I like this hotel very much. The room we got this time around was a little on the musty odor but not so much that it’ll deter me from using this hotel again. Location is great, staff is great, breakfast is good and overall it’s a great hotel to stay at.

Breakfast and location was good. Racial discrimination remark was made about me and my son and my guest at the pool and if I was registered there my guest should of been allowed to swim my child who is special needs as well as some of the kids that were present. Receptionist gave me a hard time

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Ft Myers. We were very busy so didn't get a chance to use most of the amenities. The breakfast had a good variety. We would definitely stay there again.

I seen people smoking at 1 of the tables out by the pool area. I have Asthma and bad lungs, I cannot get near people smoking or wearing different types of cologne, I started getting a headache walking into your lobby because of the smell. So, because of the people smoking out by the pool, I didn't take a chance to go out there. Also, my husband caught a cold from someone and was wanting some cough medicine

The pool was very nice. There were enough seats and loungers for the time of year. The breakfast was good. Our bed was comfortable. The suite was clean. The sofa bed in the suite was well used and was uncomfortable to sit on. Perhaps it is time for a mini refurbishment in the rooms.

The woman at check-in was caustic but the one in checkout was very nice. The room was extremely noisy between road noise and the AC. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast ok

Yes- we arrived about 12:30. We were told there were room available yet we had to pay $35.00 for an early check in!!!! I’ve never heard of that before!!!! And if there is a room ready… why can’t we check in early w/o being penalized?

Very nice stay! Definitely better than I expected! I only wish for health reasons, the breakfast would stop the processed sausage and eggs. All the other offerings are fine. Just eliminate those 2 items. There’re made of poison. Besides that, great job to all!!!!!

Every time I come to Fort Myers to visit my family I stay here. This time I was a little disappointed. Countertops were dirty and sticky. Shower barely had any hot water.

Jasmine at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The pool was nice, they have PCs in the lobby for those like me that needed to use it for work. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Great stay after a stressful situation at the airport.

The hotel was decently remodeled until you got into the hotel room the bathroom looked like it belonged in a gas station. Not sure if all the rooms were that way but mine was. Also front desk refused a delivery to my room after I tipped my Uber Eats driver very well because I know it takes time to deliver inside a hotel. I told the front desk if they refuse delivery then they should have staff deliver it, one of the 3 people standing at the front desk said they should have told me at check in, well they didn't and then another woman made a very disrespectful remark to me and I took my coffee and left. Leaving the hotel I saw a Home 2 right across the street. Should have stayed there.

We were there visiting family in the hospital and the location and service provided was excellent - loved the pool, the quiet and they let me have a late check out.

Property is a little dated but it was clean and the area seems safe. Free breakfast was good, we used the pool and it was fine. Room was clean, TV, fridge and microwave all worked and the bed was comfortable. Towels were a little scarce and we had to go to the desk to have the shampoo replaced. A/C was a bit noisy and the lighting was dim. The place was Perfectly adequate. Thanks.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We loved the breakfast as well. The location was great and convenient to so many places we wanted to visit. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Also, our ac unit broke the last night and was blowing out hot air. That just happens though, so no one’s fault.

This was the second time I stayed here. The room was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. From the front desk, cleaning staff, to the breakfast room, the staff was polite and provided exceptional service. The bed was clean and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was also tasty. I want to give a shout out to the breakfast staff, Soheir who kept the breakfast items hot and quickly restocked and the breakfast area immaculate. I also appreciated front desk staff, Anita and Tawanna, who made us feel welcomed. I recommend this hotel if you visit Fort Myers.

Rooms were very clean, they are in process of upgrading all rooms. All the staff was very happy to help. Anita is a true rockstar! Not only is she professional, patient with travels, she has a wealth of knowledge to share about the area.

I would have rated this property 9.5 out of ten except for one roach crawling on the desk. otherwise a very good place and very clean. Buffet breakfast not very good. no bacon ,sausage, grits. I did mention this to the front desk and mentioned if they sprinkled Borac Acid powder around the room under TV Etc. roaches would get it on their feet,bring it back to the nest than they all die.

