There were no towels left out for the swimming pool and there were sharp broken plastic objects around the pool. Internet did not work in the room. Was told repeatedly someone would come to reboot or fix and no one did and three separate shifts didn’t know anything about it as obviously the issue wasn’t going to be addressed.

2 queens 1 couch bed with a trundle… stayed with 3 of my buddies was amazing the staff was extremely friendly the breakfast was great everything was perfect highly recommend but please keep the price this cheap lol

The location was good and the beds were comfortable. No food at the breakfast bar on the first morning, a little more on the second morning and fully stocked on the third morning the day we were leaving.

When I found out my flight would be arriving two hours later I called to schedule the shuttle and was told it would not be available, so I had to get an Uber. Also, if you miss breakfast, they don’t even have coffee in the lobby.

It pains me to give this hotel a negative review because it was newly remodeled, but I was here for a surgery at U First Health, and I specifically said in the folio about my surgery, and I wanted a quiet room but staff on the night of the 10th of October checked in a couple with two huge dogs next to me that barked all night. Why would you do this to someone who had just had surgery. Complete stupidness. Leave your dogs at home!

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean, it was recently remodeled. My family LOVED the pool which was also very clean! Parking was easy. The complimentary breakfast was nice though very limited options. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that online it states they have laundry facilities, but they do not. We were staying for a week for a baseball tournament & it was a huge inconvenience having to go to a laundromat for his uniforms when we planned to be able to wash them on-site.

We were making an international flight which took a total of 48 hours and we booked this hotel because we were carrying big bags and needed an airport shuttle pick up. The day before we arrived we called the hotel and asked to schedule a pick up. They said we don't need to schedule and should just call for pick up when we landed. The hotel & staff were the absolute best that I have ever encountered! My son had an 8am game, the hotel had breakfast out before 7am for all the baseball players. I will definitely be back to this hotel!! The hotel was clean even though they were in the middle of renovation.

What an incredible hotel and stay. The new product and the staff were fantastic. I stayed here before and the new guest room is just perfect. The breakfast had so much variety and service was excellent. This is my new home in Ft Myers. Congratulations to the team on making me feel so welcome. . I look forward to coming back in two weeks.

This hotel is totally renovated and brand new! My room was a spacious suite with a large living room and kitchen. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was modern and beautiful!! BEST AIRPORT HOTEL

They were also remodeling but not in the way that makes the hotel look messy. The gentleman that were doing the remodel respected the Guests and were clean and professional. The staff was great greeting you on the way in and out. The staff was there if you needed them. Great I mean Great customer service. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Fort Myers Florida.

The service was ok and the facilities were fine. However , the cost per night is high compared with other places that gives you the same service. And the worst part was the air conditioning, it does not work properly, does not get cold enough for the room size. My brother was in another room on a different level and had the same problem with the A/C. When we give the complaint the employees, they told us that the temperature does not go lower 😠. So, for that I would not recommend the place as we used the room only for sleep, not to be there all day.

Near the airport (about a 12 minute drive), the hotel did offer an airport shuttle. Nice pool and hot tub. Room had a mini fridge, sofa, comfortable beds and bedding. Breakfast included hot items (eggs, sausage, oatmeal) as well as muffins, fruit, yogurt, breads. Restaurants were nearby.

The rooms were in poor condition including broken furniture. The desk was missing support on one leg and it was just propped against the all, bathroom mold, old carpet and missing light bulbs from fixtures. The staff reported that the hotel will be undergoing a complete renovation soon but this is not acceptable for current visitors who are expecting better from a Marriott property. The hotel was in a good location, the pool was beautiful, the room layout was nice and spacious and the staff attentive but I hope upper management will adjust the price accordingly as this has made me question staying at one of their properties in the future as I was expecting a better experience.

There was a flood from the ceiling due to the hotel being under construction. We were not told when we booked it that it was under construction and the flood soaked our clothes and belongings. We tried to get an incident report made and the front desk said they couldn’t do one until manager came back 4 days later. We want our money back, both for my room and my daughter who was down the hall.

Bed was comfortable, but the hotel needs work. The tub was rusted and the wall paper in the room was lifting up , some areas had water marks in the ceiling.

American Airlines rescheduled my flights for Wednesday Jan 22 I was disconnected while calling Expedia I call the hotel directly and they told me could not reschedule because I booked through Expedia

We escaped Milton. The pool was dirty understandably. Slept very well. Breakfast was perfect. Water was turned off for our the first night. There were some wallpaper issues in the bath room. The tub itself needs replacement.

Front Desk staff was so professional and courteous. They took care of my Mother fantastically under a stressful hurricane period. Thank you!

Great hotel for a good nights rest. Clean, comfortable and excellent customer service as we expected from a Marriott hotel. Good breakfast included. Plenty of self parking spaces. Walking distance to a convenience store, bar and restaurant.

The suites are also nonviable for multiple people the way they are arranged. The bathroom needs to be made separate so that you can have privacy when there are multiple people in the room rather than complete open-not the smartest construction of a room. I paid a pretty penny for zero privacy. Also, was there seven (7) days and had one (1) refresh day. Claims that housecleaning came by early in the morning & say the "sleeping" sign on the door & didn't bother to come by again later in the morning-we were out of our room by 10am every day. Needless to say, our room was a mess & I had to ask the desk for towels and bath tissue.

Comfy beds, clean room, staff was lovely.
