stay here as part of our month-long road trip. We had to have our room relocated due to a motorcycle reunion, but the room was clean and spacious for our party of 4. We loved the hot chocolate station and fresh cookies in the lobby, the kids enjoyed the pool area, and breakfast was top notch with so many different options! Definitely recommend!

This was an excellent place to stay. I went off other reviews and it didn’t disappoint! Excellent customer service. Pet friendly. Big parking lot that could accommodate our truck with a trailer. We are moving and traveling from California to Florida This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in during this trip! We got a suite and gave us plenty of space! We traveled with our two young daughters 2.5 & 1 and our little dogs. We heard a small whimper from next door briefly but otherwise really quiet. Lots of elevators to get close to your room easily. Excellent breakfast with attentive and very pleasant staff. My husband said he would come back just to stay there! After we left, we realized we left a stuffed toy of my daughter’s and they found it and are shipping it. You will not regret staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton inn, the beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows, the free breakfast was satisfying, I would say above average for a free hotel breakfast. Cool was a good temp and clean, hot tub was hotter than any other hot tub I stayed in and the only drawback was that the hot tub was located outside the indoor pool area, which wasn't a real problem but would have been nicer if it was in the pool area itself indoors. I would definitely stay again, the facility itself was very well up kept and clean. The hotel staff was very courteous and polite. I did however, think it was a little pricey for the Fort Smith area but if you're willing to pay the little extra it is definitely a good place to stay. The saying goes you get what you pay for.

King room was large and bed was comfortable. A/C was ice cold. On 3rd floor and no noise. Breakfast was a 10! Wonderful hotel for the price!

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, the pool area was large and the breakfast had fun extras like waffle toppings. The room was very roomy and comfortable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again if ever in the area.

I left at 5 am to drive to the Ft Smith Ramada Inn. I arrived about an hour early before check in and was told I couldn’t check in because housekeeping didn’t have ANY rooms ready. Really? When they start cleaning on those rooms around 8 am? I was reminded that check-in is at 4. What does a hotel lose by letting a weary traveler check in early? Very disappointed that there isn’t a little grace for travelers who can’t time things perfectly.

The hotel is clean and the rooms were nice. If you drive a lifted truck like me and it’s baseball or softball tournament time good luck parking.
