Great place to stay!

The staff and room were nice and clean The handicap access in the bathroom needs some work, also carpet in room was nit ideal.

The room felt new and was very clean Cynthia at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful We will stay here again the next time we’re in town.

The bed was super comfortable Room was clean Only one trashcan in the room When the tornado sirens went off, the staff didn't know what to do

Staff was accommodating and friendly despite being overwhelmed with everyone seeming to check in all at once. Liked the bathroom particularly and the height of the beds. Too low makes it difficult to get up from the potty or bed. Loved the availability of honey and the strawberry waffle option! Handicapped room on 4th floor was just being cleaned as we checked in after our estimated arrival time. Didn't care for the eggs or biscuits at breakfast. Didn't see any green tea bags - that would been nice. No Splenda only Sweet N Low.

Safe, very clean . Breakfast opened early most mornings and that was a plus for us because of work schedule.

It took a long time to get checked in because they were short of cleaning staff. Our room was not ready until sometime after 4:00p.m. Otherwise, the room was comparatively clean and all was in order. After a long day after our first night, we came back to find our key would not open the door. I called the front desk and she said she would bring us a new key right away. 40 minutes later after standing in the hall all that time, our neighbor next to us had to go get the key for us. We are in our eighties and nineties and didn’t have the strength to go down 4 floors, so a younger neighbor did it for us. On the bright side, we could not hear any of the busy road noise on the street below. Air conditioning was good and the breakfast food was nice.

We only stated one night and everything was great. The lady that waited on us went over and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. I’ve had better breakfasts but not much of a breakfast person anyway. Everything was clean, quiet and the room had more than we expected. Enjoyed our short stay.

I picked this hotel when searching to make a reservation because of the high ratings. Bryson at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The facility had a stale smell to it and the air conditioning in our room did not keep up at all. The weather wasn’t even hot, but the room did not stay cool. It was kind of outdated, but the beds were comfortable, and the bedding was very nice.

Although the hotel was under renovation, it was well kept even under the construction.

We had a two-king bedroom suite was perfect for our family mini vacation. The location was close to everything.

Was told I would have specific room, however when I got to the hotel, I did not have that room. and was put in a different room which renovation was going on and it was noisy.

No room available after i reserved a room they called and stated they double booked

Smelled a little moldy and the pull out bed was unusable. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was decent.

Very friendly and clean. Stopped there after a five hour drive from Dallas TX.

The gentleman at the counter was so kind! Our kids had a blast. The breakfast was so wonderful, and the service was great! My kids are extremely picky eaters, and they each had something available they could eat!

Visiting family. Central location. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Platforms that the mattresses sit on stick out about 6” so kept hitting it with our shins when walking around the room. Odd choice for a hotel room. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We were in room 156 right by the outside door. It slammed shut every time someone went through the door. There was a lot of foot traffic going in and out until late at night and very early in the morning, thus we had a very poor night’s sleep. Otherwise our stay was good

After paying for a stay through Expedia, the hotel asked for my credit card number and a copy of my driver's license emailed to them prior to my arrival. Coincidently, shortly thereafter my credit card number was fraudulently used. I had not used that card anywhere else in some time. Suspicious.

The room was clean, quiet and had plenty of towels. The staff took very good care of us and our family.

Our stay was great. My only complaint was the hot water. It never really got hot just warm. Other than that no complaints. Room was great & so was the continental breakfast. Would definitely come back in the future if i had to go to fort smith.

Dangerous right off busy street, traffuc heavy and its unsafe when trying to turn on to street. There needs to be a traffic light.

The two king two room suite with pullout and two baths was ideal for our friend group. So spacious and comfortable.

Had a family member in the hospital. It was a great place to grab a shower and a nights sleep. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast.

Parking with a trailer wasn’t ideal. But very nice staff and very clean room. Breakfast was good too.

