The location is convenient and the room layout is functional, with a kitchenette that can be useful for longer stays. Check-in was straightforward and the parking was easy. The housekeeping policy is extremely disappointing and poorly communicated. Charging around $100 (with taxes) for basic cleaning while offering no housekeeping for stays under 15 days is unreasonable. Guests are required to exchange their own towels and linens at the front desk, and even essentials like toilet paper are not replenished unless requested. This policy appears to be a leftover from COVID measures that was never revised and now feels more like cost-cutting at the expense of guest experience. It significantly lowers the overall value of the stay.

NO TV in the room. 1 queen bed in the room with about 6 inches from the wall. What a joke. Needed a little ice. Ice machine was broke and only one for the building. Asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Met with you booked thru a third party can’t do anything about it. Rude! Thinking twice about booking any more via Expedia

The room smelled moldy and musty, old carpet in the rooms and the carpet in the hallway was stained. The ice machine did not work and the vending machine was out of order. Pool was dirty. Do not recommend.

Once I was able to communicate what i wanted to the woman who spoke no English she understood i needed the bed changed. I left money on the bed and went out to take care of some business. When I returned, took a shower, and began to head back out I noticed it had not been done and the lady was past my room. So i asked. She used a translator on the phone and told me that she was instructed “not” to fill my request and to tell me that i would have to see the front counter to make a ticket.. or something. Instead of leaving I headed to the front desk to see what I needed to do to get another set of sheets. I was told in the snottiest ghetto like voice “This ain’t no 5 star hotel! You need to go upstairs, get your sheets off your bed yourself, and bring them to me. THEN, I will give you another set of bedding for you to put on yourself!” After i picked my jaw up off the floor I got upset with her for her tone and what she said to me. A simple “we ask that you help out by requesting additional assistance at the front desk and we can give exchange any bedding or towels directly to you… Ha even a. Sir you’ll have to bring stuff like that down to exchange it. Thanks for understanding. So, I tipped the lady that communicated with me and the lady that was doing all the laundry. The lady at the front desk got none.

Do not believe any of the good reviews about this place. They’re fake. I stayed at this place for three days. The police had to be called every night. On the second night I was there, there were 7 to 8 police cars there. the manager was running around clearing rooms for safety.

This property is very homey and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile. SHARILEI is one of the best employees. She is always willing to help amd extremely and most important, she flund my wife's phone case out in the parking lot beside by our rental truck and returned it to us.

the room was ok, about what you'd expect in the price range. The kitchenette was very limited. it included service for 2, 1 pot, 1 pan, 1 colander to go with a small coffee maker, a small 2 burner cooktop and little else. the tv was also rather small, but as i mentioned, the price point was pretty low.

We liked the free onsite parking. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as were the cleaning staff. The room was very clean. It was a studio room with a kitchenette which included a stovetop, a fridge, a microwave & a coffee maker. There was a nice counter & sink in which to wash the dishes & utensils which were enough for (2) in the cupboards above the sink & in the drawer.. The dish drainer was below the sink. Everything was VERY clean. We enjoyed the TV channels and the outdoor HEATED pool as well. The queen bed was comfortable. The room was nothing fancy, but was very comfortable. We were traveling around Florida, so we had accumulated a bag of laundry we needed to wash & there was a laundry in the hotel, so we did our laundry. There were a couple of washers down, but there were enough for us to do what we had to wash. And the location was in a very convenient location to the people we were visiting. The only downside to our stay was there was a slight odd smell to the room when we used the heating system in the room. For the price we paid, it was a very nice room. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area again.

