    For the price, I was a little concerned about what I’d find, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and it was overall a place I’d stay again. It isn’t going to be a 5-star accommodation, but I felt safe, clean, and comfortable. Location is convenient to many shops and restaurants, and the pool was clean and well maintained.

    Location was the only thing that was a little pleasant. Rooms were filthy. Floors were not cleaned along with the bathrooms. All the towels were sandpaper like. The smell was unbearable. Breakfast was a total failure. Ran out of coffee and food by 7am. Only 1 ice machine and most of the time it was empty. Had to spend more money on Breakfast and purchasing ice which defeats the purpose of this hotel stay. Brought this all to management and was told im sorry. Nothing else was said or done to rectify it all.

    Room was horrible smelt like cigarettes and mold. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall with wires hanging out. Bedding was all stained yellow. Would go out for breakfast and there would be nothing left or everything was scattered and messy. Had do not disturb thing on door. House keeping would start banging on the door at 7 in the morning. People were yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Doors were constantly being banged on. Horrible experience should of gotten a refund after the first night.

    The room itself appeared unclean. The desk was dirty, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, the mirror was visibly dirty, and the bed looked as though someone had started making it but never finished. Even the hand soap had already been opened, which raised additional concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. The room was located next to an exterior door. The walls seemed extremely thin, and every time the door slammed it was incredibly loud—so much so that it sounded like someone was trying to force its way into the room. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. When I informed the front desk employee that I could not stay in the room because of the odor and overall condition, she did not offer any solution or alternative accommodation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no manager was on site, despite signage indicating that a manager is always available on site. To make matters worse, I later learned that Expedia was unable to obtain confirmation from the property to process my refund. As a result, I have been left paying for a room that I never stayed in because of its condition. The lack of communication and assistance from the property throughout this process has been extremely frustrating.

    The front desk folks were helpful and patient with me. The room is big, the bed is very comfortable, very nice pool. The doors to the room are hard to open. Need WD50 to lubricate the brackets.

This needs completely overhauling, with somebody monitoring stations, frequently running out of coffee, eggs, toast on occasion and staff begrudgingly skulking off to get more when requested, an hour before breakfast ends, not good enough!

    It would have been nice to use the pool however there were people smoking dope and drinking in the pool area along with playing their boomboxes super loud. There was one guy who had a house arrest bracelet on who was sitting in the shallow end of the pool smoking dog with one leg in and house arrest leg out.

    The rooms are utilitarian, but very comfortable. The staff were very nice, personable and extremely helpful when asking information. Especially, Rebecca on the desk, PAPA from services and Theresa from room services. I make it a point to know People’s names. Absolutely no problems with parking. Breakfast was very adequate.

    I was shocked when we were assigned our room we paid top price for a experience that included people arguing with profanity that we could hear through the wall, the room was gross, towels we thin and scratchy. It appeared to have long term “guests” that were uncomfortable to be around. And frankly when we complained to management they let us know that Hotels.com charged us twice the price for the room. Very unhappy.

    Shabby looking, in need of a renovation. Their out building is especially shabby. Aside from 1 person at the front desk during the day, the staff was very unpleasant. Service with a scowl. I found that odd since the other hotels in that area that I stay at when I visit twice a year, the staff is friendly and polite. Will not stay here again.

    It’s a cheap hotel I get it 100% so expectations on the property were low, but it was just too bad. I get there late , they left no toilet paper , literally go pee once and it’s gone, and then we wanna take a shower and there’s only 2 towels on a room that was for 3 people. So I get to this hotel tired just wanting to use the bathdroom and everything is just bad. No toilet paper, not enough towels and then jump in the shower and the water wouldn’t drain in the bathtub. Just spend another extra $50 to $100 and get a decent hotel because this one is defiantly not it.

    I arrived to a total of 3 cars in the parking lot and the hotel front desk person looked like I was bothering her when I asked if I could check in at 1145am. She told me I had to wait til 130pm. I'm sure because they were so busy with a packed parking lot. I came back, checked in to a room that had rust stains on the tub, and a hotel room with zero design plan and a bed that was quite possibly the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on in a hotel room ever (I travel every 2-3 months). You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

    I reserved a 2-queen bed room and received a 2-double bed room instead for my wife and son. She complained and asked for the correct room, but was told that one was the only one they had. Upon following up with Hotels.com the next day to ask for the refund of the room rate difference I was shocked with the reply that I cannot be given one because my wife accepted the room without asking for compensation. This is as bad faith as it gets. Shame on Quality Inn and Hotels.com for this.

