Breakfast was delicious, and the lady in charge was lovely, always smiling and willing to help. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only thing we didn’t love was that the A/C units were a bit noisy. Even so, we would return without hesitation. I recommend this hotel 100%.

While we loved the pricing of the food and cocktails from the lobby bar/restaurant, the steak was super low quality. Maybe add a $25-$30 price point for a better cut and not boxed mashed potatoes. The meal would be our only complaint. The staff were kind and attentive and the shuttle service and cleanliness were huge pluses. Also appreciated the live music in the lobby one evening.

Everything we asked for in advance was no problem and we had a great two night stay. We will stay at this property again when we are next in the area.

Lake View is a little misleading, seems more of a run-off pond, but we're not from Florida so maybe this is considered a lake.

Perfectly located, clean and very well run hotel. I came here for a conference was really surprised that the staff was so friendly and the layout was so conducive to me working remotely. I would absolutely come back here.

Everything was great except the AC in the room didnt get as cold as i like. But i like to sleep like an eskimo so it would probably be fine for most people.

This Hotel is wonderful. Cleanliness, service and whatever in between. This is a must stay property. Also, very recommended to add the breakfast option!

Not really anything not to like, maybe get some flavored coffee or creamers for the rooms. That was the only thing I missed, a good cup of coffee in the morning lol

Stayed for a week while my daughter was at swim camp. The front desk manager Kurtis greeted us when we got there and was so friendly every day he worked offering to help us up with our bags, etc. The hotel was very clean and comforting and the pool was 10/10!

It was clean. It's not worth the price. Live entertainment was a guy on the side of the bar with, one of those metal drums things. Pretty nice looking pool. The location is at least 25 minute drive from downtown. No pay preview channels. No hot tub in room Which is why I picked this Hotel in the first place.

When I checked in, they didn't offer me the special offer at the bar (which I know they do every Friday and they always offer it to me), and the people who serve at breakfast were very unfriendly. I arrived, they didn't offer me anything. They've done this before, and it was so bad that one of them followed me because I only signed the receipt and didn't put a tip. She followed me to ask why it was blank, it was in very bad taste. I love the hotel, but the service from the breakfast people is very bad.

Beautiful property. Clean, well appointed rooms. We were not aware that the breakfast was not complimentary. We were told at check in that breakfast was served and given the time, but it was not mentioned that it was a $15 charge per person.

Paid for the Lake View which was not worth it. There is many buildings around the small body of water that were less than attractive. Staff very nice except for the one house keeper that said no when I asked for clean towels. Definitely a language barrier.

Everyday we had some malfunction in the room that had to be repaired. First night they could not get our key card for the door to work. Secomd day the thermostat had to be replaced. Third day the electric window shade stopped working.

We liked our stay! The hotel was clean, we got comfortable beds and pillows, good towels, good quality bath supplies, room service every day and Friendly staff. The only bad thing we can say was the breakfast, they only have one young lady serving breakfast in the morning and we also think they have only one person cooking in the kitchen. Our breakfast took about an hour to get ready and there were simple dishes, that’s the only complaint we had about it!

Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff(Jefferson) Nice clean large room. The gym is very good and clean with cold towels. The pool area is pretty. Sheets are nice and the shower is great(good water pressure) The breakfast is pretty good(buffet style)

We had a great experience. This hotel was very clean and appeared new. The guy who check us in Adam, was extremely helpful and courteous and made us feel welcomed. The lady at the bar that evening recommended a few restaurants near by and shared her favorite "Pinchers" when we asked about restaurants in the area. She was totally right! Great restaurant and reasonably priced. The bed was good and the rooms very clean. It also looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you Adam and lady at the bar for making our stay a exceptional one!

The facility is well maintained, clean and service is pretty good. We had an issue with the AC and in less than 15 min the technician was in our room to look at it, as the AC couldn’t be fixed we got another room and they offered extended check out. Very good experience.

This hotel was clean and recently renovated. My room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area could use some attention, but the restaurant and bar area were lovely. I only ate breakfast there. It was a buffet, and I usually am not a fan of buffets, but this one was delicious! The food was fresh and tasted like it was made just for me. I will definitely stay there again when I am in FT Meyers.

Great service! Only 4 stars for cleanliness because I stepped on a grape which means the carpet was not cleaned well. Everything else was stellar! Staff very kind hearted. Breakfast was worth the extra price in booking. Hot food and continental. Bathroom was clean and had good amenities. Outdoors area is amazing. Happy with this stay! I would stay again. 😁

It’s easy to get to, there is always plenty of parking. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself, lounge and bar area are always very clean and have great food and drinks. The rooms are clean, comfortable and there’s the perfect amount of space for 4 people. It’s very relaxing after a long day. We highly recommend staying here!
