We had a great stay. The only thing I wished the hotel had was fresh fruit besides whole apples, bananas, and oranges. I was looking for cut up fresh fruit to be included in breakfast, especially since we were in Florida.

I love this hotel. It’s really clean & well maintained, the staff are great and the area is walkable for restaurants. This is a hotel that I would recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location for attending an event at Hertz Arena. Clean, good breakfast, and a good pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Large, well-designed room that was spotlessly clean and kept up very nicely. We like the extremely convenient location but by far the best thing about the stay was the staff, especially Cris, the manager, and Ana, who worked at the front desk. They were extremely helpful and always friendly and made a good experience great.

We’ve stayed at this location in the past and enjoyed it. But on this trip when we checked in they asked us if we wanted an upgraded room we said that would be great. Little did we know the AC didn’t work in the room and they were at capacity so no other rooms were available. So basically they gave up our original room to someone else and “upgraded” us to a room with no AC. It was too late to change locations and since we booked through booking.com they couldn’t credit us directly. We tried to work this out through booking.com and still have not been credited. Great location for a FGCU parent

But it was for disabilities, so the bathroom got “flooded” sometimes. The beds were not good - too soft and looked like they need to change the mattress. The WiFi signal and speed was terrible - do not recommend if you need to work.

We stayed 7 nights and was a nice stay, all the front desk people were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Only thing I would change would be toilet height. Having back and knee issues it was very low.

Even paying the additional day charge for upgraded speed gave me less than 15MBS. You cannot video conference on this speed without buffering.

When we arrived in our room, the tv wasn’t working, not their fault just technology. They worked to try and fix it, the GM stayed late, when they couldn’t fix it they moved us rooms and gave us a discount. Absolutely above and beyond what they are required to do.

The only thing I would suggest they upgrade are their mattresses. Other than that this hotel would have received five stars all the way. I will definitely stay here again when coming to Fort Myers.

The air conditioning fan was located in the bedroom. Unfortunately, it was so loud that I could not even sleep with my head covered. It was like being on a jet all night. I don't know if all the rooms are like that, but I do not plan on sleeping here again.

The room was spacious and had tons of storage and seating options. We really appreciated the table and kitchen. The bed was supportive and just the right amount of firm. The inclusion of a tv with a mount that rotated so you could turn the tv to face whichever part of the room you were using was awesome and something I haven’t seen in any other hotel yet.

The property did not have a hot tub alongside the pool. Major bummer when playing baseball every day in the Roy Hobbs Tourney.

I thought I had stayed in this Residence Inn before but apparently not because I was blown away by the room! Very spacious and with all needed amenities for a long term stay. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was good. And you are adjacent to the Gulf Coast center and can go out to eat or get a quick delivery from PF Chang’s and others.

First time staying here and I must say…I will be back. Convenient to freeway access, airport and very walkable to good restaurants and services. There is a Starbucks inside and the people there were all very nice. Rooms are super comfortable and clean.

I shared this already, but the room type was not confirmed, so we had to call and get moved to another room. Then I also noticed body hair on the nightstand and phone, just general feel that the room was 'surface' cleaned and not really well- cleaned.

WE had a nice clean room, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, especially on the weekends. The pool was clean and my granddaughter had a great time swimming.The location was great, lots of restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. We would definitely go back there again.

It wasn’t the best residence inn I’ve stayed in but it was pretty good. The rooms seemed smaller than typical and we could hear the neighbor through the walls which was disappointing. For the price you’d expect quiet. The breakfast is ok. Covid really did a number on the quality with everything pre packaged. I think it’s time to revert back and just have someone serve it? But pre wrapped waffles are disgusting and no sausage or eggs is just disappointing. The pool was small and filled with debris and leaves. Kids had fun and it was a pretty relaxing atmosphere. For $800 for 2 nights you’d expect more but it did the trick I guess.

We had a really good and relaxing time at Residence Inn. The hotel is located in a quiet location but it is a walking distance to many restaurants.

And, nobody on staff wore masks even though the county's positivity rate for COVID was over 20%. Maybe next time we'll try again... once the pandemic is over, and the furniture has been replaced.

The pool neede to be cleaned and the handle was broke at bottom, the stripes needed replacing. The toilet did not flush.
