The facility was quiet and in good repair. There was a walkway to the Cracker Barrel located behind the hotel. The way they run their airport shuttle/alternative is not traveler friendly. It leaves every hour on the hour between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., which is fine and sensible. They also note that if they do not have a shuttle driver they will call an Uber for you - but they won't tell you ahead of time, even though they know (per the morning desk associate) the night before. We needed to be at the airport at 4:45 a.m., which mean we needed to take the 4:00 a.m. shuttle. But when we came down, they called an Uber (that also had complications, as they ordered a basic Uber and we had significant luggage). But when I asked (kindly, BTW) why we couldn't have been told that the night before so we could have slept nearly an extra hour, the front desk associate got a nasty attitude and told me that was just their policy. I won't be staying there again, not only because of the policy, but because of the poor customer service. Additionally, the beds were clearly inexpensive mattresses - very bouncy - when one of us moved, the other felt everything. Also, a king sized bed should have at least two king sized pillows.

The Three young ladies that I encountered Angela at check in, Cat checking out and The Breakfast attendant was all Excellent they go above and beyond. I actually spoke to the manager Nicole and spoke very highly of her staff. She said they really made her feel great ❤️ NA

Nice hotel overall. My room was a little musty smelling. But would definitely go again.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet area away from the flight paths of the nearby airport. The only negatives were the room placement on the third floor was very far from the one slow elevator and it was a long walk for my wife who has mobility issues. It was a nice place with a good breakfast and we would stay again.

Our first stay was okay. It was convenient to be close to the airport. Our return stay was less desirable as we were given a room on the top floor farthest from the entrance without an elevator at that end of the hallway. Two bath towels but only one hand towel and one wash cloth for two people.

Yes, I love the breakfast and the time was 0630 which were convenient for since I got to go to work at 0700.

The airport shuttle was not running and the front desk person did not want to call an uber for me. He said I had to ask for it 2 hours beforehand. When I said I'd call customer service at Comfort Inn, he ordered the uber. His attitude was the worst.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Also, there was a fan in the bathroom but no switch to turn it on. The room was large and the A/C worked well. The breakfast left something to be desired.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. And especially because it said there was an airport shuttle. To me, shuttle means that it is just running all day. The sign on the front desk said the shuttle began at like 4ish am somewhere around here. So when I wake up the next morning at 5 and go to the lobby to catch the shuttle to the airport, I’m told I needed to book the shuttle two hours in advance. Why didn’t they tell me that when I checked in? Why was that not on the sign about the shuttle? Definitely misleading and this was frustrating. I was expecting a free shuttle and then in order to make my flight I had to call an Uber.

There was a lot of humidity in the room & whole place smelled like there was mold and mildew. That was very disappointing because it’s a great location for where I need to go frequently, and it was clean with exceptionally friendly staff.

I had asked about using the coffee machine and she just snapped that the machine had a problem and proceeded to unplug it and raise her voice that the machine had had a problem all morning. I simply told her thank you for trying, but she still had an attitude. I didn’t engage further.

Just an overnight stay to catch a flight the next morning. It was clean, the staff was good, and the shuttle got us to the airport.

The Hotel smells strongly of mold/mildew as soon as you enter and in our room 113 on the main floor. Office chair in room is broke so unable to use the desk in that room. Left sheer curtain had a large area of bodily fluids that were dried up on it. Way overpriced for the quality of room. The bed was good.

We didn’t have a blow dryer in our room so we called the front desk and were told they didn’t have one nor another room we could move to . My friend walked down to the front desk and Hayden got a blower for us and delivered it . The other man was no help at all .

The desk person told me to call back in 10 minutes and she would try to call an Uber. After 10 minutes I called and nobody answered, I made multiple calls and could not get thru for 20 minutes. I was then told I would have to wait another 25 minutes for an Uber - completely unacceptable. Service was slow at check-in; breakfast not so great.

We picked this hotel specifically because it offered shuttle service to and from the airport, but when it came time to use it, the first Uber was cancelled before it came and then was rescheduled for a 25 minute wait. Not sure why they use Uber rather than provide the shuttle service themselves, which is what we were expecting.

We had a 7am flight to catch and planned on leaving at 5am. Unfortunately the last minute we found out that the hotel staff wasn’t able to drive us to the airport. Front desk immediately contacted uber to drop us off without any delay. This is truly excellent service. I would stay again.

I did not like that the shuttle is offered only until 10pm. I did not like that the mail staff put me in an adjoining room when i specifically explained that i am a solo traveller.

Shuttle quits at 10:00 pm, $25 uber ride. Shuttle to airport has two hour plus intervals, another uber ride.

The front desk was very efficient, it was quiet and a great place for a night until we could get into our vacation place the next day. It was clean. Cracker Barrel around back-a very short walk. Great value.

