    The room I requested wasn’t available so I was downgraded to a lesser room without compensation. They initially waived the deposit but that doesn’t change the fact I paid for a premium room and got a standard room. Internet was non existent at the hotel. Front desk was pleasant, only redeeming quality of this stay everything else not so much. This was my first and last time booking at this location

    Seems like the upkeep is very poor in the rooms. But they have clearly been trying to update the property. New paint outside. And some sort of renovations were going on on the floor above me. I could hear hammering at 8am and non stop until my checkout. All the furniture is sticky. Everything I put down was sticky to pickup. There was a yellow stain on one of my pillow cases, stains all inside the bathroom. The dispensers for soap were a workout to get the smallest amount out and I’m not sure if they are just hard/old or empty. I couldn’t tell. They did have a massive tv in the room which would be nice for most people.

    Things were poorly done around the property and in the room. The bathroom door handle was loose so if you were alone without someone on the other side to open it, you’d get locked in the bathroom. The room was dirty with stains on sheets and what appeared to be boogers on the wall. The girl at the front desk was helpful managing a reservation issue but otherwise I don’t have many good things to say. The updates (if there were any) were so cheap and poorly done and the room was not comfortable. If I was not tired from traveling I would have left and stayed elsewhere.

    My grandmother enjoyed her stay, she said it was very clean. The staff were amazing very attentive with her. She will definitely be going back to stay there on her next visit to Florida. Thank you guys for your hospitality.

    Look. You get what you pay for. Want to rest for a night? Its ok but this is not the most clean hotel I have been two. It took me tons of strength to get soap out of the dispenser. Couldnt get shampoo or lotion from it. Bulbs were missing and my toilet after you flushed it it would not refill properly so I had to open the back of the toilet to make it work. I found someone's hair on a pilow which whatever I removed. Its nice that it has a fridge and mini kitchen. For sleep was good. No weird noises. Just a tad spooky. The front desk was nice but this is a under 50 usd passing place and not a vacational hotel.

    The woman at the front desk was very nice and even came up to the room to fix the tv remote that was not working. On the other hand there were stains on the sheets and some of the towels were yellowish. Also the bathroom smelled like mold. All the outlet covers were falling off the wall just dangling and there was dried paint splattered on the floor next to my bed. Also, after we checked out we found out that we were charged for the existing stains on the sheets and were only given part of our deposit back. When I called to dispute it the man at the front desk acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and blamed the maid. Ridiculous! Besides the nice woman at the front desk, not an ideal place to stay. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. For a few bucks more there are plenty of hotels in the area.

The property as a whole could use some touch up, but overall was at least clean so no worries there. Even though breakfast was offered, we didn't feel compelled to make sure we went to it, just based on the general atmosphere. When we checked out, we forgot that we left a little cooler-bag in the fridge. At the airport we remembered and called. They said housekeeping didn't find it. It wasn't any designer expensive thing, but come-on, turn it in to lost-n-found so we could pick it up when we returned... but no.

    They also had no one who spoke English on staff in the morning. There was a kiosk to use for someone but that was never mentioned upon check in. There were dehumidifiers in each room and they needed to be emptied every 8 hours or so and none of that was mentioned on check in. They were very loud and annoying. When we asked for more towels on only one occasion I was asked if I had taken a shower earlier after the room was serviced. Then I was handed one towel when I asked for three. When we questioned the staff about anything they just got extremely offensive and argumentative. It seemed like a family owned and operated spot with the same three people doing everything. I have pictures of the tub and humidifier if they rebuff and pics showing that our room was left clean when we left. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

    Property was ok. Towels and pillowcases were stained when we got there. Asked for replacement, which we received. The breakfast attendant was creepy. Staring at us and some young girls the entire time. Refusing to fill up the missing breakfast items at 8:30 am, breakfast goes to 9am. Would not even refill the milk for coffee. We had to complain to the front desk and milk appeared. The attendant cleaned the counters and coffee & Juice machines, the inside of the bread case, the tables, wiped (not washed) the serving spoon and tongs all with the same rag!!! Breakfast was very uncomfortable.