Absolutely, the facility is is adequate.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious for the two of us. This is a good choice for business and personal stays but not for a vacation. There is a Miller’s Ale House within walking distance that provides a 10% discount for BW guests. The Dairy Queen across the street provides a discount also. The breakfast buffet was adequate and average for hotels in this price range.

Perfect for a wuick overnight. Couple restaurants in walking distance. Clean and in good shape all around. Staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were a yellowed grungy rubber bath mat, and a lumpy old bed.

It was okay I just didnt like that the small bath towels seemed to not be washed properly and we use those on our private areas. I had to use my own.

When i walked into this hotel and was greeted by a very friendly, kind, and helpful staff member, i had a good feeling it was going to be a good experience. I was right. The property was clean, quiet, conveniently located, and offered a great variety of food items at breakfast. If I’m back in the area I will definitely stay there again.

The only problem I had was room service came into our room even when the DND sign was hanging, took our towels and then left a note on the floor in front of our room saying “bc the dnd sign was on we did not get to go in your room to clean it”. Pretty disturbing and was reported but we never heard anything from the hotel management about why their room service staff did that. Minus that problem, Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. And, Friendly staff!

It was semi-clean but there was a sewer type smell in the room and especialy the bathroom. I was on business so I had no time to argue and switch around rooms, i was tired in the evenings and no energy to complain or argue and dealt with the smell, but this was the worst experiance i ever had and will definitely not be returning to this location ever again.

Staff, room, location, pool area and free breakfast was great. Only complaint would be to lose the automatic pancake maker. Pancakes texture was like rubber but waffles were Yum.

Booked a hotel quickly for a funeral service. The lobby was clean and smelled great upon entering. We checked in on 5/29/25, and the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. We had an issue with the original room (it was musty and the carpet was slightly damp), and she moved us without an issue. Our second room was comfortable and appeared clean. A few things were dated, so you could tell it was recently updated. The room was warm/muggy upon entering due to humidity outside but got cooler with some time. Shower pressure wasn't great, but the water was hot. We slept okay, but the mattress could definitively use an update. Free breakfast had a lot of options, which was nice. Overall, we would stay here again for the price, but would debate somewhere else for a better mattress.

Very clean in the interior. However I found roaches in my room. I mean for being so expensive including the “fee” they charge you for one night $150- refundable. Still ridiculous. You can do better. We went for one night family trip for graduation purposes.

The Best Western in Fort Myers was a comfortable stay. I loved the one bedroom suite for the space and separate living and bedroom area. The only improvement I would make is placing a door of separation between the rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel provided a safe and secure stay. Also, the fitness center provided an area to work out. However, maybe in the renovations updating the equipment is definitely a need. Is there a bigger space you could put your fitness area? Beyone one person being in there, it would be a cramped space to work out in. Overall, a great stay!

The restaurant should keep their mandarines and fruits in the fridge after breakfast time, to keep them healthy, some of them were moldy. Soheir the lady at the restaurant was very nice.

Check in is quick. Good thing is it has walkable dining options and with discount for hotel guest and affordable price. Consider many choices in breakfast including pancake, waffles, scramble eggs, bacon crisps, yogurt, fruit. Swimming pool is clean and easy access to towels. It has a big TV screen and microwave, refrigerator, ironing broad, two luggage racks but no safety box. Key card works well. Drawback is the bathtub and toilet smells so bad that we need to close the bathroom door and toilet seat cover, and keep the exhaust fan on all time or you will smell it in the whole room. I guess it’s the water has drain smell in the area plus the drainage issue in tub. Toilet flush is quite loud like airplane air sucking flush. Door knob can’t hold the lock to close, so it’s loud noise in the morning when everyone close the doors. I would not stay in this hotel again unless you can stand the smell. I’m not sure if it’s the whole area problem or not.