The first room they gave us wreaked of mildew (on 3rd floor). The smell was so strong that I called the front desk and asked to be moved. The front desk manager was incredibly rude. When I told him the room smelled like mildew, he whispered, “I don’t care.” I paused and proceeded to request another room anyway.

Upon return from our eveing10:00pm The bathroom floor was covered with water so we put our only towels on floor and retired for the evening. We discovered in the morning 8am floor was covered with water and it was coming from the toilet which was loose on the floor I disabled, wanted a shower tbut all towels wher now on the floor. breakfast ended at 9 so we reported the problem after breakfast.still no shower(no towels) The desk clerk summond the mngr Nicole Hartmen.She had a bad atitude from the start about how I did not call the desk at 1100 pm of our date night as if we wanted a maintenence man there to fix toilet. in the morning 10 minutes before the breakfast ended. She would not even look at the toilet leaking all over the bathroom with all our allocated towels on floor. I asked for a refund and she said no way cut and dry . the worst mngr I have ever meet in my 64 years. Customer service is a joke with this women.I will bring this to the attention of comfort inn corp. too.

I booked this hotel without knowing the area and from out of state. I had an appointment in Fort Myers and needed convenience and close proximity to the airport due to not having a car. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are not modern, but my room was very clean and tidy. The hotel itself and grounds,were again outdated, but well maintained and very clean. The hotel was an Uber away from fast food and grocery store. They also offered shuttle service to airport. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay there again.

Overall great stay, friendly staff, confortable and clean. Affordable price. Only thing was air condition would cause a slight humid smell in the room. That is usually cause by the type of air unit and regular maintenance. But I would recommend overall this hotel.

Good location right off I-75, clean building seems like a newer construction, neighborhood felt fine, staff was tremendous--friendly and genuinely kind, room was clean and spacious and quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. I work for a non-profit, and this is EXACTLY what I hope for when I book: a tremendous value at a very reasonable rate. I'll be back!

The bed was comfortable and clean, but the room had a musty smell to it. The breakfast was okay. I got to breakfast just before 9:00 am and they were limited on stuff already. They didn't have anyone manning the breakfast area keeping it stocked.

First impression when you walk in is the smell of humidity or mold. Lady on the counter was nice, but shouldn't be on her personal phone while you have a customer checking in. My room was nice and clink, but there was a breathing sound out in the hallway all night and kept me awake. Very annoying and irritating. The channel options on the TV was nice.

I am allergic to feathers. I went down to the front desk to ask for non-feather pillows (knowing they were feather) and was told hotel doesn't have feather pillows. I slept on a towel. Very uncomfortable beds, zero pillow support, and lied to in a condescending tone on top of it.

The bedroom is good but needs to be able to get food on property after certain hours without going on the road

Only downside is the pool depth, as was most places we stayed the pool had no 3 ft section. Everything else was great!

Excellent property. Super good breakfast. Pool and exercise room open and clean. Real human being in person checked me in and was organized. Shuttle driver arrived 545 and left at 6 so we could go through airport security by 625. I usually don't rate but this was an excellent 🛏️🛏️🛏️🛏️🛏️ hotel.

This hotel offers shuttle service to the airport. For my stay they ordered me an uber. I had a short night The room was clean and quiet, and the AC worked great. The bed/sheets/pillows were very comfortable.

The whole experience was really good. Super clean,beautrooms, personnel very professional.

We stayed 4 nights. We had problems with the room keys daily. I had to take them to the front desk to get re-set multiple times. The elevator was out of order for the last two days, and we were on the 3rd floor. The ice machine on our floor was out-of-order the entire time. The breakfast buffet was bland, at best. The staff was friendly, however.

The comfort Inn suites airport was very accommodating to all of our needs very comfortable very spacious rooms very comfortable beds clean rooms very very quiet very quick service to get in and get out when you want to do great places to stay would recommend to anybody

Rooms very clean, but I went to wash my son‘s uniform at the laundry met and there was a sign on the top dryer saying broken and I thought it was the dryer only that was broken i put my son’s uniform in the watcher it had black, nasty, dirty smelly water and it stunk the whole place. The front desk lady smell the bad ordor that came out of the watcher . The front desk lady has to use spray to help with the smell I had to watch the uniform 3 times to get the smell of it . Other than that everything else was good .

This place was great!!!! Our flight got ruined so we had to find somewhere to stay and I will say this place was it! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our check out time was at 12 but our shuttle wasn't until 4 and they let us place our belongings in a safe area until departure. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel was old it felt like we were back in the 90s, but my review is based on that there was no hot water in our room, thankfully was just an overnight stay. Also the room we were assigned to was right near an ice machine and the noise was disturbing when people were using the ice machine .