Stay on bottom floor. Floors are so thin and we felt like we had to tip toe the whole time as not to disturb the people under us since they already complained our first night when my autistic son was walking from The bathroom to the bed. Lots of workers staying here. Would chose a different less crowded hotel next time

Rogers Ave where hotel is located is dangerous,vehicles fly over the hill going by hotel.Someone needs to contact the city to put in a 3 way light . Risk yours and your passenger's lives trying to turn out of hotel parking lot.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible. The staff did an excellent job in an unfortunate situation.

Took an hour to get into our room. Our room was on the 4th and the elevator was not working. Front desk person did help us take our luggage up. The room we went to already had someone in it. Went down to get another key the room they put us in. Smelled of mold so bad didn’t want him to breathe in they finally got us another room after I called down and asked what was going on and when were they going to get us another room.

For the price that you pay to stay there, they really need upgrades.

Hated my stay

Lot of damage to the room and furniture. Stains and dirt on the furniture and frames/walls. Nails sticking out of door frame that was unsafe for our baby to be around.

We were charged three times for out one night at the hotel. When we came down for breakfast in the morning there was not hot food.

Overall my stay was good. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, everyone I interacted with was friendly and always said hello or good nothing in the hallways. My few complaints are that there are only ice machines on the 1st and 3rd floors, the elevator was incredibly hot and that the breakfast was lacking.

We stayed in two suites, one on floor 2, room 250 and the other one on floor 3 room 350. The room 250 needed new carpet and new couch. Both were torn up. The room 350 could use a new couch and door key pad was touch to get working. Will not stay in any suites at this motel again. The pool had bugs all over the water and way cold. I don’t think the filters were working right. The breakfast was ok but always kept running out. They server did not pay much attention to her job of keep food out for guest.

The staff and breakfast were fantastic. The room was clean but really was showing signs of wear and tear. Furnishings were in very rough condition.

The hotel was okay. The door key didn’t work half of the time. The door had a huge gap between the door and the frame so the lights from the hallway was bright in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close correctly or lock. Very few of the plug in outlets worked. We had a hard time plugging in our devices to charge at night.

Was fine for what it was I guess. AC was very loud, fridge didn’t cool very well. Was hair left in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Probably would not stay again w other options available.

The beds were definitely were uncomfortable, the continental breakfast was a joke…they were out of almost everything waiting on a truck for their order, so instead of running to the store to make fill in what they lacked. I normally wouldn’t complain but we are talking no bread, rolls, donuts, milk, oatmeal, yogurt, bars, fruit was going bad… when asked the server rushed by us said in a condescending way…Sorry we are out waiting on truck.

Very spacious room!

This place is very ran down compared to other places in Fort Smith. They definitely need an update on everything they are doing. When we checked in I asked for late check out which is at 1, we didn’t receive it and were told to get out of the room at 11:37. Once we got to the room you could definitely tell they only spot clean and do the bare minimum of cleaning when they need to. The sofa bed was not even functional which I have added pictures below.

First room was near noisy highway, asked to switch and was very well taken care of. It was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was typical but good quality of food, nice to have a major restaurant next door.

The front desk could not give me a key that worked for the door, and the room definitely smelled of smoke. I will not stay there again.

Very friendly guy at the desk checked us in effortlessly. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Wasn’t planning a trip over the new years holiday but had to make last minute reservations since my dad had a heart attack and was transported to ft smith from Oklahoma. This hotel was very easy to book and was in a perfect location even having a Buffalo Wild Wings in the same parking area! Made it easy to eat at hotel and restaurant next door. 24 hour coffee bar at the hotel is a definite plus! Can’t say enough good things about the hotel stay.

Cons: the desk chair seat was cracked and separated, the laundry room was very dirty, our room keys didn’t work (made three trips to the front desk to get reprogrammed).

Rooms are definitely not worth the price

Wonderful place to call Fort Smith ‘home again’. In the heart of the city. Friendly front desk staff. Good basic breakfast options. I like having coffee available 24 hours a day. I will return in the future.

Booked suite so we could visit with friends in room. Room was large and clean but couch was broken. Staff knew and we were not informed diring check in. Offered reward points but never received.

The breakfast person called in but another employee stepped in and rocked breakfast. Love staying here.