    The breakfast was awful. Offered oatmeal which was like soup, some sort of flat cooked eggs and disgusting sausage. Spend the money to go to the Artisan Eatery across the street. Staff was nice but be prepared for a kiosk checkin. There was a strong smell of cologne throughout to mask some odor.

    The front desk attendant went the extra mile. Very courteous and helpful. The room was clean. However, the coffee maker was missing parts so we didn't get any coffee. The towels were gray, dingy and threadbare. The bedsheets were rough and uncomfortable. Very thin, no extra blankets in the closet. No trash can in the bathroom. Couldn't connect to WiFi. No continental breakfast was served that was advertised on the website.

    Receptionist said they have no rooms for me when we arrived although I booked by booking.com months ago and already charged 3 days ago. Staffs worked it out and gave us rooms in the end.. but..It was quite a shock. Also , there was a man working during breakfast suggested I give him tips when I was choosing food .. by showing me the jar to put $ in. He didn't ask anyone else but me.. It was interesting. I don't carry any money..and I felt badly.

    Stayed here for a hurricane evacuation. Staff are nice and helpful. Easy parking and location. Walls are pretty sound proof. Hotel is run down and dirty. Very evident it has housed many pets. The staff is great though. It’s a cheap pet-friendly hotel. I rate the staff five stars and the facility 1.

    not much. Kiosk check-in is horrible, needed to add a night due to hurricane Milton, interacted with clerk and booked. Was told a $100.00 incidental hold would be added to my card and returned when check out, They only returned $49 dollars and some cents, due to power failure unable to print receipts. Lost Power second night and they did not have back up power of any sort. No lights, no ac, no elevators (on 4th floor) no emergency lights in stairwell. We went home as it was too hot in room but had to leave our belongings and had already paid for 3rd night. There was no free breakfast even before the hurricane, no juices just coffee. Luggage cart difficult to use. Had to carry all my belonging down 4 flights of stairs without help from staff, had quite a bit as my house was in the flood zone. And last I hate to say it but language was a barrier at times, they were nice. Being in Florida quite a few guess were elderly with their pets, doing 4 flights of stairs. We live in a hurricane zone at least inform the guest that there is NO backup generator.

    I believe the staff took items out of my room. When asked they said they trough them out. When pressed for answers they quickly changed their story and gave me my items back. I did not report them as there is a hurricane recovery missions going on and the police didn’t need to bother with thieves. That had to ask about my items and why they gave them to me only after being told I wouldn’t leave without my items.

    Stayed here for 2 nights because of the hurricane Helene the bathroom was poorly done for handicap people and the room had a portable humidifier that you had to keep dumping yourself if you wanted it to keep the room smelling clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly but will not stay here again. Hotels.com should definitely start checking these hotels if they are recommended

    I have never stayed in a hotel that has a machine check you in and out, and I never will again. it's so bad. the video feed to the agent was choppy and I had to have him repeat himself several times. I left too early to comment on the breakfast, but the area that they used looked really nice. Don't know if they have a robot vending machine that comes out in place of a makeshift buffet like most do, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.

    Stay noisy during the morning afternoon. Asked several times while on work calls but completely ignored. Noisy patrons yelling all night. Staff not present to assist or get a different room.     To start, check in was on a Kiosk where the agent would mute to talk to someone else and this was where we were notified we needed a $150 deposit, when asked what for because we had paid for the room in full, agent stated in case we smoke in our non smoking room?!? We were never notified of a deposit being required from ANYONE. Walking to the room the building is completely disgusting from dirty walls and corners to flooring. Entering the room it had a smell, tolerable but had a smell. Room was equipped with a comfortable bed, dirty floors, poor craftmanship and paint, and we had to call for a shower curtain to be brought up, which ended up being disgusting as well(see pictures) As we went to fall asleep we heard a loud beeping, that was the dehumidifier informing us it needed to be emptied and then again informed us 4.5 hours later to empty again. Needless to say we got minimal sleep from our long flight in. We did try to attend the free breakfast but we were cautious on what we ate. We will NEVER stay here again. Do not recommend.