No way to dim lighting

Sherri checked me in with kindness, efficiency, thoroughness, and with knowledgeable answers to my questions about the property and the surrounding area. The room was bigger and more comfortable than what I was anticipating from the pictures; it was well stocked with towels and very clean. The TV and air conditioner were in excellent working order. The pool was also a great bonus for the property, and I very much appreciated them allowing me to enjoy it after checking out because I had time to kill before heading to my golf round. If you know what you're paying for by coming here, you'll be pleasantly surprised with your expectations being surpassed. I had hoped that there would be a restroom facility with a shower so I could change and soap off after being in the pool following my post-check out use of thee pool. There is a poolside shower to use for a simple rinse off. Just wishful thinking to have post-stay access to a full restroom - definitely not something the hotel ought to be criticised for.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (I borrowed a phone charger). In fact, within 10 minutes of being in our room, the lady called to ask us if everything was OK.I would stay again. Everything was fine, except for the slight mustiness in our room when we arrived, but we opened a window and it dissipated quickly. A little noisy in the morning with people heading off to work, but nothing serious.

Needed a place to stay while visiting my daughter to celebrate her 25th birthday. This hotel was close by and convenient very clean and quiet. There was a coffee machine in the room, but there was no coffee to put in it.

I like the convenience of the efficiency and speedy check in/out. However, didn’t appreciate the very loud refrigerator that kept me up all night every night during my stay. It was also very concerning that I got a call two days prior to my stay to verify my address due to a local phone number and being told they don’t accommodate locals which is saddening.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The room itself was not in great shape and definitely needs upgrades. The hallway of floor 2 and especially our room smelt horrible, like bad food or something. It was a nice place with a good size room with a little kitchen. I had trouble getting the water temp in the shower to cooperate. Also the smoke alarm was chirping from time to time and the front desk gave me a new battery which didn’t seem to help. Was told I would have to wait till 10 for someone to fix it and we wanted to get to sleep by 8:30 because we had to get up early so I put a towel over it and it muffled it enough to sleep but not ideal.

Not bad at all for the price. Mostly guys like me staying there that are working somewhere in the area. I had my work truck there and it was never messed with... Which was a big plus for me. Multiple cameras set up viewing the parking lot for your safety. The room was clean and everything worked as it should.

I was surprised by the rate for the room and hotel rating but, the room was very cleaned and I was comfortable for a 3 day visit. The small kitchen area was useful as well. Will definitely come back to visit.

I am more please and greatful due to I lost my drivers license in commute from airport to airport and the company worked with me by accepting other means of identifications. I was there for a family emergency. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for sixta car rental. They did not care to accept any forms of ID. I am still waiting for a response and reimbursement.

No coffee in room unless u ask. No breakfast. Room very small. Lots of young latinos hanging out at the pool drinking all hours dont make for a comfortable family setting.

Just an overnight stay. Room was good, except no tissues at all. Tub was very slippery and squeaked a lot. Staff was very pleasant.

Facility was clean. No bugs. There was a locker room smell to the room when the air conditioner was off. Bed was a bit tiny for 2 people. Probably a Full size not a queen size mattress.

The property was Very generic from the building to the people… No personality at all. Upon checking in, our room had a smell to it, we notified the staff and was told somebody was probably cooking in another room. The second day we were going to checkout but instead let them change our room. It had no smell & was clean! :) the tv remote didn’t work, we were told it was the batteries, when that didn’t work, we were told to get up & change it by hand. At 11pm, my wife was not happy! At $260 a night with no amenities, I expect a clean room with working equipment; VERY DISAPPOINTED!

They don’t accept local in I live in the area so thats was a little inconvenient for me because I live in a 50 miles radius so I couldn’t stay there

This is a great older hotel. We were delighted to find a full kitchen that even had plates and cutlery. 🌟 We will definitely use them again when staying in this area.

Easy checkin and checkout by friendly staff.

The room was a decent size with a king bed and a small kitchenette with table and chairs. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. However the heating unit in the room was not working and a cold front had come through that week. Thankfully I packed warm pajamas and they gave me an extra blanket It was a place for me to sleep while down there for work so it suited my needs

llentlThe stay was goo. Staff were great. Very helpful. Bed is firmer then what I like. Laundry facilities were good. Overall a great stay!
