Just a quick one night stay before flying out of RSW nothing fancy, coulda been a bit cheaper for what it is.

As usual, Hampton is consistently clean and attentive. Generally, their breakfasts have hot proteins - eggs, meat, etc. However, the vast majority of other choices are cheap carbs - not good for hypoglycemics. Keep the hot dishes proteins and forget the potatoes and “cheese bagel” options.

Everyone and everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in clerk and the lady in charge of the breakfast remembered us. We’ve stayed there a couple of times, but only once a year. I highly recommend this facility and the people who work there Nothing to mention

The mattress was lumpy all over…couldn’t find a comfortable spot. Also, the bathroom lighting is obscene and the foot rest in the shower was half broken and hanging on for dear life. Pros were that it was clean, and my husband liked the breakfast.

1. The hotel was renovated and the pictures online were not accurate. 2. This hotel terribly needs to have an HVAC improvement the air quality in this hotel is discusting. Absolutely horrible.

Breakfast was tasty and fresh each morning. The coffee was excellent. The breakfast service staff were friendly and courteous. The front end clerk (Ms. Nancy) was very pleasant and resourceful, she shared restaurants info and tours in the area. The housekeeping staff was friendly and really cleaned room thoroughly. I can't think of anything at this time that could have made our stay better.

Hotel staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable but blanket didn't fit entire bed. Bathroom outdated with no shower pressure at all. Breakfast provided was very nice. Easy parking.

Keep in mind that the hotel does not have a restaurant. There are fast food and chain restaurants nearby. About 1 mile away was Origami, a Japanese and Korean restaurant that I quite enjoyed. Closer options did not inspire.

Transportation to airport and staff was nice. Rooms smelt moldy and hotel felt ran down.

Landscape and pool area up keep seems to have dropped off from past years. New color scheme is not very appealing, I really liked the old scheme, much warmer and inviting.

This recently renovated hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable. Loved the modern shower and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was good. A little pricey but that’s because I remember when prices weren’t so high. Nothing to complain about here.

We have a great two night stay here. Nancy at the front desk was very attentive and sweet to our daughter. The pool area was nice and clean, beds are comfortable and convenient location to essentials and dining.

I booked a room for 5. This hotel only had two queen beds. All the other hotels I booked had a pulled out sofa bed. This hotel did not have it nor did they have the space for it. They should not advertise a room for five when it can only accommodate 4. I inquired about moving to another room but they said they did not have anything else available.

Hotel is newly renovated and they did a great job! Rooms are really nice! Comfortable beds, nice linens, nice bathrooms! Enjoyed it. Great job. Breakfast was nice too! Great little area to eat in very clean.

A good status all about the carts. The clothes carts at this place sucked. Other than that it was outstanding!

The place was under renovation and there were quite of building materials laying around, including storage box outside. There was also unpleasant odor. Stephanie, who checked us in was great.

It was disappointing that the hotel was under construction and $25 more expensive than a property 100 yards away.

They are updating and close the finishing it seems. Everything is clean. We didn’t hear anyone else from our room. We slept great. Shampoo and conditioner was good. Coffee was great. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, variety of bread/danish choices, juices, cereal…well rounded. Prices were good, but if you have an opportunity to book during cyber week they were dropped $40/night that week.

Booked as last minute after Discover flight cancallation at RSW. Booked on line. Called the hotel directly zo ask aboit the free airport Shuttlebus. They send immediately a but to pick us up (group of 7). Bus came in 20 minutes and picked us up from the complementary shuttle hotel service point outside of the terminal. Service and communication is perfect. Hotel is under renovation. Our room was clean and not outdated. Breakfast was good with omelets, waffles etc. Pool was available and clean (kids likes it). All in all, great experience.

The beds were real hard and uncomfortable.

Generally, they kept the noise fairly under control given the challenge when you are ripping out and remodeling bathrooms, etc. Staff are very helpful and courteous and provided extra help with a booking issue. The site is close to our job site but on the next trip we will stay elsewhere until the renovations are completed.

The manager here, Nancy, was fantastic. We were in town for a funeral and needed an early check in to get ready for the service. She was more than accommodating and made sure we knew that she was available should we need anything else. She made great suggestions when asked about dining and / or sights. Followed up with texts to make sure everything at the hotel was as it should be. For our group (4), it was great and compassionate service at a time when we needed it most! Thank you Nancy!!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and we had to leave early in the morning to get to the airport and the shuttle service was fantastic. It was easy to reserve the shuttle and they had the times posted at the front desk for you to reserve a time.

Our toilet was running off and on all night. Otherwise it was a fine room. I had asked for a handicap room but none was available. They did ask if the 1st floor would be better but there was an elevator so it was ok on the 2nd floor