    TV only had one working channel. We asked for help with that at the front desk our first morning there. No one ever came. Toilet seat was broken badly. If room was actually cleaned as we were told it was, a simple wipe of a towel across the seat would have shown it was broken. So either cleaning staff doesn’t clean or doesn’t let management know if anything is broken. There was mold all over the door frame in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was very limited. There was no quality at this Quality Inn. Will never stay there again.

    Staff was very polite, i must say. Had minor issues with the room but it was resolved rather quickly. There computer system wasnt working well. My card was charged twice. They resolved that issue as well pretty quickly. Over it was a decent night stay. Room was very clean, water was nice and hot. Location was great. I would stay again.

    Was charged $75 for pet fees for 3 days. However, it says they charge $20 per day so go overcharged with no explanation. Floors need cleaned better, water temp fluctuates pretty bad when taking a shower, no do not disturb signs to place on the door so was bothered each day by the cleaning people. Lack of signage to help you navigate your way on the property since they have a separate adjacent building that we were placed in. Just needs some improvements to make things a little easier along with transparency on their pricing and charges. That comes across as dishonest and shady which will most likely prevent me from staying here again unless they respond and take appropriate actions to fix these issues.

    It was a cool property, but they take 100 from your card in case of damages, it’s been two weeks where I keep calling and they just keep telling me to wait and won’t give me those 100 back to my card, it’s not like there was any damage in the room because I asked and was told that there wasn’t so I don’t really know what’s taking so long.

    Showers are unsafe- no slips strips. Why do hotels insist on using Swiffers???? they DO NOT CLEAN the floor. I dropped some lotion and when I simply used water and a paper towel to clean it, the paper towel was black with built up grime. Try soap and water and dump the swiffers!!! ewwwwwww

    The word “Quality” is probably a misnomer. The staff were friendly, the rate was cheap, bed was fine, and they had a breakfast of sorts. (Waffle maker, 3 dry cereals, toast, very green bananas, and yogurt.) There were no linens for the pull out and one of the AC units wasn’t working properly. Maintenance was very nice guy, but he couldn’t fix it without us being in the unit which gave us a late start to our dinner and concert. Cigarette burn in the sheets and a pink stain of some kind on the comforter wasn’t terribly appealing. Grounds were not terribly clean. But again, it was cheap and available.

    Some kind of red capsule under the desk on the floor. I didn't notice it until morning and just left it. Rust on bathtub. Difficult turning on shower and I thought it didn't work....I called the front desk and she said pull really hard, it'll come on. It finally did. Light breakfast until 9? 10 would be nice. No meat, no eggs....how about some bananas or apples? Heavy on bread and waffles. Little clems were fine. Friday night in peak season on busy 4 lane, so shopping rate, really.

    My boyfriend, myself and my service dog stayed for one night. We drove early in the morning and arrived in the area around 11:30. A quick call to the hotel front desk, and they notified us they did not have early check in until 1pm. We went and grabbed some lunch in the local downtown area and returned at around 1:45. The room was still not ready, so we waited outside. By 2:30 the room was ready for us. Krystal the front desk associate was very kind and accommodating, even gave us some complimentary water bottles for our wait. Once we got into the room, everything was clean for the most part. The room and hallway had a musty smell, but it was fine for the money we spent and we only stayed one night. Upon arrival we were exhausted and wanted to take a midday nap before dinner. The housekeeping staff was incredibly loud right outside our room, yelling at each other to communicate. After about 30 mins they finished cleaning that hallway and we were able to get some rest. The walls offer zero soundproofing so it was difficult to unwind even in the later hours of the night. Sometimes you’ll hear knocking or slamming doors from upstairs or down the way, it was difficult for my service dog to relax after a long day of driving. The bed was comfortable. Two out of 4 lamps in our room had faulty lightbulbs so we stayed in darkness the majority of our stay, but wasn’t horrible. The parking lot was very large and spacious which was a great plus for us. Overall decent stay.

    We didn’t even stay our whole stay. 1st thing when we got in the room was a cockroach by the toilet and the girl at the front desk said it’s Florida we have bugs. I am from Florida and I do know that Florida has bugs,but roaches are not acceptable. The surrounding parking lot left you wondering if your car was safe. Will NEVER go back. To many things wrong with this place. I don’t want to say too much more that went on because they will know who it is. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have no other place to go. We went to the store and bought everything to clean this room and we ended up not staying there. Extremely disappointing.

    First room we were given was filled with smoke and had a horrendous odor despite it being labeled as a “smoke free” room. Second room we were given the door didn’t close properly unless force was used, beds were dusty, towels were stained, toilet seat was broken and the tv was broken.
